Phillipa and David were wonderful, loving and caring with our 6 fur babies. They all looked happy and healthy on our return. Communication was brilliant, we felt we could message any time for an update and we were kept well informed. When we got home Phillipa had a delicious vegan stew ready for us, which we were very grateful for 🙏 Our home was kept clean and tidy and David even did some gardening, keeping our garden looking beautiful. Thank you both so much, hopefully you will be seeing you again next time.

Well what can I say....... This is the fourth time Jackie & Brian have been to look after Cookie & Cracker - need I say more?? Jackie & Brian saved the day for us because we had booked a two week holiday but had only managed to get a sitter for the first week. Lucky for us they got back from their mega cruise a few days after we left, so they agreed to come & take over from the first sitter. Not only that but they had already made arrangements for Hogmanay so I had arranged for a friend in the village to look after the boys for that one night at her house. Unfortunately she forgot all about it & Jackie & Brian cancelled their plans so that the boys were not left on their own. How dedicated was that - we were gobsmacked & so very very grateful!! Cookie & Cracker must have been absolutely beside themselves when Jackie & Brian arrived - so very very excited to see them again. As always we received lots of photos while we were away. I think it was pretty hard going because the weather was atrocious while we were away but Jackie & Brian just take it in their stride & bath the boys in the outdoor sink after their very muddy walks. We were so pleased to see them again when we got back as we consider them as friends now & are looking forward to seeing them next week for lunch! Thank you again from us all xx🐾🐾

This was my first house sit with Zeewoi and I was nervous about lending the van among other things. I chose Mark and Sue because of their excellent recommendations from other sitters and I was not dissapointed. Everything was great from start to finish and Im embarassed that Mark ended up fixing my van. The weather was unusally hot while they were sitting for me, but they seemed to cope ok. I would happily have them back to sit again any time.

Prashant and India were fantastic pets sitters for us. Both were dependable and were even kind enough to allow some service people into the home to do some repairs. Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Prashant is very knowledgeable and gave us a few strategies to combat some negative behaviors that we were seeing with the dogs. Could not recommend them more. They will be missed.

What a lovely couple Tara and Tyler are. They had been in Scottsdale about six weeks before the house sit. and can to meet us. Rusé, our Toy Fox Terrier, fell in love with them immediately, and was in Tara’s arms within two minutes. We always like our sitters to arrive the day before we leave, take them out to dinner and get to know them. It was quite apparent from the videos and photos we received, that Rusé did not miss us. Tara and Tyler’s three grown up children joined them before Xmas-to Rusé’s delight as these were additional hands to throw his rubber bones and balls. The house was all clean and tidy, when we returned.. There is a strong possibility that Tara and Tyler will move to Arizona from Montana, with two of their children, recently moved to the area. They have already offered to look after Rusé in the future. We know he would love it. We cannot recommend Tyler and Tara higher enough, they were perfect House and Pet sitters

We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. She kept the house tidy, litter box clean, and the animals so well loved. Because she was traveling from far away, she stayed with us the night before our trip and the night we came back. It was a pleasure to get to know her. We would welcome her back to our house as a friend or a sitter anytime. Highly recommend!

Angie and her husband Joe were a great fit for our house and pet sitting needs! They kept in communication with us before our vacation started, and were able to arrive a little early so we could walk them through how various systems worked and where controls were located. Our dog bonded with Angie very quickly and I think he was hoping she would stay after we returned home :) We got regular updates and pet photos while we were traveling. Although we were out of cell phone range for several days, we never had a doubt that things at home would be just fine while they were there! They were also very flexible and understanding. Due to our flight schedule we arrived home in the middle of the night. Angie was able to feed and walk our dog, clean up and leave in the morning without waking us up! The house was left clean, the garden was thriving and our pup was happy. We are happy, and would be happy to have them back again as sitters anytime.

Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list. David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip. We are very grateful for the excellent care David gave to our precious pets and home.

The location is absolutely amazing, and our dog (Fred) thoroughly enjoyed his stay. We highly recommend Beverley and Dogs at Hom. Dogs at home have a fab space for the dogs in a beautiful countryside setting. Beverley was fab to deal with and was brilliant with my dog! We have never left our dog with anyone other than family but felt very happy with Beverley and would absolutely recommend her and use her services again!
Two year old Milo the Maniac has just returned from his holiday at Beverley's Hotel (Dogs at Home) and he has even been asked back! Milo is a headstrong Springer that needs constant attention and hours of play with ball and frisbee. Beverley has coped wonderfully well and Milo enjoyed his 8 day break from us. He has made friends with other dogs there which is unusual as her prefers his own company normally! We feel that we need look no further for Milo's future holidays as Beverley offered all we required for our baby and more. Sandie and I would recommend Dogs At Home to all who need caring, safe and clean accommodation for their pals. Thank you Beverley!
Rupert my Parsons Russel terrier nearly 15 months old stayed here for 4 days he he was obviously excited to see me for a few minutes , but was super chill in the car back home not stressed one tiny bit . When home he played for a bit then chilled out and slept the day away getting over the excitement of his first ever stay away from me. I would definitely say he was well looked after . Beverly is wonderful. We had our 16.5 year old Cockerspaniel stay with her whilst we went abroad. We picked him up happy and healthy and that’s all we could ask for. Beverly has the dogs in her beautiful home so rest assured they are like part of her family. Highly recommend!!! Luke

We came across We Love Pets Hereford simply from seeing a lady in a clearly advertised red t shirt walking a dog down our road. We were in need of a dog walker due to going away for a few days and from just that first sighting she looked so kind and caring, and the dog genuinely looked like he had a smile on his face! I immediately found the website and contacted Deb who got back to me right away and we had a lovely chat about my beagle Lexi on the phone first and then she came to the house for a little encounter with her personally. That went really well and Lex wouldn’t leave her side! We arranged the days and times that Lex would be walked and where everything would be left as well as discussing her individual needs and routines. The ladies who came to the house to walk her did an amazing job and everything that I had asked them to do. We also received some lovely photos of Lexi on every walk they took her on which was really reassuring. The house was left exactly as I had left it but with one very tired and happy dog sprawled on the sofa! We have used We Love Pets Hereford a few times now and Deb has been so wonderful, even when I’ve rung her last minute! We will always recommend to any friends or family and will most certainly continue to use their reliable and passionate service in the future. Debbie took the time to understand our needs and get to know our Labrador before finding him the best possible fit while we were away for 10 days. She found a family who already had labs and who welcomed him into their home with open arms. We received regular pictures and updates while away. Couldn’t recommend Debbie and team enough. My usual pet sitter recommended We Love Pets as she was unable to look after our basset hound while we went away for a couple of days. Debs was lovely to communicate with and the meet and greet went well. She asked lots of important questions about Logan which was professional and reassuring. We were given daily updates on how he was doing, and it was wonderful to see him getting cuddles and going out on walkies. On coming home, Logan was relaxed and evidently well taken care of, and the house was just as we left it. I'm so please with the care that Debs has given our Cat Gertie, I enjoy the daily updates and photos I received from her about our cat. So reassuring when you are away from home and wondering if they are OK. Debs also brings in the post , waters plants etc. An absolute Godsend.
Debs and her team did a super job of feeding, looking after and keeping our 5 cats very happy for 3 weeks. It was very reassuring to leave our cats in we love pets capable hands, particularly our diabetic cat which has to be injected twice a day. They visited twice prior to us going to have test run to make sure we were all happy. We will definitely continue to use we love pets great services.
Debs was fantastic - our cats loved her and warmed to her straight away! You can tell she cares a lot about animals, demonstrated by how she got down on the floor to greet our cats - they’d never responded so well to a stranger before, it was amazing! She went the extra mile for us, literally, by coming a bit further out of Hereford than usual to make sure our 2 cats were well looked after while we were on holiday. She did a thorough consultation with us so we felt confident all information was communicated and kept us updated everyday how our cats were doing. We highly recommend her and will be using her services again, for sure!
We are relatively new to we love pets but so far very impressed with the service. We have a very anxious Labrador who takes a long time to trust new people. Deb has been very patient and has put in a lot of time and effort into building a bond with our girl, to ensure she is comfortable and happy. Would highly recommend!
We used We Love Pets Hereford for our wedding to look after our dog for the day as we wanted her included in the day but knew it would be difficult to have her around all day. I couldn’t recommend them more. Debs was amazing, kept me updated and informed of all requirements and ran everything so smoothly. Lovely Tracey who is dog boarder for We Love Pets recently had our miniature dachshund for 9 nights for the first time. We loved the regular updates & photos so we didn’t worry about him. We could tell Ron was very much at home & loved Tracey as it’s not often he settles on people’s laps because he is so energetic. Debbie was brilliant in keeping us updated and we had a few meet & greets beforehand to ensure they knew all of Ron’s needs. Our Ron came back home & he’s been his happy little self so I really feel like it was a holiday for him too. We will be booking again very shortly for our next holiday!
