Kateryna was brilliant. She's really lovely. We had a call beforehand to talk all about what Teddy needed and to plan her trip here. Communication was so clear and friendly. Unfortunately Teddy had an infection just before she arrived, but it was no problem for Kateryna. She looked after him really well, giving medication, taking him out etc. She left the apartment really clean and tidy. Would absolutely recommend Kateryna to anyone and would love to welcome her back in the future.

If I could give Ale and Ari 10 stars I would. Our senior cat Dexter fell in love with them while they stayed at our place. He was super relaxed and happy when we returned home, which is exactly what a pet parent hopes for. Throughout our holiday, we received wonderful photo and video updates from them and he could not have been happier. They were able to give him his medicine without any issue and he ate well while we were away. The house was spotless when we returned and they even left us a lovely little surprise. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them back any time!

Will took fantastic care of my energetic young doodle and grumpy parrot for just under two weeks, while I was away on a cruise. He is organized, communicative, and super friendly. The sit was arranged well in advance, he checked in on the run up, and was willing to arrive a night early when my flight times changed. After I met him I went away knowing that there was not a single thing to worry about. He really is a true animal lover, which makes all the difference. He checked in with questions and always wanted to be sure that pets were healthy and happy. He reads the Welcome Guide thoroughly and follows instructions. When Olive started to go over board in the dog park he switched to walks instead. He is tidy and self sufficient - I found the house looking great. Encantada con Marta, han estado una semana en casa y en todo momento me han mantenido informada y actualizada sobre los gatos. Además han cuidado y jugado con ellos con muchísimo amor y atención. Se les nota que su amor por los animales va más allá. Ademas se adaptaron fenomenal a un cambio de fechas inesperado y al salir me dejaron la casa en muy buen estado de conservación y limpieza. Serian mis sitters de referencia siempre que podamos coordinar fechas. Los recomiendo en todos los aspectos. Son muy conocedores de los gatos y sus particularidades.

Not only did our pets enjoy meeting Kelly and Christopher, my husband and I enjoyed meeting them as well! They are personable and kind, organized and communicative, and most of all excellent pet sitters. Kelly and Chris are attentive housesitters. They went out of their way to connect with our dogs, especially Smitty, our rescue. The dogs were walked, brushed, and played with throughout the weeklong sit. They sent pics of how our fur babies were doing and truly seemed to enjoy their time with them. Melanie and Steve were excellent house & pet sitters. They sent me so many pictures of my 3 cats without me even asking and it made me so happy to see them enjoying their company. I'd say out of all the house sitters I've had, they spent the most time with my cats which means a lot to me. They are kind, easy to connect with and I'd welcome them back anytime. Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.

Ramona and Brandon were the perfect sitters! They rescued me and were very accommodating with my needs. Ramona's communication with me was A1. We spoke multiple times before she arrived and throughout the sit. She was good at keeping me updated and I was very grateful for that, being so far away. The pets gravitated toward them from the moment they arrived and you could see that all she and Brandon wanted to do was spoil the pets with lots of cuddles. My female pup was in heat and they handled that very well and were able to keep her and my male dog separated. I could only imagine how exhausting that may have been but they didn't complain one bit. Ramona and Brandon had to hand over the sit to another sitter and were kind enough to write out the details and everything they observed to make the transition a seamless one. I must say, it helped tremendously. I'd have them back in a heartbeat to sit for me as they showed that I could trust them, not only to take care of my pets but to respect my home they way they would their own. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.
