My dogs just stayed with Jason for the second time. They were so excited to see him again! They love him so much that i actually had trouble trying to get them to leave with me when I went to pick them up! Jason really is the best!!! I don’t worry about my dogs for even a hot second while he has them!

We traveled to the Pensacola area for a family wedding, & stayed at an airbnb that is pet friendly. We were not permitted to leave our well behaved & trained yellow Lab at the airbnb while at the wedding, without being crated. She is not a crate kind of girl, & we were so fortunate to find Jason! He allowed us to bring our girl by a few days prior, to meet him & take a dip in his pool! Wow, she was so happy!! We had a blast at our family wedding, & had absolutely no worries about our little girl! If you're ever in need of a trustworthy & loving pet sitter, Jason is your guy! He saved the day for us, & we can't thank him enough!😃❤️🐾

I have a retired EOD K9 that I lovingly refer to as my “special needs child.” My K9 served 4 years in Somalia and before I adopted him at his retirement, he had never been inside a home. Needless to say, it was a lot of (very rewarding) hard work to acclimate him to “civilian life.” I think everyone wants the absolute best for their pets, but any pet sitter I hire also needs to be able to handle my K9, given his size, strength and endless energy. I went years without having anyone I could fully trust, until I met Jason. Who better to pet sit my K9 than a Marine?! I knew immediately upon meeting Jason than I was suddenly going to be able to vacation again, without worrying about my K9. True to his word, Jason sent constant pics and videos while I was away and I didn’t worry even for a second about my K9. You will not find a pet sitter in the area that loves dogs as much as Jason, and he genuinely treats them as his own family.

Jason is the absolute best! He takes care of our fur babies as if they were his own. From all the snuggles, scratches, pool and yard playtime… our pup didn’t want to come home. We will only use Jason to care for our pup!

Thank you Jason for watching my rooster Rambo and all my chickens and kitties! You are a God send! I appreciate how you made me feel so at ease knowing that you were caring for all my animals while I was gone. I especially appreciate the pictures you sent me every day so I could see them.! Jason is a great communicator and easy to work with. My pups love going to visit. I have peace of mind when Jason has the pups.

We've used Jason several times over the last couple of years. Our dogs love him!!! We get a video or picture with every visit. Jason also is not intimidated by our 120# dog and takes great care of our senior dog. Best of all our pups are not stressed out when we get back from a trip.

Jason is an excellent pet sitter. We were lucky to find him in our neighborhood. He’s trustworthy, punctual, flexible, and always dependable. He truly cares for our two dogs, who absolutely love him. Jason stopped by one time just to say hello while he was on our street, our dogs absolutely went ballistic they were so happy to see him.

Jason is by far the best dog sitter we have had ( not including my sister Sonia). We recently moved to the Pensacola area and were very worried about finding someone to keep Jake. He is a rescue with separation anxiety. He is always a mess when we leave him at the kennel. After staying with Jason I could barely get him to leave. Jason sent video of Jake having leisure time by the pool and going for a swim. I think his vacation was better than ours. We will always use Jason for future trips. Jason is a wonderful pet sitter going way above and beyond. We never have to worry about our pets while we are away. He always sends us pictures, videos, and updates each time he visits. He treats each pet special from our bearded dragon to out dogs to our guinea pig. Highly recommended!!

I’ve brought my chihuahua twice to have his nails clipped, and Cathy has done a wonderful job. Was very patient even when my dog was being incredibly uncooperative. Prices were fair and reasonable. Highly recommend!

I contacted Cathy because my 4-yr old male mini Labradoodle had several stickies/burrs on both of his upper lips and beard. He wouldn’t let me get them off of him. We’re from Georgia and will be here for another 4 days so needed help getting them removed otherwise they would be much worse by the time we got him home to our groomer. Cathy and her husband were awesome with our pup and were so willing to work us into their already packed schedule. I can’t thank them enough for their help!!

Kathy & Mike are great people. We always brought our beagle and Doberman in every 3-4 weeks for nail trimming and every time, the dogs felt comfortable and we were treated like family. She’s patient & knowledgeable. Since moving out of state, I have yet to find anybody like them. My husband & I still talk about how we miss them. Kathy will treat your dogs as if they are her own. Highly recommend!

We were lucky to have met her on a previous visit to the area, so when we decided to come down for a month and couldn't find a beach house willing to accept our 75 pound Bernese Mountain Dog, Cathy was our first call. She, along with her husband Michael, spoiled our old girl rotten. They went out of their way to meet up with us so we could have visits with our dog and take her on adventures. Cathy even helped me groom the princess in her shop one day! Our girl is 13 years old, so a bit high maintenance, with several meds, and needing extra help in getting around at times, so leaving her with someone is very difficult for us. Cathy and Michael loved Abby just like we do and to be honest, I think she was a little disappointed to be going home with us! :) We can't thank them enough for their loving care of our sweet old girl!

I was in dire need of a groomer. I previously been with a mobile groomer several years but she ghosted me. I called to inquire about services at Doggy Daze and Cathy was great explaining her services and she even worked me in when she had a full schedule since I had an unusual situation. Thank you Cathy! Didgie looks great and I know he feels better.

Cathy did a fantastic job with my EXTREMELY hyperactive/anxious Schnauzer. She was willing to let me stay there the entire second grooming appointment to help calm him down. Eventually he did calm down and she was able to safely groom him. She offered to let me be there (if needed) for the next few appointments until he can get used to her. I appreciate her willingness to have the patience to work with him. Thank you Cathy for your great customer service!

Jeff stayed at our home to care for our 3 dogs, during a recent vacation. We loved the updates on our pups while we were out. Also, one of our dogs was not so into eating and Jeff went above and beyond to get him to have his meals. We highly recommend Jeff and Donna and have plans to use them again!

Jeff and Donna have been our go to pet sitters in Richardson Texas and now in Florida. We trust them completely with our two dogs. We just got back from ten days out of state, and when we walked in, we found our dogs were happy and healthy and excited to see us. They quickly calmed down and treated us like we hadn't been away! We absolutely loved Paws n Claws. They took amazing care of our fur babies and went above and beyond. We received photo updates of the pups which made our trip more enjoyable knowing that they were in such great hands. They even gave my dog his antibiotics while we were away. I cannot say enough about the quality of their work. Jeff and Donna both came to visit prior to us using them the first time for an overnight sitting. Our dog had no issues with them and that is always a good sign. They are very quick to respond, thorough, and easy to work with. They were very attentive to our pets needs (which aren't much) but still no issues. We have recently used their services again on a multi day trip. Zero issues, good communication, updates multiple times per day. They will continue to be our "go to" folks when we need someone to step in and take care of our dog when we cannot take him along. GO BIG RED!!!

Jeff and Donna are the best! We have two Chihuahuas that require very precise care and they handle them beautifully! Every time we leave town or just need some extra care during the day they are available and professional. Our fur babies love them and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We have two airedale terriers who do not like to be kenneled. We used Jeff and Donna several times over the holidays.and our dogs loved them. The dogs were not stressed at all. We appreciated the daily texts updating us on our fur babies. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Our little Morkie, Sadie, loves Donna and Jeff. They treat Sadie like she is one of their own. They have been taking care of her for the past 1 1/2 years. They’re the only ones we allow to take care of our baby. We highly recommend them!

We have used Pamela for several months now. She is great with all our pets! Even our less than social female bird tolerates her, although our male has totally fallen in love with her. I think he would rather be with her than with me!. I highly recommend Pamela for your pet sitting needs.

We recently boarded our pup Charlie at Pensacola Pet Resort 2 when we had to go out of town. Kyleigh and Bre were simply the best! They were incredibly professional and kind throughout the entire process, making it as easy as possible for us. They even sent me pictures of Charlie to keep us updated on how happy he was while staying there. If you need to board your dog, this is the place to go!

Cooper has only been going for day care a few times and he already gets excited when we pull into the driveway. He likes the people. This makes me happy knowing he looks forward to coming. The staff is friendly and very kind. I highly recommend!

I live on the opposite side of town and still make the drive to take my dog to stay and play at Pensacola Pet Resort, Too. That’s a testament to how well they treat my baby. Not only did April do a great job grooming my dog, Mako, but she also took time to give me a detailed report afterwards and discussed any changes we might want to make for his next visit. I also appreciate Dr Gunn for being able to complete an exam during Mako's stay. He easily diagnosed and treated Mako for some hot spots and my boy is looking/smelling better than ever. We've taken our 2 (male & female) Cavaliers here before (and are are going again in a few days) where they did a great job of washing & cutting their hair. They pay close attention to trim the head hair to match the rest of the body and even little requests like not adding perfumed after-products (due to my own sensitive allergies). We also greatly appreciate how we can drop off the dogs there in the a.m. & they ensure getting the vet appointment next door taken care of, so we don't have to switch them from one building to the other, especially helpful for our school & work schedules during the week. It's been great to line up the vet appointment & grooming appointment for this reason. The staff is friendly & the price is pretty average considering the quality & care they receive.

The first time my dogs saw Melissa for grooming they looked phenomenal. The second time they were groomed at Pensacola Pet Resort Too by a different groomer. They came back barley brushed with FLEAS. luckily my dogs are on preventatives, but after leaving a voicemail at their office about the fleas I received no reply. During the last visit my dogs saw Melissa again and the images are the results. My senior dog's quick was cut so bad half of it appears to halve been cut off and none of his other nails are cut. They did not inform me that this had happened. Today I had to see the vet as the same dog has an ear infection. I wouldn't be surprised if it was caused from moisture left in his ears from his groom.

Such a delightful staff. Dayna treated us like we are her best client..and we're fairly new!!! Very clean, efficient care.

My wife and I dropped off our fur baby Barry for daycare so we could spend a few hours at the zoo. No appointment needed! It was nice being able to check and see Barry online and watch him play with the other pups. Really gives you peace of mind if you get a little separation anxiety leaving your pet for the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable of their services. Seems like a great place if you want to spend the day at the beach since they’re just a few minutes away from Pensacola Beach. We’re looking forward to boarding him soon for a few days. We know he’ll be in great hands! PS. Your dog will be very tired when he comes home :)

Stopped in for their open house. Owner & staff were very friendly & thorough during the tour. Prices are really fair. Dogs seem to have a lot of play/interaction time. I will definitely consider boarding my furbaby there.

Friendly staff, no appointment needed (after initial onboarding), dogs seem to love it. Doesn’t always smell great walking in though and I’ve had to avoid some stray poop at least twice (probably more a reflection on the dog owners than the staff though), but overall good place to let your pups socialize and play.

I’m so thankful for Dog Stop. My dog loves it. A great place for socialization and for him to get out any pent up energy. The staff are awesome!!! I recommend this place highly, your dog will be very happy!

Very professional staff. I took three dogs for full day daycare service, one of them did not do well the second day, but the personnel at the dog stop handle the situation very well and communicated everything with me instead of trying to push the situation and force my dog to stay. They understood he was struggling and was very stressed and called me to picked them up. This tells me that they care more about the well being of the dog instead of collecting money for the service. Great place that cares for the furry ones!

To preface this review I would like to say I’m only giving this establishment 2 stars based on the employees. They were kind, helpful and genuinely seemed like nice people. However, my first experience here was seriously lacking in professionalism and put my puppy in a dangerous position. What he experienced at 4 months old during his temp test has now set the precedent for his future interactions with other dogs. This is what happened: We called ahead and confirmed that a temp test could be performed today so we could possibly introduce our puppy to daycare and start desensitizing him to new dogs and social interactions. I let the staff know multiple times (by phone and upon arrival) this would be his FIRST interaction with another dog. I asked on the phone how the process was performed and was told they would put him in a small dog room (he’s a pom puppy and only 3.5 lbs) and introduced to another small dog of similar size and calm nature to see how he react. Both would be leashed. Then depending on how he reacted they would slowly add in more dogs and gauge his response. None of this happened. We were understandably not allowed to watch the test in person, so we watched on the dog camera for the toy room. From the time he left our care till we were able to pull up the camera feed was about 5 minutes. Within that time we saw our 3.5 lbs puppy unleashed in a room with 4 other unleashed dogs chasing him down around the room. These 4 other dogs were double in his size and extremely active puppies. The largest was a grey hound that dove at my dog and chased him around the trainers legs before they picked him up and left the room. The grey hound continued to jump and try to reach my dog in the trainers arms until they left the room. From my perspective they had ZERO control of the situation. Once my dog was returned to me he was absolutely terrified and shaking. This is completely unprofessional and a dangerous precedent to set for testing the dogs that come into your care. Their solution was to come back in 2 months, rather than conduct an appropriate temp test. Unleashing him in a room with 4 other high energy larger dogs is not a temp test. I would like to ask this to the business: What training do your handlers receive to be capable of properly performing these temp tests? What accreditations do they hold to be certified to do this? Where is this showcased as I do not see it anywhere on your website? This visit has set my young puppy up for failure when it should have been success. I trusted your establishment based on your outstanding reviews to take care of my animal. You did not and he was in danger. If I was in the room, I would have immediately stopped the test and taken my puppy back. To everyone reading this I offer a word of caution before you choose this location and to the management I welcome a discussion on this matter. Thank you. Edit/update: In response to management’s reply I have lowered my review to a one star. They clearly do not care to address issues as they did not even read my review in its entirety. To management: a few of your details are wrong. Let me set the record straight on a few things within your response. First, my dog is a he not a she. Second, I clearly stated a grey hound puppy not Great Dane. Third, you are incorrect in your assessment of what happened. I witnessed this live with my spouse through your dog web camera feed. You may review your own feed to see what we saw. Please consider rereading my earlier review to get a better account of what happened today. I appreciate your advice and will keep that in mind for training with him. Have a nice evening.

I absolutely love this place! We were on vacation and noticed a lot of beaches don’t allow dogs. We were worried about leaving my Belgian Malinois at our rental but found this place, dropped her off for a day! I was able to get pictures and call any time to check on her, I would definitely take her back when I come back in the area! Thank you for loving my baby!

Our golden was scheduled for 4 nights of boarding while we were traveling out of country. We paid in advance for 4 nights. We get a voice mail on day three to pick our dog up due to kennel cough. Plus he had been throwing up for two days. Picked our dog up that night and no one at dog stop could tell us any details of our pets problems. Now we have a $40+ credit that we can not get back. "Must be used instore, but only on certain services". Will never use this place again.

Love this place. I was there in town for a few weeks and I was able to drop my boy off to them anytime. I like that I didn't have to schedule a appointment and they were always friendly and accommodating. My boy was always wore out when he came home. Great place and staff!

Called twice and left message's concerning having my pet's groomed. Have yet to hear a peep from anyone. Would hope that they communicate better with their current customers than they do with potential customers.

This place is so awesome. I bring my dog here for 3-4 day long stays when my husband and I go out of town and he is such a happy boy while he’s there. I love that I am able to check on him through all of the cameras, and the staff are so friendly and very responsive. They never make me feel like a crazy overprotective dog mom (even though I am) and they always give Ace the extra amenities that I add on for him, so it’s nice to know that he is really getting the snuggles and one-on-one time when I pay for it! Also this facility doesn’t use the harsh chemicals for cleaning that other boarding places do. I took Ace to another place and he got a rash from the harsh cleaning chemicals, by happy dog uses a diluted bleach mixture that’s safe for the dogs as soon as it dries and my little guy has never had a bad experience with them. Definitely bring your dogs here!!

My pup Finn has been going to Happy Dog for doggy daycare since they opened and he LOVES it! He is always so eager to get inside and play with his friends (dogs and humans alike)! He plays hard and is always exhausted when I pick him up. Happy Dog has many perks, such as live video footage of the play areas and daily report cards with photos and details about your pup's day (to name a few). It is clear that the staff truly cares about the wellbeing and safety of each animal. There is no place like Happy Dog Resort and I highly recommend!!

My dog Huncho loves it! His really enjoys the pool, that’s his favorite thing to do there!

We took Hugo to Happy Dog Resort for a year while living downtown. He received the best loving care we could hope for! He would cry with anticipation starting a few blocks away and couldn’t get out of the car and in with his friends soon enough! We had to move out of state and were sad to have to leave Happy Dog and all the loving staff!

My dog stayed for about a week and an absolutle blast. Clean facility, perfect staff that genuienly loves dogs, and lots of play mates.

The camera at their business placed at the playpen was a big plus. Not having been boarded before and having not a lot of exposure to other dogs, It was very reassuring to see our dog with other dogs- adjusting so well. Overall, we were so happy that we could just relax, not worry, and they would take care of his needs (including meds) and everything. That piece of mind came at a very reasonable price.

They are excellent, first they took grand pup in (a hurricane escapee hunkering here till its safe; Grand pup used to go to another place here when we lived here. When I tried them he wasn’t warmly welcomed. Therefore, I gave these new folks a try - (Happy Dog Resort)?and we highly recommend them!! Accommodating and they use ‘ideal’ dog handling procedures. The place is state of the art, too! Try it out - our goodest boy, Goose was treated like a king and made several new fur friend’s. ❤️🐕 ps they let you see them while you are away and they play.

My pups, Gemma & Jonas have been going since they opened & love it so much. They are so eager to get inside & play with their friends, both dogs & people. Jonas is a bit timid around new people & esp men but they have been so great working with him & I've even seen Jonas follow some of his fave handlers around & they've been men! They've stayed before for both long & short stay boarding & never had any problems. I love the report cards & the ability to watch live videos while they're there. The handlers at Happy Dog Resort are awesome & I know they're always going to have a fantastic time & come home exhausted.

K9 Splash and Dash is fantastic! We have been using them for several years and have always been pleased with them. The environment is very clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly and treats each dog as if it's their own. My Shih Tzu, Marshmallow is always excited to go in, he loves all the groomers! He looks great, has a clean smell (not overly perfumed) and a cute little seasonal bandana on when we pick him up. We have used several groomers, Nick, Joey, and Megan to name a few, and have been pleased with them all. Please don't hesitate to use them for your little fur baby, you won't be disappointed!

We have been taking our Goldendoodle, Gen.2, Marley, to K-9 Splash-N-Dash for 5+ years. We have had nothing but an excellent experience here and Marley always comes home well groomed, happy, and healthy!

We love K9 Splash! Our dog is hesitant to go in initially, but by the time we pick him up, he is happy and beautifully groomed. All the groomers are sweet and seem to really love being involved in your pet’s life!

We’ve been taking our two dogs to K9 Splash And Dash for 9 years now, and they never have disappointed us. Our babies come home with all their grooming needs, smelling amazing with a new scarfs to match the season, which is an additional touch that we appreciate! Joey did their grooming today and made them look cuter than they already are!!

My 2 mini doxies just received their first shape up after a few months of going without being groomed since we moved, and this place was absolutely amazing! We had an early 8am appointment and were greeted with happy tones and smiles on a gloomy, rainy day! The staff was great with my wild ones and they looked and smelled great when I picked them up! Their bandanas were super cute as well! We will definitely be back!

Our Fav Dog Wash place! Always nice very reasonable on price and good with all the animals. İ have a 90lb hairy beast of a GSD and he isnt friendly with other dogs except here so i dont feel nervous when he is there and they do a great de shed and bath on him monthly to every 6 weeks!! Would def check them out!! Koopa says they are all wonderful with him!

We lucked out finding this place as our Thor desperately needed a full service spa day and nail grinding. He’s a pretty sweet old man, and we know he’s happy when his butt wags with his tail. The staff loved him just as much, and said he was such a good boy. He smells so good, his fur is soft, nails look great, and he’s ready for his 50 naps (but who doesn’t love a good nap?). I believe our groomer was Nick, and we will definitely go back!

Megan was our groomer today for our sweet girl Mocha and she did an amazing job! We just lost my sweet pup Binx this past weekend and we've all been having a hard time including Mocha. Megan was so understanding and caring! She took very good care of our pup!

Sharon is an amazing pet sitter. She took care of are two indoor/outdoor cats for 10 days & went above and beyond. She is very accommodating to our request and sent us daily updates of how our kitty's were doing. When our cat didn't show up one night to go inside, Sharon spent extra time searching & went out of her way to make sure our kitty was in safe. She definitely cares for animals & makes going out of town not so hard. Highly highly recommended!

Sharon has really been a godsend to us. We moved to Pensacola without knowing anyone, we've had to leave town a couple of times on short notice, and she has been invaluable toward our peace of mind for our furry little friend when we can't be there. She sends pictures and updates, and the cat really likes her! Best pet sitter we've ever had.

Sharon provided excellent service. She was very flexible and accommodating to our schedule, making sure we were completely satisfied. She cared for our four cats over a two week period and was able to actually make contact with them, something no one else has ever accomplished (they're very shy). She goes above and beyond. Have only had to use her once, but my friend who I exchanged cat care with when either of us travel has moved away, so I look forward to having Sharon take care of Elizabeth again. She actually went out in that horrible ice storm a few years ago and aside from taking care of my cats needs she went out of her way to make sure my pipes didn’t freeze. (Without me knowing how bad conditions were) she is a gem. So glad to know she’s there for me. When someone risks their own personal safety to take care of my little one, well, that tells me everything I need to know. This is a good human.

I absolutely adore All Things Furry! After the first initial visit with Sharon I felt completely comfortable leaving my children aka pups in her care for the 5 days while I was away. I loved the little daily notes left for each day and a little bag of treats. I will be using her again for sure!!!!

We can't say enough good things about Sharon. She takes such good care of Rogue while we're away.

We have boarded our dog there multiple times and he has been well taken care of every time. The staff is friendly and caring. They provide food and treats if none are sent with your pet. I usually send a blanket as my dog likes to burrow under it. Any bedding sent is laundered and fresh smelling when you pick up your pup. I would definitely recommend them!

I use this place for my American Bulldog often. He loves staying there and the people always spend time loving on him. It makes me happy when I hear this because normally he’s nervous around people but he always warms up so quickly to them and they always tell me about how good he’s been and that they all just love giving him lovings. Highly recommended

Horrible place. I got the presidential suite for my chiweenie. He's a little scared to new people I informed them of this. Got the room for 3 days and he was only taken out once. Then I go to pick him up and he smells horrible laying in a soaking wet blanket, the staff informed me had a accident. A accident they obviously didn't clean up or bath him!!!! Never will go back to this place! He was so scared shaking. I called repeatedly to check on him and they said everything is fine.

Three took such good care of my sweet doggies, Roscoe and Bailey. Roscoe is an older one and they were patient with all my questions as we never hoard him. Bailey is a frequent flyer and she seems to really enjoy her stay(: Everyone is very professional and kind.

I was very reluctant on boarding my two Golden Retrievers because they've always traveled with us and have never been boarded but Spanish Trail made me feel at ease. We arrived during their faculty meeting and they still opened the door for us (something they definitely didn't have to do). The staff was very friendly and patient with our pups....and our pups weren't exactly willing to cooperate. We started in the Junior Suite and moved to the Luxury Suite the following day. When we picked them up, they were happy and the staff gave us all of our blankets, food & toys we brought them. Our pups smelled great and it looked as though they were recently brushed. One thing to keep in mind, when you pick them up on a Sunday, make sure to press the buzzer rather than knock. They told us this but we forgot. 🤦 Very pleased with this place and their staff. I boarded my dog here while my family and I vacationed in Pensacola beach for a week. I got the web cam room halfway thru the week because I have never been away from my dog for an extended period of time because he has horrible separation anxiety. They only took him out 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening (i literally kept the web cam up 24/7 and if i didn’t my dad did). They told me the only way he would get more time outside is if i paid for it. I already paid $384 JUST for the boarding all together! We will not be back here to board him ever again. It is overpriced just for my dog to sit in a room all day with no attention!

Not A Home Away From Home and Certainly Not The Best Days Ever! After an unexpected death in the family, I was required to go to Tampa, FL for a few days. I hired A Home Away From Home to care for my very sweet 10lb poodle (Presidential Suite). Prior to his stay a lengthy questionnaire was completed regarding his daily routine (feeding times/medicine/age/sleep pattern etc), camera access was also granted for monitoring. Day 1, after relaxing for a couple hours, I observed my dog begging to use the bathroom (barking/wagging his tail/clawing at the window/turning around in circles/scratching & clawing at the door). I immediately phoned the office, and he was quickly let out (for 10-15 mins); and then returned where he remained for the remainder of the day. Day 2 (Sat) same thing. My dog awakes for the day, and remains calm until he sees or hears someone around 730a-745a. And again, he's begging to go outside to the bathroom (I'm crying my eyes out). He begged about 45 mins before being let out (830a); and then quickly returned. He remained in his suite until 530p, where he is then let out for a few minutes, and returned for the remainder of the day & night. Day 3, pick-up day same thing. I watched my dog beg for about 45 minutes to 1hr to go outside, as I drove to their facility. Upon arrival, I peak into my dog's suite, and find him still begging to go to the bathroom outside while other smaller and larger dogs enjoyed the sunshine. *No Accountability *No systematic adherence to pet care policies and procedures Spoke with Dr. Liz (8a Mon), and the first thing out of her mouth was "I should consider a home pet sitter", and as I told her my entire family was in Tampa due to death (if not, he would of never been there). She also agreed with my recommendation that there needs to be more accountability and adherence to the pet care needs as provided in the lengthy questionnaire prior to check-in. *Not once did I witness him eat on time. *I'm sure if he got his medicine on time. *Nor did not get a progress/check-out report (cause they don't know).

What you do is appreciated, but please get your sign fixed. It’s making the whole neighborhood bright at night, and irs very blinding and distracting for traffic.

Best place . An It feel very reassuring that hes there because they are very attentive to your animals. They even have a web cam so you can view your pet 24/7

Very nice facility. My dogs are very important to me; like my own children. This is the best facility in Escambia County... hands down.
