Debbie and Terry were a wonderful couple. They were pleasant, communicative and dependable. They looked after our canary while we were gone for 3 weeks and we could tell that he had been taken good care of. His energy levels were up and he was alert and responsive. Unfortunately we never had the chance to meet Terry in person, but we appreciated the excellent communication we had with both of them. They took good care of our plants and we also appreciated that they let us know that the pool pump was no longer running so that we could contact our contractor. Overall it was a positive experience and we recommend this lovely couple!

David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip. SHELLEY IS AMAZING!!! Truly- I don't know what I could have possibly done to deserve the care Shelley and her daughter Jen gave to our pets and our home. They faced truly abysmal weather here in New Orleans and could have re-routed their whole trip to find better weather, but they kept their commitment to us. The house was sparkling and neat as a pin when we returned. Our very own network of spies (i.e.- the friends at the dog park where Shelley kept our daily 7:00 AM appointment) said that they were the best sitters we have ever had. Our skiddish Labradoodle and lazy beagle loved them at first sight. If you have a chance to have Shelley house sit for you then count yourself lucky because she is a treasure. Like Mary Poppins for pets. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
