Ema is the best person for your pets. I met Ema and wanted to stay to hang with her, she’s that much fun and good spirit. When I got back she waited for me and to meet my 3 girls. She helped me enormously by making my house super clean (even those places I never do) and gardens looked amaaaazing. She went over and above to help me and got me leaving present and my girls. I love Ema!!!!

I cannot express enough how reliable, caring, and trustworthy the pet sitters were, especially considering that nothing went as planned and everything seemed to be a worst-case scenario. Kiara, our old dog, was usually healthy and low maintenance, accustomed to being alone for extended periods of time. However, a week before our trip, she started experiencing what we initially thought was severe back pain, which quickly turned into a more serious situation. Her immune system weakened, and her lab results were concerning. We had a discussion with the pet sitters, explaining the situation and offering them the option to back out since it was a different arrangement than they had signed up for. Kiara now needed to be carried going up and down stairs, multiple medications, and constant monitoring. Also, we were unsure if we should proceed with our travel plans. After two days, we received the diagnosis of a tick bite infection, and Kiara responded well to antibiotics. We made the decision to go on our trip, but with the understanding that we would return immediately if her condition worsened. To make things easier, we lent the pet sitters our car so they could transport Kiara comfortably, and they took her to a first check-up to the vet. The first check-up went well, but the bloodwork revealed something unusual, leading to another examination. Unfortunately, Kiara's health deteriorated rapidly before the second check-up, and the veterinarian informed us that she didn't have much time left as the antibiotics were not effective. We had to cut our trip short and fly back immediately. Throughout this entire ordeal, the pet sitters were incredible. They took exceptional care of Kiara, keeping us informed of any signs that could be of concern. We knew she was with people that were monitoring her closely and we got small bits of updates multiple times a day. Additionally when she was not feeling so well the guys brought her to the couch with them and kept her company. When her conditioned worsened we had to cancel the second half of the pet sitting to be with Kiara during her last day, the pet sitters graciously gave us space. We offered to manage their accommodations, but they insisted we need not worry about them. However, we insisted on partially paying for their accommodation for that night and provided alternative options if needed. We are eternally grateful not only for taking care of Kiara while we were away but also for understanding our need to come back and be with her during her final moments. Needless to say, the car and the flat were in perfect condition and spotless clean. We wish them bost the absolute best.

Can’t recommend Milla enough!! She did a brilliant job looking after our dog, Winnie, whilst we were overseas. We were quite nervous leaving him for a full month, but he was instantly relaxed with Milla and was very sad to see her go. She kept us up to date with regular photos and was very easy to communicate with.

Loving life and keen for adventures!!
Helen and Greg came to house sit the night before we left, this gave us an opportunity to get to know them a little better as we had spoken via video before their arrival. It also gave us the chance to show them around and explain everything to them. We left the next day. We had regular reports on Mac's antics even a video to let us know how he was doing. A big thanks for strimming around the electric fence. We returned to a lovely clean home. The fresh flowers were a lovely touch. Thank you so much Helen and Greg. You did an amazing job!

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Tom provided a last minute sit when my 2 week long trip got extended to the 3rd. The previous zeewoi sitter was no longer available for the 3rd week, and Tom came in as a savior. As requested, he started his sit a day prior to the posted dates (thank you for being flexible). He met the prior zeewoi in person, since I was not in town, and got to know the house and cats quickly. He sent pictures of the cats each day and added a note about their well being. He was independent and was able to figure out how to use the litter genie on his own. I returned to a clean home and healthy happy cats. Would love to have Tom return and recommend him to anyone leaving their pets in his care.

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left, mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning! Laura is responsive, a great communicator, I could go on but simply put she is welcome at our house anytime. Simply the best!! Thank you tons Laura!!
