Magdalena was the best housesitter ever. She coordinated her stay completely with our scheduled time away from the home. She went above and beyond to get to Chicago after they cancelled her flight. She bonded amazingly with our cat. She took great care of Shadow and played with her all of the time. She sent us regular updates and photos. The cat is still moping around missing Magdalena. The house was in perfect condition when we returned. We could not tell that anyone had even been here in our absence - except, of course, that the cat was happy and healthy. All in all, Magdalena was a gem.

Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. She sent videos of photos about every other day. We hope that Abby will stay in our home next summer as well. Abby is very highly recommended by our whole family, including the dogs!!!

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!

Melanie and Steve were excellent house & pet sitters. They sent me so many pictures of my 3 cats without me even asking and it made me so happy to see them enjoying their company. I'd say out of all the house sitters I've had, they spent the most time with my cats which means a lot to me. They are kind, easy to connect with and I'd welcome them back anytime. As far as caring for my house - top notch.

We were so happy to have Kyle as our house sitter for two weeks. Besides taking great care of our pets and our house, he was very accommodating. We were always able to get in touch with him if we needed to, and he agreed to take on some extra plant watering’s when the weather made a sudden change. As a bonus, he is very likable and communicative. We would definitely have him come again.

Mikala & Jake were great house & pet sitters for us!! Our dog and two cats absolutely adored them, and we came back to a very clean home with happy animals :) They were very reliable and fast communicators. They even had to deal with our power going out while we were away, and they handled it well. If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Anna is thoughtful and kind, she arrived the evening before the sit which allowed for some time to hear about her interesting travels and work, kept me updated with fabulous photos and details of the friendship she was making with the cats and even took the trouble to fix a sticky catch on the cat flap. Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it. I highly recommend Janis and you will be fortunate to have her as your sitter.

Absolutely Incredible.... I will not lie, I was hesitant because David did not have any pet sits before this one (gotta start somewhere) but because he did the background check I decided to contact him. We had a great phone conversation and the decision was made. He came to my house the night before I was leaving to learn all the ins and outs of taking care of my fur babies and then put himself up in a hotel for the night before the sit date. The next day he came over in the morning to learn a few more details before I left. I could not have chosen a better house sitter for my 2nd house sit . David communicated with me daily, sent pictures and we spoke via facetime. My little guy was feeling sick when David started and with diligence, love and kindness he was able to get my little guy eating again and feeling better. I would invite David back into my home over and over again but I am pretty sure he is going to be in high demand. Thank you David for everything!

Southern Paws of Texas was the best part of our short stay in Houston. We are so saddened to leave and have to find another kennel for our pups. The dogs loved coming here and the owners really do treat you like family. Don’t look anywhere else for your pets! We’re really going to miss you both and your team. The only place we will take out cat. She is an inside/outside cat at home and she really enjoys the front room with the window. If that is not available the 10x10 rooms are plenty of room for her to roam.
Great experience several times. My dog comes back acting normal, which was not the case at Best Friends. They also give him his bones/toys & medicine (also missed on different occasions at best friends). Our go to place now!
Our two dogs stayed there for over ten days and the staff did a great job. Dogs are happy, we are happy. I will bring my dogs back in the future.
Anytime we go out of town we put our Bella up in her "Doggie Resort!" They take great care of her and spoil her rotten, I think more than we do and that's hard to do!! The facility is always clean. Before we took her there the first time we went to check it out without advance notice. It was spotless. Now they even have a splashpad for the dogs. How great is that?

First time putting our Whiskey girl here, love it because it's family owned. They took great care of Whiskey.
They take great care of my older boy Rooney every time! My dog is older and needs more peace and quiet and a more homey environment. Their indoor suites are perfect for him. It comes with a tv and a day bed for him. He feels right at home. They always take excellent care of him and give me a report card detailing what a good boy he has been.

We love it at Willow Creek Ranch! Ash loves daycare and play time…. He gets his baths and smells amazing for days! This place is number one for us, if we are out of town we never have to worry about Ashes wellbeing.
This place is wonderful. Always I leave my pet I feel safe. They are very friendly and love our furry ones. Massimo is a very large breed dog and he is 8 months old and already looks like an adult dog. They have the patience to take care of him and also and when I take him to daycare. They definitely have a wonderful team.
Words can't express how grateful I am for this incredible place! They truly care about your dog as if it were their own. The staff is not only amazing, but the environment is beautiful and welcoming. WOWOWOWOW grooming at this place is amazing. I have a border collie named Cooper with really bad anxiety. Never been anywhere but home. Not friendly with other dogs. HATES tools of any sort. My dog had a horribly matted butt from my own mistake of shaving where his poop would get stuck. My vet who cut his nails last traumatized him, he wont even let me touch his feet. i was SO hesitant to take him anywhere because his anxiety was is bad. But i just couldnt watch him be uncomfy anymore, it was inhumane. So i researched MANY places and decided to try Willow Creek in Tomball and wow am i glad i did. Very thoughtful; Brooke (groomer) did a meet n greet with my doggie a day before the actual groom so we’d feel more comfortable and decide if we want to move forward or not. She listened so well and didnt brush anything off that i was concerned about (I had a million and one concerns). She understands behavioral cues, stressful situations and much much MUCH more. She also fixed my dogs butt and paws and then some more!! Also, what a perfectly wonderful staff. Nicole (i think thats her name) was SO SO sweet over the phone listening to my every concern playing as the messenger between brooke and I. The girl checking me out was also so freaking sweet. Couldve been nicole as well but i forgot to ask what her name was. Overall such an amazing place and so clean and welcoming. Cooper got his own private room away from stress and it was perfect for him. Thank you Brooke, Nicole, and the rest of the amazing staff! And to whoever keeps it clean, very nice to walk in somewhere with so many dogs and it smell good and be clean! (Btw i literally cried because i was so happy Cooper finally got the treatment he deserved and the comfort he needed. I am a forever costumer. This was my first time to take my little Yorkie to Willow Creek Ranch for a grooming and it won’t be my last. The facility is so clean and inviting. The staff were also very pleasant. This was my first time to take my labradoodle to WCR! We had a wonderful experience. They groomed her exactly how I asked! Price was great! And I love that they are available 7 days a week for grooming!

We love Willow Creek for our puppy Hobbs! We have boarded him there multiple times, used the daycare on many occasions and had him groomed. He loves going and zooms off with his tail going crazy the minute we walk through the door. I’m so glad I know I have somewhere to take him when we will be out of town or gone for the day! Definitely recommend Willow Creek Ranch for all your doggie daycare/boarding/grooming needs!
We LOVE Willowcreek Ranch! Super friendly staff, clean buildings, cage free and tons of space for our 55lb pup to run & play! We take her for daycare twice a week and have boarded her while on vacation. More importantly, our pup loves going! Highly recommend! On top of all that, Sammy is a wonderful trainer. Competitive, yet affordable packages for whatever you need.
