You can’t beat the price nor the location nearly in the center of a lovely orchard. It’s roomy so the dogs have plenty of space to play. It’s the only place I’ll leave my pet in the future.

Very good experience. I have never had to kennel my 3 year old lab mix before. The staff was kind and I could tell when I picked him up he had a great time and had no anxiety. I would highly recommend this kennel service to anyone!

Best dog resort and boarding there is in Okanogan County. They actually care about your pet, which is family in their eyes. Facility is top notch. Tons of room to play for your pet and the amenities are endless. Luxury condos are really cool and your dog will love it.

The are amazing with my Saint Bernard who goes there daily for Doggie Daycare! The are a little high for weekly daycare but as long as my dog is happy and taken care of I am willing to pay their price!

This has been a remarkable "second home" for my over-spoiled dog. As opposed to other places I have used in the past, when I pick her up she is happy to see me, but not anxious and not especially ready to leave. What a relief to leave her in such good care.

We were visiting Winthrop and brought our two dogs to Sherry so they would have something to do all day while we were out. BEST decision we made. We didn't have to worry about them. We picked them up each evening, and they were so tired and ready for bed. Which was great because after hiking all day, we didn't have to walk them. Sherry and her staff are the sweetest, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We are extraordinarily grateful for Aspen Kennels after our first experience with them this weekend. We typically use only family to care for our two small-ish dogs (one has a chronic GI illness on a special diet and also is on a daily oral medication), however this weekend was a special circumstance so we were forced to utilize a boarder. We have been so pleasantly surprised with the experience with Aspen Kennels—the staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and clearly cared about the dogs there. They were attentive and answered our questions, and were easy to contact by phone for daily check in calls to ensure our dogs were behaving. The registration, pickup, drop off, and payment processes were easy and fast. Our dogs returned in great condition and the staff appeared to have bonded with them over the weekend. We are so grateful to have them in this community and we will absolutely use them again when boarding is next needed. We will recommend them to anyone looking for this service in the Methow! We were on a road trip and had forgotten to find care for our dog while we did a river outing. Aspen Kennels was able to get us in with just a four hour notice, even though they were already full. They were incredibly kind and gracious to help us out with our poor planning. Our dog had a wonderful time there. I would happily recommend this place to locals and travelers alike.

Aspen Kennels is great for the following reasons: 1. Cleanliness: They are by far the cleanest doggy daycare I've ever been to. And I've been to a few. I recall a location where when I picked up my dog, he was covered in piss. That was unacceptable. This place is pristine! 2. Space: The dogs had a lot of room to roam around outside behind a fence. I have a Samoyed, so I really appreciated that my dog had the extra space to run around with the other dogs (there were 2 huskies) and play with. The snow was of course an added bonus for my dog. 3. Sherry!: She was so kind. Although our interactions were brief, I could tell she was a really nice person, and my dog could tell also! I highly recommend Aspen Kennels!

For reference, make sure to make a reservation. I couldn't tell from website if I needed to even for drop off. I called in the morning but due to schedule just went in. They were kind enough to get our pup in for a few hours since we were visiting from out of town. They were very nice and Taffy seemed to have a good time. It was nice to find them because we visit the area once or twice a year and now I have a place I can plan to drop her off while we go do lunch or something.

Sherry and her assistant are just amazing! We have boarded our Newfie mix several times with her. Recently we rescued a second Newfie mix. A week later we had to be evacuated from wildfire. Our two dogs were tolerating each other, but having jealousy issues. After a week of being evacuated and unable to return home, I boarded the dogs with Sherry. A week later, we picked them up and I was told they had worked our two dogs to sleeping and even eating together. They are now a bonded pair and best friends! They are so good with dogs, especially rescues, and so wise and patient. The facility is clean, air conditioned, has lots of room for them to run around, pools and sprinklers to play in, and lots of love and attention. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!!

Aspen Kennels was our first-ever boarding experience for our sweet 11-year-old lab. Sherry and her team were a delight to work with and put us at ease as we were a little anxious to leave our sweet boy for the first time. :) I can highly recommend Aspen Kennels and we'll hope to return next time we're in the valley.

Honestly, a one star is being generous at this point. Went to pick up my dog today, who was not only in the wrong kennel, he was eating another dogs food which he proceeded to throw up the minute he came out of that kennel. His bed was in the kennel with the other dog and he had not received at least three doses of medication that he needs for his health. Regardless of “having staffing issues” (isn’t everyone), there is no excuse for this. I would highly recommend finding a dog sitter or some other option instead of this one.

Sherry is so warm and friendly! Our dog Shasta had a great time staying with her for day care while we were out adventuri. She was accommodating. We will definitely be using her services next time we are in the area.

This is a great place to leave our Husky! We will be back! Owners are very friendly and great to work with. The yard for the dogs is large and immaculate. My dog didn't even know we left when we dropped her off! Highly recommended!

The Twin Bins team took great care of my 4-legged girl! This was her 2nd stay, the kennel area is very clean and organized, it provides plenty of individual space (indoor and out) for each dog. I really appreciate the extra consideration they give in blending the right personality and size dogs to routinely socialize with each other. This place is amazing. My dog loves going here. Lots of room and space for him to play. Pam and Justin are wonderful caretakers and their farm is beautiful. My dog has become more sociable with other dogs and with people as well since coming here which is a blessing. I recommend this kennel highly.

We just boarded our big scaredy cat of a dog for the first time and they were great with him! I loved how easy it was to book his stay, to pick any add-ons we wanted and what day (peanut butter lick mat, kongs, jerky etc) and how quickly my questions were responded to. 100% recommend Twin Bins Kennels!

We boarded our 2 very high energy pups (Australian Shepherd & Aussie-Corgi mix) with Twin Bins this weekend. The pups had a blast and were so well taken care of. The reservation, drop off and pick up process were a breeze. Twin Bins also offers extra amenities for the pups like extra 1-1 play time, extended walks on the farm. We will definitely be booking again and highly recommend to others.

Twin Bins has a top notch kennel. I have a fairly crazy energetic dog and they have always handled her well. They truly have all the comforts of home ! So thankful to have found them !

Thank goodness we found Twin Bins to take care of Scout! After finding out our house sitter wasn’t going to work out a week before we were to leave for 2 weeks. Twin Bins was on Facebook and had a spot for Scout! Scout loved being on the farm and found some new friends! He came home happy and tired. Thank you for taking such good care of our boy!

This is the coolest spot for your pups to relax and play while you’re at work or on vacation. It’s out in the country on a cute little farm. Our two dogs are always so relaxed when we pick them up from their overnight stays. The kennels are very clean and spacious inside and out. We think the drive out and back from Wenatchee is worth it for the care provided and overall peace of mind.

Ginger had a great day at Twin Bins. We started with daycare to make sure she’s ready for boarding next week. She’s a big rambunctious puppy so I was nervous how she would do! They said she great and put my mind at ease. Now I’m completely comfortable leaving her for a few nights.

Our favorite place to board our dog! Crystal and her husband take great care of all the dogs... who have ample room to move around and socialize. They are good about administering meds if needed. They obviously care about their 4 legged guests! Strong recommendation!

Sadie stayed at Lucky Paws for 6 day while I was out of town. Crystal sent me this photo of Sadie when I ask how she was doing! I was pleased to see that my favorite puppy child was doing good. When I picked her up she was excited to see me but still interested in going to the owners of Lucky Paws Luxury Pet Resort for petting and love. Highly recommend this place and will definitely take Sadie back!

Unfortunately I would loved to give more stars but cannot bring myself to do so! They were awesome as to take our dog on a day they were not open! Because we are travelers and could not be there on Friday! My complaint is at time of booking I was not told I would be charged for 10 days when they only watched my dog for 8! I paid for the ten and didn’t question it at that time cause my only concern was getting my dog! Then I read my email and added it up! Then sent the owner a text! She needs to do better at explaining this, don’t care what her website says cause I only talk to her on phone not thru website!!

I was nervous, but they way they explained everything assuaged my fears. My dog LOVED it! When i took him back with me, he was actually whining and squealing. I pulled over to potty him, because he never makes noise in the car. Nope, he was empty already. I really think he was sad about leaving! They weren't lying when they said he had a BLAST. I wish he wasn't ten years old so i could take him for a few extra year's worth to catch up on lost time lol.

Lucky Paws watched our our two large-breed rescues who have behavioral needs and had never been boarded. They stayed for a week while we were on vacation. I must say they are amazing!!! Our dogs were obviously happy following their stay and had built a trusting relationship with the owners. Their facility is clean and homey. They send photo updates for the helicopter moms like me. I highly recommend Lucky Paws!

The couple made special accommodations for our travel dates and our dog Sully was cared for. Frustrations: lack of communication (not while our dog was in their care as we did receive texts while away): unanswered calls and texts after booking (I did receive confirmation through a friend that was also boarding her dog and had similar struggles, but had it not been for that I’d have made alternate arrangements since I had no proof of booking- no email or text confirmation) and regarding policies . We booked Sully via phone call and when the price didn’t add up after we got home ( charged 10 nights instead of 8), Crystal provided information from their website that explained the policies, but nothing was provided prior to inquiring regarding the discrepancies. The explanation makes perfect sense, and we never would’ve thought twice had it been explained when we booked, or anytime in the 11 months leading up to Sully’s stay. Again, it wasn’t the price -tag, but rather lack of communication regarding why we were charged additional nights without being informed beforehand. To avoid this in the future, I’d recommend every phone booking be followed up with an e-mail serving as confirmation and directing to their site for review of their policies.

Jamie & Crystal care a lot about every dog that is staying with them. Our dog loves playing with the other dogs & roaming the fenced yard. It's his home away from home. Reservation making is easy. We're very happy with Lucky Paws!

I wish I could give them a million stars! They are hands down the best dog boarding facilities I’ve ever taken my dogs too! I’ve had 3 dogs we have taken here and they have LOVED it. My dogs wag their tails when we pull in. The owners take pride in treating these dogs as their own!

Crystal and Jamie are tuned-in to their 'guests.' They know who plays well with others and they make sure they get outside run-and-play because it is an open (fenced) beautiful romping area. Been going there for three years and Riley comes home a happy, 3-year old poodle.

We love Bon Voyage! They have been so good with our two fur babies and treat them like their own. One of our dogs was an elderly dog who was blind. They loved on them both, but especially our"old man". I've always felt like they were in great hands with Bon Voyage. We recently lost our old man, and they have been so kind and compassionate. I definitely recommend them.

I boarded my dogs overnight for the first time. The owner was nice when I checked in but the rest of the staff was rude especially the older lady who checked me out. I asked how my dogs did while there and she looked at me like I was crazy. She said “I don’t know” with a snotty, annoyed attitude. The website is also very deceiving regarding the pricing. The listed “overnight boarding” price is actually the price per calendar day so the “overnight” price is automatically double what’s listed. It’s a cinder block building with kennels smaller than even the humane society. The loud echoing barking hall is not peaceful or comfortable for any of the pups. I certainly won’t be going back.

Pricing is straight forward, transparent and fair. They provide multiple dog discounts. Knowledgeable and caring staff. Very consciences about feeding routine, etc. I have one senior (16 yrs) and I trust he is watched and kept safe while there. Dogs come home healthy, happy, clean and show no signs of stress. Definitely my "go to" boarding facility. I really like the convenience of their website. Notifications sent about reservations, when vaccinations are due to expire, viewing invoices and I can keep my records and vaccinations up to date via the website. Very efficient.

Our HIGH MAINTENANCE dogs have never been so happy. They don't let us say goodbye at drop off and they drag us into the facility. HAPPY DOGS, HAPPY OWNERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Elsa seemed to be well taken care of while at the Bon Voyage Pet Resort. She was a rescue, adopted twice and brought back twice, so I worried about leaving her at a kennel. She did ok, though I think she thought she was being adopted again until she smelled my hand and realized it was me. They took good care of her for me and I will use them again if the need arises. Staff very friendly and competent.

We had our pets boarded there after a fire. The staff was very caring and devoted to our animals. We appreciate everything they did and continue to do for our family.

My dogs seem excited when they arrive here and come home happy and healthy. Pricing is very reasonable for two dogs staying together and online booking is convenient. I love that they have several outdoor areas and get to go outside often. My energetic Brittanys definitely need that! I will continue to trust that Bon Voyage will take good care of my dogs when I cannot take them with me on my travels.

Our three dogs loved it at Bon Voyage! They clearly had very good care as they came home happy and tired. The resort takes great pride in detailed instructions and were available to answer any questions we had. Will definitely be having our dogs board there again.

This was an amazing place to board my girl, Bonnie, when we weren't able to take her on vacation. The staff was all very nice and accommodating and Bonnie looked great after her stay. I really love that they have a clean facility where the dogs are able to stay privately and not have the stress of having too many other dogs around them.

We were building a new house and had delays so we had to board our cat for about 8 weeks. The staff at Bon Voyage cared for our kitty and loved on him. They kept me up to date on his stay and I visited him several times. Later. I had to leave my dogs for a few days and they did great as well. I was confident that everyone was loved and well taken care of.

Super clean, I get daily updates and pictures. Love that she wants vet records before boarding. Highly recommend this place.

It is said that all you need is "love and a dog." I also need to travel. When I do my 10 year old rescue lab enjoys staying at Critter Camp. He has stayed for weekends and also for longer time periods which have included up to three weeks. I get updates on how my dog is doing when I am on the road. This is a great place to leave your dog when needed. Kennels are clean and well maintained. Dogs get out to play. Teri and her staff obviously like dogs and take great care of them. So nice to leave my dog with confidence that she will be well cared for and happy to return for her next visit.

I would highly recommend Colville Critter Camp! The kennels are large and spacious and I love the outdoor play area! Terri is very knowledgeable and you can tell she loves working with dogs. I will definitely be back!

My experience at Colville Critter Camp was nothing short of distasteful and unprofessional. When we arrived to drop off our dogs, the kennels reeked of urine and it was apparent it had not been cleaned thoroughly for a bit. The attitude from the staff was nothing good either, we were treated as if we were an inconvenience and quickly rushed in and out despite there being practically little to no line. They didn’t seem to know what was going on and didn’t even ask for payment; we had to be the one to remind them to take the check. They sent us through a last-minute chase to get a vaccine for our dogs only to not even request to even see the paperwork when we were in person. In short, it was extremely unorganized and unprofessional. When we came back to pick up our dogs at 11:30 AM, nobody was there. On their website, their hours claim to be 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Saturday. We had to call the owner multiple times in order to reach her because nobody was attending the dogs during work hours. She responded on the third call and explained that she was on a “cruise in Canada” which is outrageous. If you’re going to go on a cruise, then do NOT take new customers. I would not like to see the excuse of it being last minute because even still, you can make sure not to take new customers in order to prevent a terrible experience like this. When she was calling us, she had an annoyed tone as if we were inconveniencing her relaxing vacation while we waited 20 minutes for someone to show up to give us our dogs. Her tone was snarky, especially when she said that staff were “unavailable and couldn’t be there for 10 minutes, so you’ll just have to wait. Bye.” There were dogs just left outside without supervision which is incredibly unprofessional as they could easily hurt themselves or find a way to escape. Even when another staff arrived, we were STILL treated with disrespect and blatant disregard for our situation and as if, again, we were an inconvenience. She hurried us out because she didn’t want to be there. When we asked her about feeding, she said the next feeding was at 1pm despite us clearly giving her instructions multiple times to feed our dogs at 12. We were under the impression that staff would be there from 8am-5pm, but instead, the staff member shrugged and said “I just show up at 6:30AM-9AM and then 1PM-4PM.” Due to the website stating staff would be with our animals, this is OUTRAGEOUS as we were outright lied to about our dogs getting proper time. This means that our animals were sitting in kennels without ANY play time and probably 1-2 pee times a day. I looked through the materials we provided them (treats, letters regarding what they like/dislike — which was encouraged to be provided by the way, toys, etc) and not a bit of it was touched. The letters regarding details about them were at the bottom of the bin, clearly not touched and not a single treat was gone from the bag despite us instructing them to give them to the dogs freely. Our dogs seemed like they were not played with and once more, the kennels smelled wretched as if they were not cleaned. When our dogs came home, they seemed dehydrated and couldn’t get enough of the water bowl. There was one singular thing good about our boarding experience that gained them one star: our dogs were not malnourished or injured — the BARE MINIMUM. I don’t recommend this place as our experience here was not worth the money whatsoever, so I say to anyone who’s thinking of boarding here: Stay far away and board your dogs elsewhere.

My pup Sitka has been to critter camp multiple times and I’ve only had good experiences. The owner is attentive and professional and my pup is always happy to see her and go to her! Thank you Teri!

I would highly recommend letting your furry friends stay or play at Colville Critter camp. The owner Terry and her family take great care of all their doggie guests and treat them as if they were their own. I was away on a trip that got extended twice and Terry graciously looked after and loved our puppy until I got home. She keeps her kennels clean, warm and safe and loves on all the dogs she cares for. She even sent me update videos so I could see how my dog was doing which allowed me to relax while I was away. If you need a place for your puppy pals while you’re away this is the place to take them. They will be well cared for until you return!

Only place we entrust with our fur babies. The care goes above and beyond what you would normally expect from a boarding facility. Terri is very diligent with keeping her kennels clean and free of illness. The facility is very well organized and provides plenty of space for the dogs to play indoors and outdoors! She carefully screens and gets to know her four legged guests before their stay to ensure a great experience with all types of temperaments. She also has many years of knowledge and experience in K9 health. We had so much peace during our two week vacation knowing that our two dogs were safe, healthy, and happy at Colville Critter Camp. Bonus: she even groomed them before our return!

Colville Critter Camp is the absolute best! The facility is very clean and plenty of room for fur babies to play. Terri is amazing. She was able to train my very active, overstimulated Shepadoodle. He is now a polite gentleman. He absolutely loves going to see Terri. Hands down the best kennel I’ve ever used.

Had our dog stay here while we attended a wedding for the weekend. She was here for two nights and never doubted the care they provided for her. Very reasonably priced and friendly group of people. Check-in and out was very easy. Will definitely consider them again if we need to board our dog.

Went to Leavenworth for the day and decided to book our dogs last minute for daycare. I just went onto the website, quickly filled out all of our information, and within 5 minutes we got a call saying we were approved and within 10 minutes, our doggos were dropped off and taken care of, it was such a relief knowing they were in good hands and how quick and easy the process was. With them being located just outside of town it was very convenient! And the prices were great! My family and I will DEFINITELY be coming back here every time we visit!

So happy we found this gem! My partner and I went on a day trip to get away from the city for a couple days. We always bring our dog everywhere we go and are very particular when it comes to his care and comfort. So it was very nerve racking leaving him in a daycare for the day. We opted for a full groom and a day of care since we couldn’t bring him along on our rafting trip. We could not be more pleased. He got the best groom he has ever had. So much attention to detail. Little lines in his paws to outline them. They expressed his glands. They even brushed his teeth and got rid of all the plaque that had built up. He smelled amazing, and looked like a total stud! What truly solidified this amazing experience is that Fuzz is very vocal when he sees us. If he has been in any kind of stressful situation, when we pick him up he will whine non stop and just demand our attention. When we picked him up he laid in the back seat and took a nap. It was hot out. Close to 100 degrees. And the boarding center is nice and cool and has the AC blasting. We will definitely take him back here every time we come to Leavenworth. Boarding your family member will always come with reservations. But Leavenworth Pet Lodge earned our trust.

Leavenworth Pet Lodge is our go to when we have needed to board our dog(s). Paula, Mitch and the rest of the staff are friendly, understanding and care about nothing more than making sure your animals are safe and taken care of. The facility is clean, always being upgraded, and has only gotten better through the years. My last visit was my new puppies first time being boarded and he was a happy guy while he was there :) They do a great job accommodating special diet requests and the grooming side of the business is first class.

My parents and myself have been taking our dogs & cats here for years (3 huskies + 3 small dogs). Love how this place feels like a community and love knowing our pets are well-cared for, loved and safe. Grooming services are also excellent and I’ve had my huskies (real floofy dogs) groomed a multitude of times here- always have been pleased with the results.

Visited Levenworth on a camping trip and decided to board our pups. They came home happy and healthy, so I assume all went well. Prices are very fair and the facility is cool. Not the most talkative of folk during drop off or pick up, but we are happy with our service.

I had my two dogs here for just one night, but I'd gladly come back again. The location is very convenient if staying in Leavenworth and pricing is fair. Staff is friendly and I had no issues with booking, dropping off, or picking up my dogs. The dogs seemed satisfied and were the calmest I've ever seen them when picking them up.

We were visiting Leavenworth from Vancouver. And we were having trouble finding a dog sitter for the weekend. Then I thought about pet lodging within the area and did a quick Google search and was so happy to come across Leavenworth Pet Lodge. We only needed boarding for one night as we were going to hike lake colchuck, and since dogs weren't allowed and we weren't sure when we'd be back, it was a safer bet to board our dog. Seamless booking experience! Very easy online system and they do check up to date vaccinations! I was able to upload Bears information to which the staff verified almost immediately. Drop off and pick up time window were very flexible. When I submitted my request for booking, it was approved in less than 24 hours. I dropped Bear off with his dog bed, enough food for his evening and morning feed, his collar and leash and a toy. Really convenient and we could tell the people there takes good care of the dogs. Affordable rates too with the option for additional walks and Grooming for an additional fee. They keep the dogs in separate enclosed areas so that gave me peace of mind. They are wonderful here. Our dogs are always eager to jump out of the car and run in. They are family owned and operated and have been very accommodating over the 5 years we have been boarding and grooming our dogs here. We use them at least monthly as my husband and I both travel for business. Can’t say enough about how great they are.

I had planned a road trip from CA to Washington and Loving Paws was the nearest boarding so decided to check it out. I submitted all the paperwork a month ahead and confirmed all details with them ahead of time. We had to issues dropped her off or picking her up. I was nervous because my Snow (maltipoo) is very timid with new people and is defensive around other big dogs. When we dropped her off, they came out to greet Snow and spent a few minutes with us before taking her in. Snow happily walked away leaving us feeling very comfortable. We did a receive a few text updates letting us know how she was doing which was a nice check in and photo. When we picked up Snow at the end of her stay, she was so happy to see us. They told us she made friends with an older cat and an adult Great Dane! We were very happy with Snow’s stay at Loving Paw. If we’re ever back in the area, we will definitely be bringing her back!

I’m from out of town and had the best experience boarding my dog here. Monica and team were kind, open and responded promptly to the millions of questions I presented. My dog is 85lbs, golden retriever mix. He had a previous negative experience and we hadn’t taken him anywhere since. All of this information was shared and we communicated well about the care he’d have. I trusted Monica due to her knowledge and empathy. Rambo stayed for a couple of hours one day, and the next he boarded 12 hours (overnight stay). It was a daunting choice but a family wedding required a lot of my time. I received texts with pictures and updates. Their messages were so specific and captured his personality, it was comforting. It allowed for me to be present in events knowing that he was safe and in really good hands. I’m truly grateful. And I do hope anyone else considering gives this place a shot. They were great.

This was our first time leaving our puppy with someone and we were very nervous about boarding him overnight. Monica was reassuring and set our minds at ease. She seemed comfortable and confident in her ability to care for our rescue dog. She sent us photos and updates and we were delighted to hear that our dog was doing well. We love that he got to play with Monica's puppy and tire himself out. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Loving Paws to anyone needing a safe and comfortable place for their pet.

Absolutely the best boarding/daycare I’ve ever used. My dog has some excitability issues and your normal, standard dog day care would probably not take him. The team are super patient with him and have worked so hard with me to manage his issue. He loves it at LP and it’s clear to me why- this place truly cares about the dogs and it shows.

We absolutely love this place and the amazing women who run it! Our dog is a handful in more ways than one, and we appreciate their willingness to love on her more than we can express. It’s a huge relief to know she’s not only safe, but in an environment that is similar to home. We live out of town but will continue to bring her here even if we aren’t staying in the area, because of how happy she is while there. She has really benefitted from being able to socialize and play with other dogs of different sizes, breeds and personalities as well. We are so grateful to receive text message updates and pictures on how she is doing while there, and they are always kind and lovely to talk to, even when she is not staying with them. Thank you Loving Paws for taking on the challenge that is our Roxy, and for helping her grow and become a more confident, happy dog.

We are picky about boarding places as we want our dogs to have the best experience they can when we are away and Loving Paws did not disappoint! We LOVED getting daily pictures of our dogs during their stay and that made us feel so at ease to see them enjoying their time there. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better! We will definitely use their service in the future!

I've tried out a few different puppy sitters and I now will turn to Loving Paws EVERY time. They are quick to respond, kind to people and pups, but also flexible and feels like a friend/neighbor dog sitting. They have a big open area for my Sheepadoodle to run and run and run but also have comfy places to curl up when it's nap time. I've gotten good quality pictures and updates each day he's there that will sooth every the more nervous doggy mommy. Don't hesitate to book with these folks. :)

I would recommend loving paws over traditional crate pet boarding. My cats were able to have their own room instead of being stuffed in a cage. We were dealing with a lot of car issues that severely affected our pickup and drop off time and they were very understanding & accommodating about the whole situation and we’re very easy to contact. They even sent us pictures of our cats with some kittens (with our permission for them to meet). Very thankful for the friendly animal loving women at loving paws! Especially the employee we were dealing with.

I just boarded my husky/shepherd cross with them over the weekend. They took him in as one of the pack, and he had lots of friends to keep him busy all weekend. They sent me an update with some pictures to let me know he was OK, pick up and drop off took less than five minutes each time, they were pleasant and answered every question. They would like to have him back, and if I’m ever in the area again I wouldn’t hesitate to leave my buddy there. Thanks so much!

We love these gals. They were able to watch our dog despite short notice. The website to provide the information for the dog was very thorough so drop off was very quick and efficient. Pictures were sent frequently and our dog looked like she had a great time. They are a loving bunch and we would definitely use them again when in the area.

Lewis O. Potamus is a 1 year old American Bully (American Baby…more like it). He is adored by our family, goes to work with my husband and I and is very…very spoiled. When I first asked Debbie about booking Lewis she politely declined and told me the safety of the dogs in their care was their number 1 priority and they don’t take pit breeds. I wasn’t offended at all, and appreciated a facility that would carefully vet breeds and dogs. I explained to her Lewis’ disposition, showed her some videos of Lewis playing with my sister’s doodle and my in laws boxers (all our dogs are with us always and we take them to eachothers homes- all are very well socialized and trained). Debbie agreed to take Lewis on a trial bases and we have used Cozy Kennels 3-4 times now. They take such good care of the puppies in their care!!! Lewis is always so happy when we pull in!! He very social and stayed at another kennel once when Cozy was booked and he didn’t get interaction with other dogs and was not happy. At Cozy Kennels, he gets play time with the other dogs and we know he is in good hands!!! Thank you for putting the safety of the dogs in your care above all else. 5 stars ⭐️

I never leave reviews but this place is deserving. This kennel is spotless, the owners are incredibly caring and answer my texts very timely. It is popular and well liked enough that you'll need to book in advance as soon as you know when you'll need them. I never worry about my dogs wellbeing when I drop them off. I know they'll have a blast and be in good hands and that I can get updates through text and sometimes photos as needed to reassure me.

My Gracie came home from Cozy Kennels exhausted from playing with her friends. They love what they do❤️🐶❤️. They encourage you to call and check on your pet, they even sent us a video of Gracie in the yard with the other dogs. We were not sure how she would do because she hasn’t been around other dogs, so they eased her in and she had a marvelous time😊100% recommend this Kennel ( pet resort )❤️

It has been a few years since we've had our akbash, Kodi, stay with Dave and Debbie (we have a family member that does not travel anymore, and she stays with our dogs when we leave) however we always recommend Cozy Kennels to friends. Kodi routinely came home very happy, and not showing signs of stress. The first time he stayed, Dave sent us a few videos of Kodi playing with other dogs. It was so sweet being able to SEE him, and know for sure he was doing well. The most recent time, Dave sent Kodi home with a squeaky llama he had fallen in love with 😆 I always appreciated that Dave allows you to see the inside of the kennel area, too. Makes me nervous when kennels refuse to let you see the actual place your dog will be staying.

The kids love going to "camp", very awesome family and kennel. Rates are very affordable especially for more than 1 dog.

We LOVE cozy kennels! You could not find a safer, more professional, cost effective and overall FUN experience for your dogs! We board our 2 adult shepherd mixes here and not only has it improved their social skills but they are always beyond excited to go! We always get updates directly from the owners including videos of our girls running around on their (big!) property with all the other doggies! We are so thankful for them and will continue to use them as long as we live in WA!

Every single time my dogs come home from their visit, they are happy and exhausted from playing! One of my dogs is a nervous girl, and I used to board her somewhere else. She'd come home depressed and with diarrhea for days. Not once, ever, has she had a problem with Cozy Kennels! She comes home just as happy and tired as our young dog! We are customers for life!

I am very impressed with Cozy Kennels. My dog has never been kenneled and I was worried about being separated from her. She was just fine when I picked her up. Dave actually sent me a video of her playing with other dogs. I will definitely be using them again. They rock!!

I am very un-trusting with anyone with my babies. Whenever we go out of town and have to kennel our dogs, I stress and worry the whole time. Usually, when we get home I feel bad because our dogs smell horrible and have crazy looks in their eyes like they just spent the whole time looking at bars. I can honestly say that leaving our pups with Debbie and Dave at Cozy Kennels was such a great experience! First off, I felt comfortable knowing that they were on a personally owned property! Someone that can take their personal home and turn it into a boarding facility for dogs HAS to be a dog lover! When we dropped off our dogs, Dave walked us through the property. It was very clean and fenced off properly. Our dogs were immediately excited and running around wanting to play and sniff everything. While we were away, Debbie sent me updates on how they were doing. I even received a video of them playing with the other dogs! They looked like they were having a blast! This definitely helped to ease my discomfort with leaving them with strangers. The pricing was very reasonable and affordable. When our dogs were picked up they were very happy. We could tell that they were taken care of while we were gone. I would definitely leave them with Debbie and Dave again!

They care about socializing pets with well-matched playmates. They run a tight and above-board kennel that is well-maintained. Rest assured your pet will be taken care of until you arrive to pick them up!

Country Kennels is exactly the kind of place that Moses Lake needed! This is the first time that I am happy to drop my dog Turk off because I know how much he loves it. The open space keeps him occupied all day and the indoor/outdoor kennel area is just like the access he has at home. Tarah is extremely responsive and communicates via phone, text, email—whatever you prefer. She even asks if there’s anything you would like her to work on with your dog and keeps you posted on his stay. Doggy daycare is included with overnight stays which I love because all of her furry customers get the same amount of playtime and attention. The facility is immaculate, clean, modern, and dare I say it even smells great inside! I can’t forget to mention that Tarah even has a cat room which is basically a cat’s dream! Country Kennels is the best doggy daycare and boarding facility that I have seen in this town and I am so excited to have this option!

We are so glad to have found Country Kennels. We have utilized them for both boarding and doggie daycare. Our dogs love going. They get lots of playtime which is SO important for our one year old pups. I also love that they can stay together in the same kennel at night time. Both our boys love the pool time. I was nervous the first time we dropped them off but Tarah is so great about checking in when I text and giving us updates and even sending photos. Seeing their smiles is proof enough of the care they receive. Plus they’re exhausted when they get home at night. Bonus!!

This is the 2nd time for 1 of our dogs and the 1st for the other. These guys are amazing. They are on top of everything. They are very passionate and attentive to each dogs needs. Country Kennels is a wonderful boarding facility! I love the grassy areas the dogs get to play in during the day. I also appreciate that my puppy was placed with similar dogs. Suzy seemed to enjoy her stay, and it is a blessing to not have to worry about your dog while you are away! Highly recommended.

The kennel is conveniently located just off I-90 and a quick access on a drive to airports. We left our dog to play in a safe clean secure kennel instead of a hot baseball field. The approach into the facility is a little sketchy, but once at the actual facility I was very impressed. The office had incredible "natural" treats Soni can see myself stopping by just to pick up goodies for my pup. I didn't tour the facility as everything was behind a door, but I also wasn't leaving my dog there (was with a friend) I am impressed enough to go back and get the full experience.

Our dog was with CK for 38 days, the care was very personalized, even Ms. Tarah had staffs helping her with the dog’s routine she is very hands on with our dog’s need. She communicated to us directly and promptly on health issues. Don’t think twice of the price if you are looking for a safe & secure accommodation for your fur babies. We enjoyed our vacation and at the same time our baby was also satisfied during her stay in CK. Our dog tells us the difference. How? Our 2 dogs stayed for doggy daycare while we went on a boat. She was super friendly and has that cutest parrot to greet you :)

My dog Rhea seemed to enjoy her visit. Big Dog Kennels were great to work with on short notice and able to take intact females. Reasonable rates too. Will definitely come back.

Our beloved German shepherd spent a weekend here and he thoroughly enjoyed himself! She runs a small Dog kenneling business Which makes me feel better about having our dog stay. You know each dog as well loved, taken care of, and has plenty of time to go and enjoy the outside! We even ran low on food and she gave him some of her own dogs food, without charge or hesitation. You can tell, animals come first here! Big Dog Kennel is our new go to place for our big dog!! Thank you again for taking such great cate of him!

Been bringing our pups to Kris at Big Dog for years while we vacation at the Lake. The dogs love it - outdoor/indoor space. Kris is the best and always accommodating to make going to Big Dog a great experience.

Thank goodness I didn’t end up taking my dogs there! The first time I called the lady was so rude I was calling to ask questions and she kept responding with an attitude until I told her that she was being rude! And then she started acting polite. So today I was On my way to drop Of my babies and when I put the address it took to me another location so I called them and told them and once again she sounded rude.. She said “that’s why you don’t follow the gps” and I said oh I’m sorry I’m not very familiar with this area. (I’m coming from Bothell) maybe she should have told me that on the phone when I first! I’m honestly surprised with her service since the rating and very good but maybe she was having another bad day. Still doesn’t mean you have to be rude to the customers for asking questions!

Our dog seemed to be okay and slowly came out to see Mom (wife) other places he's been he comes running out to the Jeep like get me out of here. People are nice to hello is on other stuff like dog food
