This was out first house sit with Melanie. She came to visit prior to her stay, to meet the dogs and familiarise herself with the house. Melanie asked relevant questions about the dogs routine, feeding etc, so we left feeling very confident, the dogs and house were in safe hands. Although we were only away for one night, we were sent photographs of the dogs out walking on the beach and a message from Melanie reassuring us that everything was fine. When we returned home, the dogs were happy and well and the house was left incredibly clean. We hope Melanie and Robin will be available to house sit for us again. Thank you both.

We really appreciated that Tammy and Mark arrived a day early which gave us all plenty of time to get to know one another and most importantly gave our cat time to adjust and for them to learn his habits and demands! They were very considerate whilst we were still at home and gave us time to ourselves to get ready for our holiday. Whilst we were away they sent us updates and fantastic photos of our cat so we could see he was happy and well cared for. Having just moved house this was a reassurance for us. Tammy and Mark were our first sitters and we cannot praise them highly enough. They were very accommodating especially as we had only moved in the week before. Most importantly our cat loved them and was totally relaxed with them. We have no hesitation in recommending Tammy and Mark and would welcome them back to look after our cat in the future knowing that our pet and our home would be well looked after. As a bonus they cooked us a fantastic welcome home meal which we thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated after a long flight delay and were kind to get milk and bread in for us. Thank you again Tammy and Mark for your care of our cat and your good company.

We were really pleased to have Laura as our Housesitter! We had a smooth handover and she totally took to our 3 very individual cats and they all seemed most content in the photos she sent us whilst we were away on holiday. Laura also watered my garden pots during the warm weather, which is a great concern of mine. We had every faith in her looking after the house, dealing with the recycling, keeping us updated and she enjoyed her stay so much, she would be interested in sitting for us again. We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

honeybee was a great sitter for our 3 animals. She communicated very well throughout the sit. Our flight home was delayed and she was great about being able to cover the extra days. Her connection to the animals was wonderful. We were less organized than intended on her arrival due to some unexpected work issues, and she was great about rolling with the changes (e.g. the closet doors were missing as the painter hadn't finished with them). She used public transport to get to Golden and then drove our car while here. She left a few items behind, and her attention to kitchen cleanliness could be better, but we would definitely have her sit our pets again if the opportunity arises.

Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. And when we got home, the house looked great, and the dogs looked calm. We would gladly have them. Sit for us again and highly recommend them.

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.

Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip. We are very grateful for the excellent care David gave to our precious pets and home.

Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)

Oliver was really quick at responding and was very flexible to our plans and time schedule. He kept us updated with how Bertie was getting on and he came back very happy and worn out from lots of play time and lovely walks! We were a little nervous as it was our first time leaving Bertie, but Oliver was so great and put our minds at ease so we could enjoy our afternoon off. Would highly recommend!
I would have no hesitation in recommending Oli and Waggers Pack. Oli has provided doggie daycare and doggie sitting services for us multiple times over 2 holidays in Cornwall for our 2 Cavapoos, when they were 6mth old and 14mth old puppies. Oli is professional, polite and very reliable. Always arrives/departs as scheduled. He is amazing with our dogs, one of which can be quite anxious, we could tell they had really bonded with him by the end of our stays. We will definitely be using Oli’s services again.
Oli is brilliant at his job and my dog loves him. He is really flexible and will walk my dog at short notice. They go on lots of different walks and my dog always comes back happy and tired. Would highly recommend.
Oli looked after Dotty our cocker spaniel today so we could go to The Eden Project. Dotty is quite shy but Oli was brilliant with her and gave us text updates and photos during the day. We recently visited Cornwall for our 1 year anniversary. We had a five night visit but the 1st night was a no dogs allowed as we were at a very posh restaurant. I contacted Waggers Pack 2 weeks before and struck up a text convo with Olly so I knew I could trust him. Wilbur our mini schnauzer is very nervous with others but he did love his time with Olly . My dog Daisy really likes Oli and loves the long and varied walks. The dogs seem to have a really sociable, fun time and we love seeing the photos from the walks he posts every month or so. Great service, highly recommended.
We had a great experience with Wadebridge Waggers our dog was taken care off for us whilst we enjoyed a lunch with friends in Padstow. Rhian has been a real life saver for us. We know that we can always count on her whenever we need her. She’s great at helping us out at short notice. We love the way she sends us pics and videos on the walks she takes with our dog and she always goes out of her way to make us and more importantly our dog feel happy and secure.
Rhian is a great dog walker and a really lovely person to boot. My boy Buddy absolutely adores her and waits at the door when she's due to arrive. He's getting to see other dogs and really enjoying his time at the beach. I love my tiny little man but sometimes he thinks he's a Rottweiler and barks at dogs that could eat him in one bite. But Rhian can read his body language and other dogs that approach him. I trust her to look after my dog and he always comes back absolutely starving! That's how I know he's had a good run. Rhian is absolutely wonderful. Our dog goes out on weekly walks with Rhian, often pack walks which is great for her socialisation, and she absolutely loves it. We also get photos and videos after every walk which I love! Rhian has been excellent with our dog and her routines too as she can suffer from separation anxiety, but it took no time for our dog to settle completely into her new routine and that’s entirely down to Rhian. Highly recommend ☺️
I have been thrilled with the way Rhian has dealt with my dog. For context, I have a large breed dog who can be unpredictable and I was very nervous about leaving her (I even made a PowerPoint full of notes) however I shouldn’t have been. I received regular pictures and videos and I have come home to a tidy home and a very content dog. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Houndology. I have already rebooked for later in the year!

Rhian was very professional to deal with and our dogs were very happy. Having never been away from our dogs for a night I was a keen to find someone who would care for them as much as I do. Rhian has a well thought out process meeting the dogs beforehand and asking all the questions you could imagine. I felt happy to leave the dogs with her.
