Mel, Rolf and their son Samuel looked after our 2 dogs, 2 cats and small flock of chickens for 10 days this July. As you'll see they have many great reveiws on TH and we can only join in by saying that they did a fantastic job from start to finish. They're a very organised family, who clearly have a lot of experience of house and animal-sitting. The handover was quick and easy - much faster than is usually the case, as Mel immediately understood what was needed and didn't have to ask twice. They are great communicators and we were sent picture updates of the family out on walks with the dogs and cats. They managed Bonny, our new goofy rescue Golden Retriever, who can be a bit of a handful, without complaint. We even came home to a loaf of delicious, freshly baked bread. What more can you ask! :) Thanks Mel, Rolf and Samuel, we'd happily host you again!

Cat loving couple looking for new cat friends around the world
This is the second time we invited Anna to visit our cats and home. We were very happy after the first time and luckily she was able to come back. Anna took great care of the cats and house again. She adores cats, is curious to really get to know them, pays close attention and showers them with love. We got a lot of updates with cute photos and videos, so we had a 100% trust on our holiday that the cats were having a good time. She is easy to communicate with, very organized, took good care of the plants and left the place super clean. I will definitely recommend Anna and Philipp as your housesitters. After 2 times here I can very surely say, it will not disappoint!

Pet Lovers Couple
This was our second time having Monica and Marc dog sit for us. They are easily our first choice to watch our dog when we leave for a trip. Monica is very communicative and feels like a close friend at this point with her frequent updates and precious photos of her and Marc with our dog. We see how comfortable our dog is with them and how much love they provide him while we’re away. Our home was spotless upon our return and they even asked for an update when we got home to ensure we arrived safely back with our dog. I am so grateful to have had Shirin stay with my cats over our recent trip. Every day or so Steve or I would would say aloud, "thank goodness Shirin is there". She gave each of them the extra care and attention they needed - so much so that the one took his medicine every day and our shy one was hopping up on her lap for pets. Shirin kept me up to date is pictures and messages, she left our house plants in better shape than when we left and the apartment felt well lived in and enjoyed. I could not recommend Shirin more highly and hope she will consider a trip back to Geneva to stay with Oscar and Sylvia. Thank you.

Two Sitters in search of happiness, satisfaction, peace and the urge to explore.
This was the second time Oliver and Isobell have sat for our three dogs. They stayed in our home two years ago and did such an amazing job we had them come back knowing we could trust them to do another brilliant job of looking after our precious girls despite a few changes with their feeding and care. This they willingly did. Our oldest is now 13 and needed a bit more time and patience as she had daily physio exercises for her hips, plus shorter walks etc. that they happily followed. The girls loved them so much. They sat for ages looking down our lane, waiting for them to return after they said goodbye. We would have Oliver and Isabell back in a heartbeat. They also left our home spotless. On behalf of the girls thank you both for your love and kindness 💗 xxx

honeybee was a great sitter for our 3 animals. She communicated very well throughout the sit. Our flight home was delayed and she was great about being able to cover the extra days. Her connection to the animals was wonderful. We were less organized than intended on her arrival due to some unexpected work issues, and she was great about rolling with the changes (e.g. the closet doors were missing as the painter hadn't finished with them). She used public transport to get to Golden and then drove our car while here. She left a few items behind, and her attention to kitchen cleanliness could be better, but we would definitely have her sit our pets again if the opportunity arises.

Angie and her husband Joe were a great fit for our house and pet sitting needs! They kept in communication with us before our vacation started, and were able to arrive a little early so we could walk them through how various systems worked and where controls were located. Our dog bonded with Angie very quickly and I think he was hoping she would stay after we returned home :) We got regular updates and pet photos while we were traveling. Although we were out of cell phone range for several days, we never had a doubt that things at home would be just fine while they were there! They were also very flexible and understanding. Due to our flight schedule we arrived home in the middle of the night. Angie was able to feed and walk our dog, clean up and leave in the morning without waking us up! The house was left clean, the garden was thriving and our pup was happy. We are happy, and would be happy to have them back again as sitters anytime.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Debra was a Great pet and house sitter !! She communicated well throughout our long trip and sent us frequent pictures of all of our pets. She watered our plants and brought in all the mail. Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. Our pets and plants were well loved and our house was spotless upon our return home, and they were even kind enough to leave a few goodies in the fridge. Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!
