Pet Sitting in Ovilla

My pup attends daycare twice a week and I boarded her for 9 days. I absolutely love this place! They take such good care of my baby. Daycare- She gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot! It’s been helpful for her socialization and energy levels. I love the pictures I’m sent. She falls right to sleep in the car ride home. Boarding - I paid extra for her to have a private room and extra playtime since she was only 4 months old at the time. I recieved a picture every day of them reading her a book at night 🥹 and when I picked her up she was healthy and happy. Grooming - I did the basic bath. her fur was so soft, ears cleaned, and paws trimmed. I added on the bail dremel to smooth out her nail trim. She is an anxious dog . She doesn’t bite, she just gets nervous easily. When I picked her up she was so soft and clean. They’re great at nail trims! I am moving soon and my new place was chosen because I can drop her off here on the way to work. We love it!

Ellis County Pet Resort has taken outstanding care of my dog! I have nothing but trust and respect for this company as an employee and a customer! The dogs are barley in the kennel during the day and the only time they are in the kennel is for meals! There is always someone watching the dogs and the company has a great cleaning process of the kennels to prevent any illnesses going around. Definitely the best place to bring your dog and a fun place to work! As employees at Ellis County Pet Resort our number 1 priority is ensuring your dog is happy and safe! We love to cuddle each and every dog and play fetch with them!

Our pup had his first daycare play date last week. We had met with a trainer there a couple of days prior to this. We were thoroughly impressed with everyone we interacted with at the assessment as well as daycare. The facilities are top notch as are the people. We highly recommend checking into Ellis County Pet Resort!

Fantastic! Took my 2 labs here for the first time and they loved it. Staff was super friendly and informative, pet area was very clean and everything ran very professionally. Will definitely bring my pets here again.

My dog spent a week here while we were out of town. We received pictures daily of him outside playing. I had 2 extra scoops of food in the bag we brought him and there was roughly 2 scoops when we picked him up, so I know they were feeding him according to the directions I left. He was clean and happy when I picked him up. I'll be using Ellis County Pet Resort again in the future.

Know that your fur baby will be in such caring hands when you leave them at Wiggles and Wags! Deborah is awesome with communication and never fails to show how much she truly cares for your pet. Our Juno loves the quality time Miss Deborah spends playing with her during each stay.

Absolutely amazing place to board your dog. Deborah is an incredibly kind lady who is passionate about what she does to care for your furBaby. Bring your own food. Make sure your dog is up-to-date on vaccines. Dogs must be >6 months to stay. The property is so clean, and there is SO much space for your pet to run FREE! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!!! 10/10 🌟

Great place to take your dogs. Mrs Debra loves and cares for your dogs like they are her own. It is like it is a doggy hotel. They have beds, air conditioning, music. They can go in outside of there room. I highly recommend her.

Ms. Deborah is very responsive and reliable in to needs of clients and their pets. She shows sincere interest in your pets being well taken care of and staying comfortable with her and her clean well maintained facilities. Climate controlled for comfort with air and heat as needed. Safety of your fur baby is extremely important and will not mix pets. Always supervised when outdoors. We have used her services a couple of times and have felt very comfortable leaving our little fur babies with her. This last time was for my wife and I to go on a weeklong vacation out of state. Very good quality with good value and very professional. She sends updates regularly with pictures. I would recommend Wiggles & Wags to anyone that has a need for pet sitter. Deborah is wonderful! The kennels are clean, comfy and safe. We hadn’t left our fur baby in a good long while, but Deborah made it a lot easier for us and him with how well she cares for the pets in her charge as well as the regular communication and photo updates.

We love Wiggles and Wags!! Top notch service, clean, climate controlled kennels with a doggy door, big fenced in outdoor area for the dogs to run and explore! We use Deborah every time we are on vacation or going on a short weekend trip. She provides us with text and picture updates so we don’t have to worry about them while we are away. The climate controlled kennel really came in handy with our English bulldog, because of his sensitivity to heat. Our schnauzer really enjoys the fenced in back yard to explore in. They love Deborah and we love that she loves them too!

We have boarded our dog with Deborah several times over the past couple of years. This is the best kennel I have ever used! The rooms are clean and Deborah cares for the dogs as if each one is her own. She walks them daily and sends texts with photos of how your dog is doing while staying there. She treats each dog individually as to their needs. Our dog loves Miss Deborah!

Excellent! My dog had a wonderful stay at Wiggles & Wags! Deborah was so great with sending pictures and updates. Her prices are very reasonable. The individual dog rooms are super clean and climate controlled. I was very glad that she required all dogs have all their shots, even though they are kept separated. High recommend!

Darlings little dog retreat is lovely. I feel very comfortable leaving my little dauchsund there. I love the attention and the love that all the animals receive as if they were at home. It's a great place to take your fur babies and not worry.

Darling’s Little Dog Retreat is home away from home. Our 2 doxies can’t wait to go visit Lori while we go on vacation. Lori offers excellent grooming services too. My dogs are happy and beautiful when I pick them up. Highly recommend!

We have boarded our Max since we bought him from the Darlings. You will not regret boarding you sweet babies with them. I feel at ease and at peace when we have to leave Max because they are not crated during the day, they have a nice fenced back yard to play in and gets crates when it’s night time for sleep. It is kept very clean and they play with them and they also have Dauchands that they own there. They will groom them and very knowledgeable with animals. All the dogs they keep has to be up to date on shots , which is great and they keep them on a schedule . You will live then and their home where they are spoiled. Julie D.

I have boarded my two Dachshunds several times at Darling's Little Dog Retreat. They are always happy and relaxed when I pick them up. I highly recommend this boarding facility. It's the only one we use!

Darling's Little Dog Retreat is my go to for my pups. My sweet Tabasco always feels right at home with the Darling crew. He gets so excited when we pull up because he knows he's about to see his friends. His whole body wiggles with excitement! My gentle giant Apollo recently boarded and loved it as well. He fit right in! I love they share pics and videos throughout the stay to keep you updated. Not to mention they're wonderful at grooming. It's hard to find someone you can trust with your pups and I"ve found it here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I was hesitant to leave my baby for so Long at a doggy boarding place, but after hearing that Lori and Aaron had started boarding I decided that was the only place I could leave my puppy (3years old) I was right !! My Guinness was well taken care of.. he was played with and cuddled and petted and chatted with, he made new doggy friends.. I was really excited because the darlings posted a video about Guinness and all the fun he was having so I could see that he was having a great time! That he had adjusted to really well to being there and away from us. I will leave my puppy there again if the opportunity presents itself ..

I truly recommend you boarding your doggie family with this lady and her husband. She has her own little wiener dogs and treats yours as if they were hers. She lets them roam inside and in a fenced back yard that has many little play houses for them to play around, on or around. Has baby pools that’s not full of water but enough for them if they like to play in water. They take care of them big time and will be boarding mine again with them. They play with them as well as feed them and take them out back that’s a huge back yard and fenced in so they can run. There prices are great and appreciate that and all that they do to make your precious family member feel at home. Give her a cal or something to get your loved ones into boarding with them, you will not regret it. Thanks again for all you did for our Max. Julie M Duke

I do recommend Willow Run Pet Resort. The last time I tried to book an appointment the owner was extremely rude regarding their policy when I attempted to get an understanding. Never again!

Boarded my dogs here after having not boarded them in years and it was a great experience. My dogs came home happy and tired. We opted to have them groomed and they are so handsome and their coats are shiny and clean. We will definitely use them again in the future. It was so nice to have peace of mind that my babies were taken care of while we were away!

Our Muffin has been boarding here for over 2 years and we’ve been pretty pleased with the service here this far. Two months ago I called in and informed them that I’d be running a few minutes behind, one of the receptionist stated to me that that was okay. She stated that I wouldn’t be charged the late; however, once I arrived I was charged. The young ladies are very rude at times and there’s not an ounce of professionalism when addressing a customer concerns. I was frustrated due to their nonchalant attitude regarding the charge and their unwillingness to show any compassion for a customer that had already paid four days for boarding and was only about 15 or 20 minutes late. Fast forward, that issue was remedied and our fur baby continued to board with them over the next two months, at the beginning of the month our pooch had injured her toenail. We stated that we’d like to pick her up so that she could rest better at home after the injury, they refused to let us pick her up. This is yet another example of young kids being unprofessional and not trained in the area of being professional and sympathetic towards clients needs. She was picked up that Tuesday, she was in good shape, and all was well. I called in this morning to board our pooch for next week and was rudely told that we could no longer board with them due to an incident that took place two months ago in which she claimed I hung up on one the young ladies. This was untrue and when I stated that I had since then boarded there twice and there hadn’t been any issues, she rudely stated that we were not welcome to board there. Due to the fact I was a concerned pet owner with questions about my pet’s injury, that they did not have the answers to, resulted in them making a bias decision and shows that they are not culturally aware. We have boarded at high-end kennels for years with no issues; therefore, you guys are the issue, not a concerned client.

Just moved to the area and took my dog to get groomed. She is 14 years old and this is the best she has ever looked coming out from the groomer.

My baby girl first time staying away from home since I got her. She was stressed because it was her first time in a cage. The staff was very nice and friendly. I will use Willow Run Kennels again and they was recommended to me by my sister who was very pleased when her baby boy stayed with them.

The staff were very nice. My two dogs stayed for 3 nights. Over the phone I was quoted 39/ night per dog. On the website the price is 35/dog per night. When I went to pick them up I was charged 41/dog per night so I’m not really sure how to feel about the price discrepancy.

I wasn't informed when i made the appointment 2 weeks inadvance of the all day process to have my dog groomed. I was given a drop of time of 7:30 am. But when i went to drop her off. I asked what time may i pick her up. I was advised her grooming pickup time is between 1-4pm. WOW! That's 8 hours , that's two long , then I was told it would be another $25.00 if i want her to be grommed by herself one on one. I wasn't able to leave her and i wasnt given my deposit back because I couldn't meet that time frame. I assure she would be ready without 2- 3 hours of drop off time. Not 8 hours.

I had just got a new dog, but my job keeps me gone most of the day, she stepped in and made his life soo much better while I was working! Very trusting sweet person! Highly recommended business!! Will not use anyone else!!

Jenna is the best, my fur babies just love her!! Whether they are home with her, or when she comes to us, I feel secure that my babies are being loved on and cared for! She keeps me updated on their visits and is always respectful and welcome at our house on house calls! She is just the BEST!
