Animal Magnetism is wonderful! All of my experiences with them have been great - they take such good care of my dog. He always comes home smiling...all other times I've boarded him he has been upset upon return. They also go above and beyond - I accidentally didn't pack enough food for my dog and they helped me out by picking up extra food. It was so kind. I cannot reccomend them enough! They are so lovely

I enjoy traveling quite a bit and it is has been hard to get a reliable Petsitter especially when you have three ducks. They have always been able to accommodate our busy schedule and extended vacations. I highly recommend this service as there have always been extremely reasonable in their pricing and have gone out of their way to keep our pets happy and safe.

Lori is amazing. I'm usually skeptical of companies that have all 5-star reviews on Yelp, but her initial response to my quote was informative and showed how much she cares for the dogs she takes care of. In fact, she was the only person I responded to out of the five quotes because of it. She was quick to come meet us and the pups, and was just as friendly in person as she sounded over our messages. After she left, I had an extremely good feeling that my pups were going to be in great hands. Lori has been doing this for 20 years, and her experience really shows. We've been using her services for 3 weeks now, and I'm more than satisfied. She is extremely responsive at all hours of the day and night. Not only does she walk the dog/take the puppy out on potty break, but she takes time to train them and teach them good manners. She even takes photos of the pups and tells me how cute they are! We couldn't be happier with Animal Magnetism. Update: We’ve been using Animal Magnetism for almost 10 months now, and I still have no complaints! Lori and her team are amazing. My older dog won’t even let me walk her anymore, because she only wants to go on her pack walks with her friends. She literally runs to the door of any car that looks somewhat like Lori’s and refuse to leave. 😂

Lori and animal magnetism is amazing! Right before going out of town, My terrier had unexpected stomach surgery and required rest, medication, strict diet with no play time and light walks. Lori came over, put me at Ease and my dog happily left with her! Lori kept in touch and sent me pics while I was gone. My dog was in great shape when he came home five days later. I totally trust Lori and Heather and their professional staff to take care of my precious dogs Wally and Kodi. I have trusted their service for over a decade. They are skilled at taking care of elderly or sick animals both dogs and cats. They have administered medications, helped with animals recovering from surgery as well as providing fun exercise for our dogs. We love them but more importantly, our dogs love them too! I cannot say enough positive things about the Animal Magnetism Team! I have been using them, Monday through Friday, for a little over two years now. They are very trustworthy, dependable, timely, responsive and most of all caring. I never have any doubts about leaving my little guy, Oliver, with them. I have two large huskies who are very attached to me + my boyfriend, so traveling has always been tricky when leaving them behind. We discovered Spoiled Pooch from a friend of ours and it changed the game. Our dogs had the best vacation ever at ANGEL Jessica's house with her wonderful family. We received daily updates with photos and adorable anecdotes. We felt so connected to them and so happy that they were having a fun adventure while we went on our trip. Spoiled Pooch is the best dog walking and sitting company ever! Beau is a literal dog whisperer. He was able to bring our reactive dog along on group walks without incident and took amazing care of both our pit mix and husky when we needed him either just for an afternoon visit or for when we were traveling. I recently moved out of state and I’m so sad to not have spoiled pooch anymore. We trusted them completely with our pups because we knew they were treated like family. I also appreciated their super easily online booking portal. 10/10 best on the west side!

Justine at Spoiled Pooch is the BEST! Our one year old puppy, Quimby, watches out the window for her arrival everyday. She and Quimby have such a special connection (although I suspect she has a special connection with all the doggos!) Justine has become an invaluable member of our household. She is prompt, reliable, and thoughtful. I look forward to the adorable pictures she sends after each walk - she should add pet photographer to her resume! We feel so lucky she is a part of our lives.

I literally cannot say enough good things about Spoiled Pooch and, Ana, specifically. I have a senior pitbull who is quite stubborn and insanely attached to me. I have not traveled with my boyfriend for years as we couldn't find anyone we trusted enough to watch her. Our friends recommended Spoiled Pooch and it has been a lifesaver. Ana is so patient and kind with my dog who doesn't warm up to everyone but her reaction to Ana makes it clear that she adores her. I honestly can't say enough positive things about Ana and the Spoiled Pooch process. The owner, Jeanetta, is so helpful and responsive. The app makes scheduling, payment and getting updates on your dog's day so easy. I am so grateful for them and I recommend them to everyone I meet with a dog because I feel so strongly about how terrific and trustworthy they are. It is such a relief to know that she is safe and happy while we are gone.

We have had the best experience with Spoiled Pooch. Specifically, Marion - he is the best and loves our dog so much. I have never been able to trust someone with my rescue dog who has a lot of anxiety and leash issues. Marion is the absolute best and I know she’s safe and happy when she’s with him.

Spoiled Pooch is seriously a godsend. They love our dog so much and take amazing care of him and have even helped him become better at walking on the leash without pulling. He is SO excited to see them when they come to pick him up and it makes us feel so at ease to be able to fully trust a group of people with him. Spoiled Pooch is AMAZING. They pick up my dog (Millie) twice a week for 4 hours so she can get out of the apartment because I work from home and don't have time to tire her out. This is a picture that Maddie (Our Spoiled Pooch rep) sent to us the other day. Our dog was bad at interacting with other dogs and now, after 3 weeks, we have seen drastic improvement with her sociability. Would recommend to anyone who needs help with pup-care.

This is a long overdue review. We worked with Spoiled Pooch for two years until we moved out of their service area. I was extremely stressed about finding a dog walker for my anxious, shy, stubborn, dog-reactive rescue. I researched lots of companies/walkers. Thankfully, we found Jeanetta and Spoiled Pooch. They provided consistent, reliable dog walking and occasional overnight in-home care for 2 years. Bianca was our dog’s first walker, and she was very patient with letting our dog come out of her shell. We worked with multiple walkers, Austin, Channen, Brenna, and Jeanetta herself, over the years, and all were great. The communication with Jeanetta and her team was always clear and easy. We never had trouble getting care if we had a one-off request or our regular walker was unavailable, and overall, the team was easy to work with! Many thanks to Spoiled Pooch forshowing our dog such kindness and for peace of mind that our pup was in good hands!

Beau at Spoiled Pooch has been a true gift to our family. We found him to walk our puppy, thinking our older dogs were too old and grumpy to make any new friends, and within a couple days he had won over the whole pack. Beau is kind, gentle, and genuinely loves the dogs he spends time with. Spoiled Pooch has been an amazing service for my German shepherd! Jeanetta is so great with communication and the way she has the app set up makes it really easy to book sittings. All of the walkers and sitters we’ve worked with on her team have been fabulous with our dog as well!

My pup Louie and I love Doggie Goddess! We have been going to the amazing women of Doggie Goddess for about a year now. Not only does Louie spend two days a week there, but he has boarded with them a few times as well. Each member of the staff is so kind, and I can tell they love my dog as if he’s their own. Regardless of the location, Louie comes home each day exhausted (in the best way) from playing and socializing with his pack! It’s incredibly special to find a business in which you can trust the staff to watch over an animal you love, especially one that is cage-free. Thank you to all the women who care for my pup while I’m unable to do so - you are such a huge and great part of Lou’s life!

Doggie Goddess is our dogs home away from home. They treat our mini schnauzer like family. Additionally they are extremely professional and go above and beyond. The facility is extremely clean and our dog has never come home sick after her visits at Doggie Goddess. Traci and her team are amazing. Definitely should recommended 10/10

By far the best daycare I have found in LA as they take care of my little drama queen as if he was their own.

My dogs have been going to Doggie Goddess for 10 years. If I could give Doggie Goddess more than 5 stars I would. Traci and her team are amazing. The dogs are always supervised, there is a very balanced pack mentality so the dogs get to have a great time but safety and balance is always happening as well. Traci and her team know all of the dogs, their personalities , quirks and what makes them happy. My dogs can't wait to go there and their sleepovers are the best. There is someone who sleeps with the dogs( which I love). If you are looking for a safe, fun place for daycare and/or boarding, I highly recommend Doggie Goddess.

We love the folks over at Doggie Goddess! Our pup enjoys his time there, and they are super active on socials - which means lots of pics throughout his stay!

I forgot about this place until I get an email from them, so let me warn future pet owners: The worker, Yadira, is a case in unhinged behavior. When I went to pick up my dog, I heard someone angrily yelling at the dogs to be quiet. This worried me so I started filming. From the moment this worker greeted me and opened the door, she had a nasty attitude, was rude, would not listen to my questions, and basically acted like an angry immature high schooler. I had to use de-escalation skills and try to reason with her. Luckily, she didn't see the camera, so I was able to record her behavior without her putting on a mask. She would not let my dog out for almost 4 minutes after I went to pick him up. While my pup whined to come out, she angrily told me that he had tried to snap at her AFTER SHE PULLED HIM BY THE COLLAR. When I asked her why she did this, because I've heard you never do that with a dog you don't own, she proceeded to give me more attitude, giving pseudo-explanations that made no sense. She even lied telling me she's told my husband about my dog having issues (My dog has never had issues at any other day care). When I asked my husband about this, he said he had no idea what she was talking about. She probably had the wrong dog in her deluded mind. I got a call from the owner that day to complain about me. After seeing the video however, the owner did apologize to us and told us Yadira just had a bad day. Unfortunately, I don't want to leave my pup with humans who act psychotic when they have a "bad day." That said, we decided never to bring out pup there where a crazy lady with rage issues will yell at the dogs and pull them by the collar whenever she wants just because that's probably the only time in her day she gets to feel some sort of power.

We’ve tried several L.A. area dog daycare and boarding centers for my high energy, XL girl and BY FAR, HANDS DOWN, we are happiest with Doggie Goddess. The owner and her staff obviously really love and understand all dogs. I feel most relaxed and assured that my baby is in good hands when I drop her here! No time outs or cages, just redirection, when needed! True Pros!

Isla (my Mini-Labradoodle) has been going to Camp Puppies since she was 6 months old and I couldn't be more grateful to have someone as amazing as Kacy as Isla's second mom. When we moved to the South Bay from San Luis Obispo, we didn't find a good fit with any of the local kennels and knew that our Isla needed more personalized attention, exercise, and love. I stumbled upon Camp Puppies on Google, and couldn't be happier that Kacy was willing to take Isla into the pack. Through working with Kacy during weekly walks and occasional overnights, Isla has become a more confident and social little lady. She always comes home super tired and I always know how much fun she had from the photos and videos sent by Kacy. I literally could never trust anyone else with my precious Isla and wouldn't leave the South Bay because of how great Kacy and Camp Puppies is! Thank you Kacy!!!

Our sweet, senior pug is treated like a tiny prince at Camp Puppies! Kacy truly loves every pup she works with as if they were her own. We love Camp Puppies! I’ve sent my pup to Chrissy for plenty of long weekends, and even sent her to Puppies while I spent time abroad. I always receive plenty of pictures and updates so I know my pup is in great hands. Chrissy genuinely loves and cares for the dogs she is watching, and I have and will recommend her to friends again in the future.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Chrissy is a godsend! We were introduced to Chrissy by accident by a neighbor who absolutely raved about her dog walker. Kacy has been the best bud and walker for our wiggly, reactive pitbull Lola. She also walks our dog Radar who is a shelter doggo that is still learning not to pull. Kacy takes them on long walks and trips to fun parks that they look forward to each week. Our whole family loves Kacy! <3

We’ve used Superstar Pet Sitting for years now for our aggressively friendly house cat, Meeko. We love knowing that Meeko gets all the care and attention she craves when we’re off on vacation. Barbie, the owner, sets up all scheduling and was even the one to do the care one week when the team member we usually use didn’t happen to be available. Barbie always sends over photos and a brief report of the visit which gives us peace of mind. Very happy with the care and attention our older Shih Tzu received during a 10-day stay. She's never boarded with anyone other than her vet, so we were concerned about having to change things up due to scheduling conflicts. The vet highly recommended ESPR and our happy dog today at pick-up says it all. The staff were communicative and friendly throughout, and gave me ample info on her progress after her first day and at the conclusion of her stay. Highly recommend!

I had a last-minute out-of-state job and needed a place to leave my dog. Kylie walked me through the process of making an appointment on their website, and she was very patient. They welcomed me and took good care of my dog, providing me with daily updates. I highly recommend this place for your animals.

Wonderful place with excellent service. Nice staff, clean, caring. They provide a happy and loving environment for cats & dogs. Very responsible and helpful. The rooms are furnished like a mini-home and they have a lot of worthwhile extra services, like photos and updates on your pets while they stay. It's expensive but staff is excellent and very caring. Great grooming & vaccine services too, make things very easy.

took my dog bella to stay for about 5 days while traveling. i was anxious as i was taking my other dog and they had never been separated for long. Bella had a great time and seemed to enjoy the extra attention. seemed to be very happy and when i picked her up she looked exactly as i had dropped. still very white and clean. Staff is very friendly!

Called to find out specifics for boarding conditions for my dog prior to him being shipped overseas and was met with a total lack of professionalism. I was asking questions like size of kennel, number of walks per day, if there is staff onsite after-hours in case of emergency, whether I can visit my dog during the day and spend time with him since I am at local hotel. The office person kept referring to the pet transporter and refused to answer basic questions. Only meant to better understand how my dog would be treated. After the fourth question, she hung up on me. Would not take my return call since they can see my number. Think very hard if you are thinking of boarding here. My dog is a family member and this is only the first social media posting I am making in the hopes of saving other pet owners the stress of an incompetent facility.

After being a customer since 2020, I will be finding a new place. 1. The last time I took my cat here for boarding, they sent her home with most of her cans of food = they didn’t feed her the proper meals while in boarding. The dry food was returned with the clip not sealing the bag and thrown to the side of the box = spoiled food. There were enough Churru treats for 1X Day for her stay, most of the treats were also returned after her stay = they didn’t provide her treats, meals, or professional care as needed. They did not call me and discuss is she was not eating. It is NOT OK to treat an animal like this and take money for care!! 2. Today I tried to book a simple cat mani/pedi. I tried calling a few times in my lunch and got no answer. They close at 4PM and I have tried calling several times this afternoon and no answer. This is also unprofessional. 3. My cat boarded for a vacation months ago at El Segundo Pet Spa & I had added services like a cat nail trim, etc. I called and let them know we had a trip interruption and would need to pick her up a day early. They never clarified this would affect the “pet spa” services being completed. When I picked her up nothing was done. Last minute they said picking her up a day early caused them to not complete any of her services for grooming. This seemed strange, and caused me to have to take the time to rebook the same services again for another time, and take an entire afternoon additionally to get them done. This was inconvenient. Since when we first started going there. It seems the business has a much different quality of service and I will find a new place to board my cat and provider of professional grooming for both my cat and dog. This is disappointing after being a customer for years!

Spectacular job on my big girls nails. Husky wasn't wet...nice and fluffy and smelled good. I had some questions and my girl was happy to try to go back in. Now THAT impresses me. She is very submissive and they didn't terrify her like a groomer did at another place. Yeppers....she's MY pet.....and she gave 2 paws up!

I have been sending my dog here for the past few months and Susie, Shahid and all the staff are GOD SENT! My dog has been thriving physically and emotionally and LOVES getting dropped off and I am beyond impressed with the careful care and love they give the dogs. My pup Matcha always has an amazing time here. Susie is super nice and always shares photos during the day. I don’t like regular doggy daycares due to overcrowding, overstimulation, etc., issues, but Howling Dog is a small ratio of dogs to humans. Susie focuses on a mix of enrichment, group play, etc. with a smaller group of dogs. 10/10 would recommend!

Howling Dog is truly exceptional - there's really no where else I would trust with my puppy! The staff is so kind, incredibly attentive, and the enrichment schedule is top notch - socialization, obedience training, and fun tricks are part of each and every day. My puppy practically leaps out of the car with excitement every time we arrive and has made huge progress in socialization, reactivity, confidence, and separation anxiety since we started going to Howling Dog! The dogs are closely monitored, the environment is incredibly clean and spacious, and the owner and staff are true professionals. This place sounds too good to be true, but I promise you: it's the real deal!! So grateful to have found them!

I absolutely love using Fetch for cat sitting! Fetch is fast and reliable! Nancy has been our cat sitter for the past year and she takes great care of our cats while we are gone. They’ve had to make changes to their diet, medication, etc and Nancy always makes sure they get exactly what they need. I never have to worry about our kitties while we are away which is a great feeling! When Nancy is not available our backup Kelly is just as amazing! We are very lucky to have found this service. Prices are also extremely reasonable and you can choose different lengths of time for the cat sitter to come. I would highly recommend Fetch to anyone in need of pet services!

I have been a Fetch client for over a year, and my experience with the pet sitters and the owner (Regina) has always been fantastic. Booking appointments is very easy: the schedulers get back to me very quickly and let me know if my usual sitter is available, or if I will be meeting a new sitter (meetings with sitters are free). They are also very accommodating with scheduling around special circumstances. Last summer I was planning to go out of town on a trip, but one of our cats was diagnosed with cancer and I was unsure of whether or not I would be able to go. They set me up with a sitter with the understanding that I might need to cancel a few days before, and there was no cancellation fee when I did indeed have to cancel my trip. My pet sitter, Paul, is just wonderful! We have 4 cats, all with very different personalities and needs, and he takes it all in stride. He is obviously a big cat lover, and really bonds with each one of our cats. He sent me daily text updates while we were gone, which really help ease any anxiety I have about leaving them. On the occasion that I needed a different sitter, Fetch assigned me a sitter that is also a vet tech, since two of my cats were having medical issues at the time, they felt that she would be a good fit for them. This is the kind of personalized service that Fetch offers, and I really appreciate so that I don't have to worry about whether my cats are getting the best possible care. Fetch is so great that I went from "just" being a client to working for them as a pet sitter!

I've been using Fetch for the last five years or so and couldn't be happier with their level of service. They have a team of reliable sitters and it's a breeze to book and schedule. Kelly takes such great care of our kitty while we're away, including sending daily photos, and goes out of her way to pick up more food or litter in times of need. We truly enjoyed the pet sitting service provided by Fetch West LA. My husband and I were out of town for 10 days and we had the pet sitter over 5 times. Fetch service was very professional and organized. They truly care about the pets and only hire the best sitter. Our sitter was attentive, detail oriented, and playful with our 2 cats. When we met her the very first time during the initial consultation, we immediately liked her and had no problem entrusting our babies with her.The consultation session made us feel good about who were going to be taking care of babies. She also kept us informed with how our cats are doing via email while we were away. Knowing that our cats were in good hands and cared for by the Fetch sitter, we were able to enjoy our vacation to its fullest. We also enjoyed how easy it was to start the service. Everything was pretty much online/via email. They were very responsive with our inquiries. Oh. we had a beta fish also and they took care of him without extra charge. We came home after a long vacation finding all our pets (2 cats + 1 fish) were happy and playful as usual. Moreover, we found a LOVELY note from the sitter and talked about how our cats were. AWWW....we felt like she really took them in as her own while we were away. Fetch will be THE service I'd use. I highly recommend it to all pet owners.

We wound up needing a last minute pet sitter for our very large dog while we were away for our wedding and our initial pet care plan fell through. I am so lucky to have found Fetch! I have 2 rescue pugs that I could never leave at a kennel, and Fetch has introduced me to 3 awesome young ladies who stay over night in my home while I am away. We are incredibly happy with all of the services of Fetch Pet Care. We have a medium sized, semi-anxious dog and two SUPER snuggly cats, so lots of different pet needs in our house. We have had a pet sitter walk our dog, visit with/take care of our cats and even had someone stay at our apartment for a few nights. In that instance, we had daily updates on the pets and our apartment was well taken care of while we were gone. In all cases, we felt very comfortable with the sitters in our home. Claudia often takes care of our kitties and they're always well fed and content when we get home - she'll also send us pictures on occasion which always makes us happy. Regina, who manages the Santa Monica branch, is very professional, friendly and incredibly accommodating last minute, which is especially great if you're a spontaneous traveler. We're always notified of billing and billed appropriately, and I find the prices to be competitive with other dog walking and sitting services. I highly recommend Fetch!

Fetch is amazing! With just days until my business trip and still no one lined up to take care of my little cat, I started to panic. I called Fetch and they immediately sent over one of their pet sitters to meet with me at my home. She knew exactly how to make my VERY timid cat feel comfortable. Avid Photographer - Ariana doesn't just take pictures of the dog, she does lots of selfies that allow me to see how they interact together. I can see the genuine love between the two of them. Finally, My Neighbors Give Ariana Rave Reviews - Not a day goes by that a neighbor doesn't mention seeing Betty Rose with Ariana during her daily visits. I love that Ariana has taken note of my dog's friends and encourages socialization and playtime. Too often you see a walker hurridly dragging a dog out for a quick potty break...no time for fresh air or interaction. Ariana's special gift is understanding what her pups need on any given day and her willingness to make sure they get it. Highly, highly recommend.

Ariana is an amazing dog walker/sitter. More so, she's just amazing with animals (and people too!). She's naturally very loving and caring. She treats my dog like her own. It doesn't seems like a "job" for her. This along is priceless and invaluable. It removes all worry from my mind, leaving my little puppy with her. To prevent Bella's leash from potentially getting tangled & her getting trapped - since she's 4lbs, I took Bella off leash momentarily while I was standing right there. Bella immediately joined the pack, turned & looked at me - with a posture & demeanor as if saying - "what's up mom, I'm with my crew." It was all the feels. Ariana's a dog whisperer for sure.

She perks up every time she hears Ariana and the crew coming to get her, and will try to join the pack even on days when she is not being walked. We couldn’t trust Ariana more. Playa Paws is the BEST! They "Arianna " took care of my little one as if he was hers. I had to leave the state for a funeral. I couldn't find family available to care for him. I searched the internet and found Playa Paws right in my neighborhood! I dropped him off the next day before my flight. Adriana spent me videos and pictures while I was gone! He had a great time and Adriana made me feel very comfortable with her skils , how she cared for Jojo spoiled him, and the attention she gives all of her Doggy Guests! Most dog people are kind-hearted but Ariana is a top notch true dog lover and it shows. She is responsive, compassionate, professional (pretty good photographer too)and very good with all types of dogs. My Pipi took to her instantly and looks forward to her walks with Ariana. We started using Playa Paws to walk our dogs a few months ago. We had just adopted a new dog who happened to have been born blind and were looking for a dog walker who would take care of him, in addition to his rambunctious and anxious 70 pound brother. They both have a blast every time she walks them. We've been home a few times when she has come to pick them up and they both go sprinting toward the door to meet her.
