I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

I felt totally confident in leaving Darcy and my house in Elaine’s care and I returned to a very contended dog and a perfectly clean and tidy house. Elaine arrived the day before I left so I was able to get to know her and enjoy an evening meal with her before my very early flight. We kept in contact while I was away via WhatsApp and I was happy to see photos of Darcy relaxing in her usual favourite places. It was lovely to be welcomed back home after my holiday by a very well looked after dog and it was so nice that Elaine was here to welcome me and had the lamps on, flowers in vases and a meal in the oven. Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)

We had an excellent experience with Paws n Tails professional in-home pet sitting. Our dog cannot be boarded at a kennel due to extreme anxiety, and we required in-home service. Harry Tawil worked with us and our dog Sunny for 3 days. He was punctual, attentive, kind, trustworthy, and dependable. Thank you Harry and David for taking such a good care of Lucky! Wouldnt trust him with anyone else. Lucky is a special needs dog, who needs extra attention due to his health conditions. And Paws n' Tails are taking care of him when we are out of town, which is often. He is getting his injections and pills on time. Harry has lots of patience with Lucky when he doesnt want to eat. Update: We have been taking our dogs here for a few months now and must say this doggy daycare hotel is outstanding! They take such great care of our boys and even celebrated our dog’s birthday and threw him a party! 🥹 I love that they remember the dogs’ quirks and personalities. I am so so grateful for City Bark! Also, they gifted us a framed photo of our boys over the holidays!! ❤️ Finally found a doggy hotel my dogs enjoy staying at!! They get to know your dogs’ personalities and know when they are getting feisty 😈 they keep you updated on whatsapp which is so nice when you’re traveling. I’m so pleased to find these guys, I love that they’re not a huge franchise where hundreds of dogs are running around. It feels very hands on! I take my dog here for a nail trim and file. They always do a great job, are easy to find time with, and have good prices. I can’t speak to the boarding or day care as I haven’t used it but I have heard good things from others.

I’ve lived in multiple big cities (NYC, DC and Miami) and City Bark has hands down provided the best care for my Pomeranian. City Bark is family run and operated and it truly feels like that. My dog went to day care multiple times a week, boarding and monthly grooming. Boarding and daycare are a small amount of dogs to attendant ratio and his grooming always came out well - he always received compliments on the cut! I’ve since moved out of Miami but I bring my dog to stay at City Bark whenever I am back in town

This place is by far the most amazing place to trust your fur babies. I realized how amazing they are since day one. I had an emergency on. Sunday and even though they do not do admissions on Sunday Camila and Pablo made happen and they took my dog in for five days. But what really really made my love them and recommend then to everybody is that on Wednesday I took my dog out for a walk and when we came back he couldn’t wait to go in. And on top of all that when he saw alma opening the door for him he jumped on her and forgot about my existence that I felt jealous. Thank you guys for giving us dog parents the peace of mind knowing that there is a trustful and loving place for our babies. That’s a truly blessing.
Favorite place of a beloved pet. My doggy goes to City Bark every day, except weekends, she loves it. When we come there - she starts to run and rejoice. They have caring employees and management. I warmly recommend this place for your beloved pets.
I’ve never taken my dog to more caring, clean, respectful, loving place than City bark. My dog it’s not very friendly but she loves the staff at City bark. They treat her really well and she comes out of her shell and gets along with them. During Christmas. They did something really cute. They dressed up my dog and took Christmas pictures and sent them to me. Before that, They sent me pictures of her playing before that showing me her progress and how she was doing when I first left her there. The pictures should be how she was getting along with other dogs, and how she was acting at City bark and I was surprised to see her not as anxious as she always is, so I was very happy that I did not even have to ask and they had sent me videos and pictures of her progress .These people really are amazing. The owner is the sweetest person She really loves dogs and animals and loves what she does also I’ve Never had a place I’ve taken her that has groomed her so well she look like 1 million bucks. It really was a doggy Makeover. I just have five stars for everyone And the services that City bark provides

Best dog daycare in Miami! Our dog Bruno enjoys Doggie VIP so much, he starts getting excited the second he sees the building where they are located. They are super attentive, responsive, professional and all you would want someone to be when they are taking care of your dog. We’ve been bringing Bruno for maybe a year and couldn’t be happier. He gets exhausted from playing with his friends all day so when he gets home he falls asleep till the next day. We get a lot of peace of mind when leaving him here. I take my dog to daycare here and then and she always seems to have a blast. I was out of town for a weekend and Doggie VIP did an amazing job taking care of her. They sent constant pictures and updates. Very happy to have a reliable daycare and boarding nearby for my dog. EDIT: They recently also gave my dog a BEAUTIFUL FLUFFY bath and brush. They were also able to handle some mats/knots I couldn’t finish dematting myself. Great pricing too when including daycare with it.

Doggie VIP is such a wonderful place. The staff is what makes this place exceptional. My dogs see the staff out occasionally and they get so excited to say hi— so you know that the staff love the dogs. They are so sweet to my girls and make scheduling daycare, pickups and feeding a breeze. They send photo updates throughout the day. Highly recommend! It’s also so clean in there.

I have been with Pimp my dog for some time. Everyone is very nice and texts back immediately to book an appointment. Santos is the groomer who grooms my dog, and he is the best! Super nice with my dog and knows that she is nervous and takes his time. I highly recommend Pimp my dog and Santos!
Great experience with Valentina. She was very communicative throughout here time with my German Shepard. It was his first time being groomed since we adopted. Definitely recommend.

I had a terrible experience with this groomer. Despite showing them photos and clearly asking to keep my dog's hair long, they completely butchered the haircut. Their attention to detail is severely lacking. While having a groomer come to your home is convenient, I’d feel much more comfortable in a place like Petco, where there’s accountability and other groomers around to ensure quality. Extremely disappointed.
Juliana was an excellent groomer, Niko, a senior 12 year old boy came back looking, smelling and feeling super clean. I also had the deshedding treatment added.
WARNING to the pet owners!!! Thinks twice before taking your dog to this mobile service . I took my little dog twice to this place and twice the groomer was late for 40 minutes and second time 50 minutes!!! No apology. After the second appointment my dog got an ear infection. I tried to resolve this issue with the owner Cristian, who completely brushed me off and said that is my issue, because my dog goes to the beach and dog park. His assumption! My dog is a home stay dog, period! She weighs 6/7 ponds and 15 years old. I paid over $200 for the doctor’s visit and medicine. Cristian / the owner didn’t take the responsibility for anything and completely disregarded me in a rude and accusing way! In fact he said that a lot of owners go after him with the same issues just to get a free haircut. Easy way out!
Jesus does a great job with both my dogs. It’s easy to get appointments and the prices are still reasonable compared to other grooming companies.
Pimp My Dog is the best! I can request an appointment last minute and they will fit me in within a day or two. They are always on time and never disappoint. Pablo was excellent.
I will use Pimp My Dog all the time. Our groomer Jesus is amazing and my dog always looks great whenever he sees him. He really has a great touch!
