Great stay! We did a meet and greet prior to the sitting and I felt that Fallan came well prepared and asked all necessary questions. We received multiple pictures throughout the stay and always had great communication with both Fallan and La’ki. We had an instance in which it was reported that our dog kept barking at the window and we offered some instruction on how to get her to stop since this was not the norm and received quick feedback that the solution had worked and the stay continued without any other issues. Upon our return we found our home the same as when we left it, our plants looked great and our pets seemed calm and happy :) This was our first time trying this service and didn’t really know what to expect but we had a great first experience with Fallan and La’ki and would trust them again to watch our fur family.

Sam and Frodo were both amazing! It was our first sit with another dog, so we had some initial concerns, but we were able to have a quick meet and greet before the stay, and it went perfectly fine. We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list. Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away.
