Ry The Pet Guy and his dog walkers are life-savers! I adopted my 3rd rescue over the pandemic, a year old German Shepherd with a lot of energy, and finding Ry has been such a relief. He gets picked up twice a week by Gabe who takes him for his pack walk and even works with him on behavioral issues. He sends spectacular photos of their pack walks and video of how to continue the training exercises. Gabe goes above and beyond to connect with the dogs. Best of all, when we board all 3 dogs, they love him and the rest of Ry's crew and come home happy and relaxed. Absolutely top service for dog care!

Ry The Pet Guy and his team have made our trips abroad much less stressful! We know that our precious little dog is safe, cared for and relaxed while he is with Ry. All the staff are very attentive and send us pictures of our wee pup while we are away. Ry and his staff provide a calm environment for all of the dogs. We trust Ry and his team for not only walks but longer stays too. Our dog comes home happy and pampered!

Ry and team are so thoughtful with their dog care. This is the *ONLY* dog boarding place where our pup gets excited to go with them - all other places we've tried, our pup gets scared and nervous, breaks your heart as a dog mom! Instead, when Ry and his guys show up, our little girl cannot wait to jump in and head off to a weekend with her friends - did I mention they pick up your pup too? So convenient! Better still, Ry takes magazine quality photos and will send them to you while you're away from your beloved pup. Are they the least expensive option? Of course not, but the quality of care, the love they show these dogs, and the piece of mind of knowing our girl is well cared for while we're away makes it completely worth it. We've been using Ry The Pet Guy for over 2 years and have nothing but great things to say about them! Our dog (the one on the far left) goes 3 days a week, and has boarded with them for long weekends and extended stay when we have been out of town. Our dog loves the entire staff and has no problem being away. Gabe has been picking-up/returning her, and our dog can't wait to go in the morning! Gabe lets us know the 30 min slot he will be coming, and sends us daily photos. He is friendly and delightful to work with and we trust him to leave our dog inside if we are not at home. He also does some obedience training!

I would highly recommend Ry the Pet guy. Our original plan of care from a dog sitter fell through at last minute and our pup (Frenchie) has never been away from us. So I was a little nervous about leaving him but Ry and his staff were super warm and welcoming with Stitch. He was so excited and doing zoomies on the property when we arrived. He is a huge ball of energy so I was curious how he would do there. Throughout the 3 days we received daily updates on Stitch and pictures of his walks and adventures. It was such a good feeling to be reassured he was happy, well cared for and having a great time with other dogs. We will definitely be using their boarding services again. As someone who had never left my dog alone, I was understandably nervous about leaving him in the care of strangers. But from the moment I dropped off my pup, Indy, I knew he was in good hands. The team at RTPG are true dog whisperers, and had Indy comfortable and happy from day one. Throughout my trip overseas, they kept me updated with pictures of Indy on epic walks with his new friends, and I could see from his eyes that he was having the time of his life. They even helped Indy overcome his fear of bigger dogs, and gave me tips on how to be the best owner possible. When I picked Indy up, he was better adjusted than when I left him, and eager to return to RTPG. Their facilities are spotless, they come and pick up your pupper and drop him off for daycare as well. Overall, I can't recommend RTPG and their team enough. They truly care about the dogs in their care and go above and beyond to ensure they have a great experience. Ryland and his team are amazing! They take such good care of my fur baby, Harry, who can be an odd ball, and frankly, a handful. They understand dog behavior so well, and give my dog so much love and attention. He gets so excited when he knows that he is going to stay the weekend with Ry and team. I was looking for day care for my 1 year old pup and was able to find Jackie through google. She was able to take him 5 days a week, full time, which was what me and my boyfriend were looking for. The meet and greet was great. She really wanted to make my pup feel comfortable. As the days went by, my pup was super excited each morning to see Jackie. She keeps us posted with our pup throughout the day and is extremely reliable! Would recommend to anyone trying to board or day care.

We meet Jackie over a year ago at puppy training. We were looking for someone to board our golden retriever puppy for a weekend. Our Lola was well taken care of and had a blast socializing with other dogs. She now goes 3 days a week for doggie daycare. She looks forward to seeing Jackie and her pups. Jackie goes above and beyond to make sure every dog gets the attention they need through out the day 💛

Jackie is amazing. She is very responsive and flexible. I started going to her after looking for a dog sitter that was closer to my home. She is much more than a dog sitter. Her dog training experience and loving nature elevates her services. Recently, I went on a trip far away and Jackie was only able to watch my dog for a portion of the time I was gone. After I was not able to find other options, she offered to take care of him and drop him off at the second boarding place. She also fed him white rice and boiled chicken when his stool was too soft. Even though she does not take dogs with soft stool she cared for mine as if he were her own. Thank you Jackie. I'm only sad that I'm moving soon and won't be able to see you much longer.

Jackie (of Precious Paws) is amazing. We adopted a sweet but stubborn half-grown pup, and Jackie has worked hard to teach our dog some manners. Our dog loves going to see Jackie every day, because she’s given tasks to do, but also treated with love. Jackie has made a world of difference!

I boarded my 10 month old GSD puppy with Jackie for 5 days and I was extremely happy with how well she cared for my dog. I received daily updates and pictures of my pup and that really helped me since it was my first time away from him. Due to snow storms my flight was cancelled and I couldnt make it back in time for the pickup. Jackie went above and beyond to help board my dog for an extra night. I will highly recommend Precious Paws for your Precious Pups.

I just wanted to share how much I love Precious Paws. My original dog sitter canceled on me at the last minute when I was ALREADY out of town and I called Jackie from Precious Paws who came through for me in a big way. Not only did she come pick him up and watched him until I came back in town, but she sent me updates that included pictures and just text messages that just left me know that he is in great hands and from the looks of things he made himself really comfortable on the couch. This is the exact kind care I was looking for. I didn't want to put him in a place where he was going to be another dog in a cage. I wanted him to have fun minus me and my son and that is exactly what I got. I am so happy with the care and will be back there for services again.

We have been using Lynda/Bay Area Pet Pals for at least 7 years as our petsitter for our 2 little dogs whenever we are out of town or need for other reasons. There is no one else I would trust as much as Lynda to take care of them. Her place is like their home away from home, and she treats and loves them as her own. And they get happily excited when they see her. Lynda has also had to give one of our dogs medication every day while we were gone, and she followed through with no problem. My husband and I highly recommend Bay Area Pet Pals to take excellent care of your pets. For us, it's peace of mind that our two dogs are in good hands while we're gone.

I’ve been using Bay Area Pet Pals (BAPP) for as long as I’ve had my dog (10+ years) and there is absolutely no other dog boarding service nor individual that I would trust to provide as outstanding a level of expertise with kind loving care as BAPP and Lynda. Lynda is experienced, professional yet personable and I have complete peace of mind and trust her implicitly whenever I leave my dog in her care. In fact, all my vacations are always scheduled with her availability in mind. I truly can’t imagine a pet care provider who could be any better.

Bay Area Pet Pals have been a godsend for me. We were new to the Bay area 3 years ago and I didn't have the family I normally relied on to watch my cats. On top of that one of my cats is diabetic and the other has chronic kidney disease. I'm a Veterinary Technician so finding the right people to watch my cats was critical and boarding them just stresses them out. I reached out to Lynda and was super impressed by her business model and the care takers she hires. You give her a lot of information about your pets and that really eased my mind that she cares about them. She is upfront about what she needs from the pet owner so there are no issues while you are gone. I travel a lot and Alisse and Kim and absolutely phenomenal! They give my diabetic cat her insulin and Alisse was even willing to learn to give fluids to my old gal. They spend quality time with them and are in constant communication with me via text or email. You do pay for the service but the peace of mind I get leaving my cats in their care is worth it to me. I highly recommend them!

Heather was awesome! We have a very shy cat but after a few days they were best friends. This company is legit. They scheduled a meet-and-greet and had thorough information forms to make sure the sitter isn't locked out and any specific needs the pet had. Will be booking again for future trips!

We have been bringing our pup, Spiritt, for a year and a half. Initially, she was shy and needed more socialization. We couldn't be happier with how she has blossomed! The facilities are well maintained, the staff is caring and attentive (they once called to let us know about a minor health problem they observed which we greatly appreciated) and we feel very comfortable leaving her at Sweet Doggies for daycare as well as extended overnight stays. She is always excited to see her pup pals! Additionally, when we pick her up, the staff is kind enough to provide updates on her day and the pup friends she plays with. We also appreciate the social media updates and photos they routinely post as well as the opportunity to observe her on their live video feed. We usually send our dog to Santa clara location but send him for boarding here at Sunnyvale. I love that I can see him through camera. The boarding reservation and application process is smooth and easy. The staff are kind and nice. My dog loves it here!

Absolutely the best dog daycare in the United States. I, and my dog best bud, are lucky to be clients at Sweet Doggies, and each day they just keep on getting better. There is no other dog daycare and boarding as superb as Sweet Doggies. My dog and I are lucky and so grateful to be clients of theirs.

While staying in San Jose for a month we took advantage of the day care option for our toy Aussie. We found Sweet Doggies to always be clean, kind, and friendly. The staff are sweet - just like the doggies. The dogs are all small and there weren’t too many so our Aussie didn’t get as overwhelmed as he has in day care at home with lots of dogs. We also like to be able to view on line during the day. We will definitely keep using Sweet Doggies.

We love this place. My one dog has been a regular since 2012 or so. My newer rescue has also been a regular since 2016. Daycare helped my dogs be more social and stay busy and gives me peace of mind with long commuting or work days. The staff is always willing to accommodate any needs and take good care of the dogs in general. The crate free and no bark ambience is low stress. They have webcams also we see whenever our dogs are boarding. Great people and service

Sweet Doggies is the best!! We adopted our first dog recently and she has a lot of fears around new people and dogs. The staff have really supported and accepted her. They now regularly send us videos of her playing with other dogs and it makes us so happy! We have taken our dog there for workdays, a weekend, and a 9-day trip so far. You can tell this place is filled with so much love and genuine care. And they have an awesome Instagram account with wonderfully silly posts everyday.

We LOVE Sweet Doggies!! Our dog has been going to Sweet Doggies for almost 2 years now. The staff is super friendly and so is the owner, Evan.. The staff treats our dog like family. Super attentive! They post on IG, send videos. Our dog goes to both locations but mostly Sunnyvale as it’s closer to work and our home. When we travel we would never entrust anyone to take care of her but Sweet Doggies! Our dog is super happy and she loves going to Sweet Doggies!

I can't believe in the span of 7 years and 2 dogs, both of them went to Sweet Doggies and always had a wonderful experience. My first dog Ellie went around 2015 until she got sick and they were so understanding that we couldn't finish the day care package. A few years later we got another rescue pup and since Ellie was a member, her membership was grandfathered over so Teddy did not have to wait on their very busy wait list. He goes once a week and loves the staff and dogs there. Every time we see him post day care he is so pooped out. I love the attention the staff gives including regulating play times and even those security cameras where you can see what is going on. I love their transparency and what they stand for as a great dog day care facility. Thank you to the SD team! <3

We used Sweet Doggies when my fiance and I went out of town for a weekend to give them a trial run and were very pleased with our experience. They run doggie boarding very differently than most typical boarding places. The dogs are never caged - they are each given their own little living quarters that is gated off in an area. They also get to all play together during the day which is nice. I thought that the staff was really nice and open with us. The one complaint that I have is that I feel like their billing system is a little iffy. They have very strict pick up and drop off times, which makes sense from a business standpoint, but I thought in some cases the pricing was unfair. Then again, they do have an amazing deal where you get free daycare for your dog to test them out in the beginning. Also, I really don't have a strong comparison point since this is my first dog since I've become a real person who pays real bills.. so I may just have gone into it with unrealistic expectations. Overall, the service and experience that our dog had won us over. We plan on using Sweet Doggies for our boarding needs from this point forward. :)

Ryan is an absolute gem! My pup is difficult, she doesn’t like other dogs and is very sassy. Ryan has always cared for her with patience and kindness. It’s hard for me to trust anyone else with my dog because Ryan has been so amazing. Also a plus that Ryan is friendly and respectful of the house. My family and I appreciate him so much for taking care of our baby.

Ryan is fantastic! He took great care of my extremely skittish rescue cat with such kindness and skill. I can’t believe how fast they connected. I look forward to having him care for my dog as well. He’s super knowledgeable and clearly loves animals.

Ryan is amazing! Our 2 year old pup is fairly skittish, weary of men, and a little hyper, but adores Ryan (and his family) and comes home happy and calm from her visits/stays with him. Ryan came highly recommended from a friend and we are so happy to have found him!

Ryan took great care of our cat while we were traveling, feeding her and cleaning the litter box in our house. He was very flexible with the timing based on our preference although it was a long weekend and we scheduled kind of late with him. I ended up asking him another favor from the house work and he kindly admitted to do that too. I highly recommend him!

We had last mins request. Ryan showed up each time on time. It is little tricky to get our dog go for a walk with someone that she is not familiar with but Ryan was able make it work. While I work 2 days per week in San Francisco, the dog handlers at TailsUp have been taking my pup for group play dates for 2+ years. They adore her and pair her with equally social dogs. She is happy and exercised when I come home, which is a win-win for both of us!

Lucy, the owner, and Diana have just been a pleasure to work with in taking care of our little guy, Benji. Benji gets lots of attention and love during his playgroup sessions monday thru friday and we get daily pics of Benji having fun with his doggie friends. Tails up is very professional, responsive and are clear dog lovers. Diana is our main playgroup leader, and she's been trustworthy and reliable, as is Lucy. A pleasure to have them with us for the past 4-5 years.

We LOVE a pet villa!! Our dog has been going here since she was 4 months old, including boarding. She always has so much fun and we love seeing her pics on their instagram! They also do a great job trimming her nails.

I have a Belgian Malinois who is very high energy and at first, very anxious dog but if given the chance, can warm up and be very loving. A Pet Villa Staff gave my dog the opportunity and were patient with him. Now he loves going there every time. Prices are reasonable as well.

We love taking Stewie here. They always take care of him whether he’s going there for grooming or when we need to board him. I definitely recommend that you take your fur babies here.

I brought in Archer for a meet and greet and immediately he loved the team. I was so happy they had the patience and took the time to build his confidence with the other dogs. When I came to pick him up, he was so excited and happy. He did not want to leave without saying bye to the team members at pick up. His report card was super helpful too! After Jackie told me about the packages, I made sure to make the purchase. When not visiting his grandparents, he will be hanging out with his buddies at Pet Villa :)

Melissa takes great care of our sweet dog Pepsi. She is always flexible with drop offs and pickups, and is super responsive. She makes her place warm and inviting for our sweet Pepsi, and he always seems like he has had a great time playing with the other dogs at Muttley’s Playhouse. Melissa sends plenty of pictures over the course of Pepsi’s stays and we are always comforted knowing Pepsi is in good hands when we are traveling. We are so happy to have found Melissa and Muttley’s playhouse!

Melissa has been a true blessing for my dog Nissa. Her reliability and affection for my furry friend have made all the difference. I never worry about last-minute changes because Melissa is always there when I need her. The way she cares for Nissa is heartwarming, and it's clear that she treats her like family. Our dogs had such a good time with Melissa! We got multiple videos a day of them playing and resting, and they seemed much more at ease then any other time they’ve been away from us before. The indoor-outdoor space was perfect for them to have the freedom to explore and do what they want. And when we finally brought them home they were very content and fell right asleep. Melissa and Jesse are awesome. They are extremely loving to my little pup and she is always super excited to spend the day with them. They are very flexible with pickup and drop offs and I never have to worry about making changes at the last minute. Melissa is also very easy to reach and will send me cute videos of my dog playing with hers. I have also boarded my dog with her for a couple days and she was extremely patient with my various instructions and gave me very consistent updates throughout the entire time. Overall, I highly recommend Muttley's Playhouse! Very consistent, reliable and trustworthy.

Melissa is awesome! I started with a meet & greet so my dog could visit the house, which made dropping him off so much easier! He is just a puppy and I left him over night for the first time. Melissa sent me tons of videos and pics to keep me updated on how he was doing - which was awesome! My dog had so much fun running and playing with the other dogs and came home so tired! I was nervous to leave my puppy for the first time, but Melissa made it so much easier than I imagined. My pup can't wait to go back! :) which will be soon!

Melissa is wonderful and her backyard is perfect for our energetic rescue! Her flexibility and love for dogs is a perfect match. We had a family emergency and tried 10+ different daycares and Melissa responded within 20minutes with arms wide open. We had previously tried several commercial day schools which didn’t give our 6month rescue enough attention. He is super shy and nervous of people and it is unbelievable to see the change in his behavior after 2 full day sessions with Melissa and the other pack of dogs. He has now began to give attention to Melissa and has started giving strangers kisses. Whatever water Melissa gives them must have magic! Even better he is wiped out completely after the day. Thank you!!

George has stayed with Melissa multiple times and loves her so much! Every time we drop him off he sprints inside without a goodbye. Melissa is great at communicating and she sends multiple pictures and videos of the dogs throughout each stay! Highly recommend Melissa as a trusted dog sitter.

We boarded our 6 month old puppy with Mellisa for two weeks. It was the first time we had spent any time away from our puppy since we got him so we were pretty nervous about it. We had planned to leave him with relatives but that fell through at the last minute. After reading many different reviews for different options, Melissa was at the top of my list, so I was very glad that she had room to take him. I'm very pleased with the whole experience, from doing a meet&greet with her and introducing our dog to some of the other dogs she was boarding, drop off, pick up, and how well she kept me up to date during the trip, sending me a photo or video every couple of days. I would highly recommend Mellisa and will definitely be comfortable leaving my dog with her for our next trip.

My two dogs love coming to Melissa’s. It makes life so much easier knowing they are being cared for in a home environment, living their best lives as they do at home!! Melissa is flexible and easy to connect with. I highly recommend her place!

5 STARS! Can’t recommend highly enough how good Melissa’s place is - she sends us daily pictures and videos of our pup which always puts a smile on my face! Our dog Summer comes back home very happy, socialized, tired and content. She also misses her new doggy friends! Melissa obviously loves animals and cares about the dogs she looks after, and the fact that it’s a house setting rather than kennels is a winner in my eyes. Will continue to support Melissa’s business well into the future - thank you!
