If I could give 10 stars I would. Doug and Belinda were fabulous. The pups were well cared for and both very content. I was almost jealous when we came home as the pups hung out with Doug and not us for a little while. The house was spotless. Cleaner than I had left it which was quite clean. Great communicators We are hoping and praying they will come back in June for 3 weeks. Super nice couple. Great meeting and getting to know them. Can’t thank them enough for everything.

Adrienne is such a warm, fun, outgoing lady. She took wonderful care of Harley & Rusty, walking them at least twice a day. She definitely bonded with them. She sent pictures & kept us updated while we were gone. Adrienne seemed to enjoy her time here (taking lots of pictures). She met many of our neighbors & their dogs. It was nice she came a full day ahead of time so that we could show her around The Villages, especially getting around in our golf cart to restaurants, grocery stores, an entertainment area & swimming pool. After driving Adrienne around in the golf cart the day she arrived, my husband had her drive the golf cart the next morning before we left so she could get familiar with driving it. She did struggle with finding her way around in the golf cart after we left, even though we left maps of The Villages & told her about The Villages app with GPS. Because she was uncomfortable getting around in the golf cart, she asked a neighbor to help her & he took her to get groceries. We feel bad that she wasn't able to find her way around while she was here. We've labelled the light/fan switches in the house. Some of the switches (indicated with a red dot) control lights that are on a timers and we informed Adrienne about the meaning of the red dot. She must have accidentally manually turned off the living room light that was on a timer and didn't realize it, so it was dark in the living room. We typically leave out extra light bulbs in case one goes out. Well, we forgot this time to leave them out & of course, a bulb in the guest bedroom went out while we were gone. But Adrienne was self sufficient & used the lantern I left. Upon our return, she indicated she didn't contact us to find out where extra bulbs were because the lantern worked fine; so glad she found a solution! The only downside of this sit was the cleanliness of our home upon our return. Our dogs primarily stay in the enclosed lanai & they go outside through the lanai door. When they come in from outside, dried grass comes in on their paws (especially when it's damp outside) so we're totally understanding about grass in the lanai. However, there was a lot of dried grass in the house, especially the kitchen. When I mentioned it to Adrienne, she said it must have come in on her shoes because the dogs had not been in the house. Also, something had run over in the microwave & hadn't been cleaned up so I had to clean the microwave before I could use it the night of our return. Dishes were left in the dishwasher. Adrienne did wash the guest bedroom sheets before we came home, but she stayed the night of our return & slept in the bed again (she said she only sleeps on the very edge of the bed so the other side was clean for the next people using the guest bedroom). We really liked Adrienne & she was excellent with our dogs, which is the most important thing! We would ask her to sit for us again with our expectations of home cleanliness.

The house was spotless and most importantly Jonas was relaxed and calm when I got home (other than jumping around to see me). She left my apartment spotlessly clean and even took the initiative to fix my wobbly towel bar. Finally, Kate took excellent care of my cat Daisy and I came home to a happy and content cat! Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list. Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.

Farhan is a fantastic house sitter! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a down-to-earth, kind, and caring pet sitter for their home. We have three small dogs (around 6 lbs) and he took excellent care of them. They can be a little nervous/ timid around new people, and more so around men at times, but the dogs didn't show any of that nervousness around Farhan! He was gentle and respectful of their space and they warmed up to him immediately. I got a wonderful text the first morning that I was away that they cuddled up with him at night - showing how quickly they adjusted to him as their caretaker. I was able to meet Farhan in person before I left on my trip and I was able to have a wonderful conversation with an ambitious explorer. He is a delightful person. Upon my homecoming the house was very clean and the dogs were happy and relaxed. I can't ask for anything more! Thank you Farhan for taking such wonderful care of our three dogs and our home.
