Didn't get to meet Bob but seems to be a nice chap! Left the house clean and tidy and updated me about Gwyn if I needed him to. Gwyn did go missing to our old house whilst we were away, but she had done this on lead up to Bob's stay, hence us getting someone to sit just for few days (usually she'd be fine without sitter) but Bob helped go look for her. Favourite thing about Bob is he's an eco friendly traveller, so we're all supportive of that!

Nicholas was an ideal house sitter. He arrived promptly, made an instant connection with Chai and was over and above great at looking after him. He took Chai on a multitude of adventures, updated us with photos every couple of days and kept the house in perfect condition. He even loaded the washing-machine with sheets the morning he left! Tamzin and Dan were great house sitters. Tamzin had an unexpected death in the family so she had to return to the UK early, but Dan was able to stay until we were able to find someone else so that he could also return to the UK to support Tamzin. Dan was more than willing to stay until we returned (which was only two more days) but we were very willing to work out other care for that short period of time. They were very communicative with us throughout this process which we greatly appreciated. We would welcome them back anytime.

Helene is the ideal pet sitter. She is experienced, reliable and capable. She engaged with my 5 animal family members in a caring and confident way and immediately became firm friends with Lucky the pet sheep taking her walking each day. In addition Helen carefully followed the summer watering schedule so that my plants were in good health on my return. Our communication was good before and throughout the sit. Helen left the house clean and tidy with some little treats in the fridge. I couldn’t have asked for a more positive and worry free pet sit or a more welcoming return to my home. My husband, Sugar, and I were so thrilled with Kay’s sit. She took excellent care of Sugar (who isn’t always the most straightforward dog!), sent us plenty of photos/videos, and communicated very well with us before & during the sit. Additionally, she took excellent care of our apartment. We came home to a very clean flat with cookies left out, cleaning supplies stocked, and a very happy dog. We can’t thank or recommend Kay enough. We feel lucky to have had a sitter like her!

Marie came to look after Bruno and I couldn’t have asked for anything more from her. She was very communicative, kind and trustworthy and I could tell that Bruno was very happy, loved and calm with her. Although I really missed Bruno I could rest assured knowing her was being well looked after. Marie left the apartment clean and fresh and I hope she felt at home here. I would highly recommend Marie to anyone looking for an experienced, friendly and organised sitter and I would love to welcome Marie back in the future!

Photography and long walks - with a pup
Melanie took care of Lilli and Lulu, for a bit more than two weeks. While it was clear that Lilli and Lulu liked her and vice-versa, there were a few areas where our expectations weren’t fully met. She managed the dogs with more flexibility than I had anticipated, which resulted in them sometimes spending longer periods alone at home than I was comfortable with. Although our communication during this time wasn't as smooth as I had hoped, I appreciate her effort adjusting the path after feedbacks. I believe this experience was a good lesson learned in following guidelines, securing communication and ensuring the dogs receive the attention they are used

Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.

Lindsay and Bryce provided excellent care to our two cats while we were gone. They are great communicators, took amazing care of our apartment and send regular updates and photos so that we knew all was going well. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Debra was a Great pet and house sitter !! She communicated well throughout our long trip and sent us frequent pictures of all of our pets. She watered our plants and brought in all the mail. Our home was immaculate when we arrived home and the dogs and cat were super happy !! I would recommend Debra as a wonderful, responsible and reliable pet and house sitter !

David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip. We are very grateful for the excellent care David gave to our precious pets and home.

Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)
