We are loving our Clover Pets experience. From training to grooming and daycare our dogs love it there. The staff are caring and very helpful. We have bad experiences at other training camps and they have done everything to make our dog feel safe, cared for, and excited to learn. They have included us in the process and educated us (ok trained us 😂) so we can better manage our dogs and help them to want to do commands for us. I highly recommend them.

I recently had the pleasure of taking my dog, Atlas, to Clover Pets for grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. They took the time to understand Atlas's grooming needs and made sure he was relaxed before the session began. The groomers at Clover Pets are truly skilled and attentive. They did an amazing job with Atlas, giving him a fresh and stylish look that perfectly showcases his personality. He came out looking absolutely adorable, and I could tell he felt great too! The attention to detail was impressive, and they even provided tips on maintaining his coat between grooming sessions. What really stood out to me was the warm and friendly atmosphere that Clover Pets offers. The staff genuinely loves animals, and it shows in the way they interact with the pets. Atlas was happy and wagging his tail the entire time, which is always a good sign! Now, after his grooming experience, Atlas can’t wait to start doggy daycare at Clover Pets! I feel confident that he will be in good hands, surrounded by caring professionals who will keep him safe and entertained. I highly recommend Clover Pets for anyone looking for grooming or daycare services. They truly go above and beyond, and I can't wait for Atlas to enjoy his next adventure there!

Sadie loves her time at Clover Pets. I drive an hour and a half each time to specifically bring her here because of how much fun she has and how well loved she is! They have a splash pad and large fenced in grass area for them to play in! They take such good care of her and you can tell the staff is very knowledgeable. Sadie loves Clover!

Our dog Goose always enjoys his time at Clover-Pets. He loves the socialization and we love that he is taken care of. The peace of mind is the biggest benefit to us knowing our dog is in loving capable hands.

It was very difficult finding a boarding facility for my two dogs and one cat. We went to check out Clover and felt so comfortable with them. They have stayed with Clover many times and we know they are in such good hands and the daily pictures show us how much fun they’re having!

We love Clover and the dogs love them even more! Whether there for a sleep over or daycare, they come home happy, clean, and safe. The staff is wonderful and personable. We especially love Vic! And the photos - they bring us joy to see at the end of each day. Highly recommend!

Our girls had such a great time at their new “home away from home” while we were on vacay! The girls had an indoor/outdoor kennel and plenty of room to run and play under the shade of oak trees with squirrels 🐿️ to chase. Having a lot of shade for our girls was a must as they overheat easily. It was actually very hard to find a boarding place that had an outdoor area with shade that wasn’t indoor only in a strip center! So, we’re very grateful to have found Clover Pets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our family LOVES clover pets and highly recommend them to anyone looking for daycare or boarding or grooming!!! My Australian shepard has never been so happy to be boarded somewhere, he always comes home happy!! They treat him as one of there own and I have one less worry when I am gone somewhere I can't take him! 1000% recommend these guys!

My dog Biscuit is a new client at Clover, and he loves it!! When I leave Biscuit there, I leave with a sense of peace because they are absolutely amazing!! From the owner to all the staff they are professional, friendly, and love my Biscuit 😉 A BIG THANK YOU to CLOVER for taking such great care of Biscuit!! My sweet girl had so much fun playing at clover pets. She stayed 2 nights! Thank you Clover pets! I highly recommend them for all your boarding needs. Will definitely be back. Going to also use their doggy day care soon so she can go play again!

Happy Tails has been an our pups home away from home. Samantha has taken fabulous care of our pups over the years including some special medical needs. She has been a life saver when one of our dogs had a medical event. Samantha knew right away that our pup needed medical attention and rushed her to a vet where it was determined she was have a diabetic episode. Samantha’s continued to care for complex medical needs for multiple stays. The regular updates and pictures help us stay connected. Our pups love her house, her backyard and the other visiting pups. Highly recommend Samantha if you are looking for a trustworthy dog loving sitter.

Happy Tails has been a life saver. The owner Samantha loves our dog and always sends us pictures and reports on how she’s doing. It’s been easy to coordinate drop offs and pickup times and Samantha has offered to pick up and drop off when needed. Our dog loves going there and we feel good that she isn’t in a kennel all day. The price is affordable and Samantha is upfront with the cost. We have used Happy Tails for about two years and would definitely recommend this company.

We had a great time on our vacation. Samantha sent updates and pictures. Our pooch was in great hands. We had our choice between a pet resort and Happy tails. For more money, we could have gone with the pet resort, where our dog would have been locked in it two by two room and would only be let out four times a day to use the bathroom with no contact... plus we would have had to pay for an extra day because they don't take drop offs on Sundays. We decided to take our dog to Happy Tails. First of all, Samantha picked up our dog and dropped her off at no cost because we were within the limits. That was so convenient. She gave our pooch plenty of love, attention, and healthy treats in a clean, home environment. She had our dog there with other friendly dogs, which was a great experience for our dog. She took her on walks, gave her healthy treats, and she even sent pictures and updates.

I have been taking my 2 boys Kirbi and Dhawson, to Happy Tails for 3 yrs. They are always very excited and happy when going to Happy Tails. I love the fact Happy Tails is a home away from home for my fur babies. I know that when I go on vacation that they very well loved and taken care of. Always love getting updates and pictures on both of the while I am away. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAPPY TAILS DOG SITTING 100%. Would not want to go any where else. Wow! This is by far the best dog boarding service we have used in 8 years. The door-to-door service is an added bonus; and she sends “pupdates” with pictures. The best part was our big boy with bad knees came home looking better than he left. We appreciate you and will use you again.

I am so happy to have found Happy Tails. Scottie really enjoyed his time there. Knowing that he is well cared for really makes it so much more enjoyable to get away. We will be returning there in the future!

Happy Tails is our go to place when we do not bring our 3 dogs traveling with us. They always come back happy and we receive pictures of them every day! Samantha is good managing all kind of dogs.

Samantha has cared for for our beloved pets for the past 5 years and I can't say enough good about her. We had a Frenchie that was a special need dog and was on about 10 different medications including eye meds that required administering at specific times. He was well cared for and loved. She recently cared for our young and extremely energetic Boston and received the most attentive and loving care. Highly recommended. You can't go wrong with Samantha.

My dogs have visited Happy Tails several times and Samantha is excellent with them. They love staying at Happy Tails and will stay there again.

I can’t even explain how great this place is. The staff and owner are VERY friendly, they really care about every dog that comes in. I have a Dalmatian, they are a very hard breed.. to say the least. My dog is anxious and very attached to me, he’s also very vocal. And honestly, not the easiest dog to get along with. But Every time I drop him off they are excited and great my baby with excitement. Fidget loves to go and hang out with all the staff. You can call up there as often as you want and they will happily talk to you and tell you how your baby is doing. Their knowledge about dogs and care goes above and beyond and I truly believe they love all the dogs there as their own. I can leave my pride and joy baby with them knowing he’s in great care. I have met the owner and many of the care givers and they are all so nice and kind. They are respectful and just great people. This is such a great place to leave your dog. Thank you to all the staff for all the great experiences!! I have used them a few times now and I will continue to use them.

My cat has been going here when we vacation for 3 years. I am newly aware that there is not a sprinkler system (in case of fire), just a fire alarm. Also, nobody is there from 6:30p-6:30a every day. Those two items were not as concerning to me as my cat not being fed at all on her last day of boarding. So glad I picked her up on Friday evening instead of Saturday morning! All of the food I sent for Friday morning, afternoon, and evening was sent back home with me, which is how I know she wasn't fed that day. That also left me wondering if anybody had even entered the cat room that whole day. I had always had a good experience prior to this, hence my 3 star rating, but there is definitely room for improvement.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Midtown pet retreat. The staff has been Amazing! I always feel so comfortable and confident leaving Jax with them. They truly care about your furry family member.

All the staff Kelly , Rebecca, Tosha and many more take time and care of my fur babies Cocoa and Pretzel. My Cocoa is a German Shepherd (2yrs) and was extremely shy and protective of Pretzel. Not anymore , the staff truly care and love our babies. I can leave my babies and feel confident they will be taken care of in the best way! Thank all the staff! We love you!

I have been taking my golden retriever, Bronn, there since he was 6 months old. He loves going. He is happier to see the caretakers that work there than he is to see me most days. The people working there have been with Bronn almost his whole life. I am always very comfortable taking/keeping him there.

We have a female 13 year old GSD and a female 2 year old Pit Bull/Weenie mix, both have anxiety/traumas and are rescues. They had both recently started a diet and my husband and I were hopeful that Midtown would be a better fit for them than Farmhouse was with adhering to their diets/needs and just general care. We were NOT disappointed! The girls were able to stay together to help with the Pit Bull mix’s anxiety from being in a shelter. They(Midtown) did AMAZING with the girls diet, toys, and watching their feedings because they require slow feed bowls. We were incredibly impressed by the quality of staff/care, the communication, and the facility itself. We 100% recommend Midtown! They have not only our full vote of confidence, but also our business in the future.

Midtown, thank you for ALL you do, please keep up the great work! These folks at Midtown, especially Kelly, have a level of commitment to the animals like no other. Kelly is the first one to put herself out there to do all possible to make these furry members of your family feel cared for and loved. We have German Shepards, and Kelly and Candice and Tosha and the team have worked and worked at establishing a loving and caring relationship with our dogs, one of which has been slow to the process but has reached impressive success! Our Shepards initially came here years ago with great standoffishness and it would be easy to steer clear of them, but Kelly and her team worked with them at a slow and steady pace and they love our dogs and the dogs love them! I have even had the occasion to talk with Zach, the owner, who set the standard of expectations for the staff through his own modeling of characteristics of being solid, caring, responsible, responsive, and dedicated to the staff and the business. It is a three-hour round-trip drive for us to bring them to Midtown, and it is a three-hour trip we will make every time as there is nowhere else we would leave these furry family members.

My dogs, Scooter and Gracie Mae stay at Midtown Pet Retreat and I feel very confident that they are well taken care of! The facility is very nice and the staff is so friendly and caring! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a safe place to board their dogs or cats.

I didn’t even get a chance to drop my dog off here. I called up here and got approval that it was okay to drop my dog off. I went up there the next day and the general manager was SO rude. She said we didn’t know you were coming.. then told me with an attitude that my son was peeling stuff off her door. “WELL he is peeling that off my door.” She could have asked him to stop nicely but she had an attitude about everything. Then they acted like they never dealed with a vocal dog before. I wanted to board my dog here but I did not like the way she treated us.

We always use them. They are nice and usually remember our pet. You can request grooming services while boarding. It is a contactless drop off. You call them and they come get or bring out your pet. The only request I would have is to drop your pet off inside or to their room and cameras so we can check in on pets.
