Giulia was by herself for the sit with us, and it was a wonderful experience! From the get go we had a good communication with both Giulia and Simon. Due to some exciting news at their side Simon couldn't make it for the sit. Giulia took her time to settle in herself and let things go it's natural course with our cat Kwazi. Normally it takes some time for Kwazi to warm up to new people, but within no time we got the cutest pictures send our way from Giulia. We were so happy that our cat was in such good care and we really appreciated the updates throughout our time away. Giulia also got some green fi gers and took care of our plants and kept us in the loop of all things related to the house. We couldn't recommend Giulia and Simon more to watch over your pets!

Ulla and John did a fantastic job of looking after our elderly 15 year old collie whilst we were away. From the first contact we had I got a sense of confidence that they would put Holly first above everything else. They did a great job administering her medication and encouraging her to eat when she lost her appetite. They followed all instructions left and were very self sufficient during their stay. We got lots of photos and updates whist we were away which I really appreciated. House was left clean and tidy on our return. I would welcome them both back anytime.

Kiki and Marius !!!!! What a great pair..... The basics: Every day a photo which of course put every pet parent at ease!! Every day a text regarding how things are going... in that aspect, they were much better that me! I was so busy my mind was bogged down with to many things... The great things: SUCH a lovely couple!!! I immediately felt so happy and relaxed when they arrived. Kiki is an architect so we had lots to talk about regarding this medieval town house I have adopted. It was immediately obvious they would get on with Otis. Now for the amazing: They were here during our hottest week for the whole summer! Poor things. Thank goodness the down stairs tends to be a bit cooler than the rest of the house.....Their air con unit leaked (!!!!!) and they had to wait three days for it to be fixed... BUT - to top it all, on day with 38° showing on the mercury, we had an electricity cut that lasted until the wee hours of the morning (FRANCE!!!!!), which meant no air con in the bedrooms. I would not have blamed them if they had packed up and headed for the beach for a few days... but they stayed! These two are nothing short of sainthood.... THANK YOU BOTH!! Next time, we get to hang out more.... (PS- if they agree to pet sit for you, count yourselves LUCK!)

We hosted Melanie for 2 weeks over Christmas and everything was perfect. We were happy to get to meet her to handoff and chat! She kept us up to date on a few small issues quickly resolved and was very patient with our slight mismatch on a few parts of welcome guide that we are fixing. Dieter and Tina did a wonderful job of looking after our menagerie ☺️ they clearly doted on our dogs and the feeling was very mutual. They arrived the day before we departed which was great as we could spend time with them, the dogs could get used to them and we could explain everything without being rushed. On both the morning we departed and arrived home, Dieter and Tina walked the pups so we wouldn't have to worry about it. They also made up our bed so it was ready when we arrived back very early in the morning. They sent lots of pictures and we knew they were in very good hands. A lovely experience and you're both welcome back any time!

This was the second time Max and Paulina have sat for us and we were delighted that they were able to look after our little tribe. They are such lovely people and looked after our pets meticulously. Max reported a potential issue with one of our dogs and initiated remedial action after discussion with us. They took the dogs to the vet for treatment . We kept in touch regularly and were reassured to see our pets so obviously happy and well cared for. On our return they cooked us a lovely meal and our house was clean and tidy and the garden looked lovely. I'm hoping Max and Paulina will sit for us again. I recommend them without reservation. Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! Andrea was the perfect sitter for our older Italian Greyhound and our shy cat. She followed every request to a “t”, and helped us to feel comfortable and care free for a long zeewoi. The communication of photos and videos were a warm reminder of how well they had been adjusting to our absence. Andrea showed care and consistent compassion for Darcy and Hammy. She seemed to enjoy them and our home as much as us! We returned to an absolutely spotless home, without anything left undone. She thought of everything related to us and our pets, so we could have a seamless late evening return. We highly recommend Andrea for any zeewoi, as she is a jewel. Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. Judith was one of the most considerate, trustworthy sitters we've ever had. We had to leave in a rush for a family emergency and really didn't have time to prepare the house as we usually do, but Judith took all in stride, leaving the apartment spotless. She sent photos of Baby Boo and Janet on arrival, putting us immediately at ease because it was so obvious the cats were completely comfortable, zero stress, allowing us to relax that they were in such good hands. Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.

I highly recommend Dog Walker Kaiserslautern to anyone who is in search of professional and reliable dog walking service. They have been taking care of King since I moved back to Germany about four months ago. I have a long commute to work but know that my dog is in good hands during the week. Not only do they walk King, but they pair him with other dogs to so that he can socialize and play. That's really important to me because King has such a big personality for a tiny Chihuahua and he can safely interact with dogs of all sizes. I get pictures or videos every day, too...and I usually share them with my family back home. The team is flexible, communicates well, and is friendly. I am super satisfied every time! I don't have to worry about anything when I'm away and I can do everything in a relaxed manner. Jonas is super flexible and has a lot of knowledge about the four-legged friends he cares for. Definitely not “mass processing”, but rather an individual approach to each individual dog. Can't imagine anyone better!

Great facilities, my dog was always happy to go here. Everything is clean. The owners are very friendly and attentive to the dogs. Reasonably priced. Hidden area near Sembach AB, but the owner gave very clear directions. Book in advance during the summer months when a lot of people are traveling.
We had our 2 dogs stay here for a month! The owner was very friendly and took great care of them. Our pups were super clean and happy when we came to pick them up!! We were not able to pick up at the pick up time, but the owner had no problem waiting for us till we could come! Also she was flexible with the drop off time. The price is responsible as well! Would recommend to everyone!!
Left one star because it would not let me give zero stars. Made the mistake of leaving our dog there last winter for 10 days. When we picked her up she looked like a skeleton. She had sores all over from lying on the hard floor. Meanwhile her bed was given to us when we showed up (it wasn’t in her kennel) perfectly clean. We were told she was exercised in a field every day. There was snow in the ground for days and not one paw print. Feel terrible that I put my dog in that situation.
We have used this place for about 3 years now. Our dog, Jack, has stayed here from 2 days up to 2 weeks. He is always excited when we pull up and is ready to stay. He has always received excellent care. The owner is extremely friendly and obviously cares about the dogs. The owner also speaks both German and English.
Ursula is awesome and does a great job with our dogs. She has been extremely responsive to our requests and changes(including COVID driven ones) over the last two years.
This is the best Kennel for dogs. The owners are very professional, responsible and friendly. Our dog was very relaxed, clean and happy after we picked him up. We tried other kennels in the area, but this is truly the best place for your dog !
