She took great care of Rusty, and went above and beyond the call of duty as she helped to train him to come in through the newly installed cat flap. He had got used to going out through it but for some reason would not come back in that way. Kat took it upon herself to help him learn and he is definitely learning!! I can't thank her enough. She also sent me photos and short videos of him everyday. . She is reliable, practical, self-sufficient, kind, warm and all in all a perfect house sitter. Laurence was AMAZING! She arrived the day before we left, and spent an evening getting to know each other and taking the time to go over Loki’s schedule. As this was the first time leaving my bear, I was super nervous but Laurence was so wonderful and calming I was happy to leave Loki with her. She looked after him so well! She shared daily pictures and videos, as well as constant updates on her schedule / day plans and therefore Loki’s plans. In addition to such fantastic dog sitting, Laurence was super tidy - the house was incredibly clean, and she did some washing & made our bed for our arrival, which was a dream after a long flight. Loki was given so much love and care, I will happily leave Loki with Laurence again in the future - I hope to work with her again! Thank you Laurence :)

This was our first time using zeewoi and we feel extremely lucky to have found Nuria and Gabriel . We communicated a lot before the sit as we were going away for 5 weeks and they were coming from France so there was an amount of organisation . There was the obvious language difficulty but we both made an effort with each others languages and used google translate when needed . ( Nuria's English was much better than she thought ) Nuria and Gabriel arrived the day before we left so they could meet Buddy an we could show them around the area . We got on immediately and felt completely reassured that Buddy would be in good hands . During our 5 weeks away there were no issues - we came back to a very happy dog , clean house and even the lawn had been mowed . Anyone who selects Nuria and Gabriel will have the best possible experience and no worries about their pets . Buddy cried at the window when they left - he had enjoyed being with them so much !!

Sylvain and Guill were ideal pet sitters. Communication before and during their stay was perfect : they kept me informed of their travel plans and progress from France, and ensured that, during my trip away, Kwabi received the love and attention he has come to expect as his right. I was provided with regular updates and photos of King Kwabi whilst away which showed just how relaxed and happy he was. They obviously made the most of their stay here, and took delight in taking trips out during the day. The house was spotless when I returned, and I thoroughly enjoyed the wine they brought from France as a gift with my first meal back home. If you are looking for the perfect couple to look after your loved critters and home, then look no further than Sylvain and Guill - please return again, both of you : I'd welcome you in a heartbeat!

Since I was 5 years old I have had pets, puppies, cats, fish and turtles.
Xenya stayed here with her mum while I was away. The house was spotless when I came home. It was really a joy to have her in the house. She sent me regular updates about the cats and everyone was very chilled and happy when I got back. The garden had been watered, and when she was not sure what needed to be done she siply asked over Whatsapp. They let everything beautiful for me and also left a little gift. When I went away I did not expect to have a housesitter as the neighbour was going to look after the cats. The house therefore was not prepared for a sitter and needed the bed changed etc. Xenya took all this in her stride and sorted out the bedding and made herself comfortable. 5 stars, highly recommended.

Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!

Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Suffice it to say she is a gem and perfect sitter in every way- if you can get a chance to book with her- do not hesitate! We truly think of her as part of our family now and all 5 of our pups would agree!

From the moment they stepped into our home, it was evident that they were dedicated, caring, and attentive to every detail. First and foremost, Tracey's approach to caring for our house and our beloved pets was nothing short of excellent. She has an innate ability to connect with animals, and it was clear from the daily updates and photos that our pets were happy and thoroughly pampered. The house was kept in immaculate condition, and they treated it with the utmost respect as if it was their own. Moreover, Tracey demonstrated remarkable responsibility and initiative when our AC system unexpectedly broke down. Without hesitation, she arranged for an HVAC company to come and fix the issue, taking time from her day to ensure our home was taken care of. Her willingness to front the repair costs until I could reimburse her was an act of kindness and trust that you rarely see. Tracey and her children's thoughtfulness and thoroughness provided me with peace of mind during my time away, which is priceless. I returned to a home that was just as I left it, if not better. Their stay was characterized by an extraordinary level of care and I was particularly impressed by how they left the house in perfect condition, with happy pets to welcome me back. Laura is incredible! For starters, she is a clear and considerate communicator who is reliable and trustworthy while setting up details for a sit in advance. From there... where do we start?! Laura (and her sister Stephanie, for a few days) took care of our cat & dog for a week-long sit. We were immediately at ease with both of them, and it was clear that they were excited to meet our pets and love them, and relaxed and comfortable in this role. They asked informed and curious questions about our pets, routines, and the surrounding area to set up a successful sit. When we departed, our dog hardly seemed to notice, because she was getting to know her new people! The snuggle-fest and hiking adventures that took place while we were gone resulted in happy pets who were calm and content. We received daily photos, which were heart warming, and assured us that dog hugs and cat exercise were taking place. Our dog is very affectionate, and Laura made sure that she received plenty of love while we were gone. Upon return, our home was spotless - tidy and clean (possibly cleaner than when we left, and we tried really hard!) We are games people, and Laura left us some of her favorite games to play (yay), and gifts for our pets, which were so fun to open when we got home. Everything was so thoughtful and kind. Laura is absolutely one of the top sitters we've ever had, and we are so grateful for her care. She went above and beyond basic home/pet care, and her compassion shines through in all of her communications and actions. She (and Stephanie) are welcome anytime, and we (Zora and Morris especially) hope they will come stay again!

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list.
