Awesome place!!! My doggo was safe fed and happy the entire time!! Highly recommend 10/10!!!!

CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!! The dogs are not taken care of properly and you can tell! The old owner was great but the new owners either don’t know how to run the place or don’t care. I wouldn’t leave them in charge of taking care of my fish, much less my dog. Would rate this place zero stars if I could. 0/10.

this place should be closed. the dogs are treated poorly, the people who work there show up twice a day for about a hour at a time. the dogs are either left outside trapped in a 5x7 cage all day they can’t go in and out freely they get no contact with each other. (the previous owner eric was amazing with the dogs)

do the dogs ever stop barking? they live in a 5’x5’ cage it’s really sad.

Eric has taken care of our dogs for many years now. I feel good that the dogs seem happy and eager to enter the outdoor kennels when I drop them off. I have recommended Willowrill to family and friends. Call as early as possible.

Eric and his family have always gone above and beyond to provide wonderful care for our puppies!

Mismanaged. I’ve taken my dog here three times. For a place that insists on making an appointment, two of the three visits I had to wait 15 minutes for the owner to arrive late and let us in. Their website sign-up is a horrible waste of time. It is lacking information to allow for correct times, it forces multiple entries for the same exact information, and the web page owner does not communicate well with the kennel owner, making for bad customer service. The most recent trip I was charged $40 for an extra day, even though the website does not clearly state when extra charges will be given. One would think the cost is per night like any human or animal boarding.

Our house flooded pretty bad, and our husky, Blu, was actually in our basement when it happened. I wasn't sure what to do with him until I knew our house would be ok. I frantically called every local boarding facility. Diane answered me back immediately, even with her own house flooded, she took our boy within a hour of speaking. It was his only time having to be anywhere...and he loved it! I would definitely recommend Them to anyone. And we will definitely be taking Blu back in the future. THANK YOU DIANE! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!

I don’t post reviews all that much, but In this case I had to because they are just wonderful. D and d is so so caring about your dogs. I’m a dog mom. We have two large (spoiled) dogs, and one has pretty bad separation anxiety. We’ve tried different kennels before and all anyone said is our dog is a handful or they don’t say anything at all. Diane is great- she’s very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us what our dogs were doing, how they behaved, how they worked with them to reduce the ones anxiety (especially around other dogs), and made suggestions for what we could do on our end to make them less anxious while we’re away. We use the deluxe side of the kennel and it really is nice and clean. The deluxe side doesn’t have the chain link inside and it is a lot brighter and nicer, especially for the price (which is comparable to other kennels that feel like a dog pound) They did help with med administration too. We board our two boys together (one is 150# the other is about 85#) and there are large enough accommodations for the 2 of them. It’s out in the country so it’s like home for our dogs. Like I said, we’ve tried different kennels before, and I’ve worried about my dogs while we’re gone, but I didn’t worry with d and d. I felt my dogs were in great care and wouldn’t be kenneled up all day long. We’ve found our long term boarding facility. Please give it a try, they really really work with you and your dog to make you both comfortable!

Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else to be boarded/ to be groomed . My dogs love going there, and the prices can't be beat for all they do while caring for your dogs. The owner, daughter and employees are very nice, caring people.

We got our puppy from here today and they were so kind and helpful through the entire process! I absolutely loved working with them!

My puppy had a great time at Doggy Strides! Cayce has a beautiful home and property with special areas for the doggies to play and sleep. She was so sweet and patient with my puppy and sent photos and updates throughout the stay. There were a few other dogs there at the time so my puppy got to make new friends too. I can't recommend it enough!

Cayce and her family are great. I was nervous about having to board our Collie when away. Reading reviews on Doggy Strides I was impressed on the 5 star reviews. I was not let down at all. This isn’t a kennel… oh no, that is a derogatory word for this service! This is a full service family doggie resort with a beautiful property and home. Thank you Cayce for loving on Skye when we’re away and not having to worry for a second that she’s in great hands. PS, thank you for the chamomile and lavender brushing :)

We had an awesome experience with Doggy Strides! We had a last minute trip and needed overnight care for our 5 month old pup at short notice. Doggy Strides was highly recommended and now I know why! Cayce was super sweet and professional. We scheduled a visit to get to know Mila before the trip and discuss details. During our trip, we received periodic updates and pictures which helped us feel more at ease. Mila was well cared for while we were away and as an unexpected bonus, has been behaving better (at least my husband seems to think so 😂). We will definitely be a long term Doggy Strides customer.

We had our one and a half year old Golden Retriever (Harper) stay at Doggy Strides for eight days while we were away on vacation. I truly love my dog with all my entire heart, so finding a great place for her was super important to me. I began researching boarding locations about three months before our trip. I found some local non-crated boarding locations that had good Google reviews in my area; however, they would not accommodate large dogs. I did not want Harper locked up in a crate for most of the day. I was also considering an in-home service, but Harper is active and having someone over to our house a few times a day would not meet her required level of energy. I looked on the Main Line at very expensive boarding locations that had different add-on packages (swimming, doggy day care, daily updates, 15 minute one-on-one time). I did not get the feeling (especially based on the add-on packages) that Harper would truly be loved and cared for. I found Doggy Strides at the recommendation of our dog trainer. Cayce has been amazing to work with. Her home is a loving and active location for Harper. Harper had an amazing time while we were away, and I felt confident she was in great care. She has been sleeping all day today from all her play time at Doggy Strides. I am truly thankful I found Cayce and her family and will use her for future vacations. Her prices are extremely reasonable for the service she provides. You can truly tell she cares about animals. Knowing Harper was in her and her family’s loving care made my vacation all that much better. If you love your dog, consider checking out Doggy Strides. I was a little hesitant at first to have to board my seven month old puppy-- she's very attached to me and has anxiety, so I wasn't sure what to expect! But, I'm so glad I found Cayce and Doggy Strides. We did a tour to see the place and have my puppy get introduced. We then did an overnight test and it went great! So great that I had no hesitations about having Cayce watch my pup while I went away on vacation about a month later. I looked forward to Cayce's daily (p)updates with photos to give me peace of mind that my pup is in the best hands while I am away.

We had a wonderful experience with Doggy Strides! We were very nervous to leave our dog so soon after we adopted him. My pup had a BLAST at Doggy Strides. Cayce watched my dog while I was away on vacation. I was looking for a place with a home-vibe rather than a kennel. Doggy Strides nailed it! My dog was given LOTS of attention and made new friends. Cayce followed all of my instructions and provided me with daily updates (including pics). We had the BEST experience leaving our sweet little 8 month old puppy girl Ori with Cayce!! Cayce has a wonderful personality & lovely family. We left Ori for 9 nights…while we went on vacation! We were very much at ease to do it. Reason being…we did a trial. We did (2) 1/2 days & 1 overnight to ease our minds. She had a great time & was so happy!! Ori got to meet other friendly dogs & made human friends too! We knew it would be a great decision to leave Ori with Cayce for 9 nights. Doggy Strides’ environment is VERY clean & welcoming! Cayce is very organized! She fed & administered Ori’s daily requirements with no problems. I portioned off Ori’s food & supplements in baggies to simplify her daily feeding. As you can see Ori is white…we feared that she would be VERY dirty when we returned home. Ori was just as white when we returned home! ♥️ We had NO issues at all…once we were back home! Ori was healthy and was drinking, eating, & pooping just fine. Ori transitioned well back in her own environment with us! Cayce we are so happy we found you!! 🐶💖🐾

Doggy Strides is absolutely the best pet sitting service! They’ve been taking care of my dog for over a year now. Cayce, the owner of this business is caring, smart and has a genuine passion for the dog business. She hires only dog sitters who are responsible, devoted and loyal. They let me know daily how my dog is and always include fun pictures of my pup. Thank you to Tal’s Pets for your dog sitting services while we were on vacation. Murray is an old man but was well taken care of by Naya. Naya was awesome with keeping us informed with pictures and updates on how he was doing back home. Natalya always gives excellent customer service. I was having issues with my payment and she even took time out while she was on her honeymoon to assist. I will definitely be using Tal’s Pets services in the future and highly recommend them to others.

Our sitter Dawn-Marie was awesome! She took excellent care of our girls while we were away, sending pictures and providing updates daily which put our minds at ease as this was the first time we have needed to use a service such as Tal's. She even ran the vacuum a couple of times to keep up with the build up of dog hair, cleaned up the waste in the yard daily and treated our home as she would her own. Natalya was great too! She pleasantly answered all of our questions and concerns prior to booking. I highly recommend Tal's Pets. We will definitely use the service again when needed without hesitation. Keeping our girls in their own home, where they are comfortable and familiar with their surroundings was huge. We really did feel that our girls were very well taken care of while we were away.

This was our first experience with Tal's Pets. how great it was ! We had Skye as our caretaker and cannot compliment her enough. She wrote everything down, was very conscientious of everything we asked of her. Most of all , the kitties loved her. Lucy, normally very shy went right up to greet her. Skye kept me informed every evening with texts and pictures, insuring my vacation was worry free. I highly recommend Skye and Tal's Pets.

10/10 will always recommend Tal's Pets for pet sitting. We recently went away for 5 days and Skye, our sitter, was an absolute gem to take our of 14 year old dog in our home. She sent so many updates and pictures and we could tell our pup was so comfortable with her. Our dog had some belly issues while we were gone and she was prompt to contact us make sure he was okay and went above and beyond to clean up the mess and left our house pretty spotless after. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I used Tal's pets services for the first time two weeks ago. Could not be happier with my experience. Their services came highly recommended and they were as wonderful as I heard they were. Everything was so easy in setting up my visit and Natalya was super fast in her responses in making our arrangements. My sitter Naya was just the sweetest person ever and so good with our dog Mya. Natalya (owner) has been amazing to work with from day 1! She was quick to get me information and all set up to go with loving staff members to come check in our puppy. Great company that’s always attentive to my dog Gracie. She gets so excited for the walkers to come up to the door and can be a bit MUTTch, but they always get her harness on. Highly recommended!

Such a wonderful option for our two Poodles. We had utilized kennels in the past and they are 1) expensive and 2) not very personal. Abby, our dog walker/sitter was great. She Provided individual attention and the cost was significantly less then other area kennels. Muttchbetter will be our go to in the future.

This was our first time using MUTTch Better Dog Walking & Pet Service. LJ did great with stopping in and feeding our dogs and had a little play time. They were very accommodating with our last minute request. We will definitely be booking with them again.

Would not recommend this kennel. Waited 45 minutes for someone to show up at the kennel to pick up my dogs, after giving them advanced notice of time for pick up. Difficult to reach by telephone. Kennels were dark, dirty, and smelled like they had not been cleaned properly. Took my dogs bedding for them, and it came back smelling like a skunk. Thank goodness they were only boarded for 2 nights. Very disappointed.

Linda takes really good care of my dog Annie. I don't have to worry about Annie when I leave her there. My dog is healthy and very happy being with Linda..and that is what I like about this place. Linda plays and walks her around the property not just leaving her in pen area.thank-you Linda for caring about Annie.

They kept 2 of our dogs for 9 days, and did an exceptional job. The one has anxiety problems, and the staff and owners went out of their way to make him comfortable. You could tell their love of animals and compassion. Both during drop off and pickup they sat on the floor and played with the dogs. I couldn't be happier and will always go back.

Very good kennel, inexpensive, took wonderful care of my little dog. He even came home smelling nice and clean. Will definitely use them again.

Pampered Petz is THE Best ! We have used their services for about 12 years and 2 dogs ! They treat Memphis like she is part of their family and I would not trust anyone else to visit my home 2 times a week and at times spend the night ! The business owners are responsive and have an awesome app that makes payment and communication easy !

Pampered Petz often takes care of my 3 dogs when I’m away. They do a great job making sure they are walked, fed and happy. They also keep me informed and send pictures at every visit. I also appreciate their flexibility. My daughter has sport tournaments and I don’t always know what time of day I’ll need them until a couple days before the visit. They have been very accommodating.

I have two dogs that get walked every day by Nicole and I am always super pleased with the services Pampered Petz provides! My one dog is a bundle of nerves and within a few days Nicole had charmed him. Now both dogs are super enthusiastic whenever they hear the door because they think it's Nicole! I trust my dogs instinct and the fact that they LOVE Nicole tells me she is great with them! I feel that Pampered Petz has reasonable pricing for the services they provide and it is well worth the money to know that my dogs are being seen and walked by someone who cares about them. In addition, the portal that Pampered Petz uses for payments and communication is great and easy to use. I can't say enough good things about this service. We are first time users of pampered petz. We could not be more pleased with the care and love our four cats received from Kat. She was very accommodating to meet the special needs of our babies. Pampered petz is now our go to sitters.

Pampered Petz is a great service. I have used their service for one-time visits, overnight stays and multiple-day visits. I have a cat and two dogs and I feel they are in great care when I have someone from Pampered Petz looking after them when I can't. They are very responsive and provide great detail on the visits including pictures of my happy pets so I know everything is ok. I highly recommend if you are looking for someone to help look after your pets while away.

We've used Pampered Petz a number of times now and have always had great experiences. We are a multi-cat household, including indoor and outdoor cats, and have nothing but good things to say about the service we receive. Robin takes great care of everything and is even nice enough to send us a quick text after her visit to let us know things are good. It truly makes our vacations more enjoyable knowing that we don't need to worry about our cats, they are in great hands!

We love pampered petz! Nicole come to walk and play with my 6 month old lab/retriever once a week and send me pictures and a summary each time. He is a high energy dog and can be crazy, she always does a nice job taking care of him and loving him! Thanks pampered petz and Nicole!

My dog Buckley is 12 years old and has never stayed with anyone except my brother. I was concerned he would be unhappy and worried staying anywhere else. He was very content and happy with Kat at Barks & Parks and seemed to bond with them right away. She sent pictures every day and updated me as to what she was doing with him. I felt very good knowing he was being taken care of and enjoying his stay. I would recommend Kat to give your fur baby a home atmosphere while you are away.

Kat was amazing with Noah during his 3-day boarding. I was immediately comforted when talking to her the first time, hearing about her experience and ambition in transitioning to animal care full-time. Her place was clean, spacious, with a quaint outdoor patio. Noah has separation anxiety so I was very nervous and picky about where he would stay. He was wagging his tail and happy when we picked him up. A 5-star experience! Thanks Kat!

This was our first time boarding our furbaby, Nala, so we were naturally a bit nervous. From the first moment we met Kat, she put us at ease and left us with the impression that she would love on our dog..and we were right! Every day, she followed our instructions and suggestions to a “T”; taking our dog on two walks a day, spoiling her rotten. I think Nala still misses her! 😂 if we are in need of boarding again, Kat will be our first choice and would highly recommend Barks&Parks Pet Services!

Kat took care of my dog as part of her doggie daycare service. She kindly both picked him up and brought him back to my home. While under her care they took several walks, and she shared pictures via a dog sitting app, which was awesome. When my pup returned, he was was happy and clearly had a great time. 5 STARS!!! VERY Happy with this service! My dog Deanna is 10.5 yrs old and recently started having seizures (in March of 2022). We went on vacation in May and booked her with a local kennel (NOT this one). I couldn't confirm that they were or were not giving her her seizure meds, as when we returned & picked her up she had a seizure that night and several more a day afterward. Needless to say when it came time to go to Lancaster PA for a vacation in July which is 2.5 hrs from home, I was VERY worried on where I would leave her and what I would do if something should happen. THEN I found Barks & Parks Pet Services!! We drove out, dropped her off with Kat, and then went to our hotel which was 10 minutes away! Talk about convenience! Deanna had a WONDERFUL TIME there!!! She got along with the other dogs (which is not the norm!). When I first dropper her off the 1st day she seemed apprehensive which I expected. I did NOT expect to hear how well she was getting along with her new friends and how after a few days was fitting right in to her old routine! I wish I could leave her there ANY time we go away! This is a WONDERFUL alternative to a regular kennel. It is a regular house, where the dogs are in a more home-like environment as opposed to in a kennel. I highly recommend barks & parks!!

Kat’s service through Barks & Parks was exceptional!! Our little dog was walked and cared for so well, we were afraid she wouldn’t want to come home. We received twice daily updates on how she was doing along with the cutest pictures. We were incredibly pleased with Barks and Parks and would definitely use this home-like dog boarding service again!!!.

Charlene and Agnes went above and beyond to help our family in a time of need. My mother had been using Charlene for years to pet sit her two siamese cats when she was out of town. Recently she fell ill and Charlene was so kind and flexible to work with us with our changing needs. And Agnes went above and beyond whenever she came to take care of the cats. I cannot recommend Charlene and her team more.

My Foster pup has stayed at the pet hotel and played at the doggy daycare. The staff at Charlenes genuinely cares about dogs and their well being. You can absolutely trust Charlenes to take care of your pup!

Our dog, Oliver, LOVES Charlene's Pet Services. Oliver goes to Doggy Day Care two times a week. He is excited when he sees where we are and jumps out of the car. The staff greets him in the morning and are happy to see him. He comes home tired so I know he has had a fun-filled day. One day I had cut his nail too short and he was still bleeding the next day at day care. They took special care of him and stopped the bleeding and he hung out with Charlene in her office for a while so he could chill out. So good to know he is well taken care of when he is there. You will be happy taking your dog here and your dog will be even happier :)

I use Charlene's for dog walking and they are wonderful. Steph and Shana are professional, fun, and my dog loves them! They leave notes about their visits, are flexible, and are very easy to work with. I would certainly recommend the service to anyone interested.

I do not care for the way this pet sitting service deals with clients. I called to ask about pet sitting for a handicapped pet, explaining his special needs. I was told by the owner, Charlene, that she was not sure she had sitters available during that time period, but she would get back to me. I waited for a week or so and did not hear anything back, so I called and was advised that they could not help. I felt it was unprofessional for them not to get back to me, even if they could not help. Just let me know, one way or the other so I am not left hanging. Several months later I ran into a pet sitter who was walking a neighbor's dog. It turned out she was from Charlene's and when I told her about my recent experience. she advised me that there had been plenty of sitters available, they simply did not want the job. Fortunately we found another pet sitting service in the area who is very happy to have our business and do whatever it takes to help. The pet sitters themselves at Charlene's may be good but my experience showed me that management does not really care and regards the needs of handicapped pets as not even worth a return phone call.

If you are looking for a pet service, this is it!! I use Charlene's Pet sitting for dog walking. This service is extremely reliable, responsible and the will love your dog as their own. I haven't used the doggie day-care, but based on my experience with dog walking, I would not hesitate to use them if the need arised.
