She followed through on all the instructions on my guide and kept in contact with photos and comments throughout the sit. The house was sparkling when I returned and the cats calm and happy. She is lovely to work with - cooperative and a great communicator. I would be delighted to have Ann Marie sit again for me.

Both Leo and the cats are a bit high maintenance, yet, Brandi and Drue have managed to handle their special needs with persistence, skill and affection. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.

Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home. The pictures and the comments they sent showed us they figured out all of their quirky personalities very fast. It was nice to come home to a clean house and all pets were safe and happy! We were so happy to have Kyle as our house sitter for two weeks. Besides taking great care of our pets and our house, he was very accommodating. We were always able to get in touch with him if we needed to, and he agreed to take on some extra plant watering’s when the weather made a sudden change. As a bonus, he is very likable and communicative. We would definitely have him come again.

Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. You will be lucky if he can do the same for you. :)

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Leo and Susi were wonderful pet sitters for our two cats. They were responsive, communicative, and gracious guests, and the I swear the house was cleaner when we got home than we left it. Abby, our Border Collie stayed for 12 days while we were out of the country. I was concerned about leaving her, but she seemed very well taken care of. Abby is very scared of thunderstorms, and the gal told me she could tell she was really scared, and she went in the kennel and sat with Abby until the storm passed (she had a picture). How sweet is that???? Also, often they come home smelling terrible, but she didn't smell at all. Which tells me that they keep the kennels very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to book them again.
Holiday kennels took such good care of our dog Tejas. This was the first time we boarded her and were extremely nervous. The owner said we could call and check up anytime which gave us peace of mind. She stayed for 5 nights and by the time we picked her up, she seemed happy and well taken care of. She even gave the owner kisses as we were picking her up. We will definitely be using them again!
This was our first time boarding our dog Rocky in a kennel. I was nervous about it and hated the thought of leaving him. When we dropped him off I spoke to the owner Lori and after meeting her I knew I had nothing too worry about. They took excellent care of our dog. I highly recommend Holiday Kennels. Thank you!
The ladies at Holiday Kennels are absolutely fabulous! They always go out of their way for my two dogs! They are very experienced with animals. I have a deaf/special needs dog that requires a special handler willing to learn communications with her...They both have exceeded our expectations in how they handle her and all her quirks! I am completely comfortable leaving her in their hands! I can not say enough good things about the care my animals receive at holiday kennels! Highly highly recommend!!!! 💜
Pam and Crissy are very nice people and loving to my dog. They are always available or try to be available for us when we’re in need of dog care. It’s a heartwarming and loving place for animals to go to. My dog gets excited every single time he goes there. Just outstanding.
We have been taking our pets here since moving here eight years ago. They show a great level of care for the animals and our pets have never shown stress when picking them up. Their rates are very reasonable and they are amenable to carrying out specific feeding instructions. The owner lives onsite, so they're never too far away. Highly recommended!
Friendly staff- always allowed me to follow up/check on my dog who had her 1st time kennel experience with them. They were very patent with her and gave her lots of attention!
This was my first experience boarding my pups. Lucky almost a year and Buster a year and half. I cried when i dropped them off and again when i called the next day to check on them. The staff there were GREAT! They made sure the boys were well taken care of and reassured me that they were fine. I would use them again if we need to.
First experience boarding with them and I was very happy with them. We have a bit of a strange situation with two of our girls. One of them doesn’t like the other one. They were able to accommodate us and made it clear that the girls would be separated at all times. When I came to pick them up, they actually took the time to tell me about their stay. One of my girls is very timid, and scared of her own shadow. They made sure her stay was comfortable with them. I’ve had some bad experiences at other boarding facilities and I’m so grateful to have found them. We will use them again.
I can't praise enough Holiday Kennels. There are businesses that want to make money, and then there are businesses that exist because their owners love what they do; this kennel definitely falls in the latter category. I had one Great Dane that passed away a few years ago, and now I have two. All of them, without exception, like the kennel and the people there. Bottom line, they know how to treat dogs well. I love my dogs, and I'm always 100% confident that I'm doing the best for them when I trust them to Holiday Kennels.
