Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.

Prashant and India were fantastic pets sitters for us. Both were dependable and were even kind enough to allow some service people into the home to do some repairs. Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Prashant is very knowledgeable and gave us a few strategies to combat some negative behaviors that we were seeing with the dogs. Could not recommend them more. They will be missed.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!

Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)

1/12/24. Drove my mother here to drop her dogs off at 12pm. Pickup was at 4. I was headed home around 3 so I got her to call to see if they were finished yet so she wouldn’t have to drive back down. They put her on hold & never came back to the phone so I just drove on over there. Mom went in to pay & lady was immediately rude. She said I told you 4 & my mom said that was ok we would wait. Lady said no I’ll just give them to you. She gave us the dogs wet & half-groomed, charged her $80, and then told mom that was the last time she would do them. My mom is 72 & the nicest person that I know. She wasn’t rude at all. I understand scheduling, but that was t the issue here. Lady was having a bad day but that’s no excuse to take it out on your customers. Beside that I could’ve done a better job myself. I now have to clean my car because there is dog hair everywhere on the inside & I imagine that my mother will have to get them redone at another place. Take your furbabies somewhere else.
Well I never like typing negative things about anyone but I am goi g to I have used this groomer for years and today was a very disappointing experience took my two dogs there one to be shaved and groomed one to be deshedded and nails cut and bathed. She told me pick them up 4:00 maybe earlier. My son drive me and at about 3 he didn’t want me to have come home and go back so we called. They answered and told me wait second I check dand never picked back up so we drove over there with me teying call. I asked if they were done she said it was for 4:00 I told her I was just checking she said thst be 80.00 I paid her then she said the dogs are t done I said agai. We don’t care to wait she then said no you can take them they aren’t done handed me my two dogs with the one not shaved just some hair cut the other wet and both shedded all over my back seat I told her I’m sorry I tried call and said I would wait she just said this last time I will groom your dogs. I was floored I tried be nice I offered to wait she just was so rude and so mean to me hurt my feelings I am goi g have take my dog to another groomer plus paid for grooming she didnt complete do what you want but I would not recommend this place to anyone so Much for being a loyal Customer for YEARS . I took my 1 year old long haired dachshund here, she has never gotten a trim before. She trimmed her up nice and asked if I liked how did it in case I wanted something else for next time. The lady was very nice to my boyfriend and I and called when our dog was ready, and was ok it would take us about an hour to get there. I would recommend, much better price than pet smart and better service.
Had to get dogs nails to clipped. No appointment. Just walked in and in 5 min they were finished. They even gave the dog a bandana. Awesome crew.
I called to get an appointment the appointment would be in one week. The day of the appointment I took my 5 month old toy poodle to get a trim. I leave and run a few errands I come back 1 1/2 hour later. I go in and as i come in the door i hear my baby whining and i assumed he was being groomed. A lady came to the desk and I asked about my dog. She went to check came back and said they hadn’t started on him. She said they had appointments ahead of him, I said I had an appointment at 11. She said we will call you when he’s ready. I told the lady that I wanted my dog. I got him and we left. He was in a kennel in which he has never been. It broke my heart. I was our first time and you would think you would try to make a good impression.

Staff was good with my Lil' Jack Russell & it was my first time to Barnyard Grooming though. Looks a bit odd in a barn from outside but it's just like a regular office/work place inside. I would go back to get nails & hair trimmed on my furbaby!

My baby has been a problem child at other groomers before, so much so that they ask I not bring her back, but she is one of those breeds that need a LOT of grooming, so I was really stressed about where I was going to be able to take her. Broad bottom was great before I scheduled with them and told me about their facility, process, and experience with pets with anxiety. I scheduled the appointment and they did a great job! Best haircut my girl has ever had, she even got the hair in her ears plucked and a cute little bandana. I really appreciate the patience in working with my girl and guiding me in next steps to keep grooming positive for my fur baby. We will definitely be back!
Let me start off by saying my dogs are my babies. They had never been overnight with anyone except me/my husband. I was a nervous wreck about leaving them with anyone, to the point that I second guessed just trying to take them with me on vacation. After speaking with numerous people about Broad Bottom Kennel, I decided to leave my dogs in their care. I don't regret it for a second! My dogs loved them (and my dogs don't like many people lol). I got pictures and updates numerous times a day. They allowed them to stay together In one large kennel but still took the time out to separate them and let them eat alone. When I went to pick them up, they were happy and playful and wanted to lick all over the the ones that had been taking care of them. They really put my mind at ease by answering all my questions, giving me cell numbers to text and check on them, keeping me updated the whole week, etc. I wouldn't want to leave my babies with anyone else! Great people, great prices. They all seem to love what they do.
Great! They did a wonderful job on my Morkie, Betsie...I will definitely be returning again. Highly recommend to anyone. My dog gets evry nervous in these atmospheres. She did great before and after. Really put me at ease. And was rather quick as well. Thanks for taking care of my baby!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Broad Bottom. My poodle, instead of having anxiety like she did at previous groomers where she would cower and "piddle", prances right in like she owns the place. It makes such a difference when you and your fur baby can feel relaxed.

Very clean kennels, knowledgeable & caring staff. Reasonable rates & discounts if u have 2 dogs or more. Doggy door so dogs can go outside in a protected fenced area. I plan to take my dog there again when I have to go out of town.
They kept my dog Rambo for 10 days. He came home healthy and fed. His kennel was also clean when I picked him up. This is the 3rd time boarding him and I've been satisfied every time

Paid 800 dollars for a male toy poodle. Brought him home he had worms. Took him to the vet got him worming medicine. And now two weeks later and after the Medicine he's still pooping live worms. Gonna have to get him another treatment. We also have two other dogs. Had to get them worming medicine to be safe. We have small children and he's just 11 weeks old now so he's not pad trained yet and him pooping worms in the floor has been very very frustrating. To pay that much for a dog and be ate up with worms is ridiculous.
This morning was my first experience with Bella Pooch and the groomer was amazing! She let me hold my very difficult dog while she cut his nails. He kept threatening to bite her, but she just nicely said “no bite” and he stopped. She truly is a dog whisperer and I highly recommend Bella Pooch.

This place sells puppy mill dogs. It is unethical!!! Don't purchase a dog here, they are extremely unhealthy and tend to have diseases like parvo which will kill your dog. Please look elsewhere for a dog
We took our dog to Bella Pooch for grooming today 05/27/2022. Her appointment was at 10:00 AM. We took her in at her appointment time. They advised it would be 1.5 to 2 hours and she would be ready. It is now 4:00pm. My wife just picked up my dog and they have not even touched her and advised it would be another 2 hours. Why does it take 6+ hours to groom a yorkiepoo? And not only did they not groom our dog they were extremely rude. We will be taking her somewhere else. I recommend you do the same when it comes to your fur babies. This place is trash and a waste of time.
I bought a mini schnauzer back in March. He has become the highlight of our home. He was healthy, no worms or mites, groomed, and even smelled good! The lady working was very nice and helpful, she answered any question I had no matter how silly it seemed.. I would absolutely recommend Bella Pooch if you’re looking for your new fur baby🐶

You can definitely tell she's great with animals by the way she greeted and interacted with him and visibly by her work. He was very comfortable with her and went with her to the back, no problem. We’ve been trusting Julie for 3 years now and she always takes great care of our puppy. Her place is kennel free, so we never have to worry about our puppy being locked in a kennel all day. The recreation area for the puppies in the backyard is amazing. There is TONS of space for them to have fun. A HUGE plus is Julie takes the time to send pictures of our puppy to us daily while we are away. The pictures always look like our puppy is having an amazing time. I’ve been utilizing the overnight pet sitting services with Julie/Wagging Tails Pet Sitting for the last 8 years. My coonhound Caesar loves going there! All I have to say is “do you want to go to Julie’s?” and he gets all excited! Julie takes great care of him and texts me pictures daily of Caesar while I’m on vacation or out of town. I feel fortunate to have someone I “trust” to take care of Caesar while I’m away. I don’t feel bad leaving Caesar with her because he loves it there!
I LOVE Wagging Tails boarding and Petsitting! I’ve take all three dogs over the last 12 years to them. Their in home care, no cage service is always the best for my fur babies. No matter the needs of the individual I can be assured that each need is met. AND my babies always have the best time with their buddies. Highly recommend this business.
We've boarded our dog with Waggingtailslex for several years and couldn't be happier. There is never an adjustment period once we pick him up and bring him home, which is usually 4-10 nights when we travel without him. That is huge and tells us the environment is like our own home, but with dog friends! We enjoy seeing photos of him throughout his stay. It's always a comfort to us knowing he is in the best hands!

I’ve been taking our dog to Julie for quite awhile. Both love(d) it. We lost our last dog last July and he went there every time we went out of town. Our new sweetie has been to Julie 1st for a few days of day care so she’d be acclimated when we were leaving her for a week. She had lots of friends to play with and based on the pics and Julie’s comments, she had a great time! I highly recommend Wagging Tails.

I've boarded my dogs with Julie, the owner, since 2017 and would not board my dogs anywhere else. My dogs attend daycare with her about once a week. Julie is caring, compassionate, and honest. One of my dogs became blind from an autoimmune disease shortly after I adopted him and she continues to give him the best care even though he requires special food and multiple medications each day. She lets me know if he gets sick or has a cut or scratch. I appreciate her honesty and integrity. She limits the number of dogs she takes and has a wonderful backyard with a divide in it so that the more rambunctious dogs can play separately from those less playful.
We wouldn't trust anyone else with our 3 dogs. Julie loves our dogs like her own and has been with them since they were all puppies. No crates (unless you want that) and tons of play time and snuggles with daily photos. We know our dogs are in the best hands when they are with Julie. We hit the jackpot with Wagging Tails!!
