Pet Sitting in Oliver

This was Tania's second sit for us and again it was a wonderful visit. We came home to a very tidy house and a happy dog. Sammie had more walks and fun times than I think she gets with us and Tania sent us lovely videos of their walks. I hope we can find Tania available for further sits.

Denise and Dennis have to be the best EVER house sitters! If you get the offer for them to come look after your pets don’t even hesitate to accept! They looked after my pets for 2 weeks while I was away and my little dog was poorly following an operation on his spine.. I couldn’t have left him with anyone else! They were completely unphased by the situation and took the responsibility very seriously, having had previous experience with poorly dogs. They sent me regular updates on Wilfs progress and lots of photos which meant I was able to relax and enjoy my holiday knowing he was in such good hands! Aside from their caring qualities, this Canadian couple are such fun, interesting genuine people, who enjoyed staying in my house which they treated with complete respect. We had a lovely evening at the pub with them and they welcomed us home with a cooked meal. I can’t thank them enough and would love to have them visit anytime ! Thank you Denise and Dennis :)

Alison and David are an absolute godsend when it comes to housesitting! We entrusted them with our home, our beloved dog Paxton, and our two furry feline kids JoJo and Riley, and they exceeded every expectation. First and foremost, walking back into our house after our trip felt was a joy. It was not just clean, but immaculate—seriously, it seemed cleaner than when we left it! From top to bottom, every corner sparkled. But it's not just about the cleanliness of the house—Alison and David took the time to truly care for our pets as if they were their own. Paxton was as happy and healthy as ever, and our cats JoJo and Riley were clearly content and well-loved during our absence. They didn't just go through the motions; they formed genuine connections with our furry family members, providing them with the affection and attention they needed. Communication was seamless throughout the entire process. They kept us updated regularly with photos and messages, giving us peace of mind knowing that everything was running smoothly at home. And not only were they punctual in their duties, but they also went above and beyond, anticipating our needs and addressing them before we even had to ask. And let's talk about those framed portraits—what a thoughtful and unexpected touch! David is a talented as a photographer and will be lasting reminder of the wonderful care our pets received under Alison and David's watchful eye. In short, if you're looking for housesitters who will treat your home and pets with the utmost care, professionalism, and love, look no further than Alison and David. They are simply the best and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

My only concern about Nicole and Ryan was that they provided such excellent care for our cat Minnie while we were away I got worried Minnie would find us inadequate after two weeks of being pampered !! Seriously, I felt very happy with our choice of house sitter as soon as N&R mentioned that they would be in our area a couple of months before the sit, and that they could come by to chat, look at the house, meet Minnie. Which they did, and this was great because for our actual holiday, we would have to leave early in the morning, so there wouldn't have been a lot of time to show them around. N&R set up a Google drive and uploaded photos and videos of Minnie every day that we were away. Minnie's body language in the videos clearly showed she was relaxed and trusting, so this gave us peace of mind. Bonus: because of our travel arrangements, N&R very kindly agreed to drive us to the airport and pick us up too -- we only felt OK asking because the airport is only 15 mins away. They left our home spotless, our cat happy and healthy. I just don't know how we could've asked for more and will definitely be contacting Nicole and Ryan in the future.

Dianne & Kevin were fantastic! Excellent communication to coordinate the housesit timing, pet care, and going over details about the house. I loved receiving pictures of our kitties while traveling. Between the communication and photos I wasn’t worried about being away and knew everything was in good hands. Coming home the house was just like I left it. Thank you guys for everything!

We were able to enjoy a worry-free vacation with Tannis and Jamie looking after our home and pets. They obviously enjoy cats and dogs, our fur-babies were well loved and looked after. Communication was excellent, and we returned to a tidy home. We would definitely invite them back to our home when we plan a future trip!

We couldn't have wished for better sitters. Claire and Kieron looked after our animals and home extremely well and we came home to a very happy little dog and a beautifully clean and tidy house. Thank you so much.

As my first guest through this site, the ease with which Alleson communicated with me and approached her time here made me feel at ease putting Bruschi and my home in her hands. She was communicative during her time here and left my place spotless! Bruschi seemed very happy and content when I got home. My neighbors enjoyed having her here, too. I’d welcome Alleson here any time! Thank you for taking such good care of Bruschi.

Lovely couple who managed to cope with the non-delivery of Willow's food in their stride. Karen had noticed that Willow does not drink a lot and tried out putting water in with his food. That tip works a treat. Willow was happy and well-cared for and the house looked great. Probably better than we left it. Thank you Karen and Ken.

This was our first experience with Jennifer and Paul and we are already looking forward to inviting them back. Jennifer and Paul stayed with us the night before we left which created a seamless transition for us and, most importantly for our lovely senior Labrador, Nessie. We were away just shy of a month. We had regular and amusing updates from Jennifer and Paul. They even took Nessie to the veterinarian for her shot so that she did not have to wait for our return. We did not have a minutes concern about her care which was superb in every aspect. We returned home to a happy and contented dog. In addition Jennifer and Paul took the initiative to plant lettuce and basil on our balcony as a surprise for our return. They maintained our home as I am sure they do their own and it was a joy to return to.
