This was our first time using zeewoi, so we were a little unsure about what to expect, especially after being ghosted by a couple of sitters. Melodi & Lauren set us at ease. We asked for and received plenty of pictures of the dogs - I don't think they missed us very much as they got plenty of attention. Our AC froze up because I forgot to change the filter; M & L found the extra filters and took care of it without our input. We'd had the housecleaners in a couple of days before M & L came; when we got home it was every bit as clean as when we left. Sheets washed and changed, dishes in the dishwasher, dogs happy. It was a good first experience with zeewoi and we'd be delighted to have M & L sit for us in the future.

If Melissa and Hiten apply to care for your pet, snap them up quickly as they are truly 5 stars. We enjoyed spending time with them at either side of our 2 week holiday and they are both lovely and very interesting people. Crunchie was well looked after and we received the requested updates every couple of days whilst on holiday. She enjoyed her carers so much she opted to join them for a walk even after our return! You certainly will not be disappointed if you choose Melissa and Hiten and our house was extremely clean and tidy on our return. Our daughter Anna learned some new cooking tips from them too so always a bonus 😊Safe travels x

Tina was a wonderful pet sitter for our cats Cairo & Lua for 3 weeks. She was beyond caring, reliable and thoughtful, and even checked in with updates and regular pictures. Our cats were noticeably happy and relaxed when we returned. And she did a great job dealing with some unexpected messes from the cats. She also took the best care of our apartment and plants. Tom provided a last minute sit when my 2 week long trip got extended to the 3rd. The previous zeewoi sitter was no longer available for the 3rd week, and Tom came in as a savior. As requested, he started his sit a day prior to the posted dates (thank you for being flexible). He met the prior zeewoi in person, since I was not in town, and got to know the house and cats quickly. He sent pictures of the cats each day and added a note about their well being. He was independent and was able to figure out how to use the litter genie on his own. I returned to a clean home and healthy happy cats. Would love to have Tom return and recommend him to anyone leaving their pets in his care.

If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Anna is thoughtful and kind, she arrived the evening before the sit which allowed for some time to hear about her interesting travels and work, kept me updated with fabulous photos and details of the friendship she was making with the cats and even took the trouble to fix a sticky catch on the cat flap. Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people. I give Angela and Joe my highest recommendation and feel that anyone would be very lucky to have them their sitters! I hope that they return to sit here again.

Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. Our pets and plants were well loved and our house was spotless upon our return home, and they were even kind enough to leave a few goodies in the fridge. Dropped my dog off here while me and my husband packed our house to move (PCS). When my husband picked up my dog, but the owner gave my husband the wrong bag. Meaning we didn't get our leash, harness, food, treats, or vet papers back. I originally asked to be reimbursed $15 for the items, since we moved as soon as we got our dog back. Which she replied back insinuating that we were lying about moving, I didn't appreciate that. Eventually I understood we would not be getting those items back and took the loss, but annoyed. Then some time later I realized she did not give our vet papers back as well, so I requested those be sent to my new address. I never heard back from her regarding those papers which really sucks because they had my dogs puppy information in there that I won't be able to get back. As far as the actual dog boarding I would say its OK not great. She has a doggy door so if your dog doesn't know how to use one be prepared to get emails complaining about your dog. She doesn't text just emails and her property is very over grown. The inside of the house is where she boards the animals and it seemed clean. I wouldn't write this review if it weren't for the bad interactions I have had with her after. Just seemed like she was very quick to blame me and my husband for being military and leaving town, I would have been fine receiving the papers in the mail.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My dog has pretty bad separation anxiety from me and is also very timid around new people. I initially didn’t want to board him anywhere because crates stress him out so much… but this facility attracted me because she does not use enclosed crates but rather separates the room into a few sections. She lets them out during the day too. Normally when he’s anxious he won’t eat, but he ate very well under her care. This is truly the best quality for the best price.
Absolute best boarder I’ve ever had. Katja truly cares about animals and you can tell by the way she runs her business. The fact that her kennels are at her home eases so much of my anxiety when I have to board my two dogs and two cats. Extremely reasonable prices. Calm and relaxing environment for my pets.
Needed a place that could ease my nerves (my furbabies have never been in boarding) and that could accommodate five dogs together. We have two and each of our adult children have one. We were going away at the same time and felt dogs would be most comfortable with their own pack as we usually care for each others dogs when some of us go away. Love this place! Kat is very caring and her love of animals is obvious from the moment she meets them. Our dogs were at ease instantly, which is very odd, especially for my boy Bear who tends to be anxious in new situations. The fifth dog was a last minute addition, and Kat found a way to assist us. She has spacious areas for the dogs, so they are not simply confined to little kennels or crates. Many of her areas allow the dogs their own yard space, or with others that are also boarding. My sons dog had a small issue that could have been a problem. Kat not only informed me right away, but she allayed my fears and told me she would handle it, and she did! My dogs (the entire pack) will be returning in July as we go on an extended vacation with our kids. We will all be able to leave and enjoy ourselves without worrying about our furbabies safety and comfort, with the added bonus of knowing they will be loved on in our absence. Take your pets to Fuzzy Friends Inn! Very fair pricing and caring attentive owner!
This is the BEST place my babies have been too. kat’s place is very clean everything time. She is very responsive and responsible. She has help me with my baby boy Schnauzer on his behavior. I don’t leave them ANYWHERE only with KAT. She is a sweetheart and will definitely will take care of your fur babies like her own. This is the place of trust.
This was our first time boarding our fur baby and though we were nervous in the beginning, we absolutely have no regrets in leaving Bruno in the care of Fuzzy Friends Killeen Area Pet Boarding. Ms Kat was very sweet and loving with him. We had access to him every day through the cameras and she even emailed us daily with details of our baby. It made us feel at ease and comfortable knowing that Bruno was very well taken of. I will definitely use Fuzzy Friends Inn again if needed. My fur baby Tiny was healthy and happy after I picked him up. Also, my flight home was canceled due to weather, and Katja wouldn't allow me to pay for an extra day. Amazing woman with a beautiful heart.
