My two girls are walked by one of their staff here in South Delta. She is amazing. Our two girls had a compromised life when I had my second baby. This service picks up where I am unable to provide. It means the world to the dogs and has greatly enhanced their life. The company provides photos and videos of the walks, and all comments and questions are addressed professionally. Highly recommend.

The team at Delta Pet care have been amazing! We are so happy we found them! Our dog has had a lot of fun running in the fields and interacting with the other dogs.(He told me this is his favourite thing). They’re are really caring and thorough with texts and videos every day! 5 stars.

I have a cat and had Delta Pet Care look after her for four days. They accommodated me on short notice and were thorough and prompt in all their dealings. Phoenix was great with my cat. Phoenix and Linzie went above and beyond when there was a problem with the door lock and a new deadbolt was installed by my landlord. She was able to pick up the new key and carry on with caring for my kitty. Thank you Delta Pet Care I will definitely be using you in the future!!!

Linzie and her team have been walking Timber for 6 months now, and they have been amazing. Super flexible with our ever changing schedules and Timber loves his walk days! If you are looking for a dog walker in Twas, I would highly recommend.

Our dog goes on pack walks with Delta Pet Care weekly. He's not easy but Linzie has taken him on and gives us lots of updates and a clear picture of how he is doing each week. I don't have to worry about how he is doing because there is clear communication. They are also really reliable which I have found is hard to come by in the pet care industry. If you are looking for a provider of pack walks or dog care I'd recommend them.

I used Delta Pet Care for dog/cat sitting and I had a wonderful experience .. First time it was a very last minute trip and Linzie was very responsive and helpful.. I then send my high energy dog for group dog walking and Linzie was always on time and taking care my dog has her own 🫶🏼!! I cannot say enough about how great Delta Pet Care is! They are great with communication and organizing everything with pickup and drop off. Had a long weekend trip planned, but was not able to bring along our 4 months old anxious puppy along with us. Wasn't sure how our puppy was going to fare apart from us and in unfamiliar environments, but Chantale and the Pathfinder team did a top-notch job of not only getting our puppy over her fear of other dogs, but also great at reassuring us of her progress with pictures/videos. You can tell that they really love all the dogs they take care of like their own!

We were happy to have done a meet and greet before committing to entrusting our dog to Pathfinder. He was excited to go for his first overnight visit and came home happy and with lots of energy. The staff communicate well with their customers. A very positive experience for us and our dog.

Chantelle and her colleagues have so much passions on dogs. My Nugget the German Shepard has arthritis and has problems of his back leg. Chantelle recommended us to let him try wheelchair and she gifted the wheelchair for Nugget, I can not express how much I am so happy for Nugget and so much thanks to Chantelle. Chantale and her staff are amazing! I brought our dog Seymour (4yr old Mastiff/lab) to Pathfinders with a “last chance” mentality because he gets anxious around other dogs and it leads to aggression. We tried anxiety medications and we hired multiple trainers and behaviour specialists but nothing worked. In the meanwhile we started avoiding other dogs altogether but alienating him from other dogs seemed to make him more anxious. When I first brought Seymour to Chantale for an assessment this past August she instantly had him figured out and within minutes she introduced Seymour to another dog without incident. I drove away that day with tears of joy as I just witnessed Seymour meet his first friend and knew that Pathfinders was his only hope. Seymour has had several 3night stays since that day, has made lots of new friends and is off the medication's. He knows when we are heading to the ranch and gets really excited as we get closer and closer. He doesn’t even turn back and look at me when I drop him off. Thank you Pathfinders, we are very lucky to have found you!

My two rambunctious beagle boys were well taken care of at Pathfinders for a 5-night stay recently. Prior to that, they had been to Pathfinders a few times (and loved it) but never overnight, so naturally I was a bit worried. Turns out, there was nothing to worry about. They were in great shape and good spirits, and clearly looked well cared for when I picked them up. Midway through their stay, Chantale also sent me an update on how the boys were adapting and what measures staff took to ensure their comfort — which in turn comforted me. It’s reassuring to hear that their individual needs were being carefully monitored and considered, and that staff doesn’t take a ‘one size fits all’ approach to their guests. The boys were quiet and low-energy for a full 3-4 days after coming home, but otherwise very content and normal. It goes to show how stimulating and fun their stay at the dog ranch was. My boys mean the world to me and I’ll definitely be bringing them back in the future. Many thanks to Chantale and the Pathfinders team!

So glad Pathfinder was recommended to us - we can go out of town and know that Max is loving his stay at the Dog Ranch. Awesome daycare & boarding service! We had to go to the States for a couple days but couldn't find any friends to take care of our dog. I found Pathfinder online and asked whether it is possible to board my dog for a couple nights. I was initially concerned because my dog is a rescue, she is very skittish around new people and is not the best doggie when in the dog park. Chantale was quick to respond and offered us a trial half-day camp. Our dog had a blast during the half-day camp and made friends there. Then Chantale suggested us to send our dog for daycare services for a couple times so that the dog will get used to the staffs and the new environment. Our dog loved the daycare camps - she kept on running & running & running for almost 8 hours every time! It was also a relief for us because we do not need to walk her anymore for the day and she will stay quiet & be a good girl for the next day. During the boarding days, our dog also had a great time with Chantale and other paw friends. She allowed Chantale to hug her, touch her body and became a super snuggly doggie : ) It is such a big difference when compared to the first time she met Chantale and her crew. It is such a comfort to know that we have a good place for our dog to go when we had to be away and can't take care of her. Highly recommend!

Chantale is the life saver! If you have dogs who need medical attentions such as diabetic which my dog has, other medications, or special needs, she can take care of them. I was so desperate to find someone who can offer such a service. I could not find any in Vancouver area. But she is the one who does all. She takes care of my dog as her own dog. Thank you Chantale!

Isabel was absolutely the perfect pet and house sitter. Our dog was very well taken care of. Isabel sent us photos of him almost every day for the 2 weeks we were gone. She used a tracker so we could see where she and our dog went walking. AND she left our house in perfect condition. Even though she had a record-amount of unexpected snow to deal with, she was very flexible and pleasant. Very happy to recommend her!

We had Isabel look after our two little pooches in late September/2022 in our home. We were very quickly put at ease by Isabel and our two girls absolutely loved her. Isabelle was one of the best house sitters I have had to date and I have had many. My business takes me out of town for two months at a time and Isabelle was very flexible with my schedule which worked out great. She was professional, kind, no drama, very easy to deal with, and a dream pet sitter. My cats loved her which was evident from the snuggly photos she sent. I will definately hire her again and again. I have been boarding my 3yo GSD with lots of anxiety with Good Hound Country since the start of the year. Boarded 3-4 times and am super happy I found their services. I was very worried since my regular boarder became a new parent and ended their boarding business, but thankfully I have found very reliable boarding services at Good Hounds. Its very easy to use their portal to make bookings online, and I love how they share updates on Insta throught the stay and also very accessible on gmail. Friendly, professional service and very attentive to detailed needs of the dog. I would most highly recommend, especially for German Shepherds (difficut breed to board due to their anxiety). My Rufus is always back home from boarding healthy, happy and smelling fresh 😊

We started taking our now 7-month old puppy to Good Hound in the summer shortly after we adopted him, and we could not be happier! We did a couple of socialization classes and one private training session, and are now putting Gunner in regular daycare. He just came back after a month away and could barely contain himself from the car to the daycare facility. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and so easy to work with. I've owned dogs in Ladner since 2006, and am so glad that we have this gem available to us.

Good Hound Country might be a good place to play, but not so good for a long stay. We had to board our dog for 18 days. Normally, we have our adult kids care for our dog when my wife and I go away. However, since the whole family went on this long trip, we decided to use a boarding service. We let our dog do a one-night test stay at Good Hound Country, and everything seemed to go well. The photos or videos you see on their Instagram make it look like the dogs play all day. However, when we dropped him off for the long stay, I found out that our dog would be caged alone in a small pen for about 21 hours a day and that he would only be let out about 3-4 times a day to pee/play. Most of the time, during a long stay, the boarded dog is caged alone. I questioned this policy, but they said a dog would get too tired if they go out to play more than this. I regretted the choice, but we were leaving the next day and I could not change boarders on short notice. When I picked up our dog after our trip, they said the stay went well and there were no problems. However, when I loaded him into my vehicle, I noticed open sores on both elbows and an open contusion on his left paw. Good Hound apologized for not reporting the injuries during our trip or upon pickup. They said that the floor in their pens are very abrasive and for some reason dogs during a long stay will refuse to sleep on the provided bed or home blanket, preferring to push away the bed and blanket to sleep directly on the bare floor, which causes rubbing and injuries to the dog's elbows. This has happened to other dogs. They could not explain the contusion injury to the paw. I don't know what the conditions are like in the pens because GH would not let me view the pens before or after the stay. I don't know why my dog would not sleep on his own regular blanket. Perhaps the pens are so stuffy that he preferred the cooler bare floor. Alternatively, the pens may be so cold that he preferred to curl up directly on the bare floor which supposedly has radiant heating. I don't know because Good Hound would not let me in to see for myself. Prior to dropping off, GH made promises to brush my dog's teeth and to bathe him upon pickup. When we got him back, he was filthy. They told me that he was too fearful to have his teeth brushed or to be bathed. Instead, they wiped him down with a disinfectant on his last day so he would not smell. Daily teeth brushing and regular bathing are very routine activities for my dog. If my dog could not trust GH to do either after 18 days, that tells me all I need to know about them. If the occasion arises again in the future, I will find a private dog sitter for a more personal service and experience for my dog. REPLY: I only repeated what was told to me by GH on dropoff/pickup or by their email. I would not have brought in the tooth brush/paste (which GH accepted) if GH did not tell me to do so. The next day, GH sent an email saying that brushing was NOT included. Fine. There was nothing I could do. However, GH now claims they tried to brush my dog's teeth anyways (why would they do this when it was not included?), but blames my dog for jeopardizing the safety of their staff. On pickup, GH told me that my dog got along with the staff and other dogs and that there were no problems, other than allegedly not wanting a bath on his last day because of fear. They did not provide any manager's report, and there was no mention of "resource guarding" as alleged below. Now, GH wants to blame the dog, or the owner for being away too long or for not paying more. GH admitted that there have been incidents of elbow sores with other dogs. GH should warn people or change the flooring. GH should have notified us; we had provided GH with a contact person to take our dog to a vet, if necessary. And GH should have reported the injuries on pickup instead of hoping we would not notice. Before you decide to use GH for a long stay, just ask them how many hours your dog will be caged during 24 hours and if there are any known risk of injury.

Good Hound Country has a thoughtful approach to boarding to ensure maximum comfort and mitigation of stress for your pups. I have a reactive dog and they were very receptive to all of her needs. Even if I forgot to tell them about something and followed up, they were welcoming of my input/update and they truly want wants best for your dog. They post regular photos of the pets which helps for peace of mind while you're away. I've done tons of research and there's no where that competes in the Lower Mainland - genuinely a team you can trust leaving your fuzzy family members with and ensure your pet will come home happy. we bring our crazy lady Riley to Good Hound Country every Thursday for daycare. she always gets a good run to expend all her pent up energy and just loves all the interaction she gets from the staff and the other pups. love how Good Hound posts pics on IG so you can occasionally see your pup having fun throughout the day. we have also worked with Andrew in private training sessions and he always provides great insight. we highly recommend Good Hound’s services whether for daycare, overnight boarding or training sessions!

Our pup Nina loves GH Country and all the people that work there! She attends daycare weekly and boards with them when we go away. She is always happy to arrive!! She is a unique character and I'm so grateful to have found a place for her at GH. I never hesitate to recommend them and I am always ok with leaving Nina in their care while we travel. She has a great time!

Our four year old husky attends Good Hound Country daycare three days a week and she absolutely loves it. They care for her like she was her own dog and we have been consistently impressed with the level of care they give all dogs in their daycare. Good Hound staff are highly trained and really care about all dogs in the daycare. They offer an excellent balance of structure and free play and know the importance of allowing dogs down time, as well. All of the Good Hound services are amazing -our other dog attends Downtown and receives the same amazing care. When your dog goes to either location, they and your family become part of the Good Hound family. I can not recommend them enough.

Amazing family-run facility! We've done group classes and one-on-one training as well as boarding our loveable-but-crazy Dobermoose with Goodhound. The dogs are treated like family while boarding at GH Country - with a combination of structure, playtime, personal attention, quiet time, and butt scratches :) tailored to each dog. Highly recommended!

Staff are always friendly and have been dropping off Dixie here for a while. They have a wide variety of services and are for sure extremely knowledgeable. Our dog waits at the door to go every morning!

I just picked up my two Springer Spaniels and I am really happy with what a great job Pooch Palace did! I usually groom them myself and I can be a bit nit picky. There are no shaver lines and their paws were trimmed up really nicely. I am starting a new career and will definitely bring them back to save myself the hassle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This place is a gem. I love the homey feel our dogs have. Our big shepherd likes to hang out with the Littles. The staff is friendly and amazing with our dogs.

You can really trust this place. Heather and her staff are definitely pet lovers! As well as insuring that your fur baby is safe and happy they can deal with other issues like medical care, anxiety, old age. I know my pets are in good hands always.

This place has been a godsend, Heather is so kind, patient, and passionate about animals, you could just tell by meeting her. I'm usually a bit skeptical when it comes to someone else caring for my dogs but I'm not worried when it comes to bringing my dogs to the Pooch Palace! They have a great time and we're happy they have a fun, safe environment. 10/10 would recommend and it's been my 3rd time using the dog boarding service and definitely not the last. Specifically asked you not to touch our dog's tail hair. Especially the amazingly cool white tip. You indeed did not touch any of the other tail hair with the exception of chopping off the amazingly cool white tip after we asked you not to. I was able to overlook the bowl cut you gave him but you just had to cut off that tail hair didn't you. We will never be back. Pooch Palace, I think not more like pooch poor house.

Left our black lab and German shepherd pups here for 9 days. They came back washed, groomed, and toenails clipped. Wasn't even expecting that! Plus the prices are unbeatable. They also offer a military discount! Thank you pooch palace! We are definitely return customers!

This was my first time taking my elder cocker spaniels to Pooch Palace. The gals were really nice and attentive to the things I shared about my dogs, giving them a little background on each of them. They let me know how much it would cost, and I found them to be very thorough. I did think they were a bit more expensive then some other places, but the professionalism and cut was definitely top notch and completely worth it. I am very happy, and my pups look cuter then buttons! I would totally recommend. Thank you 😊 Update...from the first groom to the 3rd groom, I went from 65 a dog to 90 per dog!!! My dogs are cockers...I wondered why and just figured they priced me right outta there. Too bad, nice folks there. I drop my stars, am dissappointed☹

The best thing about Puget Hounds is that my dearest dog, Jake, loves to go there. He gets his hugs and love from the lovely people who work there. He has his regular dog friends. It is a second home to him. He is safe, he is fed to my directions. It is a great place for a dog and a great business to work with for a dog’s owner.

My dog Mady seems to love all of your staff. I believe that he has a good time playing with the other dogs. I was so impressed with Amber on your staff. I am handicapped and I was fearful that my dog could get out when someone opened the front dog if he was not tight on his leash. Amber helped me put his leash and harness on. She was so thoughtful and kind. Mady is only ten months old. He is a lot for me to handle with my osteoarthritis, but no one could love him more dearly and give him a better home than me. He needs the socialization at Puget Hound that I cannot give him at home.

Earlier this year we got our pup Luna signed up. She loves going to daycare! She has made great friends and it always excited when we drop her off. She comes home tired from a day full of play. The staff are very friendly.

It was unnerving sending my fur-baby off to daycare for the first time, but the staff at Puget Hound have been very responsive to any questions or concerns that come up. Abby did our initial questionnaire for his temperament test and was super reassuring throughout the process (this helped me feel like he was in good hands!) Upon drop off/pick up, Riley always has a smile on her face and (today specifically) was prompt in relaying Bode's first photos and report with me - I'm so grateful. Bandit has been going to Puget for over two years now. Not only does it give him an opportunity to run and play all day, it gives him time to interact with the other pups, which is a good thing for him. The staff are great. They clean him up on the wet days, and the always have him ready when it's time to go home. Having him somewhere that they show they care about him as much as we do is important.

Puget hound has been such a god send for me! I work from home and am always looking for an opportunity to get my little Rosie the chance to play while I’m typing away. The staff here has always fostered a fun, safe, and seamless environment for Rosie to have the best time! She has made so many friends and always comes home ready to sleep for days! My dog Monty absolutely loves it here! He can't wait to go "play with doggies" as I tell him! The staff is so helpful, attentive, and really love the dogs, and you can really tell the dogs are having fun too. I love that he gets indoor and outdoor play time and comes home tired at the end of the day. I haven't used their boarding yet, but I would feel totally safe leaving Monty with The Puget Hound for any length of time. As a very protective dog parent, having someplace that I can safely leave my pup for the day while I run errands, work, or do whatever needs to be done is priceless. I'm so happy I found Puget Hound and recommend them to anyone!!

I have been taking my dog to Rover Stay Over for about a year and a half. We typically do the premium bigs lodging. The premium option has her play with other dogs in group play for most of the day! The staff will sometimes send us photos of all the fun she is having. Every time I drop my dog off she is very excited to be at Rover Stay Over. When I pick her up she is tired for a day or two. I am very happy that my dog is in a safe environment and enjoys her time so much! The staff is very friendly as well.

I was staying in the Lyden area camping and needing an overnight facilty for my dog because we had to go fishing VERY early. I contacted Rover Stay Over and set-up a reservation. Even being from out of town, they were able to take my dog because I had all the appropriate vaccine information, etc. Bailey had a great time and was one tired pup when I picked him up. We needed some help for a few hours during a day trip across the border. Not having connections in the area, this site was a perfect resource. The process was seamless and communication was great. Tobi had a great time here and we are grateful for their services.

Rover took great care of our 5 dogs when we were out of town. They returned home tired and happy from all the play. Rover sent us photos so we could see they each felt confident and cared for. We will definitely use Rover again.

Rover Stay Over was able to get my dog in for a 6 day “emergency” when my regular boarder went on vacation. The facility is clean and professional. The staff clearly LOVES the dogs (I got to hear them talk to other pet parents - it wasn’t just me). I loved the report card and photos so I knew Charlie was having a great time. I’m definitely going to be a regular!!!

I was looking for a new place to groom our 2 year old cockapoo. It was suggested for me to bring him to Rover stay over for grooming, which I didn’t know they had grooming options. I was very happy to find that our dog was groomed to exactly how I had asked and was treated with care and love. Plus, the price was completely reasonable and very much within my budget. I will definitely come here again!

Our dog loves going to Rover Stay Over for their daycare playgroup! Her excitement shows when we drop her off. She gets to run off leash and play with other dogs in a fenced, supervised area, which is so good for her. The staff there is friendly and experienced. We’ve also boarded our dog there from one to several days and are happy with that experience too.

We love taking our doggos to Rover Stay Over. The dogs are super excited to get there, practically singing with glee when they see we are slowing to turn into the driveway. The staff clearly love all their charges and we love them back. The only gripe we have is regarding overnight boarding policy that if you leave your dog after 11am on the pick up day they will charge for another day of boarding rather than a day of daycare. This is a new change this year, which is why it is why I mention it. We have learned how to work with this, but we preferred the way they did it before. Thank you for being in the community and making our dogs so happy !

Our pup came home very ill with some respiratory infection, lethargic, not eating. He could barely keep his eyes open. They told us this 2 days before I picked him up early- and only because I called and inquired how he was. Only one report card after a couple days and then several days went by with no communication. I had to call and ask for one, and then they said he was coughing and they would " keep an eye on him." Said he also wasnt eating. Seems they should have realized he was getting really ill.He's been home 24 hours and looks very sick- going to vet first thing tomorrow. They need to do much better with observation, and communication potential issues. Not recommended at all. My dog was a healthy 8 month old when he went in. I'm quite concerned now.

We love Rover Stay Over and have left our dog, Briggs, in their care for many years. We love picking him up freshly bathed in his adorable bandana, exhausted, happy, and healthy.

I love Boulevard Bark! They are so good with our animals and help take the worry out of traveling. Each day we get updates on how the animals are doing (including pictures!) and a wonderful summary of the overall pet care when we get home. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Boulevard Bark! My dog has always struggled with being boarded when I have to travel. After researching lots of petting sitting services, I decided to try Boulevard. Best decision ever. Dixie's carer, Emily, was kind, gentle and patient. There were pictures and daily updates so I could see how Dixie was doing everyday. I was able to relax and enjoy my trip knowing Dixie was happy and well cared for. This service is well worth the cost (and peace of mind). I will definitely be a return customer.

Emily from Boulevard Bark walks our dogs every week. We have one dog that is a bit of a challenge, but he loves Emily and waits at the top of the steps for her to arrive for the walks. Emily is reliable, professional and trustworthy. We feel super lucky to have Emily and Boulevard Bark to take care of our family pets. I have used Jessica and Emily for over a year for care for our two dogs. They are easy to get ahold of and prompt with replies when I have last minute changes or requests. They are consistent with reinforcing our training efforts. It’s clear just how much the dogs love them since they patiently start waiting by the door a few minutes before their scheduled walks. We have used Boulevard Bark for an overnight stay and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. I would recommend them to anyone looking for care for their pets.

We recently used Boulevard Bark for the first time, for a three week vacation out of the country. We chose the extended overnight option for our 2 large dogs and 2 cats, pet sitting from 3pm to 8am the following morning. It was a great fit. We received daily photos and updates on all our animals, which allowed us to focus on our trip. We greatly appreciated both their professionalism and affordability. My animals were calm and happy when we returned home. We look forward to utilizing their services again and again.

This family-operated group of animal lovers is simple the best. They amazing care of my furry monsters, and both my cat and dog seem more mellow when I return than they have with past sitters. My dog is a bit of a handful (super reactive to other animals), but sweet and I trust them to handle her. They even have a vet tech on staff! They've also managed to help me last minute when my pup caught a rotovirus and couldn't stay home all day while I worked. They are professional, trustworthy, and lovely in general. I highly recommend their services!

We all love Boulevard Bark! Rose is our dog's primary walker. She is so nice, flexible and accommodating, and completely reliable. Our dog also loves Rose - he starts baying and running around as soon as he hears her car pull up the driveway. Then he goes into a happy yelp dance when he sees her. It's so sweet. We feel so incredibly lucky to have our mini schnauzer come to Kelly and Bill on a regular basis. They absolutely love all the dogs in their care and it really shows. Our pup is always super jazzed to arrive and truly "dog tired" when he comes home in the afternoon. We have used their services for doggie day care and boarding and our dog is always super excited to go back. Truly the best care we have ever found for our canine member of the family.

I have taken my dog Chewy to Lupita and now Kelly, they are amazing and have done a great job watching him. He is excited when I drop him off, and runs straight in to see the other dogs. The prices are reasonable and never had an issue getting Chewy in as long as I have given plenty of notice. I highly recommend Kelly’s Upscale Puppy.

Lupita and her husband are remarkable dog lovers. My dog and my sister's dog have never been left at a kennel so I researched and found Upscale Puppy. What a relief, no cages just able to live in the house and have freedom in a large fenced outdoor area. Our dogs are 1-1/2 and 2 years old and this enabled them to socialize with other dogs. When vacation was over and we picked up our dogs they were brushed and ready to go.I could tell they had been having fun as Lupita sent us photos while we were gone which eased our minds considerably. We will start taking the dogs for daycare so they will continue to socialize and have some great playtime. Truly an awesome place!

I have full confidence in Lupita taking care of my dog. When I went on an extended trip to Europe my dog needed energy vet care due to stones in her bladder. Lupita rushed her to the vets and nursed her till I could get back. Great care.

There are really no words to describe how we feel about Lupita, Ken, and Sandra. Our puppies ( well not really PUPPIES any more) but we still call them puppies, are sooooo excited to go there. Every Wednesday morning, they somehow seem to know that THIS IS THE DAY ! I guess they have their doggie watches on ! They wake up super early and are raring to go . When my husband even turns into Lupita's driveway, even though they are secured in the back seat, they go ballistic and act like the truck is on fire, cannot wait to get out ! They drag him to the door and race out yo the back yard to see their friends ! When we arrive to pick them up at 4:30- 5:00, they are anxious to get back in the truck, sleep all the way home, eat their dinner, then sleep til 10pm (potty time) Then they go straight to bed and don't wake up for 12 hours or more. Great workout and VERY happy puppies ! We LOVE taking our puppies to Lupita, love her, Ken, and Sandra. I won't ever take them anywhere else ! Thank you Lupita !

Kelly was great. She was professional and friendly. She made time for us in her busy schedule. She did exactly what was needed . Most importantly, my puppy loved her.

My 1 year old corgi Auggie has gone to Castle Rock a couple times very recently and even though I was so nervous, there was absolutely no reason to be. The staff took the time to answer my questions via phone before I dropped him off the first time, and were very transparent that if things didn't go well they would let me know to ensure Auggie wasn't being forced into a social situation that didn't serve him. A happy pup, is a tired pup and Auggie Dog is beyond pooched once we get home! I think it's safe to say this will be a regular weekly outing for him.

After thoroughly researching every kennel on the Coast, I chose Castle Rock for my dog's two-week boarding in August. My regular sitter was unavailable, and I was so nervous about leaving him for an extended period in a place he was unfamiliar with. However, the exceptional care, regular updates, and patience from the Castle Rock team quickly alleviated my concerns. Indy thrived, making numerous friends and having a fantastic time. I have been taking my rescue dog Birdie here for a few weeks on and off. I had a concern today so called the daycare, the owner took the time to talk me through what was happening with my dog, told me how she's been doing and what they were doing to work on her allowing them to catch her (she's nervous of people). I appreciate that she took her time talking to me and made sure I understood what was going on and why. So many people get defensive when you ask questions, but they just wanted me to be clear and feel comfortable with everything. We were in urgent need of a doggy day care but I wasn't going to try Castle Rock because of a very bad experience a few years ago with my two other dogs; my husband convinced me to give the new owners a try. Let me tell you: the new owners are wonderful! They are concern and caring. They assess each new dog so that they are able to place the dog in a group that suits all their personalities. The dogs have lots of play time and come back home pretty tired. When we drop off our dog, he can't wait to go greet his new friends. He's a happy puppy and we are happy parents!

I can' t say enough great things about this place! They are so wonderful with my pets and they make us feel at ease when I eave them with them for the day and most recently 12 days. There kindness to dogs is appreciated and admired. A special thank you to Tiffany, Hannah and Jill.

Dropped my 8m old puppy off today. It was his first time at a daycare and I can't say enough good things about them. He's absolutely exhausted and was so happy, they were super great at communication and made me feel happy to leave him with them. I will absolutely be bringing him back.

Best kennel ever! My dog gets excited just driving past the place, let alone pulling into the driveway! They have always been so kind and supportive, and very understanding with my rescue dogs needs. She's always happy, and very tired from playing when I pick her up. I couldn't imagine leaving her with anyone else!

Castle Rock has been a wonderful place for us to bring our pup while we work during the day. Our pup loves all of her friends and always comes home happy and totally pooped. The staff there are wonderfully attentive to all the dogs and their needs. They are friendly and responsible. Their boarding services are also great as well. So lucky to have a spot that your dog already knows and loves to care for your dog if you have to go away. Highly recommend!
