We’ve been loyal clients at PetSuites Winter Springs since our dog was a puppy. However, our experience today was extremely disappointing and disheartening. Yesterday, my husband called to make a reservation and informed the staff member that our dog requires medication for epilepsy. She assured him this was fine and booked our day boarding without hesitation. But when we arrived this afternoon with detailed feeding and medication instructions, the front desk staff seemed confused. When I mentioned "medication for epilepsy," she clarified, “You mean for seizures?” She then informed me she needed to speak to her manager. To my surprise, I was told a new policy had been implemented that very morning: they would no longer service dogs with epilepsy. Despite the fact that they we boarded him four times in the last two weeks. Not only was I shocked by this sudden change, but I was also appalled by the lack of communication. We had driven all the way from Lake Mary, and yet no one had the courtesy to notify us about the policy beforehand. The manager I spoke with was dismissive, interruptive, and unhelpful. While they agreed to watch our dog for one last time, the experience left us feeling discriminated against because of our dog’s condition. His seizures are controlled, and his care doesn’t require extraordinary effort — just basic attentiveness. PetSuites has not only lost a loyal client but has shown an alarming lack of compassion and professionalism. If you’re going to implement a policy like this, ensure your communication and customer service are up to par. Our dog’s condition is not a burden; it’s part of who he is. Discriminating against pets with disabilities is unacceptable. I hope management reconsiders how they handle situations like this in the future. Until then, I would not recommend PetSuites Winter Springs to anyone seeking understanding and reliable care for their pets.

It’s great that we love this place, but it’s becoming a problem that our Frenchie (Gizmo) Really Really loves this place. We send him a couple times a week, but now, every morning he sits at the door to the garage and cries to leave the house and go to doggy day care. We can’t leave in the morning without him trying to run out and jump in the car. Thanks a lot PetSuites, now our dog loves you more than us. *shrug*

This was my first experience leaving my frenchie at a kennel or overnight boarding and I have to say it has been the best experience ever. I was afraid that my dog would not do well in this environment but my husband and I received pictures of him at doggy playtime and truly felt good about our choice to leave him to interact with other dogs while we were away. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be bringing back my dog, Maxi.

If found Pet Suites right before hurricane and they accommodated us with no problems whatsoever. The staff were all very, very helpful. They took good care of my rather difficult cats and gave the best customer service possible. I would use them again and I recommend them highly.

I did some research on this place to ensure my german shepherd would receive the best care possible, but after hearing of an animal abuse accusation of one of your staff, I believe my service would be appreciated elsewhere. As much as I would've loved to do business with this place, I can't risk the safety of my fur baby. Please ensure this is dealt with accordingly and ASAP! Who knows if this person has done anything to anyone's poor fur baby/babies.

We took our 4 year old Buster to stay for the first time and the staff were amazing. They were so understanding when we were reluctant to leave since it’s the first time since we adopted him that he was being boarded. We even called while we were away and they were kind enough to give us and update and put our minds at ease. We will definitely board Buster again at Pet Suites, we have the utmost trust in the staff to keep our baby safe and happy.

I was in there for a moment, one of the staff members called Maddie or Madison I think was being incredibly rude to one of the staff members, along with that it turns out that there's also been reports that she abuses her own animals. I've never walked out of somewhere so fast in my life. Genuinely concerning for the animals in there.

PetSuites is great place to leave you your furbaby. Our Ella is only a puppy. I was concerned about boarding her. My concerns were quickly laid to rest after I took a tour at the Oviedo location. The staff was friendly and answered ALL my questions. They staff is organized, which is of utmost importance to me. The staff was kind and the facility was CLEAN!! It feels good to know our furbaby was well taken care of!! Big THANK YOU to the PetSuites in Oviedo ♥️

I took my 3 year old kitty to Pet Suites for the first time ever being away from home. She was a bit scared but the staff took excellent care with her. I called any time I wanted and they would go back and check on her for me. They fed her as I requested and made her feel safe and secure. They also helped with my anxiety of leaving her for the first time. I will always take her to Pet Suites they did a wonderful job. They also sent me a picture I have to admit it was not ger happy face but that was meant for her mama.

Teresa Birge is the quintessential lover of dogs! From the moment she walked into our home for the meet and great, we knew she had the Midas touch. We have left our Springer Spaniel and American Foxhound with Teresa several times. Each time has been a very special time because she passed out love to them like cookies. They love their Auntie Teresa!

Teresa is FANTASTIC!!! I highly recommend her. You will not find any one more caring, trustworthy, and reliable for your fur babies. My husband and I were out-of-town for a week. We did not feel comfortable boarding our dogs and decided to find an in-home pet sitter. Teresa came highly recommended. Theresa and her husband are wonderful! My dogs have been staying for the day or an overnight stay for over a year now. She also has come to my home to walk them when I have been away. My dogs love going to stay at their home. I feel assured knowing they are in good hands. She really cares. She sends pics to update you while you are away, and takes great care of my fur babies when I am gone. One of my two dogs are skiddish around new people, she offered to meet her before the first stay just so she would be more comfortable the first time I left. It definitely helped, now both of my dogs love it when they go to their home. I can not say enough great things about them, thank you so much for all that you do!

I have been using Teresa’s services for quite some time now. Whether it is scheduled or calling her last minute (which I’m notorious for) she is always there for my girls. They LOVE her. Teresa and/or her husband don’t just come over, let them out and leave. They spend time with them and play with them, always sends pictures, making sure their food and water are topped off. What a wonderful, dog loving person Teresa is! We were in town for the races and realized our little dachshund was not happy being left alone. The best if you want personal attention for your fur babies! Teresa spent time at our home with our pups, and set time for them to get acclimated at her home as well. Making sure they have what is best for them and you. Cant say how positive an experience it is. Short days or vacation, your puppy is in good hands!

First time boarding Dexter & it went great! He was happy when we picked him up & they even gave him a bath. We won’t be looking any farther, found our place!

My dog absolutely loves this kennel! He hates riding in the car unless I tell him we are going to Party Animals. Then, he jumps right in the car

My Dane, Molly loves it here. If you tell her she's going to see her puppy friends, she gets so excited and runs to get her leash. The staff are absolutely amazing and truly love dogs.

Thanks for making my girls feel like they are in a home and not a cage. Always come home clean and tired. They love to swim in pools. And lets not forget the birthday party for Maggi. Priceless

Our pup Kennedy loves going and playing with all her fur friends. The staff is amazing and the owner too. We have been using them for over a year now for short and long stays. We trust them with her, and the love and attention they show all the pups is amazing. They throw parties for birthdays and holidays it's awesome for them and the pups. They get to run free and interact, and Kennedy loves that! Can't thank them enough for always having room for her ♥️

I trust my dog to them for 10 days at a time. At $30-40 per night, food included, and the love the owners give your dog...you can't find a better value in the DeLand area. I've used them 6 times in the last three years with zero issues. My dog especially loves playing in the pool!!!

I have three dogs and I went to check out the facility after a terrible experience at another boarding facility. I was wanting to be impressed, and I was. I couldn't be more pleased, The pricing was great, and I absolutely love the no cages. I love how they can play together, and not be confined. Someone is always there. Huge difference from picking them up here versus the last boarding facility. They were so happy and carefree. The staff seems so genuine and caring. I have found my home away from home for my babies

I can't believe how fantastic my dog looks and walks after having been dropped of for 5 days while we went out of town!!!! She is so energetic and looks skinnier than when we left!! She has a torn cruciate ligament and I was worried she would get injured playing with all the dogs while we were gone but she actually looks like she's 5 years younger! The staff is phenomenal. I think we are going to bring her to play there on a weekly basis! This service is worth every penny!

Trish, Hannah and team are amazing with dogs. I'm sure they are all around animal lovers but I know my dog is well taken care of here. Everytime he comes back happy, and worn out. My German Shephard just started going and we love it. Your dog gets a one on one treatment and they make sure your dog is comfortable with them before they begin. The prices are super good for everything they do and my dog has never looked better. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely beyond pissed with this place. Been using this groomer for over a year. Took our corgi in for a regular "corgi cut" which was stated. Butt trim under belly around private area, and feet to clean up Grinch toes. Never once said anything about shaving anything. To our shock when they bring him up he is completely shaven except his head. First off common sense would have been to call and reverify. Second he's a Corgi you're not supposed to shave a corgi. Any groomer with common sense should know that. And third it's NOVEMBER!!! We are about to be in winter and he is a double coated breed!! So many red flags on why he shouldn't get shaved and had not said anything about shaving. The looks on their faces when asked why he was shaved knew they completely screwed up big time. All to be blamed on a "misunderstanding". This is more than a misunderstanding. This is flat out a lack of listening, comprehension by the groomer. Especially when we have been there plenty of times and our dogs are in the system there should be notes on what they get done Everytime!! And guess what...shaving them has never been an option. Absolutely beyond pissed and because of this we will never be back. They did give a refund but that does not fix this at all by no means. Attached are a before and after photo.

This place was recommended by 2 customers, and since there experience was good O wanted to try it with my puppy. As soon you entered by the door is such a warm welcome and great staff. They ask if I wanted something special and since I didn't have an idea, they suggest the service at the first visit. At the pick up time my baby was adorable 😍. Thanks for such a great service and also orientation for my pet.

I am so pleased to have met Stephany from Steffers Cute Critters. I purchased two adorable, fluffy pups from her and might I say that they are the most loving puppies ever. She gave them so much love and attention while they were young, and it certainly shows. Before I brought my pups home, she gave them a nice bath and groom. she even took the time to tell me things that I would need to do daily to keep them clean and fresh. I’ve never met a groomer, who took the time to explain the in’s and out of the doodle breed. I feel confident now that I can keep them groomed properly. Also, she has a great variety of combs and brushes to purchase for grooming. Thank you so much for such wonderful new additions to my family. ❤️Ali and Croc are just fabulous ❤️

We have been taking our large mix breed dog here for almost 2 years! There’s no one else we trust with him! Whenever I call for an appointment there is always one available, my dog is comfortable here, and they always do a great job!! Staff was very friendly. Steph was very helpful and showed me a few tricks on home to care for my doodle at home. They always go above and beyond. Would definitely recommend and will be Nikos regular groomer.

I sent in my Pomeranian for a full groom. At pickup he is completely shaved except the hair and tail. We’re told his hair was “compacted”. How about you call the owner before you shave a dogs fur completely off. That should be a last resort for Pomeranians and the owners should agree to this.

I have used them 3-4 times to watch my cats while I’m away and each time is amazing! My house stays clean in case of throw up, but there’s no litter box smell when I get back, water and food are full, and my cats seem relaxed and happy. The site is easy to book through and add any special instructions, and I love the daily text messages with photos of the kitties and update on how they are. Will continue to use!

Kim does a fantastic job taking care of our pets. She send daily updates of how each was doing, including pictures, and confirmed each completed appointment in her app. She was easy to communicate with, friendly, and clearly cared for my dogs and cat. It was comfortable leaving Kim in charge of their well being.

Kim and her associate, Christine, have taken such wonderful care of my two dogs! I love that they keep me updated on how the pups are doing and send pictures during their visits. Kim is outstanding! One of our two elderly cats is diabetic, and Kim comes twice a day to give him his injections when we are away. She sends pictures at each visit, and sends updates about the kitties. She cleans up their messes, leaving everything immaculate when we return. It’s great to know our pets are loved and well cared for when we’re gone. The cats love her, and I highly recommend her!

Kim and her team have been a wonderful resource for us when we travel. They consistently communicate with us while we’re away and provide daily pictures. It’s evident that they really care and enjoy what they do and it’s reassuring knowing my dogs are in good hands.

Kim takes our 80-lb 5-year-old golden retriever, Bear, on walks during the work week! She lets me know when she's arriving, sends photos of Bear during his walk, and lets me know when he's safely inside again. It's very obvious how excited he gets whenever she comes - he loves her! And it takes so much stress out of my day to know that he's in good hands. I definitely fall into the "psycho dog mom" category and normally don't trust anyone with Bear, but I fully trust Kim and would recommend her services to anyone!!

I used Furbabies Professional Pet sitters for the first time when my husband and I went on vacation this year. Kim is very professional, prompt with her arrival times, capable and competent. She sent pictures of my kitties except for my scaredy cat who would hide in the box spring of my bed. I was totally at ease while I was away. I had no worries about what was going on back home. I have used other pet sitters in the past and must say, Kim is the best! She keeps you apprised of what is going on and has a genuine love of animals! I give her a Five Star review! I could not ask for better. The next time I go away I will be calling her for my kitty sitter!

Kim has been taking care of our Fur babies for almost 4 years now. The dogs love when she comes over. It may be because they gets lots of love and treats from her. The cats love her too. She takes photos and sends them to us when she arrives and ensures us that they are all OK. I can’t imagine leaving them in the hands or care of anybody else.

We had four dogs, one of them being a Great Dane and two cats when we moved to Florida and we needed someone we felt comfortable with when we left out of town. We found that in Kim. Our kids love her. Our Dane and Lab are both over 10 years old with health issues and she takes excellent care of them. We travel several times a year and Kim is always dependable. When we had to make the decision to put our Dane to sleep we reached out to Kim for recommendations and she helped us with advise on where we might take him. We love the daily pictures and we know we don’t have to worry about our animals or our house when Kim is in charge.

Absolutely amazing pet sitter! She arrived the same time every day and sent updates and photos of the kitties. Very reasonable rates too. It’s obvious she loves animals like they are her own. I’ve used other pet sitters in the past and she is the best! We’re so happy we found this company/Kim and won’t even think about trusting anyone else with our kitties/Furrbabies!

The owner was extremely welcoming and did a terrific job meeting the needs of my dog. She owns both big and small dogs so she knows how to handle both types, and how to make sure that she doesn’t put any dog in an environment they’re uncomfortable in. Couldn’t recommend more!
