I have nothing but good things to say about Janet throughout the stay with my precious boys! First of all, I invited her to sit only two weeks prior to my departure, as I saw she had already saved my listing and I had no applicants up to that point. Janet received great reviews on previous sits so I thought I'd go for it. She responded promptly and confirmed that she would be able to sit for me and I thank her for that! Janet was prompt in her arrival earlier in the morning, despite potential inclement weather. Ari and Archie seemed to warm up to her pretty quickly, which is unusual because with strangers it usually takes a day or two to do so. Janet was great about communicating with me and giving me updates every day, and the boys were both happy and healthy upon my return. My home was also in the clean order that I left it in. I would 100% recommend Janet to sit for your home and pets any time!

Elaine was the best dog and cat sitter I have ever had! She was so loving to the boys, kind, reliable, capable and took fabulous care of my two dogs and cat welfare. Laura was amazing with communication from the very beginning. She sent updates of photos and videos without even being told or asked to do so. She was watching our cat and treated her like her own. Laura was also very responsive when we were trying to find a sitter for our dates and answered any and all questions we had about her experience with pets and house sitting. David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip. We are very grateful for the excellent care David gave to our precious pets and home.

Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.

Farhan is a fantastic house sitter! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a down-to-earth, kind, and caring pet sitter for their home. We have three small dogs (around 6 lbs) and he took excellent care of them. They can be a little nervous/ timid around new people, and more so around men at times, but the dogs didn't show any of that nervousness around Farhan! He was gentle and respectful of their space and they warmed up to him immediately. I got a wonderful text the first morning that I was away that they cuddled up with him at night - showing how quickly they adjusted to him as their caretaker. I was able to meet Farhan in person before I left on my trip and I was able to have a wonderful conversation with an ambitious explorer. He is a delightful person. Upon my homecoming the house was very clean and the dogs were happy and relaxed. I can't ask for anything more! Thank you Farhan for taking such wonderful care of our three dogs and our home.

Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!

What an amazing couple we had as pet sitters for our two dogs! You can truly feel their love for animals. Nancy sent pictures a couple of times letting us know that they were having fun also with our Cody and Carson! Our home was perfect when we got home. Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!

I’ve been taking my dog to MickSparkins for day care for almost 2 years. They take great care of her, have a variety of activities and play groups, and give her downtime so she doesn’t get overly tired. She loves going and loves the staff!
My dog Scout has been enjoying MickSparkins daycare for almost a year now. We both have loved getting to know all of the staff and consider them all friends. They love and treat Scout like he is family and that makes me happy. I recommend the daycare and boarding to every dog owner I talk to. Scout is always happy to be dropped off each morning and I know he has had the best day with all his friends when I pick him up.
MickSparkins is an absolutely great place for your four-legged fur baby. The staff is in love with all the dogs, and the care they give to them shows. My dog loves going there for daycare, and his boarding experience was outstanding. And don't forget the grooming! He is a sharp looking pup, thanks to the care taken by MickSparkin's resident groomer. Add in the training available, and the trips to the park, and it is doggie heaven. We have used Pearl's for grooming for years. This year we took an extended vacation and couldn't take our lab, Ellie, with us. She stayed at Pearl's and was well taken care of. Ellie is a jumper and I was concerned about the exercise area (the fence is short by Ellie's standards). No worries, they stayed with her while she was out in the playyard and kept her safe. Looking forward to our next vacation knowing Ellie will be happy and well cared for.
This place is a wonderful little gem here in Southern Ohio. The owners are amazing and so loving towards all the fur babies and it shows because this place stays booked up. They are so easy to work with, especially helpful for me since our travel schedule is so chaotic. They have a great set up where each puppy can have his own time in the yard with easy access in and out of their kennel. The kennels must be cleaned daily because I’ve never seen any messes in them. Take your own puppy beds, toys, food, snacks, etc... it’s like a little home away from home for them. ❤️
Bought a pup and he is adorable. Paperwork was messed up and owner had to make corrections 2 times. It was sunny and cold and we did business outside on a picnic table. Very uncomfortable and I couldn't see paperwork well due to brightness of the sun on paper. No $ back guarantee. Did not see parents on premises but received pics.
Absolutely have less than zero issues or concerns when leaving our dog here! Our dog is excited when we turn onto their road & can barely say goodbye to us because he is excited to see his friends at Pearl's! We leave him with his bed, toys, blankets, food, & treats. They look after him like we do! When we return, he is well cared for & happy! Also, while he is there, we opt for him to get his nails trimmed & groomed! We love that we have found Pearl's for our sweet boy!!
We have been boarding our dog Skip for over 2 years. The owners are very friendly & helpful. We boarded Skip for 13 days & also had him groomed. He looked great & smelled so good. They are reasonable priced which we are so grateful for.

I've left my Blossom with Ginny twice now. Once for a month due to a family emergency, and just picked her up yesterday from a week long vacation. Ginny sends me videos of Blossom interacting with her own dogs and regularly sends text updates! I feel safe leaving my old puppers at High Hope Farm. Will not leave her anywhere else.
