No problems whatsoever, every few days updates on our cats with pictures and videos, a totally clean flat when we came back after nearly 4 weeks and two happy and relaxed cats. And not to forget: Jennifer again welcomed us with a wonderful dinner. Jennifer and Steve have become friends, and we highly recommend them as house and pet sitters. Eli was exceptional caring for my two dogs during this two week stay. She managed some challenging issues with the house and upset stomachs with the dogs extremely well. The perfect combination - Pets and Travel
We are new to trusted sitters and boy did we get lucky to find Kim and Laine! They spoiled our cats so much! Even bought them a toy and send pics and updates regularly which was so sweet. I could tell they actually cared about our fur babies and with how on top of everything they were - and had such amazing communication - I never had a single concern. Then we got home and WOW! They cleaned the house top to bottom! We had cleaners come before we left for them of course - and Kim and Laine did a better job then my cleaners do! Lol Literally took care of every detail, the most amazing house sitters ever. And the most loving and attentive pet sitters as well. We could not be happier. Thank you Kim and Laine! We hope you can sit for us again in the future.

Max did an excellent job taking care of our home and two cats, Gordie and Shrimpie, while we went on vacation. We really enjoyed meeting her the evening before we left. Nicole was a delight! She's a very experienced sitter, loved our two kitties to bits, and took care of everythng on the home front. We were off the grid for most of the sit, but came back to photos and images that showed us two blissed-out cats! We can't recommend Nicole more.

Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures.
