Wow! Tom and Kris are such a kind, thoughtful, and responsible couple. They lovingly cared for our pets (2 dogs, 1 cat, and a bird) for a month while we were out of the country. Kris takes beautiful photos, and sent us images of our pets while we were gone. One of our dogs required special attention because of a health issue, and they took really good care of her. All of the animals were healthy and happy when we returned. Tom and Kris took excellent care of our home as well. The whole house, lawn, and garden were in great shape when we returned. I would eagerly invite Tom and Kris to stay at our house again.

He always texted me right back and kept me posted on his travel plans in the weeks before his sit as we coordinated a meet and greet in-person the day before the sit. Nicholas was the perfect fit for our month long housesit. We have two large dogs - a 3-year old 70lbs standard poodle and a 2-year old 65lbs labradoodle. Nicholas diligently took the dogs on lengthy walks twice a day and followed all the dietary requests for the dogs. He communicated regularly throughout our trip. Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. And when we got home, the house looked great, and the dogs looked calm. We would gladly have them. Sit for us again and highly recommend them.

Prashant and India were fantastic pets sitters for us. Both were dependable and were even kind enough to allow some service people into the home to do some repairs. Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Prashant is very knowledgeable and gave us a few strategies to combat some negative behaviors that we were seeing with the dogs. Could not recommend them more. They will be missed.

Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left, mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning! Laura is responsive, a great communicator, I could go on but simply put she is welcome at our house anytime. Simply the best!! Thank you tons Laura!!

Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people. A place a dog can go be a dog. Your dog will come home having played outside, exercised and socialized with other dogs. It’s like a home daycare, so the dogs get the love and attn of an actual grandma. No astroturf and kennels here. They play outside in a horse pasture and run around all day. Prices are very reasonable and add ons for nail clips and baths are very helpful. Look no further for an extremely high quality of care.
I brought my 16 week old dachshund puppy here for Daycare for the first time and Denise was so sweet to her and sent me updates and pictures and videos all through out the day. My puppy had so much fun with her dachshund, Opal, and the best part is she was exhausted when she came home!
We have used Oasis for years for daycare and for boarding. Denise gives our dog tons of play time without the extra fees of a boarding facility. He loves playing with any other dogs attending daycare or overnight plus she gives regular photo updates.

My Labradoodle, Jersey, loves going to see Denise and all of her dog friends! I’ve used the boarding services multiple times, and even though I am anxious anytime I have to leave my pup, I feel at ease knowing she’s at a safe place having lots of fun.
Denise has the best doggie daycare and overnight place to stay I have ever used. She is wonderful with the dogs and they love going there. It makes me feel a bit better when we go on vacation to know they are having so much fun.
Denise has an absolutely wonderful setup. Picture updates of our dogs while on vacation was amazing as well as the baths the day of pickup from the long days of playing with the other dogs. Great location away from major noise and highways allows the dogs to experience the outdoors with minimal distractions. Best place to board our dogs. The people all care about our dogs and take care of them almost as well as we do. I only say almost as well because they have more dogs to take care of then just our three. But our dogs come home tired but not traumatized.
Highly recommend for boarding! We were visiting from out of town and left our senior pup for an overnight stay (25hrs). We chose a VIP suite so we could have access to the cameras and monitor her. She gets nervous when we aren’t around and she genuinely seemed to enjoy it. Plenty of space for her with a bed and toys. Outdoor access and food offered morning, afternoon and evening. We also chose for her to be bathed before pick up and she was ready for pick up. Staff were very friendly and thorough. Would definitely use their services next time.
Absolute worst unorganized vet office you could ever go to. This place is a joke. The staff is completely oblivious, uneducated and contradict themselves everytime I been there. I wish I could give them zero stars.
They won't let you bring your own pet bed but when your pet chews up their bed, they make you pay for it. $100!
This is the first place we have taken our little dog to stay overnight, and I was impressed. The inside is clean, no smell, just clean. The girls we talked with were super sweet and listened. They explained how they would take care of him and said we could call anytime to check in. I was very happy and impressed by the extra care they took to make sure he was safe and spent time playing with him. I feel good knowing there is a place where we can know he will be taken care of and be safe. Thanks to everyone that took care of our Teddybear.
Great place! Great Staff! Clean Place! Very Professional. Pictures were sent to us on a regular, updating us on their every move. Every thing was explain to us when we took the dogs there. We knew the dogs would be in good hands. We had reservations to go else where. They left us in the cold 2 days before we needed them.

This was our first time boarding our dogs. We have 2 labs and a golden doodle. They asked about special request such as feedings (we feed the doodle separate from the labs) they were able to accommodate that. You can bring your own toys/bedding or they provide it. They have different selection of rooms to choose from, we picked a larger room with access to a patio since we had 3 bigger dogs in a room. The staff was very friendly and informative! The facility was very clean. I feel very comfortable leaving my dogs there in the future!
I took my little dog kapu here to stay for one night and he liked it a lot. They treated him with a lot of love. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely leave him there again, he will be in good hands, thanks for taking such good care of my baby.

Terri and her team are absolutely amazing. It was the first time we’ve ever used a pet sitter and they completely put our minds at ease while we were away. They sent pictures and videos every single time they visited, which was just so nice to see our dog so happy with them! Our dog is pretty shy when she meets new people, but I could tell she felt comfortable with Terri and her team. They were very professional and were even able to work me in for an extra visit when my plane was delayed and I couldn’t get home in time to feed her. I booked with Pet Nannies twice, once over the week of Thanksgiving and the other during the week of Christmas while flying home for the holidays. I have a chinchilla and she requires very specific care with regard to environmental conditions, playtime, food, etc. I’m honored to have the first chinchilla they’ve cared for because they did an absolutely fantastic job. What a wonderful experience we had with Ms. Terri! Finding a pet nannie for our Manny cat in Fl was hard. Between the extended time away from the home and someone in which we could trust to come to the home. Ms. Terri and her team provided us this and more! From the start of the process ( meet and greet), to the regular updates while we were away from the home and the feedback when we arrived. Our Manny cat was in great hands! I love hounds town in Rockledge and so does my dog. The entire team is great and really care about all the animals they take care of. I am always greeted by name and with big smiles and the owners always have different events going on to make it fun and special. I know Jett is always in good hands and has a lot of fun. He comes home happy and tired after all the playing he does with his friends. He hops in the car and passes right out when I pick him up.
We were so lucky to find Hounds Town for our pups. The staff are so friendly and helpful and know our pups as soon as we walk through the door. Our two pups are so excited to go to Hounds Town to play with their friends. They always come back home happy and tired. We never have to worry about our pups whether they are there for a day or for a week. I know that they are receiving quality care from the wonderful staff that truly care about each pet as if they were their own. Thank you Hounds Town!
I have had my best buddy, Tucky, at quite a few places in the area. Hounds Town is the best by far. I believe those who work here really love dogs (and cats) and are doing much more than just babysitting. They also support many community activities and make thier presence known. I love all the photos they share each day.
I have taken my pup to daycares across the country since i’ve had him, and hounds town is by far my favorite and his favorite! We take our pup to Hounds Town at least twice a week and we absolutely love it there. Our girl comes home absolutely exhausted, usually she falls asleep on the car ride home. They’re so good to our girl there, they know us by name, they have the cutest parties for the pups which always include the cutest pictures. We’ve boarded here there before and we know she’s in the best hands. We love hounds town!

Having senior dogs for so long, we adopted a young 3yo cheweenie. Playful & active Chi Chi is, but I felt she needed more interaction & socialization with other dogs. Hounds Town is close by and friends take their dogs there, so I decided to give it a try. It's wonderful! We got a free trial day, actually 3 free days since Chi Chi was a rescue & a free bath. The staff is super friendly & helpful. Always a genuine smile from all employees. Photos on the website are posted throughout the day, of all the dog fun. Chi Chi comes home worn out. She eats her dinner and crashes. She was just at HT Thanksgiving party and left with party favors. We signed up for the Christmas dog party & Santa! When you consider the long hours they are open, the great care the staff gives, the availability to just pop-in with your dog w/out an appointment, the bathing options, it's well worth the money you'll spend. Being retired and maybe not as active as we once were, it's a good feeling to know our Chi Chi can go have an active, fun time with her K-9 peeps, to wear herself out and come home safely to us.
I have a rescue dog that's extremely people shy. Ever since coming to this daycare, she's absolutely blossomed. The staff are so patient and I can tell my dog trusts them. I have peace of mind anytime I need my dog to be taken care of. Can't say enough good about this place.

Having her at the house lets us completely enjoy our time away (she is wonderful taking care of the house, too, and completely handled an extensive plumbing issue while we were gone). Our dog, Tinker, absolutely loves Susan and we know she is in loving, expert hands. On one trip when we were out of the country for three weeks, Susan recognized Tinker wasn’t feeling well and needed medical care. She ended up needing emergency surgery and around the clock post surgery care. Our veterinarian credited Susan with saving her life! Her experience with animals and her caring nature makes her the BEST, and our only, choice for pet sitting!
I have been using Susan for over night stays since I moved to the area several years ago. I interviewed several services at the time and she was the one who stood out. Now, before I book any travel I check with her first to make sure that she is available. Because knowing that she is here allows me to relax when I am away. My kitties thrive when she is here! Susan is the owner and when you first contact her she will come to your home for a complete consultation. She is so confident and thorough that you will be reassured immediately. Sean and Jackie are wonderful. They will communicate with you by text at each visit and send you photo/video updates. I have a diabetic dog and they’ve been caring for him for 2 years. G & S has been taking care of my dogs for 16 years now and Susan has had an amazing team the whole time! They have seen me through 2 cranky old Dalmatians with a complex vitamin and medication regimen, 2 big boned cats, to a very sweet and active English Setter that currently is a member of our household! Susan is a great resource for the care and health of animals through every phase of their life. Sean and Erin are presently taking care of Bella. I love the texts they send with pictures and updates on Bella. They will also ask questions if anything comes up! So, if you love your pets as much as we do, G&S Pet Services is definitely the way to go!

Jackie and Matt watched our dogs and cat for almost 3 weeks in October for the first time when we went to Europe. They were terrific! Sent texts and Facebook posts so we knew all the time how everyone was doing. Everyone was happy and healthy when we got home! Great job!

Oh my gosh Joyce is the best! My two guy kitties loved her right off the bat. She quickly became auntie Joyce! And my one guy can be kinda shy but not with Joyce. She is not only reliable but also sooo good with my kitties and I travel alot so it’s been nice to know they have Joyce when I’m away. It’s like they don’t even notice I’m gone lol - well mostly anyways. I can’t say enough great things about paws and whiskers so I’ll just say thank you a million times to Joyce and if anyone is wondering about or considering her as a sitter, you will be lucky to have her that’s for sure!
We have 2 English labs and one bangel cat, they are very spoiled and we are very particular to whom we will let take care of them. Until we met Joyce, all our worried faded away. We can tell the boys love her and they have a great time together. For us, she is the best petsitter. Joyce, listen to our concerns and our boys needs and follows thru by doing what you asked for. She keeps us posted with messages, photos and videos of our boys, which makes us feel happy to see them having fun with her. No doubt, we found a perfect petsitter for our boys, we couldn’t be happier. We trust her and we do recommend her services to anyone.
Our sibling 3 year old cats couldn't be more different, and big boy Patrick can be pretty needy, while his sister Pearl is as laid back as a cat can be. Joyce to the rescue! Previous attempts with a sitter when we were away left Pat stressed and taking his anxiety out on his sister. Joyce bonded well with Pat, taking the time to allow him some back porch outdoor time each day, playing and engaging with him, and giving him the social attention he craves. She easily gave him his daily dose of medication and taught me some tricks for giving a pill to a cat! She's a stickler for super clean litter boxes and even tended to my porch plants during her visits. She checked on Pearl in her hiding places and sent us text updates (with photos!) each day we were away. We felt very confident with Joyce's care and oversight. I just booked with her again for a trip coming up in April and we know our kitties will be in quality, capable and loving hands. Thank you Joyce!
Joyce has been great while watching my pup when I am away. She keeps me updated on how she is doing and I always come home to happy/healthy pup. My dog can take a while to warm up to strangers and Joyce has been very patient with her. Now they are best buds 😊. I definitely recommend her if you are going out of town or just need someone to come check on your per during the day.
Joyce is one of the only people I trust with my dog, Roscoe. Her in-home pet sitting service makes it so stress free to travel. My dog loves her and I have peace of mind knowing that a vet tech is looking after my dog when I'm away. She's very responsive, always sending updates, and her rates are great. After talking our dog here for a few months we can truthfully say how wonderful this place is. They are caring and our dog loves to come here. He gets excited each time. We feel safe when we leave him. Great place!! Safe place!!
10/10. Definitely recommend. This company has been in business for a long while, and it's really nice to know that you're sending your pups to a place that has withstood the test of time! When you first walk in, the reception area has several small dogs hanging out with the lady behind the counter. They all seem to get along well. The receptionist is knowledgeable and quick so you can get in and out without a lot of fuss. They keep your pup's food and stuff in a little locker so that you can be sure that they're not giving your dog someone else's food or meds. The groomer/owner is amazing. She does such a great job. My pups look great! I wish I could trim their nails as well as she does, but they do NOT sit still for me. When I got the chance to talk to the owner on my last visit, she told me all about the HUGE hermit crab tank full of some of the biggest hermit crabs I've ever seen. You can tell that she's truly passionate about animals, and I know without a doubt that my pups are safe in her care.
My dogs have not only been groomed but participate weekly in puppy daycare for more than 7 years. They love it!!!
I've only used this place to board my dog twice, but both times were great. They let me do a dog daycare trial first for 4 hours to make sure he would be a good fit. The staff is so friendly and the last time I dropped my dog off, he saw one of them come out to greet him and got super excited. That's a great sign. He seems to have fun there. They also knew he attended dog training so they worked with him on staying off instead of jumping in people. I appreciated that! The only things I would change is being ale to drop off before 8:00 am because I'd love to let him go play during the week but I have to be at work at 7:15, being open on Saturdays if you want to drop off or pickup, and having video so you could see your doggies during the day. Those aren't deal breakers, though. I'll continue to use them for boarding and when I'm off in the summers to let him go play with his friends.
I believe these are loving people at the resort. The problem is that they didn’t follow medication directions which led to my Kobe passing while in their care. I can’t say that was the reason alone as my dog had health issues and was 15 years old but I feel it sped up the inevitable and he would have been ok till we got home. In good conscious I don’t believe we can continue to leave our other dog there when we go out of town as he too had his meds messed up. My heart is breaking.

Do not go here. Our 7 year old dog got a horrible Kennel cough for the first time after being here for 5 days and she was vaccinated. They didn’t think to call us either. She almost died. Ghe vet bill was over $1,000. We told them and they did nothing, they didn’t even refund the stay!

I'm very pleased with Pet Resorts & Suites. My cocker spaniel does well there. He is always very happy when I pick him up boarded for several days. He's happy when I take him to he boarded and isn't nervous. I'm pleased with everyone there, they are friendly and caring of the fur babies. I've been connected to them for years and boarded other of my dogs there. They seem to have improved over time. I also know others who use them, one person for occasional day care for her beagle. Feedback is positive. 🐕
Me and my wife are from Canada and came on a vacation with our dog Zara. Our dog Zara is just like our baby, very precious to our hearts and we love her soon much. Me and my wife were looking for a place to get our dog Zara babysat during the day for 3 days to go around the town to visit. We came across this doggy daycare online and after reading the reviews, we decided to bring our dog Zara for the doggy day camp. Just to note, at first we were very scared, as we never brought our dog to a camp or boarding, as Zara comes everywhere with us. When we first arrived, the staff were great, assured us that our precious Zara was in good hand. After the first day, when arriving to the establishment, Zara was exited to go over again and looked like she really enjoyed her time there. We even got her cleaned there, Zara is a purebred Siberia husky, and the staff did an amazing job cleaning and washing her. 5 out of 5, we loved our experience here and when coming again on vacation, we will certainly go back, as this place is amazing and make your feel very at ease to leave your pet in the staffs hands.
