Dirk and Rosemary looked after my 2 cats Kiwi and Callie for a few days. They are a very nice, friendly couple who agreed to arrive the day before my departure so we could get to know each other a bit and which made the handover much more relaxed. Kiwi is very shy and not an easy cat to get to know but they sent me a video after about 3 days in which they were stroking and petting him much to his delight. Callie too was very happy and relaxed with both Dirk and Rosemary. On my return the flat was very clean and tidy. I strongly recommend Dirk and Rosemary to other pet owners who want to know that their pets are being well cared for while away from home.

We can't recommend Bitsy and Dave highly enough. They were respectful, reliable, and totally trustworthy - we left our house in their hands without any qualms at all. We have a vegetable garden, greenhouse and chickens and they took care of these with enthusiastic care, sending us regular updates and evidently enjoying our home. Jennifer and Colleen were truly exceptional housesitters! They put the “TRUST” in “zeewoi” and needless to say we were truly impressed with them all around! they have a genuine love of animals that came through from the first moment that they met our six labrador dogs. We would give them ten stars if we could. Jennifer and Colleen are amazing pet sitters who not only fulfilled their responsibilities but also went above and beyond. We needed to come home a day later than expected. They extended their stay, which displayed a genuine dedication to ensuring everything was in perfect order. We cannot express my relief that they were willing to stay an extra day. Jennifer and Colleen are excellent dog sitters. They were reliable, attentive, and showed genuine care for our labs. Communication was seamless, and we received regular updates, including photos. We were delighted with Johanna, Adrian and Luna’s care of our dogs and flat. Regular pictures and updates are always appreciated, and these came regularly. When Rory wasn’t well they contacted us immediately, even though it was nothing serious, but we appreciated knowing. The dogs were pleased to see us , but not too pleased ! Nina, who loves a cuddle had obviously had lots of affection . We would definitely recommend them.

David and Charlotte have been to our house for a second time, and we will always be delighted to have them back, and so will the three pets. They took care of them in a loving and dedicated way, they were always aware of their needs and desires, and they sent us pics on a regular basis, and made sure that we all were comfortable: the dogs and cat at home and the family abroad. Liliana spent a few days at my place because I needed to leave on quite short-notice. We had a really nice video call in advance and communication was always clear. I felt I could really trust her with my apartment. She was very self-sufficient while I was gone and left the place in a great condition. Also, Liliana cared for my cat Luna nicely and sent me photos of her every now and then, which I highly appreciated. I can highly recommend her to sit your pets and house while you’re away!

Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)

We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. She kept the house tidy, litter box clean, and the animals so well loved. Because she was traveling from far away, she stayed with us the night before our trip and the night we came back. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.
