Anna was really friendly and immediately formed a strong bond with Rosie (my dog). Rosie usually takes 5-10 minutes to really warm up to someone but within seconds she got the zoomies and then when Anna sat on the ground to greet her properly Rosie ran straight to her and was immediately comfortable. This straight away put my mind at ease and knew Rosie and my two cats were im good hands. Anna checked with me what level of contact I wanted and sent me daily updates with videos/photos. I had some confusion with the app but Anna was extremely patient and supportive with this. The house was clean and the bed stripped when I returned home. I would definitely recommend Anna for future sits!

Jenny and Nick were fantastic house and pet sitters. They happily arrived early on a Sunday morning so that we could show what was required to be done for feeding our animals. This also allowed us to leave stress free and not be in a rush. Jenny and Nick kept in touch while we were away to keep us updated on our animals. When our ferry was cancelled they offered to stay an extra night if need be. We are thrilled with Jenny and Nick they have done a very good job of looking after our animals, and left our house spotless. We’d be delighted to have Jenny and Nick as house and pet sitters again. Animal loving adventurer
Gill visited us twice before the sit began to ensure she wasn't a complete stranger to our babies and it was also very nice for us humans to familiarise ourselves with each other and Gill with the house and it's little quirks. The longest I had ever spent away from my little munchkins was 10 hours prior to this sit so I had terrible separation anxiety from them but Gill soon put my mind to ease. We got home yesterday after almost a month away to three very happy healthy babies (house cats) and a very tidy home. Gill was very well organised and professional and kept us upto date with messages and pictures whilst we were away. She went the extra mile by stripping and cleaning our bed when one of our puddies weed on it in protest of us being gone too long. Gill contacted us after the sit had finished to check in on how our bundles of fur were doing. Our youngest little ragdoll girl, Boti, slept in with Gill each evening and I can tell they must have bonded as I have found her sat outside "Gill's" bedroom door a couple of times since our return. If you are lucky enough for Gill to apply for one of your house/pet sits then be quick to snap her up, highly recommended. Thank you Gill you are a star x

Susan came with her sister as I had specified our cat was not very happy taking her daily medication and it takes two to make sure she has her whole dose. Mature, professional, travelling couple with big hearts for little furballs!
Jonathan and Nahraine are the Rolls Royce of house sitters. Mao, our cat who can be quite discerning, seemed to adopt them instantly and got so much attention in the two weeks they stayed that he now looks put out if I leave the room for more than 5 minutes. They also took great care of our guinea pig and sent regular updates of how it was all going which was very reassuring for us. The house was left in immaculate condition for which we were incredibly grateful for. We could not recommend them highly enough and they are both such lovely people that we will definitely be trying to book them again in the future.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Prashant and India were fantastic pets sitters for us. Both were dependable and were even kind enough to allow some service people into the home to do some repairs. Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Prashant is very knowledgeable and gave us a few strategies to combat some negative behaviors that we were seeing with the dogs. Could not recommend them more. They will be missed.

We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! Andrea was the perfect sitter for our older Italian Greyhound and our shy cat. She followed every request to a “t”, and helped us to feel comfortable and care free for a long zeewoi. Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people. I give Angela and Joe my highest recommendation and feel that anyone would be very lucky to have them their sitters! I hope that they return to sit here again.

Farhan is a fantastic house sitter! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a down-to-earth, kind, and caring pet sitter for their home. We have three small dogs (around 6 lbs) and he took excellent care of them. They can be a little nervous/ timid around new people, and more so around men at times, but the dogs didn't show any of that nervousness around Farhan! He was gentle and respectful of their space and they warmed up to him immediately. I got a wonderful text the first morning that I was away that they cuddled up with him at night - showing how quickly they adjusted to him as their caretaker. I was able to meet Farhan in person before I left on my trip and I was able to have a wonderful conversation with an ambitious explorer. He is a delightful person. Upon my homecoming the house was very clean and the dogs were happy and relaxed. I can't ask for anything more! Thank you Farhan for taking such wonderful care of our three dogs and our home.

Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!

Looked after our little dog so well - he was poorly while we were away on holiday and Limekiln looked after him, took him to vets and kept us updated with how he was. After collecting him, they kept in touch to find out how he was doing. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Actually visited the groomer, Yasmin, who works from the premises. She is absolutely brilliant with my very stressed bichon. I haven't used the kennels and cattery but the dogs and cats I've observed look very well cared for and content. If I ever need to use a kennel, I'd be happy to leave my dog here.

We left our whippet Badger with Gareth and Tracey for a day while on holiday in the area. It was his first time in a kennel and their professionalism and care put us at ease straight away. He was very happy and relaxed when we picked him and we are really pleased with their service, we would recommend Limekiln to anybody!
After having suffered a traumatic experience at a previous kennel, I asked Gareth and Tracy if they would take my golden retriever for a trial . They happily did this and she had a lovely day. I then boarded her for her first ever overnight stay. On picking her up, she clearly had had a lovely time .I cant thank this couple enough. I would completely recommend these kennels as they are run in a caring and professional manner.

We use Auntie Pat’s for our border terrier Sully, he’s been going to see Jane for over three years, as soon as we turn into the manicured driveway Sully knows exactly where he’s going and goes ballistic 🤣🤣🤣 he absolutely loves Jane and the family. He is obviously spoiled rotten, as I’m sure all the pets who have their holidays there are. My wife Linda and I can’t recommend Auntie Pats enough, if, for whatever reason, you are thinking of taking your pet to Jane, you can be rest assured they will be looked after like their own pets are.

We have used Jane and Steel at auntie pat's a few times now and honestly can't fault them. The place is spotless, Jane is lovely and our dog loves going there. One of our holidays involved a flight delay which meant we were well out with our collection time and an extra nights stay for our dog was accommodated without any issues. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else now👍
We have used Aunty Pats on 3 occasions now for our Frenchie Arnie. The level of care and love he receives when he stays is tremendous and is a much needed sense of relief when you can't take your dog on holiday with you. The facilities are first class as is the treatment received when dropping off and picking up him up. Arnie loves going and for us it is important to leave your Dog with a family that genuinely cares for and loves animals. We have used many other kennels over the years but we can fully relax knowing he is well loved when he stays here.

I have had the most amazing trip to pick my puppy stray up from Zante and drive all the way back to Yorkshire. My driver/courier, Norman was fantastic. The whole process went smoothly, safely and was a trip of a lifetime. They organised every last detail to ensure the dog and myself were comfortable and well looked after. I travelled with my dog from Sweden to Wales. They were very professional and organised and even remembered our names when we would call. No issues with booking etc. Were given plenty of information and contacted by the driver days before which was reassuring. He arrived in a branded van and clothes which reassured me (I am a young woman) and was very professional throughout. The van was clean and well equipped for transporting my dog and we took regular breaks around every 4 hours. Well worth the money and would definitely use c four paws again. Thanks/Diolch!
We had Milo collect from London on Sunday with two cages and a carry cage and lots of toys. Milo was perfectly happy and items were in good order. Collected on time and delivered on time. Calagran Four Paws and my driver Will were absolutely amazing at handling our cross country transport for a long distance move. Having a rather large Staffy x Old Tyme, who had sadly had to be exempted due to her size, I was even terrified to take her on the road in anything other than proper transport. And with it being such a long way I wanted a safe long distance option also for all round safety and comfort. Our needs were catered for with the upmost care and Will was absolutely amazing with my nervousness and with my lovely girls nervy nature. I couldn't have been happier and I plan to travel with them again. I can highly recommend them.
I highly recommend this company. I just endured an incredibly stressful and long importation process into Europe and finally into the UK with my 3 med/large breed dogs. CFourPaws went above and beyond to help me logistically with things they really didn't have to and was outside of their services. Provided much needed emotional support and were empathetic to my unforeseen financial costs. Really without people like Keith and Greig, I may have crumbled under the stress of it all. In a medical emergency you were the first kennels we found after literally 100's of phone calls with spare capacity to take Casper while his mum had an emergency operation to remove a brain tumour. The 10x photo's you sent us showing him happy & thoroughly enjoying a run in the secure field were a huge relief to his dad & a massive boost to his mum's immediate recovery.
We recently used C Four Paws to transport our dog Adi from Glasgow to Heathrow for her trip home to Canada. David was a very kind and professional driver and got us to the Kennel at Heathrow on time in spite of some unavoidable traffic delays along the way. An absolute lifesaver when it came to transporting me and my cats from Dublin to Somerset.
