Miranda came as a house sitter and left as a friend! It was such a delight to have her in our home for a while. She was great at all the usual things associated with a house sitter, but she went above and beyond when one of our goats unexpectedly fell ill while we were away. We learned that she is passionate about all living things. She approached the sit with enthusiasm and curiosity. We jokingly told her that she had a crash course in goats! She learned in a couple of months what we have slowly learned over the past 10 years! Of course Ruby the donkey became fast friends with her and Ruby is a pretty good judge of character.. Wishing Miranda all the best in her future endeavors and we hope to see her again one of these days

We were so fortunate to have Lisa spend a month with our 14yo Cooper. Cooper followed her from the beginning for her attention, love and companionship - they bonded instantly. Lisa is well organized, thoughtful and kind and took excellent care of our home. She communicated minor problems with us (such as running out of Cooper's thyroid medication) and dealt with them efficiently and responsibly. We couldn't have hoped for a more wonderful house/pet sitter than Lisa and we also hope she will return and stay with Cooper another time.

I would definitely have Kevin back to stay with King, my big puppy Boxer. Kevin is athletic and King is too. They walked daily a long stretch every morning and played. I was getting daily photos or videos of them. and by the way, my puppy lost a couple of pounds! At my return, my home was spotless and organized. Thank you Kevin for loving my King! This was a tough review to write, but needed. I have had over dozen sits so far on this website so I have become accustomed to (and expect) responsive and communicative sitters. First, Richard and Sharon arrived 2 hours after their stated time (which was even later than what we had originally agreed upon weeks prior). As a consequence, my son was unable to show them the eye care for his cat and so I had to do it. This caused me to be an hour late for my shift. Second, they didn’t read the manual ahead of time. I spent a lot of time making it (and revising it over the last couple of years) and I emailed it way ahead of time with accompanying photos. It was annoying to have to show them where everything was in the house as this could have been avoided had they actually opened their emails from me prior to the sit. Third, they don’t know how to use a mobile phone very well and did not download the recommended app necessary to find the cats if they went hiding (TILE). No other sitter has had this issue- it’s super easy. Fourth, I did not get any updates from them without specifically prompting them and no photos of the pets, at all, for the entire week they were staying. Finally, they went to the beach and got sand on the tables and didn’t clean them- so my son unwittingly placed his laptop computer on the coffee table and scratched up the bottom. All in all, they are very nice, but I am pretty disappointed about this sit.

It was a pleasure to have Elena caring for my Bailey and home. She was very attentive to everything that was happening and kept me informed. Bailey was on a medication schedule for an ear infection, and she made sure that she applied the medication as instructed in the prescription. Elena was very flexible with her schedule on my return trip. Due to the severe weather in the Dallas area, my flight was canceled and she was very accommodating and understanding. Elena left my house just as I expected. Everything clean and organized. Thank you Elena for everything and you are welcome back anytime!

I felt that my dogs were in good hands with Billy & Cherice - both pups seemed happy and well cared for when I returned from my 3-week trip. My home was also clean and tidy. This was my first experience using an unknown sitter and I felt nervous to leave my dogs for so long while traveling abroad. If they were to stay again I would request more regular photo updates, but otherwise was very happy with Billy and Cherice's pet and home care.

Tom provided a last minute sit when my 2 week long trip got extended to the 3rd. The previous zeewoi sitter was no longer available for the 3rd week, and Tom came in as a savior. As requested, he started his sit a day prior to the posted dates (thank you for being flexible). He met the prior zeewoi in person, since I was not in town, and got to know the house and cats quickly. He sent pictures of the cats each day and added a note about their well being. He was independent and was able to figure out how to use the litter genie on his own. I returned to a clean home and healthy happy cats. Would love to have Tom return and recommend him to anyone leaving their pets in his care.

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy.
