Steph was great! We were a little nervous because she mentioned in her application that she’d be traveling with her own cat, and one of our kitties doesn’t play well with others super well, but things seemed to go just fine. Steph’s cat stayed in our bedroom and our kitties didn’t seem to have any issues. she kept our house in great condition, kept us updated with photos while we were gone, and we returned to two happy and healthy cats. can’t ask for more!

Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Suffice it to say she is a gem and perfect sitter in every way- if you can get a chance to book with her- do not hesitate! We truly think of her as part of our family now and all 5 of our pups would agree!

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. I've been taking my Golden Doodle dog here to be groomed for more than seven years and they always do a fantastic job. She's like a new dog when she walks out of there so pretty and I actually think she knows it. She comes home full of energy just prancing around like a princess. We love it and we love this service. The people are always friendly and super kind. We've tried other places and always come back to them. Their prices are the best in town, too which helps with the budget. I give it a thumbs up.
This place is truly a blessing!! My black lab, Deli, is a rescue and is unsure about boarding situations. Deli has been twice now and the staff is so good to her! I’m an overbearing pet mom and always message the pet resort to see how Deli is doing. The staff sent me pictures and videos and kept me updated on how she was doing! Amazing people! They genuinely care about your pet and will do anything and everything to make sure your pet is comfortable. It’s so hard to leave Deli, but when I have to I know she’s in great hands! I drive 40 minutes to get to this place and it is so well worth it. Great prices and they do a great job on their grooming. Highly recommend!
This review is based on the grooming services only and specifically related to doodles. If you have a doodle, of any variety, I would not bring my dog to BA Pet Resort. Before scheduling with them, I asked if their groomer had experience working with doodles and I was assured she did. My doodle looked like a soft cuddly teddy bear when I dropped her off. You can see the results in the pictures. I have now bathed my dog 3 times since going to BA Pet Resort and her hair still isn’t the same. I’m not sure if they used some type of product to blow her hair straight but I’m hoping her curly hair will come back.
We've been boarding Bonnie (our little Morkie) at Broken Arrow Pet Resort multiple time a year for 6 years. We also get her grooming done there. They love her and treat her so good. Bonnie is always excited to see her friends that work there and all the workers are excited to see Bonnie. It makes me feel good every time I drop her off to see how excited she is.

We have two brothers who are field bred English Cocker Spaniels who are a little over 2 years old. I am so pleased with their grooming. I took them to a place here in Tulsa that wanted to groom them like my English cocker, but they are different dogs. Anyway, thank you guys for helping me get them back to their original style!
We left Stella and Barlow here for 9 days. It was our first time there and they were so happy when we picked them up, we could tell they got lots of love and exercise! Thanks and we’ll definitely come back.
Are you wondering if this place will take care of your pet. YES, with joy and happiness, your pet may actually prefer to stay here even if you want them to come home. Think of it this way, your kid is scared of preschool but by the end of the week they're running from the car and YOU to get inside the building. That's what we've experienced with our girl, she LOVES GOING and getting her to leave is hard, she wants to stay and play. The employees are wonderful, they're happy, show genuine care for my girl and she loves being with them. The key is the animals show they're happiness here. I'll be introducing my older dogs soon. Thank you to the Staff at BAPR for taking such good care of my LL.

Wouldn't because mine is a large breed puppy. He is only 3mths and weight Is about 20# or so she hung up on me. I would not recommend them at all.
The lady and her husband were very kind and straight to the point, which we liked very much! Simple process and great price :) They let us house our dogs together which was great, due to the fact that it was both of their first times being in a kennel be away from us. The dogs seemed perfectly fine and very happy to see us when we picked them up. We will be using them again next time we take a trip.
This is not somewhere I would place my dogs ever again! As soon as I got there the owner told me that my pit/boxer mix wasn’t a real boxer which I had stated and then she goes on to say “I hope that you don’t think your dog is a real boxer, have you ever seen a real boxer before?” “look behind you my champion show boxer dogs won all the plagues” & she continues with asking me questions like “what kind of food are you feeding your dogs? And answered with puppy food as that being said she goes to ask how old they were and she tells me that puppy food is fatting and I need to get them off that food. I was also asked if I have wormed them and I told her what wormer I used and she told me that the worm I use was the wrong one!!! I was also told what flee shampoo to use as I already have one that works well I was told it doesn’t help my dogs. I picked them up today my dog was wet, and she had a cut on her nose that was not there when I dropped her off! The puppy was wet as well! As this being said it is your dog and your choice where they are going to stay but mine will never stay there again!

My dog Bella has been going here for about 9 months and she loves it. She is very excited when I bring her in and runs straight to the employee who takes her in the play area. When I pick her up she always goes to each employee she sees to say goodbye before she will leave. They have always taken good care of my dog.
Sam & Briana have been such a blessing for my furr babies. They come home looking great (without having to stay all day) & without trauma. Priceless! Highly recommend
Horrible Organization !! I have been using this facility for years, always trying to breathe with each & every incident that continue to happen with our babies. I have 4 dogs that have been groomed at this facility for years. Between the constant grooming staff changing to kennel cough, locking my animals in a room & no one had a key. Going several hours or all day with no water. Remember your babies can't tell you what really goes on. The staff all look like something out of a 1960 remake, dirty, no shoes, very low rent. After being called a liar yesterday by a so called Manager aka "village Idiot" we will no longer be spending our over $200 per month. Our babies mean the world to us & we spend good money for vaccines, grooming and care. This is not acceptable & I truly hope you think twice before using this very LOW Rent Business !! It's very unsanitary all of my dogs were very sick and no one even said sorry. They don't check vaccine records after you are set up. 2 yrs never asked for any updated or current. You are truly at your own risk !! God Bless !! Owner Response: I love reading the comments by owners that truly always skate around the issues at your LOW RENT facility ! Your manager called me a liar with your several witnesses. We loved our groomers just not your nasty facility. Thanks for the response again ignoring the issues. You will continue to have unhappy people & pets. It shows in other reviews. You can't change Stupid !!
If you love your dog...DO NOT USE Bouse Fur House!!!! We started using them in 2022. Everything was okay until over the summer of 2023 when my dog stayed there for a week. We sent pre proportioned food and they failed to feed my dog 3 feedings that week and blamed it on she had refrigerated food and it was forgotten. We addressed the issue and gave them another chance this November. I picked up my dog on Saturday and 6 hours later she threw up at least 2 feedings of food along with a large rubber piece. I thought that was the end of it however the next day she was in so much pain I could barely pick her up to get her in the car to the vet. $2,000 in vet bills and exploratory surgery, her intestines were "telescoped" by the foreign object and all the vomitting and diarrhea. Were never informed by the Bouse that when the dogs go on the playground they are exposed to foreign toys. My dog is an Italian Mastiff and I only buy hard toys for her, nothing rubber or soft. I have checked with several local boarders and this is not common practice to allow foreign toys on a dog playground. Bouse won't help with vet bills and recommended we find a private sitter, however they would give us $600 in credit which is a slap in the face because they know I would never trust my dog in their care.
My little guy LOVES going to Bouse Fur House. As we turn onto the street for day care he starts to bark with excitement. The staff always greets him by name as I drop him off and say bye to him when he leaves for the day. Everyone is always so pleasant. I enjoy being able to check in on my dog during the day with the live streaming and Always LOVE getting pics of my dog having a fun day. I have been to another establishment and would not take my dog back. Bouse Fur House is the only place for my pup and I!
My German Shepherd mix stayed here over the weekend and I am so glad he did! I loved that I was able to check the live stream at any time to see what he was up to. The employees also told me if i wanted pictures or updates on him all I needed to do was text and ask them. Jack also received the BEST bath he has ever gotten! His fur is so silky soft and he smells so good! We will be coming back!
This place is the best!! I take my Sheltie here for both doggie day care and grooming. Everyone on staff is always friendly, caring, and you can tell they all have a passion for dogs. I've been very happy with Emmy's grooming. It's hard to find someone who can groom a Sheltie well, but they've done a great job. Emmy especially enjoys the day care and is always worn out and smiling when I pick her up at the end of the day. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to give their pups a fun outing!
been taking our dog Gus here for 8 months. He loves it and darts around the corner without so much as a second look. The staff cares about the animals and are super friendly. Prices are decent if you buy a package, and hours are also reasonable. as for their other services, hair cuts and nail trims are good. We used them to give Gus a bath right before a 15 hour car trip and he came out smelling fresh and clean (they are very accommodating when it comes to requests like that). I do wish they opened at 630am since I like to be at work by 7am, but that's nit picking. very happy with them and will continue to take the little rascal there!
We have had nothing but the best experiences with Bouse! When we first moved to Tulsa, our dogs went to daycare every weekday and LOVED it! This was years ago and they still get excited when they see their harnesses as they think it means daycare. We often board the dogs there and they have the best time playing with other dogs during the day and snuggling with each other at night. The employees really seem to care about the dogs and, once the dogs go there for a bit, they know them by name!

We recently used Country Club Boarding Kennels for our dogs, and our experience left much to be desired. Firstly, the policy against allowing customers to see the actual kennels raised concerns about transparency. The woman checking us in lacked any bedside manner when explaining this policy, which added to the overall discomfort. Moreover, the strict policy regarding owner responsibility for damages became an issue when we discovered our $25 leash completely chewed through upon picking up our dogs. It raises a valid question: How did our dog have unsupervised access to the leash? Unfortunately, due to these issues, we won't be using Country Club Boarding Kennels again, and we feel it's essential to warn other pet owners about these potential concerns. Transparency and accountability are crucial when entrusting our pets to a kennel, and, in this case, they fell short.
My dog is very shy and doesn't warm up to most people. She really likes it here. The boarding and clipping prices are very reasonably priced.
Susie has been our dog(s) groomer, boarding place for over 20 years. All of our dogs have loved her.

There are not enough great words to describe Lori's magic touch with our babies. Her love, care, and knowledge make her the most perfect person to care for your pets. My babies are always so excited to see her. I have the comfort of knowing they are so taken care of when I can't be with them. I have senior, high maintenance babies and her knowledge makes time away tolerable. She is an angel on Earth and has truly found her calling!
I could always relax and enjoy my time away when Lori took care of my cats! Her love and passion for fur babies is apparent and I knew that they would get lots of attention and play time. The proof always came when we arrived home and they were peaceful and happy! Our babies are gone now, but when we decide to have more Lori will ALWAYS be our go to pet sitter. She is the best!

My hounds LOVE PetSuites! Nellie will give an excited bark when we pull into the parking lot! She loves playing with other dogs and interacting with the caretakers. And I love that I can check in on the cameras and see her on my lunch break! I also love the report cards, pictures, and kind words from the staff. You can tell that they love taking care of pets! PetSuites saved the day when we had some unexpected construction at the house. It was so convenient to have a safe place I can feel good about leaving the babies. And now we’re hooked! If Google allowed for ten ⭐️ I would give 5 more! My initial dog sitter canceled for Thanksgiving so I needed boarding within days of the holiday and they were right there to the rescue! The very well trained staff are all so friendly, helpful and professional. The photos on the progress reports are my favorite and I love checking in on them on the webcams. And on top of all of this, they’re so reasonably priced! I could keep going but seriously go here and nowhere else! Thank you for taking such great care of our fur kids!

They did send pictures of my cat while I was away for seven days and I appreciated it. I would definitely recommend and will be using every time we leave town. Thank you, pet suites.
The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The facility is nice and clean. I took advantage of their grooming service while my dog stayed there and he came out feeling as soft as ever. I’ve already booked another stay for him.
Great experience, took super good care of my dogs. Friendly staff and beautiful building and rooms for dogs. Also pricing was great and definitely worth it. Definitely my go to for dog boarding.

I called in and spoke with a young lady named Tela, she was very helpful and answering all my questions. I am looking forward to bringing my dog Athena there to get evaluated and letting her play with other dogs.

So it was my puppy’s first nail cut, and I was pleasantly impressed by their services. The had my fur baby in and out in a jiffy and it didn’t cost as much as everyone else that I called. The staff was friendly and welcoming and loved on my pup as if he belonged to them!! I would highly recommend and I can’t wait to see how he reacts with a full groom. Easy to find and conveniently located.
Imagine hearing an animal cry out in pain… then realizing the crying sounds familiar! Just like you know your child’s cry, you also know your animals cry! My heart rate alleviated, an I immediately wanted to know where my poodle was located! The front desk young lady walked to get my poodle from wherever she was being held, and my poodle leaped onto my arms. When I asked what happened all I was told is that they have surveillance cameras! The lady who did something to my poodle never came out to explain what happened! I asked for management but no one was there ironically! The owner won’t be back until Monday! Now. I have to take my puppy to the veterinarian to make sure she doesn’t have any injuries! You trust this business to take care of your animals! I’m heartbroken on the mistreatment of my puppy which is a part of my family!
I cannot recommend Paws on Pearl enough! Every time we head over, my dog Huck can barely contain his excitement. He absolutely loves his days at doggy daycare. The staff here are wonderful and Huck always comes home happy and perfectly tired from a day full of fun. It's a relief knowing he's in great hands as I am a full time student and do not have a lot of time in my day to get his exercise in. The prices are also great for a broke college student, like myself! Thank you, Paws on Pearl, for providing such a great place for my dog.
I had not noticed how long my dogs nails had gotten until Friday night, and it was clear he had been chewing on one of his paws. I called Paws on Pearl to make an appointment for this week and I was told they were open and took walk ins. So, I took my sweet boy there today. I waited a very short time and when the young lady brought him out he was wiggling with happiness. Great experience!!
Paws on Pearl was not a good fit for my mini Australian Shepherd and their little dog daycare. The primary reason I take my dog to daycare is because he has separation anxiety and I don’t want to leave him at home alone while I’m at work. The little dog daycare does not have an employee in the room with them and they just close the doors and occasionally check on the dogs. I watched my dog bark his head off on the cameras each time the staff left the room and it defeated the purpose of daycare for him. Not to mention, the safety concerns that poses as well. The staff was nice and Paws on Pearl might be a good fit for other dogs, but I wasn’t impressed with their attention to the little dogs.
My dog loves going here, every day we get out of the car she is in such a hurry to get in and play with friends. They have been extremely accommodating when i needed last minute boarding. They are friendly as can be there
Dropped my dog off for half day and was really happy with the staff and the amenities. It was a really easy process and I would highly recommend pause on Pearl.
“Wanna go to Paws?” is my dog’s favorite phrase. Daisy loves going there for a drop-in play day or for overnights. She is a friendly, happy, energetic, dog to begin with but her demeanor and behavior have a noticeable, sustained positive boost after a trip to Paws on Pearl.
My girl was well cared for and taken care of during her day care and spa day. I loved getting to watch her on the cameras. We’ll definitely be back.
Great place to take your dogs. Friendly staff that goes out of their way to to make sure you and your pets are taken care of. My dog always looked great after he is groomed.
