Lori did an excellent job watching our elderly pets (cat 12, dog 15)! Lori was very professional and courteous as well as lovely to work with. Lori was very attentive to their needs and gave them their many medications they required over the course of 6 days while my wife and I were on vacation. It was very difficult finding someone who specialized in taking care of senior pets but Lori was the perfect fit. She was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and treated our pets as if they were her own and really cared for them. She also provided daily updates on how the pets were doing while we were away to let us know they were doing well including pics and videos. Lori stayed overnight at our apartment while we were away and was an outstanding houseguest, leaving the house cleaner than when we left it. The overall value of the services Lori provides were well worth the peace of mind that our pets were very well cared for. Lori exceeded all my expectations of an outstanding pet sitter! She cared for my shy little kitty for one week. Lori is dependable and conscientious. Upon my return my cat was not the least stressed (as she usually was with previous pet care help). Lori is knowledgeable with guidance regarding cat behavior that I was not aware of. Best of all, she is a loving person who took the time to play, pet and sweet talk my little one. It was wonderful to receive daily reports and videos. Also, there were a couple of household issues that came up while I was away, and she graciously stepped up and assisted me with them. Lori is the BEST!

Lori’s been a phenomenal pet sitter for our rabbit Sybil. Lori goes above and beyond to make sure Sybil is well looked after. Beyond the basics of just feeding her, giving her water and changing her litter, Lori spends time to play and interact with Sybil. Sybil is extremely shy so the fact she’s willing to play so well with Lori and be comfortable around her is a testament to the patience and care that Lori brings to her pet clients

I recently had to travel for work on short notice and none of the friends who usually cat sit for me were available. So I went to a professional pet sitter for the first time. My cat Leroy is 20 years old and has a few health conditions and medications and special routines, and Lori stuck to it all in a loving way. I really needed someone to stay overnight as Leroy had some recent complications, plus he is an emotionally needy cat and would get lonely with just occasional check ins. Lori was sure to follow all my instructions and routines for Leroy, sending me multiple updates and videos per day - but she would always follow my cadence and text me less if she noticed I was less responsive. Not only did Lori take good care of Leroy, she left my home cleaner than she found it, including the backyard garden. She left everything so that I didn't have to do a thing but unpack when I returned home. The peace of mind of having someone as loving to our furry babies as we are, as well as her attention to detail and reliability is well worth it - I will definitely be hiring Lori again and you should too!

My husband and I left our fur angel baby (wirehaired dachshund) with Lori for four days, and it was our first time leaving him with a petsitter so we weren't sure what to expect, and we were a bit nervous. Well, we had no reason to be, because Newton absolutely LOVED his time with Lori! She is super communicative and sends multiple updates a day (with photos and video) on your fur baby and their adventures. She also stayed at our place, but can host at hers if necessary. Newton had lots of walks and brushing, and lots of love and snuggles. You can tell she just loves animals, and they love her back. Highly recommend Lori!

Lori went above and beyond for her love and attention to my two cats Oscar and Lucy! She even helped me better organize my home to fit my and their needs. We left our dog with Thalia whilst we were travelling abroad. It was a first for us and we were very anxious. Thalia made us feel at ease since the very beginning by meeting us in prior to our trip and offering a trial with her. She is very sweet, knowledgeable and extremely reliable. Communication was extremely important to us and she provided daily updates and access to video streaming which made us feel good. You can tell she cares about dogs and take good care of them. Thalia was amazing! We had a meet-and-greet at the Dog Daycare that she works at and our dog got a spend a trial day there to see if they were a good fit. During our 10 day vacation, we were given access to live video streams and sent updates via text message. The thing I liked most about Thalia is that dogs that stay with her get to go to her workplace during the weekdays and they get socialized and play time with the other dogs there at no additional charge!

We love Betty because OUR DOG LOVES Betty! He needed to be carried into his last daycare, but he eagerly walks himself to Betty's and then doesn't want to leave when we come back for him! Betty sends photo updates and tops his dinner with chicken to make sure he eats. Charlie won't leave until he's given Betty goodbye kisses, and that's how I know he's been loved in my absence.

Betty goes above and beyond and taking care of her guests. My 17-year-old Bichon, Suzy was well taken care of and came back spoiled after her 8 day stay! I received daily updates and pictures. I highly recommend Betty and we'll see her again in 3 weeks time.

The Top Dog team has been wonderful in caring for my young bernese pup. There are a lot of daycare options in the area but what we love about Top Dog is that they handle pickup/dropoff and we have the peace of mind that our dog is safely off leash in a fenced/controlled area with attentive staff. Scheduling and making changes is easy via their online platform and it's great that we receive pictures at the end of each daycare day. Would definitely recommend Top Dog!

Our dog has been with Top Dog since he was a puppy and they truly saved my sanity. He started with Puppy Head Start and then moved on to the camp outings a few days a week when I had a newborn and could not juggle a puppy and a baby. We know he is safe and well cared for and I feel good knowing he is frolicking in the fields with his friends instead of inside at a doggy daycare.

Top Dog has helped add play time my very active and fear-reactive dog. My dog loves dogs and humans but is generally slow-to-warm, so it was really important for me to find someone who understands and has experience with reactive dogs. I had a really hard time trusting daycares and walkers in San Francisco, which typically have huge human-to-dog ratios and end up being too overstimulating for my dog. I decided to try the ranch/dog walker option for my dog, and each time he comes home a happy camper. I can trust Natalie and the team to carefully put my dog in the right play groups, and ensure good behaviors and social manners are in place throughout his time playing around at the ranch. As busy individuals, we’re glad that we have Top Dog for our furry little one. It makes us feel great that he’s outside playing and enjoying his day. We don’t have to worry about taking him for long walks (especially because he’s a high energy dog). As for him, he gets his exercise, socializes and gets to enjoy with his other furry friends while under the care of his fav peeps, the Top Dog walkers who he loves ! On that note here’s a Huge shout out to Drina.. we totally appreciate the care with which she handles Bumble and we can see how much Bumble loves her 🥰 Drina is great is keeping us posted if anything falls out of scheduled pick up an drop off time, always gives a heads up before pick up and drop off, pairs pictures from the day and shes amazing with dogs. Overall, we’re glad we chose Top Dog for Bumble.. they pick them up and drop them off. Nothing gets better than this for busy parents.

Five months ago, I rescued a 10-month-old Great Dane who had a traumatic and limited start to her life. She was already quite large at 100 pounds (she weighs 125 pounds today) and, understandably, terribly anxious. We live on California Ave, right in the heart of Nob Hill, and I can honestly say: until I saw the world through her eyes, I had no idea how chaotic the streets and parks of San Francisco are—they are too chaotic for many rescues. What made matters even worse was that our dog was afraid of other dogs—terrified, in fact. Trapped in our apartment with my large and very timid new best friend, I reached out to Natalie and Top-Dog for help: we needed a safe place for our rescue to get some exercise without other barking dogs, people, or anything else. Natalie was amazing, enabling us to use her facilities with no other dogs present. It was nothing short of huge for our rescue. She had an opportunity to run and play in an environment where she felt safe. Exercise is so important for dog happiness and good behavior. Top-Dog has two great facilities, one in San Francisco and another a 30-minute drive south in Montara. The San Francisco location has a nice, clean, well-maintained yard, where they practice great doggie hygiene and ensure all dogs in the facility are healthy and stay that way. The Montara ranch is an amazing location: it is huge, at least 4 acres in two large fenced-in runs, all grass and very well maintained, without a single foxtail to be seen. We have utilized both locations continuously over the last five months, allowing our dog to get some real exercise. Top-Dog's help and support with our rescue have been instrumental. Natalie is amazing, and her thoughtful and conscientious team runs some great facilities.

My mini dachshund went to TopDog for small dog playcare and I highly recommend! He is a little nervous around big dogs so this was the perfect place for him. The staff took great care of him and helped him come out of his shell and make some dog friends. When we started going, he was nervous to enter but after a few weeks was pulling me there and wagging his tail. They send multiple photos every day which we loved. We would still go to TopDog if we lived in the area.

Our dog Betty has been going to Top Dog camp for a couple of years now. We are so lucky to have found this amazing service for our dog. She loves camp and we love knowing she is with a staff that knows and loves her, she is getting plenty of exercise and play time with other dogs in large open area and we get photos daily showing her having a great time. This is such a better alternative than typical dog walking even though it cost about the same. Highly recommend!!

We signed our 3 month old puppy for the Top Dog Puppy Head Start program and we had a really positive experience. 3 months is an awkward age for puppies as they’re not fully vaccinated so you can’t really socialize them properly but they really need to be socialized. The Puppy Head Start program is a great compromise - there are strict health entry requirements so you know your partially vaccinated puppy is safe and they benefit from play time with other puppies and great trainers. Our puppy got really excited every time we dropped her off and she loved Lauren who took great care of her. I would definitely recommend this to other people in SF with young puppies.

My pup Cooper has been going to Topdog since he was 6 months old. He loves going to camp everyday and looks forward to meeting Miguel (our walker) every morning. Miguel and Bonnie (our camp assistant) have taken such good care of him. They are lovely people and truly love working with dogs. It is not just a job for them! In addition Jackie has always been super responsive and helpful with any questions I had along the way. As a single dog mom with no family around Topdog family has been super helpful and supportive since Cooper was a puppy. I started boarding Cooper with Natalie recently and she has been so communicative sending me photos regularly and taking great care of him. I am so glad to have found Topdog! Highly recommend for anyone looking to get their pup out and about when they are in the office. You won't be disappointed. They also have a ton of other services if you are looking for training or day care.

Natalie with Top Dog SF has been taking care of my two dogs while my family travels. It makes me feel at ease when we are away. I know that the dogs are in good hands and that they are comfortable. Natalie sends photos and updates to me on how they are doing so I know they are adjusting well. They are a part of her family when they are at her home. Plus the dogs get to experience the Top Dog SF off leash dog ranch as well. It is an awesome experience for them to get a chance to run, fetch and play safely.

Our doggies absolutely love staying with Pacha Dog Care! Whenever we travel or need daycare, we know they will be in excellent hands, which gives us peace of mind (and I can be kind of a helicopter parent, so it’s not easy for me to trust just anyone to care for my babies!) Claire always sends us several endearing photos and descriptions of highlights from their day, which means a lot when we’re far from home. They always get to do something active and engaging, and we love that they get to interact with Moose and occasionally other dogs, but it’s not an overwhelming dog boarding environment. One of our dogs can be pretty anxious and reactive, but whenever we pick her up from Pacha Dog Care she is noticeably less reactive and more confident. We live in the neighborhood and whenever we’re nearby, our dogs try to pull us towards Pacha Dog Care; that’s how much they love staying with Claire!

I feel very lucky every time I book a doggy vacation with Claire at Pacha Dog Care. She always takes excellent care of my dog who has separation anxiety and other medical issues. Claire sends photos (see attached) and provides updates on a regular basis. When I can’t be with my dog, I have peace of mind when she’s with Claire. I wholeheartedly recommend Pacha Dog Care to anyone who wants their dog to have a positive boarding experience.

Claire is an incredible care-giver - she's flexible, offers personalized services, and has been an amazing resource since we got our puppy. I love that my dog gets to be comfortable in her home, not in a kennel environment. Our dog loves going to Pacha Dog for daycare, training, and extended stays when we are away. Not only does he enjoy his doggy vacation, complete with daily adventures, but with Claire's training services, my dog comes home better behaved. She only uses positive reinforcement and has been so patient with teaching me and the dog real life skills (crate training, loose leash walking, door manners, etc).

We have boarded our 3 y/o goldendoodle with Pacha Dog Care many times and always have a great experience. It gives me a lot of peace of mind, especially on longer trips, to know he is being well cared for in an at-home environment. Claire sends the best photo updates and makes sure he gets plenty of exercise. I know our dog loves it there because he runs right up to the door whenever we arrive. Recently, our dog developed some health complications, but thankfully Claire had no concerns caring for him and shared she has experience in caring for dog's with his condition. Claire and Eli are true gems. The absolute best sitters and surrogate family my pup and I have ever had. They are kind and patient with the pups, and truly treat them as part of their pack. I highly recommend Pacha Dog Care! Claire cared for our 4-year-old dog, Finn, when we traveled for a long weekend, and treated him like a family member. Claire is a fantastic communicator and sent us regular updates on all the fun things she was doing with Finn. She is a knowledgeable and skilled dog trainer and did things like carefully introducing her own dog to Finn to promote positive social interactions. I enjoyed learning that Claire grew up working with horses - she clearly has a lifelong passion for working with animals. Pacha will be our first choice for our future dog-watching needs!

Claire and Pacha Dog Care are fantastic. Claire has been a consistent walker and boarder for my almost 2 year old Cavapoo pup for almost a year now and we're so lucky to have found her. Claire is kind, responsive, responsible, flexible and best of all, my dog loves her (and her adorable dog, Moose). It's an added bonus that my dog gets companionship of both Claire and Moose during her overnight stays. Claire is very active and does a wonderful job of providing exercise and outdoor and indoor stimulation, fun and affection. Claire provides regular updates via text on how my dog is doing during her boarding stays; I'm always happy and relieved to know my pup is happy and well cared for. Claire also provides training, which is an added bonus. We'll be using Claire for dog care for years to come!

We are so happy to have found Pacha in our area. We recently boarded our senior dog with Claire, and were so happy to see the amount of care and love she showed our four-legged family member. For a little extra, she even provided behavior training during the boarding period. Claire was incredibly communicative throughout the entire stay and shared heart-warming pictures each evening -- we couldn't have asked for more.

My baby has major seperation anxiety 😫. But loves going here. He plays all day and is really happy. They check in send pics all day. They really take great care. Report any concerns and keep in great touch. I've never had doggie day care experience this is a first and they set bar high. Only downfall is my dog won't poop in doors and there is no outdoor area. But that's a personal issue haha 😄 Highly recommend them

This place is AMAZING! We loved bringing our Rocky here, we knew he was going to be safe and very well cared for. They clearly love and pay attention to the dogs in their care. Rocky was always so happy to go play with his furriends and loved his carers so much. Sadly we had to move to another county, but I'll definitely bring Rocky back if we need to be in the area. They accommodated Luna on a very short notice while we were visiting San Francisco. They squeezed us in for an evaluation and she got to spend a great day at their care! We got lots of Instagram updates throughout the day. We will definitely bring her back next time!

This is our first time taking our girl to a doggie daycare and she was a little dubious initially, mostly due to her not being well socialized with other dogs and her anxiety over being left in a strange place without her people. After a few visits she has really come out of her shell and absolutely loves going here now! She loves Leon and plays the entire time she is there. I bring home a very happy and tired dog at the end of the day. We get lots of feedback about her visits and Leon is very responsive with communication. We've also used the shuttle service, which is super convenient and appreciated, as our work hours are outside of their business hours. We highly recommend this place for dog care. So happy to have them in our neighborhood!

Valentina loves it here as she gets to play with friends and the owner looks after her as if she were his own. Sends us pictures and texts of how she is doing. Best place we’ve had her at. Trusting, well priced and a happy dog. What more can one ask for?

We've got a 14 year old doggo who still has lots of energy. When we go on vacay she gets separation anxiety so we tried to find a place that was cage free that allowed her to play the whole time - and this is the place! She was here on multiple occasions, 8 days/nights was the longest and no separation anxiety. She was too busy playing with all the dogs! Because she's older, they also paid attention to when she needed extra breaks. Would highly recommend this place :) Plus, they screen every doggo that comes in so you know all the doggos there are extra good doggos!

This was our time using Mike's service and our first ever trip away from our two British Shorthairs, Pawlie and Tony. His service starts with a walkthrough of your home and information gathering session. He makes a real effort to understand the needs of your pets and to make sure he can keep things as normal as possible for them. During his visits, he feeds and freshens water, clean litter, and plays the cats. He also handles any packages that have been dropped off so that they are not left outside. At the end of each day, he sends an overview of the sessions along with a good deal of photos. This helped to put us at ease while we were traveling. Mike and his sitting service are 11/10 and should be your go-to for cat sitting needs!

The groomers at Who let the dogs out! are absolutely outstanding! They are so nice and diligent- my boxer has a skin allergy & they are extremely gentle and always ask for an update and make sure to let me know they carry the special hypoallergenic or oatmeal soap for him! I trust them and they are by far the best guys for washing my boxer! I can’t say enough about them! He reluctantly tolerates baths, but he likes them so much, he wiggles and licks every time they take him for a bath. I love that they come to the house & make it super easy for me and him! They are 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

My dog, Scout and I love WLTDO! I first connected with the owner, Lauren, soon after getting a puppy. As a puppy, Scout began daily walks with Benji to get regular exercise and socialize while I work from home. Each day, she is so excited to go play, and is always ready for a good nap upon her return. Lauren and Benji are both knowledgable, kind, and great with dogs! Lauren has helped us with some training sessions throughout puppyhood, and I trust them both implicitly. It is so wonderful to know that Scout is in a safe environment to have fun, learn and socialize, and I have doggie 'experts' I can rely on for training, socialization, and overnight/daycare when needed. I highly recommend WLTDO for puppy socialization, training, pack play, daycare, etc.

I've been working with Lauren and WLTDO for 6 months and they're amazing! My 10 month old Golden loves his walks with BJ and Alejandro, and he always comes back with a big smile and wagging tail. The company is responsive and accommodating, and I feel my boy is in good hands with them. Highly recommend!!

Lauren and her Team are Fantastic. They have a overall socialization and no leash group program you can enroll your dog in that is much more than just dog walking. Awesome service!

I don't know how their driving is but the services I have gotten for my cat--Lion's cut + bath+ etc. are excellent. It was not easy to find them after I lost my original groomer, some "horror stories" there, but Melissa does a wonderful job.

I sent my dog for a full groom with bath for $140. Unfortunately he came back looking scruffy as though he hadn't been brushed at all! Attempted to contact the company who forwarded me to the owner who never replied. See attached pictures which were taken immediately after the "grooming."

Who let the dogs out are the only groomers I trust with my animals & every employee I have met has been amazing !!

Jim and Benny are like family to us. I wouldn't have been able to have raised this pup (Robbie) without them. From the very beginning they invested in his well-being and social, physical, and mental growth. He learned to swim at their cabin in the Russian River Valley and made lifelong friends at Alamo that I'm sure he misses quite a bit now that we've moved out of San Francisco. It's really challenging finding a place for pups to interact in a safe and fun environment, especially off-leash. Robbie is one of the most friendly and well-behaved pups in our neighborhood, which we owe in large part to Jim, Benny, and Tom for caring for him day after day while we were working. The Sniff San Francisco team are truly my partners when it comes to taking care of my 2+ year-old Cavapoo, Lola. She joined the Sniff "puppy head start" program at 10 weeks, and has been walking, playing and boarding with Jim and Benny, and their excellent, attentive and loving team ever since. During her time in puppy head start, the Sniff team got Lola used to the sights and sounds of the city, exposed her to plenty of people and dogs, and taught her foundational commands, which they continue to practice with her. They have been especially thoughtful in their approach to getting her to play with the other dogs in her pack since she can be a bit reserved. The entire Sniff team has been so loving and sweet to Lola, from her longtime walkers, Sabrina and Devin, to newer pals like Tom and Eleanor. Jim, Benny, and team are knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to understanding Lola, making her feel safe, and making sure she is safe. Finally, Jim, Benny and team are excellent and diligent communicators. I appreciate their updates and informative texts. The photos and videos they share of Lola zooming, playing with other dogs (or Sabrina's hands), or being serenaded by Jim always make my day. I highly recommend working with the Sniff SF team. They are THE BEST!

There are no better dog walkers in San Francisco. I've been with Jim and Benny since very early on, and they have just been wonderful to my dog. My dog is a little over 12 years old, and he is in phenomenal shape, due almost entirely to the attention of Sniff. He has little to no arthritis, his eyes are great, and just recently I completed a hike of the Lost Coast with him in two days, which is a 25 mile beach hike. That's insane. He is also more people oriented than dog oriented, and needed some behavior modification for being a jerk to other dogs in the beginning, and Sniff were able to quickly iron it out and make him a more tolerant member of the pack. They also made him an incredible leash walker. He wasn't terrible to start with, but he wasn't good. He is such a cordial leash walker now. I miss them. We moved to Spain, which is exciting and wonderful, but I always knew that my dog was getting a huge amount of exercise and attention while I was at work in SF when Sniff came by. It'll be hard to measure up out here. Like everyone else, I'm so glad I found them.

We can't say enough amazing things about Sniff. Roo has been part of their pack for a year and a half and we've been so impressed by the level of care. Not only does she have a great time and get in a ton of exercise (as we get to watch every day on Sniff's IG Stories), but we've also seen so much behavioral improvement thanks to the Sniff team's dedicated training. They genuinely love and care for each dog, and have been an amazing support system - they went above and beyond when Roo was experiencing some scary health issues. We take so much comfort in knowing that Roo is in amazing hands whether it's during her weekday walks or boarding at Chez Sniff while we're out of town. Thank you to Benny, Jim, Dan, Ben and the whole Sniff crew!

I highly recommend Sniff–my dog and I love them. My dog is picked up by his regular dog walker 5 days a week and walked to a park where he plays with similarly sized dogs in his play group, and then walked home. So, no car pick ups where the dogs might fight, and no risk of carjacking with precious cargo inside. Jim and Benny are the owners of the business and they are the kindest, nicest people, plus, they love dogs! They are extremely careful about who they hire to help handle the dogs, and treat their employees with respect (the staff receive paid time off and benefits.) I receive a daily report re my dog’s play session–who he played with, his mood and activity level, how his potty was, and any behavioral issues. The Sniff team posts adorable daily Instagram videos of the dogs at play, which always make me smile. My dog started off in Sniff’s “puppy prep” program, where Jim and/or Benny have one on one time with the puppy, training the dog leash manners and recall, and exposing the puppy to all sorts of city distractions–Muni, trucks, other dogs, toddlers, skateboarders and strangers. My dog has learned important dog skills through Sniff–how to meet and greet other dogs, how to indicate willingness and unwillingness to play, and rock solid recall. When my dog was two years old, he started being leash reactive, and Jim took us on a walk to show me how to make my dog less fearful. When I travel, I know I can board my dog with Jim and Benny, and he will be a happy pup. The most important thing is that I know my dog is loved and well cared for when he is with Sniff.

We have nothing but great things to say about the team at Sniff. Jim & Benny (the owners) were great from the get-go. We needed walkers for our mini dachshund, Juna, and searched high & low for a team that would provide the utmost level of care for our dog - who doesn't want that for their fur child?!? They were extremely responsive from the beginning: asking a lot of questions during the initial meet & greet and showed a high level of engagement in Juna. They went beyond just being dog walkers and worked with her (and us) to work through some of her anxieties to make her a much more confident and happy dog overall. One of the team members, Ben, was often the one to pick Juna up and whenever he would come and we were home, it was clear how much Juna would light up at the sight of him and say "C'YA DADS!! Time to go have fun with my friends!". Ben, along with the whole team, sent detailed updates of the adventures every day, with pick up and drop off notifications in addition to fun notes about the play session for the day. Sidenote - they go around and pick up all dogs on foot, walk them to a dog park where they meet up with the other team members, and then let all dogs in their pack interact and play with each other and the Sniff team members, and then walk them back home. And they do that for two groups a day. They must walk a million miles everyday - I don't know how they do it!! The nice thing is it's the best of both worlds - your dog gets an on leash walk, along with group socialization at the park. Jim & Benny also boarded Juna and would sent great updates but we were so comfortable it was like leaving her with family. They would take her on adventures to the beach, even I was jealous! They also helped us out a few times we were in a pinch for care - such as taking her for the whole day when she needed to be out of our home for service folks, etc - and were very accommodating in that regard. I could go on and on about how great they are. Unfortunately, we moved to an area of the city where they can't service; I guess they can only walk so far in a day ;) All jokes aside, we were very sad to have to leave them behind as Juna's caretakers, but very highly recommend them to anyone needing dog walking services.

We could not recommend Sniff SF enough! They treat our dog as if she is their own. Every day we receive a friendly, thoughtful and detailed review of how her day went at "school". The entire team has been instrumental in training our puppy to be the happiest and well mannered dog we could ask for. Every morning she waits by the door for her pickup and returns home tired and happy. We can see exactly where she is in real time with their Instagram updates and we love watching her play every day. We've left our dog to board with Jim and Benny at their home on many occasions and never have to worry about how she's doing. They send regular updates with pictures and video to show us all of the fun activities she's doing while we're away. They've taken her swimming, hiking and even on vacation with them. We've started to think our dog enjoys staying with them more than with us! Sniff SF has become part of our family and we don't know what we would do without them. If you're looking for a dog walker, they are the best!!

We love Sniff! They were a second family for our dog, Figg, for the past 3 years and treated her like one of their own. This was true for every single walker that took her to the park (shoutout to Sabrina, Melissa, True, and Eleanor) and with Jim and Benny, who boarded her over long weekends. The Sniff folks go above and beyond, catering the daily sessions to each dog’s needs. Most days they would encourage Figg to play with all her pals; but when she was feeling overwhelmed, they would spend the session cuddling and showering her with love. We have never seen her more excited to see other humans, than when she sees a Sniff walker or Jim and Benny in “the wild”. On top of the daily outings, weekend stays with Sniff were a vacation—they took her to the beach or hiking every day and even bathed her before bringing her home. Lastly, when we started struggling with leash reactivity, Jim, Benny, and Sabrina immediately jumped on the phone with us and set up a training session. Sniff played a pivotal role in raising our pup to be such an affectionate and sweet gal. Plus, never having to worry while we were away was a godsend. We moved out of their service area, otherwise we never would have left the Sniff family!

I have had a wonderful experience working with all members of the Sniff team who have provided outstanding care for my one year old golden retriever, Frankie since I got him at three months old. The level of care, detail, and expertise of their services is unmatched! I highly recommend for dogs of any age and as to the substantial training and guidance I received for puppy care. They are wonderful people who love each of their pups!

We would give Jim, Benny, and the entire Sniff Team a million stars if we could. Our extremely active mini poodle has been with Sniff since he was 4 months old, and Sniff has been a total godsend--from walks, to last-minute dog-sitting, to the most luxurious boarding experience (truly "the happiest place on Earth" for our dog). We have been so impressed by the Sniff team's professionalism, customer service, and--above all--the way they always put our dog's health and safety first. Jim and Benny are incredibly knowledgeable about dog behavior and require their walkers to identify and help dogs through problematic behaviors. We have had several different walkers, and they've all been great because Jim and Benny hold their team to very high standards. The Sniff team has gone above and beyond to spend time teaching us critical strategies for improving our dog's recall and tackling his leash reactivity. Jim even came over to show us how to build our dog's confidence on walks so he didn't become reactive. The Sniff model is truly a unique service. We love that our dog gets an amazing workout each weekday to-and-from and at the park and is so well socialized to other dogs, humans, and all sorts of urban conditions. We get detailed daily updates and tons of videos/photos. We feel completely at ease that our dog is with his absolute favorite humans when we are away, whether for half a day or two weeks--this is especially so because our dog is an insanely picky eater, and Sniff is simply a pro about following his diet and being so incredibly patient in coaxing him to eat. On our first long vacation, our dog also got very sick, and Sniff took him to our vet. On weekends, Sniff always takes the dogs out for a fun activity (hiking, beach, river). If you go with Sniff, the only thing you might regret is that they become your dog's favorite humans.

I highly recommend Pet Camp Cat Safari for your cat boarding needs. My sweet babies got such good love and care at this wonderful facility! Every single staff member I interacted with was clearly a genuine cat lover. They are always available by phone (during business hours) to give you updates on how your furballs are doing, and they post photos of every cat they are boarding on the website every afternoon, which is such a sweet way for pet owners to have peace of mind. (The attached photos are some of the ones they took of my cats the last few days!) LOVE this place. Thanks to Jasmine, Anna, and Britney for being so wonderful to work with and for taking such good care of my kitties. 😻😻

Our cat Onyx is very shy and typically not very keen on meeting new people. However, she is a happy camper at Pet Camp Cat Safari. She has stayed there now 4 times and seems calm and happy, and especially loves the “safari time”. We love the pictures that they post at the end of each day. We know Onyx is in good hands at Pet Camp. The staff are all true cat lovers and know more about cats than I ever will!

We have used Cat Safari for years. Our cats are always well taken care of and enjoy being there. They came back home well adjusted. At previous boarding places our cats would express their displeasure when they got home by peeing or pooping in the wrong places. Never a problem here. I would highly recommend Cat Safari to any cat owner. The people are great and they care for your cat as you would yourself and give them lots of attention. I always feel comfortable leaving our cat there. I also love that they post daily pictures of your cat so you can see how they are doing. Great place and service!

Our cat stays at Pet Camp whenever we head out of the city for a trip and need someone to watch her. Pet Camp is very easy to book, communicative, and provides daily updates (pictures) of our cat. They feed on your specific schedule and offer stimulation and activities (like walks, etc) for your cat daily to keep them happy! Would highly recommend it.

I have left my beloved cat, who requires special food and medication every other day, with Pet Camp Cat Safari at least 4 times ranging 1-3 weeks. The daily pictures of him looking at a staff member with alert and curious eyes ease any pet mom worry and guilt. He is returned healthy and happy and readjusts within hours of being home. Everyone I have met when dropping and picking him up has been kind and professional, and appear to be genuine cat people. Highly recommend.

I have been boarding my cats with Pet Camp Safari for many years. They provide excellent communication and loving care. Pictures of the cats are posted every day on the website which is great. I don't feel guilty dropping them off there when I go on vacation. Highly recommend!

As a first timer at Pet Camp Cat Safari, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. It is clean, pleasant, relaxing and full of lots of play areas and stimuli for cats. Taz came home healthy and calm. Highly recommend, will definitely go there again.

My cats had the best stay at Cat Safari. The staff was caring and loving towards them and they received lots of attention. It was so nice to be able to see their pictures online while we were away. I felt comfortable that I was leaving my cats in the hands of trusted and knowledgeable “cat people.” Thanks for taking such good care of my kitties while we were away!

Molly and her team are wonderful, reliable, and experienced. Not only did my pup have a great time, but I got daily updates with tons of pictures. EDIT: We are coming up on our five year anniversary being with Doggy Lama! Wow time has flown. We do have two new walkers that tag team, Joe (who is our primary walker) and Vero (who provides backup), but all the previous statements in my review are still valid. Joe and Vero are always communicative, respectful, and Warren can't wait to go on adventures with him and his pack. You can tell how much they each love and appreciate their dogs. ---- Our boy Warren, a border collie mix, LOVES his time with Kristen & Michael's packs. They're some of the most exceptional and trustworthy dog walkers we've had. Warren will wait up by the window for Kristen or Michael to come every morning - tail waggin a million miles an hour and whimpering from excitement. It makes me happy to see Warren get to play out on the trails, learn new skills, and socialize with his pals every day. Finding a trustworthy and professional dog walker is not easy. But Molly runs a tight ship, and the team she leads at Doggy Lama shows just how much she cares for and loves animals. Vanessa is pure gold. She has been walking my sweet husky-pit mix Margaux since she was a year old and forged an incredible bond not only with my pup, but with our whole family. Every weekday she reliably arrives at our home, Rory runs to greet her, and off they goes with a pack of 5-7 dogs on a beautiful East Bay trail. A few hours later Rory comes home happy and tired. Molly and her team at Doggy Lama are the best! Our dog Toby always returns from his off-leash walks with Jordan having had lots of fun with his pack buds and tuckered out. It’s been a huge relief to know Toby is getting the exercise and stimulation he needs, especially during the work week when we can’t provide that for him to this level. This team is also amazing at communication, from day-of logistics to general awareness of seasonal considerations on the trail.

Everyone at Doggy Lama has been so good to my pup, Rosie, since I adopted her over a year ago. Rosie has arthritis so Dorothy takes her to the park to sniff about at her own pace or just lay in the sun. Kasper and I we both LOVE Doggy Lama; obviously for different reasons - Kasper loves the walks, treats and keeping his brain working while practicing recall on every walk. I love it that the Doggy Lama team is super reliable and feels like extended family. After I broke my foot they were able to immediately schedule Kasper for walks every day so I was able to rest.
