Alyssa was a very organized and caring pet sitter. This was our longest house sitter stay and she took excellent care of our home and two sweet and bossy Frenchies. I liked her communication to touch base the week before and how she initiated a shared photo album. We prefer not to get bombarded with daily text message photos and updates. She came up with a connected solution and touched base throughout her stay keeping us informed and sharing photos without a push. She even shared some travel gems about our destination as she is also a curious traveler and enjoys exploring outdoors. We would be happy to use her again.

We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.

We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. Laura is incredible! For starters, she is a clear and considerate communicator who is reliable and trustworthy while setting up details for a sit in advance. From there... where do we start?! Laura (and her sister Stephanie, for a few days) took care of our cat & dog for a week-long sit. We were immediately at ease with both of them, and it was clear that they were excited to meet our pets and love them, and relaxed and comfortable in this role. They asked informed and curious questions about our pets, routines, and the surrounding area to set up a successful sit. When we departed, our dog hardly seemed to notice, because she was getting to know her new people! The snuggle-fest and hiking adventures that took place while we were gone resulted in happy pets who were calm and content. We received daily photos, which were heart warming, and assured us that dog hugs and cat exercise were taking place. Our dog is very affectionate, and Laura made sure that she received plenty of love while we were gone. Upon return, our home was spotless - tidy and clean (possibly cleaner than when we left, and we tried really hard!) We are games people, and Laura left us some of her favorite games to play (yay), and gifts for our pets, which were so fun to open when we got home. Everything was so thoughtful and kind. Laura is absolutely one of the top sitters we've ever had, and we are so grateful for her care. She went above and beyond basic home/pet care, and her compassion shines through in all of her communications and actions. She (and Stephanie) are welcome anytime, and we (Zora and Morris especially) hope they will come stay again!

Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left, mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning! We moved to the Louisville area about 18 months ago. When we needed a pet sitter, a friend from church recommended Waggs2Whiskers. We met with Kelly and were very impressed. Over these last 18 months, we have used their services multiple times. We started with two dogs and one cat. They are now caring for our two dogs, four cats, and six chickens. We can leave town or the country with 100% confidence that our pets will be well cared for and having fun. We receive messages and photos from each visit and know all is well. The funny thing is that when we get home and the dogs hear the jiggle of the door knob, they go nuts and are super happy but once they see it is just us (and not Kelly or one of her trusted employees), they kind of drop their heads and walk back to their beds. It’s like they say, “Oh, it’s just you. We thought it was the fun ladies.” 😂😂😂

There is nothing like getting the daily pictures of my critters playing and getting love while I’m gone. What can I say...I have had some horrible pet sitting experiences in the past. But Kelly and her crew were absolutely amazing!!! We have 3 dogs and 2 indoor cats as well as a baker's dozen of barn cats and a couple dozen chickens. We booked overnight and 2 visits during the day. Kelly, Lissa, and Kristin did an amazing job! We were supposed to have Issac originally for our 2 day visits, but he was unexpectedly not able to do it and Kristin filled in last minute as well as Lissa and Kelly picking up a few of those day visits. Came home to a clean house that you couldn't even tell anyone had slept in the bed and well taken care of animals. I think my dogs were more excited to see the sitters than us when we came home, lol! I will definitely us them again and highly recommend!! They even had to put up with a skunk that decided to eat some cat food and then adjusted what to do with the food so the skunk would go away!

I have never been away from my two kitties for more than a few hours until this past week. Waggs2Whiskers and the OUTSTANDING cat whisperer, Rachel, provided love and attention and everything they needed for 4 days and 3 nights. My girls are mostly home with just me but on the first day, Lumi interacted with Rachel and even asked for her twice daily brushings which have never been done by anyone but me. Mia was more shy but by the second day, she was pushing her head into Rachel’s hand asking for pets. The notes and photos after each visit made me happy and permitted me to enjoy my activity away from home. We are so fortunate to have Kelly and her fantastic team in our area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Why we LOVE Waggs 2 Whiskers... - Our 2 large dogs prefer their own home over a kennel - The staff is EXTREMELY dependable and trustworthy, with backups for emergencies - They bring in our packages and mail - Our dogs are NOT great on a leash and the staff is so patient and still give them their walk 3 TIMES a day! - We get pictures and detailed updates EVERY visit - the pictures are the best - We have had to travel last minute and they go out of their way to fit us in - They even got our dogs Christmas presents and cards HIGHLY SUGGEST!
My experience with Wags 2 Whiskers pet sitting was spectacular. My three boys had a multiple overnight stay with Kayla. W2W is very thorough with acquiring the initial information on each pet as well as the running of the home. Kayla was excellent with her communications and sharing daily pictures. I returned home to three happy boys. In addition, Kayla took wonderful care of my home. I would absolutely recommend W2W and will definitely be using them again.

My puppy has separation anxiety, so I started looking around for doggy daycare options while I’m at work. I found Raven’s service online and saw the good reviews/how close it was in proximity to my home. They have been extremely communicative and professional throughout the entire process. I get a “report card” at the end of my pup’s stay - complete with beautiful photos that make me feel like I was still a little part of his day. Not only does he get to socialize with other pets, he gets to expend all his puppy energy - which means he’s tuckered out and ready for sleep at the end of the day. Naturally I was worried to leave my puppy with other people, especially during a pandemic, but Raven’s K9to5 has alleviated that anxiety completely. They truly seem to care about my pup. Raven and her husband have exceeded my expectations and I am very satisfied with the care my puppy is receiving/has received thus far!
I am so glad I found Raven and her husband! I have never felt so confident about someone else taking care of my doggo. Bella Rose has so much fun when she goes to stay with Raven. When we go on vacation she goes to doggy camp! She always has friends to play with and they do play! She is always so worn out when she comes home. And I love the pictures that I get every day. So thankful for Raven! She was able to help me on short notice and was super sweet and helpful! She was very patient with my shy and grumpy rabbit, and dropped by my hotel twice a day to make sure she had everything she needed. I was extremely anxious about leaving my rabbit alone, but Raven sent me pictures of her when she could, and I felt so much more comfortable about leaving. Very thankful to have found her and will absolutely be using her again when I go out of town!
I went to Florida for 5 days and used Ravens K9 to 5 to board my yorkie. This was the first time I have ever had to board my baby and I was so weiry about leaving him with just anybody. We are new to the area and really dont know anyone yet. I looked into the "pet suite" facilities that offer boarding and they keep the dogs in a kennel and all the dogs are left over night by themselves. When I found Ravens K9 and seen that the dogs were house board, I felt my dog would be alot happier there. After dropping him off I was so sad and couldn't even enjoy my vacation due to being worried about him. Raven made sure to ease my mind and send me pics and videos showing me that my baby was happy and enjoying himself. This made it much easier being away from him. After multiple pet sitters backed out we contacted Raven in the middle of a busy holiday planning season. Thankfully she was able to fit in our crew of 4 dogs and 1 cat. She stayed the nights at our house and did multiple daily check ins with them. Her communication was fantastic and we loved getting daily photos. Our house was left clean so you could tell she treated it as her own. The animals all enjoyed her company despite having a few naughty moments! We hope to use her again for any future vacations.

This was our first time using Raven's services for home visits for our 7+ year old cat Lola. Everything about our experience was wonderful. Raven and her husband were both friendly and knowledgable during their introductory meeting in our home. Lola warmed up to Raven very quickly. We were concerned in that we adopted Lola through Wisconsin Purebred Cat Rescue last Summer and she had never been without us overnight before. Her previous owners left her for sometimes weeks at a time. Raven let us know about her arrival and gave us thorough updates after each visit (including wonderful pictures). We used Raven's while out of town on vacation and found it to be a great place for our pup. Our dog, a Great Dane named Willow, had a blast there and literally played until she could play no more! The daily reports were very helpful and the daily photos that were included in the reports were an added bonus. Communication was quick and easy, and not to mention, Willow had a blast. Definitely will use Raven's again when the time comes!

Raven provided excellent care for our two senior cats in our home for a few days. On each visit, we received notification when she was arriving, followed up with lots of photos of the cats and a report card of how they were doing.
