We were so fortunate to have had Chris and Heidi return for a weekend sit with our babies. We felt completely at ease leaving them in their very capable hands. They looked after them like their own and kept us up to date with lots of photos and videos. It was evident that the animals were all very happy to see them again!! Our home was well cared for and left spotlessly clean. I sincerely hope we have the pleasure to welcome the lovely Chris and Heidi again, wonderful pet sitters :)

Deborah and Sebastian did an absolutely wonderful job pet sitting our dog, Milo! From the moment we left, their communication was top-notch—they made sure to keep us in the loop with daily updates and adorable pictures of Milo, which really helped us feel connected while we were away. It was such a relief knowing Milo was in great hands. When we returned, the house was spotless, and it was obvious that Milo had been well taken care of and thoroughly spoiled. They went above and beyond in every way, and we couldn’t be more grateful - everything was in its place, house clean top to bottom and towels washed. This is the second time that Karla, Fabi and their little son looked after our furry friends and home. The previous time they were here for two months and we could have not been more happy with them as sitters. We asked them to come back to look after our animals again and it's great when you can go away without worrying at all. Jane and and her daughter Nur were perfect pet and house sitters. They sent photos of the cats daily which made us feel safe and secure. The cats loved them and even sat on their laps even though they don’t normally do this! The house was spotless and everything in its place when we returned. Alyssa was a very organized and caring pet sitter. This was our longest house sitter stay and she took excellent care of our home and two sweet and bossy Frenchies. I liked her communication to touch base the week before and how she initiated a shared photo album. We prefer not to get bombarded with daily text message photos and updates. She came up with a connected solution and touched base throughout her stay keeping us informed and sharing photos without a push. She even shared some travel gems about our destination as she is also a curious traveler and enjoys exploring outdoors. We would be happy to use her again.

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

Judith was one of the most considerate, trustworthy sitters we've ever had. We had to leave in a rush for a family emergency and really didn't have time to prepare the house as we usually do, but Judith took all in stride, leaving the apartment spotless. She sent photos of Baby Boo and Janet on arrival, putting us immediately at ease because it was so obvious the cats were completely comfortable, zero stress, allowing us to relax that they were in such good hands. She sent photos and video every day, which delighted us, confident that they were getting next level care.
