Looking after 12 cats requires time, patience and organization, and David excelled at all these things. The communication before the sit was excellent. He asked lots of questions and made sure he understood the routines and expectations. During the sit he sent lots of photos and videos, which was much appreciated. He also managed some unexpected issues, like getting a prescription for one of the cats and giving her pills every day. He watered the plants regularly and took care of the house. Due to unexpected changes in work circumstances, my husband and I returned home earlier than planned. David was flexible and understanding as we worked this out, and made a challenging couple of weeks much smoother than they might have been. Overall, having David as a sitter was a great experience. Highly recommended!

Our experience with Ray was excellent. It was our first time using Trusted House-sitter, and we were delighted. Communication flowed very well. Rocky is currently undergoing treatment for his eyes, and Ray helped us continue it. When we arrived, the house was clean and tidy. He was even kind enough to change the sheets for us since our flight was arriving very late. We truly recommend Ray 100%. He is very responsible and respectful.

My dogs loved Mona and Oliver and I could not have been happier with their pet care and their home care. 😊 True animal enthusiasts, they were great with communication, sending pictures and messages, making sure I knew that Colonel and Winnie were doing fine and getting great care. In addition to making sure my buddies were taken care of, they were very respectful of my apartment and left it in perfect condition. Both Mona and Oliver are open and warm, with a kind, easy going disposition. I would absolutely welcome them back at any time!

Thanks so much Rebecca for the wonderful housesit, from all of us at camp. Fifi, Chicken and Egg were all so calm and happy after your sit. I’m very grateful that the kitties got a very well needed one to one time too as one of the first times I’d gone away since the socialisation intro process started. Also I am thankful for such a positive experience being a first time zeewoi user. It is clear that Rebecca is gifted with both animals and humans alike. All 3 pets flocked to her immediately on arrival, Fifi who can still be shy around newbies was immediately gingerly jumping around her for cuddles and hellos and Egg who normally takes time to warm up was on the bed before you could say meaw. Rebecca’s contact was always sweet and kind and timely and appreciated. She also kept the house spotless and had hoovered before I got back. I would not hesitate to recommend Rebecca and she will be welcomed with open arms anytime she is wanting to come back. She really is a lovely special person who left us all with a warm and lovely feeling. We wish you the best on your journey and look forward to seeing you again one day xx

Rocio and Rafa came back for a third time to look after our beloved cockapoo! We absolutely love welcoming them to stay and our dog as always was so excited to see them. Having Rocio and Rafa house sit means we can go on holiday with zero worries and feel happy knowing our dog is having the best time with them and that our house is also well looked after. Oren and Rotemee looked after my boys for three weeks over the summer and gave them their full care and attention. Unfortunately Jack became unwell with an inexplicable pain not long after I left but he was taken immediately to the vet where he was provided with painkillers and I was provided with regular updates on his progress. Rafael and Mylena took very great care of my two dachshunds. They gave me daily updates, which are very reassuring, The dogs were happy and relaxed on my return and the house was beautifully tidy. We feel so fortunate to have had Maggie & Ciro looking after our place, our plants and most of all, our dog Otter. Otter was happy & content and plants looked great upon our return. I'll confess, this being our first time using zeewoi.com, it felt pretty weird to be entrusting our home and furry child to people we didn't know. But Maggie's excellent communication made all the difference...from meeting prior to departure, to photos and notes while we were away, her warmth and care shone through. We have really debated how to write this review. The positive is that our animals were very well cared for and seemed very happy. We had nice updates which was great. Unfortunately, the house on our return was not. I would expect it to be left as it is found and sadly it really wasn't. My plants had been neglected too, which we were very sad about. I have reread old reviews which are all 5* for clean and tidy so perhaps are standards are high but I felt an honest review was necessary.

Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! We trust her implicitly and are always at ease that our pets will have the most kind and careful attention. She is excellent with videos and communication and very clean and tidy. They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.

Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it. Farhan is a fantastic house sitter! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a down-to-earth, kind, and caring pet sitter for their home. We have three small dogs (around 6 lbs) and he took excellent care of them. They can be a little nervous/ timid around new people, and more so around men at times, but the dogs didn't show any of that nervousness around Farhan! He was gentle and respectful of their space and they warmed up to him immediately. I got a wonderful text the first morning that I was away that they cuddled up with him at night - showing how quickly they adjusted to him as their caretaker. I was able to meet Farhan in person before I left on my trip and I was able to have a wonderful conversation with an ambitious explorer. He is a delightful person. Upon my homecoming the house was very clean and the dogs were happy and relaxed. I can't ask for anything more! Thank you Farhan for taking such wonderful care of our three dogs and our home.

For our first experience with a house sitter, Jim and Julie have set the bar high. We felt totally confident that any issues would be dealt with, fortunately there were none.
