Denise was one of the best dog/house Sitter’s we have had. She stayed at our home for 4 weeks. She adored the dogs which was mutual and I really noticed how much they missed her when we got home. She also took great care of our two bunnies. Denise would always be up early taking the dogs for a morning walk before she started her at home on line job and then always made sure they had another lovely walk in the evening. We received daily gorgeous photos and videos and lots of voice mail messages especially if she had any concerns so we could resolve them for her. She also got on really well with all our neighbours who loved her. She went out of her way to borrow our neighbours lawn mower and took great care of our Gardens making sure all our outdoor and indoor plants were watered and the garden looked amazing when we came home as well as the house which was completely clean. She even went to the trouble of washing and changing her own bed so her bedroom was spotless when we came home. We would love for her to come again when we go away next summer. They surprised us by offering to prepare dinner - which they brought with them, along with some delicious wine! While we were gone they regularly sent pictures and updates of our cat. When we came back, the house was in order and the cat was happy. I recommend Mary and Rick!

Louise & Nigel were great and we really appreciate the way they looked after both our pets and our house. Louise was an excellent communicator and we felt completely relaxed knowing everything was in their care . We came home to a spotless house with the sheets and towels washed which was very kind and thoughtful. There was a problem with the lights in the kitchen and Nigel and Louise dealt with it without hesitation or missing a beat. Mino, Dash and Flick were all looking wonderfully well and Min had particularly appreciated all the walks and trips to the cafes in the village! I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them and am REALLY hoping they might like to come back at some time in the future!

Wendy and Fred were absolutely amazing! We started with a video call to learn more about each other and the needs of our dogs. From that very first video call I knew they would be great. We remained in contact right up until they arrived, which put me right at ease. We agreed that it would best if they came the day before we were set to depart as a way to acclimatize the pups to having them in our home. The following day we gave them a tour and they asked all the right questions. The dogs were immediately comfortable with them which again put us at ease. While we were away, Wendy and Fred kept us up to date on how the pups were doing with lots of pictures. Its no surprise they were doing just fine!! More than fine actually, Darcy and Fred Bonded, which was easy to tell from all the pictures. The kittens were well taken care of as well, with Wendy giving them some personal TLC. Heading back home is always a pain, as we live 2.5 hours from the airport but Wendy and Fred assured me that they wouldn't leave the dogs until they knew we were safely on the road. When we arrived home, the place was spotless and the dogs were relaxing on the couch. I cannot give them enough praise. They were absolutely amazing. Loving our dogs as if they were their own. I highly recommend them both. Your pups will be lucky to have them

Cathie and Mike - We are ready when you are! Caring, trustworthy, experienced!
Cathie and Mike are a delightful, friendly couple who exude confidence. We had no difficulty leaving Jesse, our dog, in their capable hands. Their own dog, Fenny, came with them and she couldn't be a better example of how to look after a dog well. She and Jesse hit it off straightaway. Cathie sent us updates and photos of Jess every day. Jess looked relaxed and very happy.It was really reassuring to see that our precious little dog wasn't pining for us but having a great time with her new best friends. Cathie and Mike followed our care plan for Jess diligently: feeding twice a day, regular walks and ball time on the terrace. Fenny joined in too of course. On day seven of their stay the house lost its internet connection. Following our instructions, Mike did his utmost to solve the problem for us but the problem turned out to be with our internet provider. When we arrived home our house was super shiny clean; the laundry done and folded neatly, fresh, clean towels in the bathrooms and kitchen and the outside terrace swept too. Jesse was happy, lively and looked a picture of health. Cathie and Mike left by arrangement just before we arrived home. Saying thank you in a message doesn't seem to convey sufficiently our deepest thanks to them and Fenny. We would welcome them here at any time and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Jackie and Palma were two of the most considerate, kind, and communicative sitters we've ever had. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Not only did they take great care to understand the needs and personalities of my two cats, but they also dealt amazingly well with the fact that one of my cat's, Ernie, had surgery shortly before their sit. As a result, they gave him his daily post-surgery medication, kept him entertained even though he wasn't allowed to fully play, and gave him plenty of affection which I'm sure helped him to heal so quickly! As a sitter, leaving your pet shortly after they've had surgery is extra nerve wracking but Jackie and Palma's detailed, regular updates and clear affection for my cats really put my mind at ease while I was away. I couldn't have asked for a pair of better sitters (thank you!). Besides the top-notch cat care and communication, the flat was left in an absolutely spotless condition when we arrived home. All this to say, if you're lucky enough to have Palma and Jackie apply for your sit - take them up on it!

Michael and Chantelle are a delightful young couple and settled in well to a 6 week sit for us. We had more contact with Michael who sent us regular updates and photos. They seemed to love being in the country and to have a big garden at their disposal. I should have perhaps given more direction about watering plants in pots but otherwise everything was in good order for our return. I would recommend them as sitters.

Laura was an exceptional, reliable, and loving sitter for our goldendoodle Scout, and took such good care of our home! Scout was excited to meet Laura immediately when she arrived at our home for this sit, and showered Laura with all the hugs and kisses. Scout has recently been having issues with seizures, so for this sit I was specifically looking for a sitter who had a depth of experience with giving medication and responding calmly in the event of an emergency. It was a big relief to be able to entrust Scout to Laura's capable and kind hands, and it was extra special that Laura's beloved vizsla had shared the same name. Laura is wonderfully easy to communicate and coordinate with, and was thorough in her care of our home. We came back to our garden looking great, house left in even better shape than I left it to Laura, and a very happy Scout! We didn't really know what care she needed so we’re even more happy to have found Bed & Biscuits! Leslie took a lot of time and answered all of our questions at a friendly phone call and again at the first meeting. You can immediately tell how much she loves dogs and that it is truly her passion. We immediately felt that we were leaving Lotte in good hands and were very excited about the result. Since Lotte never had been groomed before, we were extra nervous on how she would do/behave. But Leslie takes her time with the dog, listens to her needs and slowly gets her used to the grooming process. When we picked up Lotte we were overjoyed. She looked sooo cute - Expectations for sure exceeded! Lotte said goodbye to Leslie with a happy wiggle tail. Big shout out to Leslie Craig and her Bed and Biscuits dog hotel. Sophie spent almost 3 weeks there on doggie 🐶 vacation while I was delayed in the USA. She got to run in the woods and play at the beach and hang out with Leslie’s dogs at the Quinta in the big dog run. With her private “heated” bedroom she now puts herself to bed. The bonus was a bath and grooming so now she looks prettier than ever and feels incredibly soft. Highly recommend taking your dog for stays or overnights. She’s conveniently located outside of Lagos. Thanks Leslie!
We took Baxter our cocker spaniel for a groom and we were so pleased when we picked him up. He had been cut to cocker spaniel breed standard from the book. Much better than some of the grooming he had in the UK. Excellent.

Highly recommend Pet Park Hotel (Wendy and Gary). Having had awful experiences with other places, one of my friends recommended PPH and I haven't looked back. My dog has separation anxiety, which has improved by his going to doggy daycare twice a week (with 1 overnight stay). The dogs aren't all put together like in some places, they are separated based on temperament, etc, which is the right way to do it. My dog practically jumps out of the car and rushes up to the pen (after giving Wendy a massive hug and a lick usually). They will also send a video if I ask for one (especially during longer stay as I miss my dog!). 5 stars from me!
Incredible! Like summer camp for dogs. They picked up and dropped off our boy for a 2-week stay. He had the best time ever, playing with his new BFFs (they sent videos!) You can tell they love dogs and really take great care of them. They even had canopies, fans, and cooling mats when it got hot. Reasonable rates and a beautiful location. Your pup won’t even miss you!
We left our Cockapoo Teddy with Gary and Wendy for just over 3 weeks. We were worried as we had not left Teddy for that long before. However, Wendy and Garry couldn’t do enough for the boy. They sent regular videos of Teddy in his environment with a message as well which was fantastic. We can’t thank them enough! What a great place to leave your loved pets. We highly recommend. It’s clear to see that that both Gary and Wendy love all dogs and I believe any dog who stays with them become like their own. Monza hates being apart from us but having stayed now 3 times he is away without a second glance after kissing and jumping over both Gary and Wendy. Can’t recommend them enough.
Our dog Gemma has just returned from a 6 day stay. The care that she received is above and beyond. She is always happy to go and has a great time. As an only dog it gives her a chance to socialise with other dogs and loves it. The collection and return service is wonderful as we don't have transport.

Vanessa was amazing, she was able to accept and take Care Of our dog with a very short notice (less than two hours!). Vanessa took excellent care of Zalto for two consecutive periods, one long weekend and thereafter during a two week period. We were constantly informed about how she behaved and what activities they undertook. Needless to say, Zalto had a more active time with Vanessa than at home. My little dog stayed with Vanessa for two weeks whilst I was away. Vanessa sent me several daily updates in pictures, films and messages reassuring me my doggy was having fun, out walking and playing and generally just happy. Vanessa welcomed my little dog in to her home treating him as her own. I’m very grateful for my dog being so well looked after and cared for.

Nessa was fabulous and gave our Cavapoo Stewie excellent care during his day and overnight stays. Stewie formed a great bond with Nessa and the other pets he hung out with during his visits. Stewie will miss Nessa and hopefully we’ll see her later in the year.
