Carol & Ray were amazing, they arrived a day early for the sit and stayed in a local motel so they could meet us & the kittens before we went on holiday, this was so helpful and thoughtful! Carol sent us a really nice email with an account of their time with our kittens, its clear when you meet Carol that she really loves animals, our cats were both very happy and relaxed on our return and our house was very clean and tidy. Delighted that Robyn & John could take care of our house and our precious cat Gorgeous George. We had absolute peace of mind and got regular updates and photos of George clearly showing that he was incredibly comfortable and enjoying their company. Robyn & John are a lovely couple and we got to spend time with them before we left. They are very easy going and looked after our house going above and beyond in terms of cleaning it etc. before they left and to the point where they even brought their own linen. Was an absolute pleasure to host them and we were very lucky that our first experience was with them. Would always be happy to recommend them and have them look after George again. He very clearly really liked them as did we. All that matters was that George was well looked after and was able to stick to his routine and this was accomplished so many thanks to Robyn & John.

Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)

Rebecca was amazing! She is a kind and clear communicator, took loving care of our pets, and left the house in perfect tidy shape. My husband commented, "You can't even tell she was here!" :-) Her calm demeanor, intelligence, humor, and common sense experience as a pet owner made her the ideal sitter for our 7 pets of varying species, ages, personalities, and needs. She managed the pet routine like a pro—including diapers and daily meds for our older dog—and cared for all of our pets as if they were her own. Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. They even had to deal with our power going out while we were away, and they handled it well. Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.

Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)

Perfect Pooch has been a great place for our cane corso puppy. She does group play daycare a few times per week while my fiancée and I are at work, and she comes home satisfied and tired because she had a great day playing with her buddies. We started taking her there when she was around 7 months old, and despite her shy personality, going to Perfect Pooch has really helped our pup establish healthy approaches and boundaries with other dogs of all ages and sizes. She is great around ALL dogs now, young and old, big and tiny, out in public. The staff is always friendly, drop offs/pickups are quick and easy, and when it comes to scheduling, they are as accommodating as they can be, which is much appreciated. If you have a busy schedule and don’t want your dog cooped up inside all day, I would recommend giving Perfect Pooch group play a try!

Perfect Pooch has been taking great care of my two dogs for many years. I use them for Day care and Boarding, and have also had help from Michelle for training. They just got home this afternoon from a six day boarding and are tired, happy and well cared for. I highly recommend!
Michelle the trainer is wonderful. She has done an amazing job with my young beagle mix Charlie. She sends daily updates and home work with step by step instructions and videos. Charlie had 10 sessions and I see a huge improvement with following commands and behavior. Michelle also spent two one hour sessions with me going over his training to reinforce the behaviors as well as teach me how to continue with his training at home. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome of the daycare training. Highly recommend Perfect Pooch for daycare training. I love the caring staff as well. Charlie gets excited when I pull up to drop him off which is everything to me. I will continue to have daycare sessions and boarding. I am Very pleased!!
We had only used a private sitter before trying Perfect Pooch and we are SO glad to have found a place our dogs love to be. We use PP for boarding, day care, and grooming and even have our dogs in Summer Camp this year on days we don’t need care just because they love it so much. The staff are always so kind and communicative and we can travel easier knowing our animals are safe with people that love them and will care for them well. Our dogs were older by the time we started them at Perfect Pooch but we will definitely use them for training, as well, in the future!
My 5 month old puppy (Shihpoo) got groomed here and they did a fabulous job! The staff was wonderful, friendly and accommodating. They understood that it was not only my pup’s first time, but also mine & did everything in their power to make sure both my pup and I were comfortable. The grooming job itself is great and I sincerely appreciate the time and effort spent on him as opposed to just scalping him (which I’ve seen a lot of groomers do). I will certainly bringing my pup back!
Been coming here for almost 10 years. Got our dog trained here when she was a puppy. Have boarded and done daycare. Also get grooming services with Sam who is awesome at perfecting our airedales hair style! People are so friendly. Highly recommend.
It was our first time going for a grooming session and Perfect Pooch was AMAZING from the start. We have a 1 year old pup we adopted with anxiety. Perfect Pooch’s staff was beyond patient, informative and welcoming. Our pup had a successful visit and was fully groomed without medication. We will be back for grooming and trying out the other services. We will also be telling everyone to go visit Perfect Pooch! Erin our pup’s groomer was FABULOUS!!! Highly recommended her ☺️
Everyone seemed nice and that they enjoyed their job. The only constructive criticism I would give is that I don’t like that I couldn’t see the facility. They said after covid they didn’t let people in, but if they offer face masks and hand sanitizer I don’t know why that would be a huge problem. I’m leaving my baby in their hands. It even says in the contract if something were to happen to Nala my dog they wouldn’t be liable. I really don’t like that. I really wanted to be able to see where Nala would be staying as I’m going to need to board her. I know there’s tours available online, however, I wanted to be able to see the facility in person. Other than that, staff was very accommodating. I appreciated the puppy report card and feedback I received after I picked her up. And Nala came back nice and tired so mission accomplished.
