They take the upmost care of every single pet that comes through the door. I know someone who experienced up and close how much attention to detail they put into the logistics of pet needs.

My dog’s favorite place to go. At one point, I got self conscious he loved being there more than being with me! I live in Austin now but every time I come back to Tyler, I make sure Teddy has a reservation way in advance to make sure he can get in!

This is an amazing place! It’s clean, they are caring and loving to the animals, they are very professional and follow strict guidelines for pet vaccinations before people leave their pets there. Pets are taken out 5 times per day and are well taken care of. There is a vet next door in case of emergency. The people who work there are wonderful!

This is the only boarding service I use. They have a great facility, and the staff is just wonderful.

We board our cat there whenever we go out of town. He has a three tiered room and a window, not stuck in some cage. He is well taken care of and I have no complaints. The Paw Spot is his home away from home.....

Our boy LOVES, LOVES, LOVES this place!! He can’t wait to get in the door and go play with his fur friends, he doesn’t even look back to say goodbye!!! I’ve never seen a dog NOT wanting to be there while dropping mine off, everyone is excited to go play! He really enjoys the sparkling swimming pool and they’re super conscious regarding the weather and have alternative play areas indoor and out! Everyone there is kind, friendly and gives lots of love to the dogs! We’ve used them for boarding, as well. The place is always so clean, no smells! I always look forward to seeing the fun Facebook pics of all the dogs playing! We wouldn’t leave him any other place for play or boarding!!!💜

The Paw Spot is an amazing place to take your pets! They are very professional and always take great care of both our dogs and cats. They do their best to always make room for boarding and doggy daycare whenever we need it. Our dogs are always happy to see the employees when we take them which tells me they are treated well.

We love the Paw Spot and highly recommend to any pet parents!! We cannot say enough good things about this place. We have been bringing our dog here for several months after having a terrible experience at a different local daycare/boarding place so we were very nervous to try something new. They have blown away our expectations and we can now travel without worries about our fur baby being well taken care of. Facility is clean, staff is amazing, and our dog is one happy pup when she goes!! They also add pictures to their Facebook page every day and we love seeing how happy she is playing with her friends :-)

The staff is very short with questions and response. They seem very inexperienced and do not seem to have any answers when asked simple questions about my dogs previous stay. I will say the place was very clean, but I was not impressed with the staff at all! I generally never do reviews, but we felt compelled to voice our concern. The only reason I’m giving a two star is because of the cleanliness. Other than that, it was sub-standard in my opinion. Our dog will never be going there again.

AMAZING!! We can always count on Paw Spot to care for our pups! They love it there! We have an older pup, Lili, with some knee issues and they go out of the way to make sure she is ok. We boarded an elderly cat once as well and he was well cared for. They are so welcoming and friendly. I also just had a baby and they were so willing to help with last minute boarding. I recommend them to anyone who asks and I will always take my babies here!

Remember how fun camp was? That's exactly how Rascal feels about Camp Canine! What I like is how hands-on Andy and his crew are with the pups. They let them run around and play supervised outside in the misted areas and the kiddie pools, followed by a 20-minute cool down period in the air condition. That's quite a bit different from taking them out for a potty break four times a day. A big plus for me is they're open at 6:30 to drop off and 5:30 to pick up. If you have to be at work at 8 then you need some time to drop off your fur baby. The pups get a nap time from 11:30 to 1:30. On initial intake, Andy makes sure that your fur baby will socialize with their pack for everyone's safety. If you're looking for more than just a place for your fur baby to be while you're at work, I highly recommend Andy & Camp Canine!

Have been bringing my two small dogs to Andy since many years ago. He can be trusted to do the right thing always in business matters. But most of all, he is a great human being. Plus he truly loves dogs. How can you top that.

Excellent overnight care for our cat Jackson! We recently entrusted Camp Canine with our cat Jack for overnight stay and couldn't be happier. The friendly and professional staff made us feel at ease. The facility was clean and maintained, and Jack was well-cared for. We received regular updates and found Jack relaxed and happy when we picked hi, up. Highly recommend Camp Canine for reliable and compassionate pet care!

Now that I have my dogs in a great kennel , I'm ready to speak about my experience . Owners were out of town and let family members care for our dogs. Previously we had great experiences, but under this step in persons care we racked up a $800 dollar vet bill. From infections to laryngitis (due to letting my dog bark for hours during intake hours when I specifically asked them to be watched since he was a French bulldog and needed way less outside time ) we were so upset to come back from vacation to this high expense of a bill. Owner only said he'd help with one dogs vet bill. Then proceeded to say we needed a different kennel to watch our dogs due to our "expectations " we asked for a photo every other day. He said we should "look into live camera kennels for our needs" super nice previously, but when a problem happened he acted so left field and weird about it. Rudely mentioned they"did nothing wrong" when my vet said other wise. Great place for certain animals ,but if you expect a service that meets your needs you set for your animal while you're on vacation states away,then don't. They come back with hay and other dogs poo in between their pads , and they don't abide by your expectations, although they ask what your dogs needs are when filling applications out.They mix big breeds with small breeds outside, leave them outside for an hour plus together and it stressed our animals out so much . I think it's a great place for outside animals that need kenneled but not your inside well kept up with dogs.

We’ve taken our dog to Camp Canine once for day camp and boarded her two weekends. She always seems excited to get out of the car to go play with her friends when we get there. When we pick her up, she seems very happy and tired. She sleeps the rest of the evening from being so worn out from all the playing. We got her from the shelter this year, and she was a little antisocial around other dogs, but being around other dogs at Camp Canine has really helped her to open up and gain confidence. The staff are always super friendly and helpful when we drop off/pick up.

Love this place, and my dog loves it too! We've used their doggie daycare services and their overnight dog boarding. Very friendly people who love dogs and work hard to make sure the environment is safe and fun for all of their guests!

When I started taking my puppy to day camp he was shy with other dogs and people. Now when he sees this place he literally runs from the car to go inside and can’t wait to go play with his friends. Andy is great and cares for the animals so well. I get updates when we are on vacation, and the pricing is so reasonable. Such a great place to socialize your dog, and to let them have fun with other dogs all day. I can’t give this place enough stars!!

My fur baby comes home happy and tired from playing at daycare all day. We feel that she is safe and loved at Camp Canine! Could not ask for a better place for our dog. Thank you, Andy & the entire Camp Canine team.

We have tried other dog boarding places in the area, and Camp Canine is our favorite! We have used their overnight boarding service and dog day camp service and we have been very pleased. Our dog comes home tired from exercise and playing with other dog friends! Love that drop off and pick up is always quick and easy. This is a place that truly cares about the animals that they take care of.

I lived in Tyler for 6 short months and brought my puppy Cash here often for daycare and then a few times for boarding as well. I couldn't be happier with the service we received at Camp Canine! Andy and his staff are incredibly kind people and you can tell they really love dogs and treat them like their own. Everytime I picked Cash up he was healthy, happy and tired. They truly provide 5 star service and their prices are great too!

I've trusted Chris with my dogs for four years, and I'm very pleased with her service. My three dogs bonded with her almost immediately, which put me at ease. It’s comforting to know she’ll be there to check in on them whenever I'm away, and I appreciate her flexibility for last-minute trips. The video updates she sends are a thoughtful bonus too! Highly recommend!

I have used Treasured Critters for five years or more. They are dependable, honest and great to work with. My dog loves them! They have helped me out on several occasions when I had immediate and urgent needs. I called at the last minute and they were right here!! I cannot say enough good things!!! I did not have a good experience with other pet sitters. They were rude and impersonal. Once I found Treasured Critters, my mind was finally at ease! Highly recommend!!!

Chris with Treasured Critters is an animal lover to the core and I’m always at ease when I have to leave my dogs in her care. I have three dogs - the oldest 15 - and they are my babies. I know Chris makes sure they get the love and attention they when when I’m away. She’s very conscientious and I especially enjoy the little updates or photos she sends. Highly recommend her and the Treasured Critters pet sitting team!

We have been looking for someone like Chris for a long time. We have 2 labs and she cared for them as though they were her Own dogs. She took videos of them and photos and texted to us daily. She is very experienced and handled them easily. She is a wonderful pet caregiver and we will use her whenever We need a sitter.

We had a unexpected death in the family and I had to find a sitter quickly. We were extremely happy with our decision to pick Treasured Critters. They worked with my schedule and we came home to two kitties that missed us! Would hire them again!

She really did treat my baby’s with love and care. Communicates well, and keeps me up to date. I’ll definitely be using her again!!!!
