We really feel like we landed on our feet having Kimberley and Dean look after our ‘little boy’ Huw. We were newbies to having a house/pet sitter, but Kimberley really held our hand taking the initiative to set up an early meeting and responding quickly to messages. Meeting early really set our minds to rest. At handover we agreed every other day updates on progress which included a photo and a couple of sentences and this really helped us to feel much more comfortable that Huw was being well looked after. It was clear throughout that Kimberley and Dean had considered our profile details, taking Huw to some of his favourite places and also on some new adventures too … including introducing him to a Hollywood star! Their experience with animals, but especially dogs, shows and this helped hugely in understanding Huw’s personality leading to him having a great time - when they left it was clear that he was upset that his new friends were heading off. Kimberley and Dean took great care of our house which was left immaculately clean. Thank you both so much for befriending and looking after Huw.

Francesca and Jonathan were fantastic! Given their proximity they came to visit us and the cats before we went away to ensure the cats were comfortable around them. This allowed us an opportunity to walk them through the house and routine which amazing and a first for us. The house was immaculate when we returned home and the cats were so relaxed. From the moment we met Ellie and Sean we knew they were going to be very conscientious and caring whilst looking after our dogs . Major, their own dog came to stay also . He is a well trained , easy going dog who blended easily with ours . Ellie and Sean have strong attention to detail and gave us confidence that they could manage Cillas medication and both her and Douglas’s routine . The videos sent regularly and photos illustrated how content the dogs were and how they had bonded with Ellie and Sean. Our home was respected and cared for . All my house plants were healthy and they helped to store our large crop of apples. We do hope to see Ellie and Sean again and think they are great house sitters !

Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Kate was an excellent house sitter and pet sitter. She was thoughtful, sensitive, and attuned to our cats and the particulars of our house. It was really easy to communicate with her and she was responsible and conscientious about everything. When we came back our cats seemed unfazed by our return which was a great sign and it was obvious that she spent lots of time with them and gave them lots of love. The house was spotless on our return and she even alerted us to a health matter in one of our cats. She sent lots of cute updates and was easy going when we messed up a logistical detail on our end. Just a delightful person all around. I'd love to have her come again and if you have a chance to have her housesit, jump on it. She is a gem.

Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. I have had 4 pet sitters this year so far. And Liz was the best! She was wonderful with cats. She has an easy going manner and is very comfortable to be around. Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list. Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people. I give Angela and Joe my highest recommendation and feel that anyone would be very lucky to have them their sitters! I hope that they return to sit here again.

Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)

Our miniature dachshund used to be reactive around both dogs and people. He was so nervous that even going outside made him extremely anxious, and he’d bark non-stop at the sight of people or other dogs. We’ve tried other trainers in the past, but they couldn’t get to the root of the problem. We had even considered re-homing him as we felt we'd tried everything. Nessie worked miracles, addressing his reactivity head-on and providing clear guidance on training, along with support whenever needed. She was patient and earned Howie's trust, which made a huge difference. She’s changed both our dog’s life and ours. His world has expanded, and now taking him out is a breeze and not something I fear. A dog who used to hide when I grabbed his lead now eagerly waits by the door. Nessie has also helped with our other dachshund, and both dogs absolutely adore her. Honestly, I can’t recommend Nessie enough!
Our dog is pretty reactive, especially toward some male dogs so it’s pretty hard for me to walk him by myself when needed, so usually my husband walks him as he’s stronger to control him! Found Nessie and did training sessions with her. She gave us clear instructions and techniques to work with our dog! Even though we still need to practice and reinforce all the things we’ve learned from Nessie but I feel lots more confident in walking our dog by myself. Highly recommended!
I cannot recommend Nessie highly enough. With her help and guidance my spaniel went from zero recall to 100% recall. She is a truly intuitive and kind trainer that enabled my puppy to realise his potential.
My Labrador had major separation issues and had been rejected from other day care locations due to his anxiety. I contacted Happy Paws after they were recommended to me by a family friend, and my dog has never been happier. Knowing that I was heading abroad for a period of time, we started a staged process to give my Lab time to get used to being away from me. With Happy Paws experience, patience and expertise we gave him (and me) the confidence to be apart. His every need was taken care of, to such an extent that I was actually worried my dog would not want to come back with me upon my return. If you want a place where your dogs welfare is a priority, where they get mental and physical stimulation, and you know your dog is going to be happy, then I could not recommend Happy Paws enough.
I cannot express how delighted we are with Nessie and Happy Paws. We had a loving but untameable, scent obsessed 2 Year old Cocker Spaniel and now we have the well trained, obedient, and happy dog we always wanted Nessie has a way with dogs (and owners) , her care and attention to both was a sure fire way to achieving our goals. Recommending 5 stars is really insufficient as she is a star herself and gave so much to us and our dog.
Happy Paws's puppy course gave our golden retriever the very best start in life. I was really impressed by how professional and helpful the team were. They obviously really care about dogs, without being overly prescriptive and overbearing in their advice. Highly recommend.

Nessie and her team are brilliant. Our dog Biscuit is really at home in their company and we trust them implicitly with her care. They go the extra mile, taking the dogs on a variety of walks given them the very best experience. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. I have 3 dogs and a cat. Nessie came to stay at my house with them for 10 days. I would have absolutely no hesitation to recommend her, the dogs were happy and well looked after. She is calm and confident, and I am 100% sure she could handle any situation. She is organised and my house was cleaner after her stay then I had left it. We had workmen here too, and she coped with it all. She is expensive, but she is worth it.
Jessie was amazing with our three spaniels. We are not local and were here for my daughter's wedding. Knowing the dogs would be cared for on the day was a huge weight of my shoulder. We received pics of the dogs walking and an update on their return. When we arrived back at our holiday accommodation all three dogs were happy and relaxed. Many many thanks. Tracy looked after my cat and rabbits while we were away for 10 days. It was not ideal timing because we had builders there while we were away and my cat is very wary of strangers at the best of times. Although Tracy didn’t see my cat every day she reassured me that he had been coming in for food every night. She also did a brilliant temporary repair job for me when one of my rabbit homes developed a hole in the bottom of it. She kept in regular contact and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
We have two female cats with very different personalities and like any pet owner, we are anxious that they are fed, watered and cared for while we are away. This was the first time that we have used Maccy G Pets service and we can report that we are very happy with the service. Tracy visited us to meet our cats before we travelled which was a nice touch. Tracy kept us updated with daily videos of her interactions with the cats and when we returned all was well with them and our home. Thank you for the care. We would happily recommend their service.
We could not be happier with the service provided at such short notice. Our two elderly cats absolutely love Tracy. Sadie, our eldest at 18 with failing kidneys is a hard nut to crack and very hard to please but the daily photos showed us that she was very happy in Tracy's company, along with Jinx, who has suffered with separation anxiety previously. She took the time to come and visit and introduce herself to the cats prior to starting to care for them. We have booked again as they have been so well looked after.
