Great stay! We did a meet and greet prior to the sitting and I felt that Fallan came well prepared and asked all necessary questions. We received multiple pictures throughout the stay and always had great communication with both Fallan and La’ki. We had an instance in which it was reported that our dog kept barking at the window and we offered some instruction on how to get her to stop since this was not the norm and received quick feedback that the solution had worked and the stay continued without any other issues. Upon our return we found our home the same as when we left it, our plants looked great and our pets seemed calm and happy :) This was our first time trying this service and didn’t really know what to expect but we had a great first experience with Fallan and La’ki and would trust them again to watch our fur family.

Paula and Kenneth were 5* from their application, video call, communication before and during the sit and most importantly, I arrived home to calm and happy dogs. My flight ✈️ was delayed and was possibly going to be diverted. They offered to bring a vehicle if it had been diverted. Angie and her husband Joe were a great fit for our house and pet sitting needs! They kept in communication with us before our vacation started, and were able to arrive a little early so we could walk them through how various systems worked and where controls were located. Our dog bonded with Angie very quickly and I think he was hoping she would stay after we returned home :) We got regular updates and pet photos while we were traveling. Although we were out of cell phone range for several days, we never had a doubt that things at home would be just fine while they were there! They were also very flexible and understanding. Due to our flight schedule we arrived home in the middle of the night. Angie was able to feed and walk our dog, clean up and leave in the morning without waking us up! The house was left clean, the garden was thriving and our pup was happy. We are happy, and would be happy to have them back again as sitters anytime.

Rebecca was the best pet sitter ever! Our chocolate lab, Kona, fell in love with her instantly and loved every minute of being around her. She was extremely attentive to Kona, taking him for daily walks and she did a great job of sending us updates, video clips and photos. If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Anna is thoughtful and kind, she arrived the evening before the sit which allowed for some time to hear about her interesting travels and work, kept me updated with fabulous photos and details of the friendship she was making with the cats and even took the trouble to fix a sticky catch on the cat flap. Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list.
