Lindsay and Bryce provided excellent care to our two cats while we were gone. They are great communicators, took amazing care of our apartment and send regular updates and photos so that we knew all was going well. Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

I am thrilled to leave a glowing review for our trusted house and pet sitters, Diedre and Keith. They took exceptional care of our long-haired cat, Molly, and our home during our absence. Everything went incredibly smoothly, and their communication was top-notch. Dierdre and Keith provided regular updates, including delightful pictures of Molly, which put our minds at ease while we were away.

Upon our return, it was evident that Molly had been well cared for and was content. The genuine love and understanding Diedre and Keith have for both dogs and cats was apparent in their interactions with Molly, and it was clear that they had made her feel comfortable and secure in their care. Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip!  From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative.  He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay.  While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby!  When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom.  I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again.  You will be lucky if he can do the same for you. :)

Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her.  Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging.  She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away.  And the biggest compliment I can give:  when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot).

I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.
