They arrived before I had to leave so that I could do a proper handover with them and introduce them to my dog. They took wonderful care of my flat as well, leaving it sparkling clean. This was our first time using Trusted House/Pet Sitters and having Dee and Dave look after our 12yo Kelpie, Lexi was such a great experience!! From our initial phone call and messages before the sit, we straight away sensed Dee and Dave’s warm and caring personalities. We felt so much at ease leaving Lexi with them for the weekend. Lexi settled so quickly! and we know she was very spoilt with cuddles, lots of ball play (her fave) and company as they included her in their days. Dee shared some cute photos of Lexi over the weekend and kept us updated with her activities. We came home to a very content (and a little tired from all the spoils) pup 🐶🤗and a lovely clean home with linen done which wasn’t expected but such a nice surprise, thank you! The special gift we found on our return just melted our hearts ❤️ Thank you so much Dee and Dave. It was lovely to meet you and we and Lexi would really love you to visit us again when you can XOXO

Susie and Gary are a great sitting team! We left them to care for our home and pets for 6 weeks while we went to South America. It was the longest sit we had ever had so we were happy that we felt so comfortable leaving our pets with them. They arrived the day before our departure so that we could acquaint them with our pets, home and property. Our pets include a very senior dog so it was important for us to know that she would be in really good hands. We couldn't have asked for any better care for her and for all of them. Susie and Gary were very much in tune with our old girl and kept us in the loop as to how she was doing. I really have to stress that we were nervous to be leaving her for so long at her advanced age but once we met Susie and Gary, we felt completely comfortable that all would be well and it was! On our return, they met us at the airport with our car and we had a quick lunch and update as they were flying home later that same day. We arrived home and were met by happy and healthy pets and an immaculate house. I know they had to be up very early in the morning to accomplish this due to the time of our flight arrival so we truly appreciated this. We would recommend Susie and Gary in a heartbeat. As happy as our pets were to see us return, I think they are also missing them. They were their people for 6 weeks! These two are real pros at sitting and provide top notch care giving you a worry free vacation. Thank you Susie and Gary!

We loved having Lauren housesit. She spent so much time with our dogs and they got so much attention and cuddles, more than they would than when we’re home. The boys loved Lauren and when we came home, they chose to sleep in the room with Lauren instead of us which speaks volumes of the care and bond they formed. Lauren was great at keeping in touch and updating us on the boys and left the house very clean and tidy. We can’t wait to have her return again!

We feel incredibly lucky to have had Callum look after our home and our cat, Cloudy, while we were away. He was very communicative, sending plenty of updates about Cloudy throughout our trip. When we returned, the house was immaculate—the bed sheets had been washed, and even the bed was remade. Our cat can be a bit shy with strangers, but it was clear he had developed a strong bond with Callum. We even received a photo of Cloudy sitting on Callum's lap, which is something he rarely does with us! Cloudy was so relaxed when we got home, as if we had never left. We truly cannot recommend Callum highly enough for looking after your house and furry friends. We hope to have him back again soon—Cloudy certainly seems to miss him!

I was blown away away at how well Ruth looked after my two and my house. She went above and beyond, sent regular pictures of the pair and updates. When they went through more litter than I anticipated she was kind enough to go get more. My place was immaculate on my return with food, which was lovely after the very long flight home. Would recommend her to anyone and would love to have her back next time!

Rhia is an absolute pro when it comes to housesitting - if you are lucky enough to book her you will most likely pick up a few tips and tricks! Rhia is also very adaptable and relaxed - we had a big delivery arrive at the house while we were away and Rhia took care of it with grace and good humour. Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. And when we got home, the house looked great, and the dogs looked calm. We would gladly have them. Sit for us again and highly recommend them.

Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.

Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it. David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip. We are very grateful for the excellent care David gave to our precious pets and home.

Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)
