It's always a pleasure to have someone as warm as Nicole over again. She took great care of our young dog and cat (as well as our house) who can be a handful for one person. She even managed to get our skittish cat to warm up to her and ask for pets, and that's saying something. We loved that she was, as always, very communicative and was so considerate to send us a steady flow of pet pictures during our absence. On a few days, Nicole did have to take on some unplanned last-minute event jobs, but she worked closely with us to make arrangements and be sure the pets were looked after and taken care of. When you are hundreds of miles away from home, you can't ask for someone better than Nicole to watch over your pets. She's a kind, self-sufficient person who took wonderful care of our home, and we'd recommend her to anyone.

Guadalupe is such a kind and warm individual.. just the type of person you'd want caring for little beings! She was very thoughtful and accommodating, and even came in a day early to meet our kitties. It is clear that Guadalupe cares about animals, and that their wellbeing is her main priority. She made sure to always communicate with us (especially if she had any questions!), and regularly sent photos and videos. Our boys have somewhat of a complex feeding schedule, but Guadalupe was flexible and understanding, and even assisted w administering medication. She was very considerate and always gave us a heads up when she'd be out of the house for longer periods of time. Our place was clean and tidy, and we came back to two very happy kitties <3 We would all gladly welcome Guadalupe back, and definitely recommend her!

This was the second time having Lee and Mary sit for us and as with the previous sit they took excellent care of our home and cat. Their care and attention to detail are incredible. Our cat Lily was completely relaxed and happy when we returned, having received much attention, and brushings twice a day. The house was spotless and our many plants were thriving. They are excellent communicators and kept us updated on a regular basis. You could not ask for better sitters than Lee and Mary. Thank you so much! I am out for an adventure, but I like the security of home at the same time.
Mary was FABULOUS! She took care of everything while we were away. We returned to a spotless house, healthy plants, and happy cats! She did really well with our four cats, even though some of them are a bit grumpy and strongly prefer their family to strangers. We can tell they were happy based on how relaxed they were upon our return - typically after a week away, the cats are crazy for the first few days, but with Mary, it's like we never left. We would absolutely love to have Mary back to sit for us any time.

This was our first time using a pet or house sitter and the bar set by Leslie is very high! She is warm, friendly, communicative, responsible and very clean. Upon arriving, she immediately bonded with our rat terrier, Oreo, by bringing him a new frisbee (his favorite toy/activity) and throwing it for him in our backyard. Leslie has a sweet and mellow dog, Benny, who is now Oreo's new buddy! She kept my husband and I updated via texts/pictures of their daily activities, our house, and was proactive in asking questions before she left. She even dropped our dog off at the kennel for one night at the end of our trip since our flight was too late for us to get home for him! Our home was clean and had fresh flowers from our garden that she put in vases for us! Such a simple and nice touch! We have asked Leslie to come back to sit for us again for 2 weeks in August. I'd highly recommend her to take care of your pet(s) and home too!

Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.

They are great communicators, took amazing care of our apartment and send regular updates and photos so that we knew all was going well. Not only did our pets enjoy meeting Kelly and Christopher, my husband and I enjoyed meeting them as well! They are personable and kind, organized and communicative, and most of all excellent pet sitters.
Kelly and Chris are attentive housesitters. They went out of their way to connect with our dogs, especially Smitty, our rescue. The dogs were walked, brushed, and played with throughout the weeklong sit. They sent pics of how our fur babies were doing and truly seemed to enjoy their time with them. I'd say out of all the house sitters I've had, they spent the most time with my cats which means a lot to me. They are kind, easy to connect with and I'd welcome them back anytime. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.
