Mel, Rolf and their son Samuel looked after our 2 dogs, 2 cats and small flock of chickens for 10 days this July. As you'll see they have many great reveiws on TH and we can only join in by saying that they did a fantastic job from start to finish. They're a very organised family, who clearly have a lot of experience of house and animal-sitting. The handover was quick and easy - much faster than is usually the case, as Mel immediately understood what was needed and didn't have to ask twice. They are great communicators and we were sent picture updates of the family out on walks with the dogs and cats. They managed Bonny, our new goofy rescue Golden Retriever, who can be a bit of a handful, without complaint. We even came home to a loaf of delicious, freshly baked bread. What more can you ask! :) Thanks Mel, Rolf and Samuel, we'd happily host you again!

We were very fortunate to have Anna and Jonas to care for our two dogs and house. In addition to being an absolutely delightful couple, they provided wonderful care to our two dogs. They took the dogs on long walks and sent daily updates and photos. They were super tidy and took great care of our house and plants. Anna even cleaned rearranged my kitchen drawers!! She also cooked us a delicious meal the day we returned, which was much appreciated. All in all, the perfect housesitters. I think our dogs miss them already.

We were able to thoroughly enjoy our holidays! We were updated regularly on our pet, garden and home. Our amazing pet was super healthy and happy, and the house and the garden were all in perfect condition upon our return. As we are brand new to zeewoi we had the very best experience possible. Rebecca was super comunicative since we talked the first time. She sent me pictures and gave me updates everyday. My apartment was intact and super clean. I am so grateful to have had Shirin stay with my cats over our recent trip. Every day or so Steve or I would would say aloud, "thank goodness Shirin is there". She gave each of them the extra care and attention they needed - so much so that the one took his medicine every day and our shy one was hopping up on her lap for pets. Shirin kept me up to date is pictures and messages, she left our house plants in better shape than when we left and the apartment felt well lived in and enjoyed. I could not recommend Shirin more highly and hope she will consider a trip back to Geneva to stay with Oscar and Sylvia. Thank you.

We had the privilege to have Elisabeth and Ralf for the 3rd time as housesitters. That already speaks for itself. It was lovely to see them again and the the pups were happy from the moment they walked in. Jackie our GSD can feel a bit insure at first. Not with Elisabeth and Ralf. Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Angela was very accomodating when we needed to come home a day early - Thank you! Not only did Krista take great care of our cat while we were away, she left the house cleaner than she found it. She also kept in touch with occasional photos and videos of kitty antics, which gave me peace of mind that the cat was well-cared for. Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. Do not hesitate to contact her for your pet sitting needs. I already have her booked for 10/2024 so don’t try and get her then!!!😁

Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. She will be a great sitter for others and is looking to travel across and see more of the US while remote working. We have adopted her into our family and she is welcome in our home anytime. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.
