Yammy was a wonderful sitter, and we were lucky to have her here. She and our cat Puccini clicked right away, and based on her frequent updates with photos to us I think Puccini sat on or near her every minute she was here😄! She was here for five+ weeks, and anything that came up needing attention she took it in stride and and kept us informed so we never had to worry about a thing. And when we returned the house was immaculate — if it hadn’t been for the pictures she sent we would hardly know she’d lived in the house for five weeks! We’d love to host her again, any time, and if she applies to sit for you you should absolutely grab her before someone else does.

Lauren is an incredible sitter. Her communication and organisation was excellent and she made us feel extremely relaxed the minute she arrived to care for Lilah. Lilah loved her time with Lauren and was a very happy and content soul on our return. Lauren kept us updated on a daily basis with lovely photos and information of what they had done on a walk - utterly charming and such a strong example of how evidently loved and well cared for that Lilah was. Lauren looked after the flat perfectly, leaving washed sheets and a super tidy space on our return. As if that is not enough, Lauren is a brilliant person who is super bright with a kind and considerate way about her. We cannot recommend her more highly!

This was our first time using zeewoi, and Gaby made us feel reassured about leaving our 2 dogs behind to travel. She spent most of her time with them and sent pictures every day. It is clear Gaby loves animals deeply, so we were very happy to know our dogs were not just being looked after, but loved on in our absence. She took the time to get to know their individual personalities and quirks and give the specific type of care and attention needed for each pup. One of our dogs can be shy and insecure and very attached to me, but Gaby earned her trust in a matter of hours. Gaby allowed us to travel without worrying about our dogs, and we would have her sit for us again in the future!

I had a last minute trip come up, and was relieved Valerie was able to take care of my kitties in a pinch. I liked her immediately upon meeting her, and felt her great energy would be a perfect match for my shy kitties. As far as I could tell, Valerie took good care of the kitties while I was away. The communication was just okay. She eventually replied to my messages about this and that, but didn't really initiate or share little updates or photos of the kitties and how it was going unless I reached out first. When I came home, I discovered that an item of mine was missing and asked her if she had seen it anywhere, thinking I must have misplaced it before I left. She acknowledged she had taken it, but didn't actually apologize, incredibly, and then it was a real struggle to try to get it back or at least have her send a replacement. After much persistence and pursuit on my part and quite the runaround on her part, she eventually replaced it, but I was a bit taken aback by her blasé attitude about taking it in the first place and then casual avoidance to resolving the situation. All very surprising, and an unfortunate disheartening footnote to the petsit. All that being said, she left my house very clean and tidy, and the kitties seemed very calm and content when I returned.

Natasha is an excellent dog sitter. We met her before going on our trip, and she took note of everything! She was super independent while staying at our house and sent us lots of daily pictures of our dog. It was clear they got along very well, and she was very dedicated to his walks and care. Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. Absolutely Incredible.... I will not lie, I was hesitant because David did not have any pet sits before this one (gotta start somewhere) but because he did the background check I decided to contact him. We had a great phone conversation and the decision was made. He came to my house the night before I was leaving to learn all the ins and outs of taking care of my fur babies and then put himself up in a hotel for the night before the sit date. The next day he came over in the morning to learn a few more details before I left. I could not have chosen a better house sitter for my 2nd house sit . David communicated with me daily, sent pictures and we spoke via facetime. My little guy was feeling sick when David started and with diligence, love and kindness he was able to get my little guy eating again and feeling better. I would invite David back into my home over and over again but I am pretty sure he is going to be in high demand. Thank you David for everything!

I am new to Napa and was very nervous to have a cat sitter for my Cat precious. She had the same sitter for 5 years and can be fussy. I hired Napa Pet Care and the experience was excellent. They fed her twice a day, played with her and in 4 days had her coming out when they arrived to be petted and play. I can highly recommend the service.

I utilized Napa Pet Care for the first time recently while I took a long motorcycle trip. Knowing my pets were cared for provided great peace of mind. If I could give Jesslynn and Napa Pet Care 100 stars I would. I am a new puppy mom and I seriously doubt I could keep my puppy, Kiki, if it wasn't for Napa Pet Care! I work very long hours and knowing that a highly trained compassionate professional is helping me care for my puppy is all I need to get thru the long work week. A really great feature that Napa Pet Care offers is the attention and constant feedback they provide to owners. For instance, I receive daily updates along with a GPS tracker of Kiki's daily walks-I am so glad to know my dog is getting adequate exercise! Finally, Jesslynn takes time out of her day to educate me about training, nutrition, and anything else I might have a question about. Jesslynn has helped me train my puppy to use the bells to go outside. She takes the time to help groom Kiki when needed. Plus, my puppy loves her, and I truly believe one of the best ways to judge a person is thru animals-and Jesslynn/napa Pet Care gets a big thumbs up from Kiki!

I have worked with the TailUp team to walk my pup since they initially opened. They are extremely professional, well managed, and reliable. Melodie, the owner takes extreme care to screen her staff and to ensure that they, not only follow safety rules, but also make sure that I as the pet parent am comfortable with her team. TailsUp closed briefly due to state independent contractor regulations, but they are now back in business! I couldn’t be happier with their service and professionalism.
