We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care Susan provided to our cats, Summer and Autumn, during our absence. From the moment we met her, it was clear that she genuinely loves animals and takes her job seriously. Susan went above and beyond to ensure our cats were happy and healthy. We received detailed updates after each visit, including adorable videos and photos that reassured us that Summer and Autumn were in great hands. She took care of everything from feeding and cleaning to administering hairball ointment, even though our cats are not fans of it. The level of cleanliness and attention to detail was outstanding. Susan made sure the litter boxes were always clean, the water fountains were filled, and the feeding areas were spotless. She even took care of our mail and left thoughtful notes and report cards for our cats, which was such a delightful touch. Communication was seamless, and Susan was very accommodating with our preferences. She made sure to keep us informed via various communication channels, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, Susan provided top-notch care and made our time away from home worry-free. We highly recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable and loving pet sitter. Susan is an exceptional pet care giver. We recently had her come in to take care of our senior cat, Tina while we were on vacation. Susan is trustworthy, dedicated, and loves the work that she does. She goes above and beyond expectations. Even though it was hard to leave Tina, she ensured that there was daily communication with us. Cannot recommend Susan’s Pampered Pet Care enough!!! We left town for a few days. Susan came to our home twice a day and cared for our sweet cat. We appreciated her updates and she sent plenty of pictures to show us how happy our cat was doing. I will definitely use her sitting service again when we leave town in the future.

Susan is the best! I was going to be out of town so I asked Susan to walk my dog Ace so that he wasn't stuck inside all day while my boyfriend was at work. We had a meet and greet visit beforehand so she could meet Ace and she really takes time to learn about your pet! During the week, she sent plenty of pictures and text updates of how the visits went with my pup and it really helped put me at ease. She also gave us a report card to let us know how Ace did. I know my dog is in good hands with Susan and I would recommend her to anyone who needs care for their furry friend.

I went away for a few days and used Susan to watch my three cats. Knowing that your pets are well taken care of while you’re away makes it easier to enjoy your trip. At the meet & greet a week earlier I knew I made the right decision. Susan was very thorough and made sure all of her bases were covered so everything would run smoothly. I received an update and pictures after every visit. Great experience and will hire her to watch the cats again!

Susan is above and beyond awesome, and I highly recommend her! Because my dog is old and fragile, I was worried to leave him behind while the family went on vacation. Susan took excellent care of him, and sent me daily updates and pictures; she also kept track of the house, mail and plants. I needed to find a pet sitter in a pinch and googled pet sitters near me. Susan's pampered pet care came up and I'm so glad it did. Susan is impeccable with details and makes sure she knows everything about your pets before caring for them. She goes above and beyond to make sure you and your pets are comfortable. It's very clear that she takes her role very seriously. I felt a lot of reassurance that Susan had detailed information about all three of our cats and was able to fill in for our usual pet sitter with ease and confidence. She even completed pet report cards for each pet ! I highly recommend Susan for your pet sitting needs and will definitely use her services again.

Susan looked after our cat, George, while we were on vacation for one week. We had no worries whatsoever. Susan took wonderful care of George and treated him like he was her own pet. We loved to see the pictures she would send at each visit. Also, she is meticulous and thorough. George just wanted to cuddle with her at each visit. If I could give Susan more than 5 stars I would! As a baseline she is amazing; setting up meet and greets plus updates during her stay. And to add she is very flexible and helped my fiancé and I when we were away and needed help with our cat last minute. She goes above and beyond! We love taking our pup here! We've done both daycare and boarding and the best part is the daily report cards so we can check in on Reese. The staff are great and he's always happy to see them. He's so tired after a day of daycare which means we get a quiet night!

I would have given five stars, BUT I'm disappointed. My dog stayed for six days. He participated in doggy daycare and boarding. Out of the six days, I only got one report card detail of his activities for that day. I called to check on him, and it whoever answered the phone was pretty much dry and flat with me. The last day he was there, he was supposed to have a bath, well he didn't smell or looked clean, AND his eyes were fire red and draining green goo. Very upset, called the facility, and no answer. I will keep you posted. Update 8/25/2020 Talked to the owner Carlos, definitely impressed with the level of professionalism; he addressed the issues and took ownership of the problems and was very apologetic. Furthermore, I believe in second chances. I will change from 2 stars to 5 stars. I plan on bringing my dog back for doggy daycare and boarding. I will keep you posted. Update 10/6/2020 So my dog stayed five days boarding and daycare; I'm more than impressed with the staff. My dog had an exit bath, and he was CLEAN; I received a daily report card AND NO eye infection. Good work! Good staff, Great Place 😍.

I boarded my cat overnight for 3 nights back in late September to early October. I was charged $86 for a 3 nights stay in standard boarding which never really added up to me. I payed when I first brought her and when I picked her up as well. This place isn’t for cats at all, I’m sure the dogs love it. The worker couldn’t get my cat out of her cage, that looked like it was in a storage room, so I went to grab her and it smelled like a farm? Her litter box and entire area were really gross and she smelled really bad which made me very upset. I called numerous times back then with no answer or call back and left a message on their website about this and didn’t receive a response either. Overall, I would not recommend this place for cat overnight boarding sadly.

Wow! I was so thankful to have my cat groomed. She is older and acquired many matts. The woman did a wonderful job and my cat was happier afterwards.

Staff are wonderful and prices are so reasonable for day care and boarding.

I love Sarah's Pet Sitting for taking care of my fur babies when I am away. I am extremely fortunate that they have sitters who can take care of guinea pigs, because many pet sitting services do not. All of the sitters we've had have carefully followed the instructions for their care. The service request process is straightforward and rates are reasonable. I also love the reports that they send for each visit that generally includes pictures and a short video. And it's clear that the sitters who come to my house really love and care about animals. My piggies have gotten used to their sitters. And often come up to them looking for food and begging for treats. I know this is a service I can trust and will continue to use as long as I have piggies and live in Connecticut!

My family is very happy with Sarah’s pet sitting service! We recently went away and had them watch our 3 dogs. The detailed notes for each visit along with the pictures of our boys made us feel at ease they were being well taken care of. So easy to book and communicate with! Highly recommend.

They are the best. They take the time to get to know your pets. They then report back and send pictures after every visit and include updates of what they did during their visit (empty litter box, filled their treat ball etc.). You schedule each visit within a 2 hour window, so your pets get to eat at the same time they are used to eating. Great easy to use app to update pet profiles, request what you want done for each visit, and pay. I have tried other sitters (friends, neighbors etc) and never quite knew what was going on, or came hours late. I will never again use anyone else. If you want peace of mind while you are away, these are the folks!

From dog walking to training Sarah's is top notch. No one wants to need someone else take care of their pets, but Sarah's is the only service I trust. My silly rescue pup loves his walker and they have built a great bond. With their help I am also making huge strides in training my guy with positive means only. I recommend them to anyone.

Sarah's Pet Sitting provides a great service for those of us that can’t bring our pets on travels. After each service visit I got an update on how my dog was doing (eating, drinking, bathroom, general mood and behavior) and which activities took place. It was personalized, so I knew there was a lot of genuine interaction with my dog. And it included photos of my dog being his best self. Highly impressed, much relieved, and will use again.

I am writing this as both a client and an employee. I can’t imagine trusting my dogs with anyone other than the folks at Sarah’s! When we got married, we were so thankful for Katelyn and the attention she gave our boys (who are never away from us for more than a few hours)! As a sitter myself, I absolutely love working for Sarah’s! I love every single client I work with, can’t tell you how much I love this job, and it’s the highlight of my day to be with everyone’s amazing fur-babies! I treat every pet as if they were my own, giving them all sorts of love, affection, and good conversation! I know that this treatment towards pets goes for all of Sarah’s sitters too, which is why I am both a sitter and a client! The administration staff is supportive, professional, and caring for both pets and employees. As an adult with a wide experience of employment , a couple of degrees, and an array of hobbies, this is, hands down, the most enjoyable job I’ve ever had!

I’ve been using Sarah’s for almost 2yrs and I honestly can’t recommend them enough! Their staff is so sweet, the pet portal is super thorough and user friendly. They even send photos of your fur babies after every visit, which is my favorite part! I also really appreciate that, Sarah’s requires, you to meet the pet sitters in person prior to your first pet sitting. I had never used a pet sitting service so I was kinda worried about strangers watching my cats. But they have great vibes and really take care of your pets like they are their own. So happy I found them! They really make going on vacation worry free as it should be.☺️

Dropped off our 2 Great Danes for an overnight stay. Everything was very well planned out, We got photo updates throughout the day. I did not have any concerns that my dogs were not in the best care possible.

April 2023 Hello, I met Erika a few days before my travel date. My regular sitter cancelled at the last minute so I was very stressed about not wanting to leave my dog (who is my world) with someone I didn't know. I contacted Erika and she promptly set up a meet-and-greet at her immaculate home. I had other sitters to meet up with but once I met Erika, I was completely comfortable. Enough so that one of the options of her care was to pick up my dog from the house (my travel time was very early) and bring him back home the evening of my return. (I am not one to let people in my house without me there) It was obvious Ericka could be trusted. I received daily updates and photos and immediate replies when I messaged her. I will definitely use Erika's services again and highly recommend her to care for your fur baby.

My pup had never been away from me for an overnight and when I met Erika I knew that he would be safe with her and do well with her! She sent me multiple pictures and updates throughout his stay. My pup can also have some anxiety and she handled it so well and assured me that he would be taken care of. She is such a kind and caring person, who truly loves animals. Erika came to the rescue after our plans for dog care fell through at the last minute. Our dogs quickly warmed up to her and they are not usually great with strangers. The dogs were so happy while in her care and it was fun seeing the updates with pictures. This smile says it all.

Erika was wonderful. We wanted to use her for our two beagles after seeing some past reviews and repeat clients. From day 1 we could see why that was the case. When we first met she brought along a notebook and took great notes, and during the time we needed her she arrived early and did a great job taking care of our dogs. We would not hesitate to use her again.

My dog absolutely loves going. We recently were away for 3 weeks, out of the country, and got pictures daily with updates. The care is amazing and communication top notch. When your pet is family, you want the best, and she is the absolute best!!!!!! Highly Recommend !

I have known Lindsay for several years. We have attended several events together and I even adopted a greyhound that she was fostering. Lindsay has a wealth of knowledge of a variety of dog breeds as well as many other types of animals and she is someone I am very comfortable going to for advice. From helping me utilize positive reinforcement to encourage good behavior to helping me learn how to hull a corn, Lindsay is an amazing resource! I fully trust her with any animal that I have whether it be for a short walk or a vacation, I highly recommend Lindsay’s Pet Care!

The team was able to accommodate us on very short notice and demonstrated great compassion regarding our situation. I was given a tour of the facility, which was not the case at other locations I considered. They attentively listened to my concerns about my dog's leg, which had previously undergone surgery, and ensured that her food schedule and supplements were administered as instructed. I also appreciated receiving regular updates and photos whenever I reached out. Katie was fabulous, as well as the other two women at the front desk we encountered. Our rescue Roxy is very fearful and aggressive towards strangers. We rarely have company in our home to spare her the anxiety and to prevent guests from possibly being bitten. We were planning a family vacation down the road and weren’t certain if we would all be able to go. After many searches we decided to reach out to Paws pet resort to try out a playdate . We were waiting for that phone call every mom does not want to get from their child’s school. We held our breaths when the call came and to our surprise (and we were extremely surprised), our Roxy had the time of her life. She was such a happy girl. We’ve now booked her for our vacation week and added weekly play dates. Can’t thank Paws enough

We had to travel to SOUTHINGTON and needed a place to leave the fur babies for a few hours. This place was highly rated with great reviews and was professional and personable at the same time. They contacted us with a mid day report. They did with pics and a voicemail message. A happy dog is a tired dog and our two fur babies were pooped.

I would like to recommend Paws Pet resort for the wonderful job they did taking care of my Nutella. Her first time away from me since I had her 5 years ago. I had surgery and needed to stay overnight. This group put my worries at ease and treated her as if she were theirs. She was there 3 nights and enjoyed playtime and treats with all her caretakers. All 3 of them.Thank you so much. Your baby will be well cared for with this group. ❤️

Today was Luci’s first visit. She is 2 years old and very anxious around strangers. We are very impressed with the staff. They are all so pleasant and knowledgeable and caring. Luci spent a half day and got a 1 1/2 hour play session in the yard with other dogs her size! There are two staff in the yard with them watching out! This is great. Scheduled a full day next week. We think this will help Luci develop in important ways. Very pleased! 🐾

My pup was so happy to stay at Paws. I called them looking for a place to board my pup after not being able to find a pet sitter in my home. They were able to take Bailey practically last minute and allayed any anxiety I had about boarding her as Bailey is a very nervous dog. All staff were kind and welcoming.

Stella loves coming here! It has been consistently positive for her as she is in great spirits when I pick her up. I also love how the staff sends photos keeping us reassured that all is well. The 'report card' at the end of her stay, is unique and ❤ caring!

My dog has been only with me since he was a puppy. I went to Best Friends and spoke to the man at the desk. He assured me they have experience with one person dogs. I left for New Hampshire with a measure of anxiety .....but returned 5 days later to find a bathed and relatively calm dog. Before I left I Made another reservation for November. I highly recommend them.

I e had my dog, Max groomed at Best Friends in Bethany quite a few years. Always had Katherine groom Max. She does such a fantastic grooming every time!!

This place is great we use them every year when we take are vacations he always comes back happy and he’s always well taken care of when he’s in there care. We have used best friends pet hotel several times when needing to board our husky. He always has a great time and comes home well bathed and well rested! I feel confident leaving him for his own vacation when we are away.

We love Best Friends! The staff is so friendly and they love our Lola. I trust them to take good care of her when we are away on vacation. I love that I can check in on the web cams and see Lola playing happily with the other dogs, knowing she will be tired out and sleep comfortably. I would definitely add the go home bath. You get a late check out and your dog will come home clean and smelling great!

Shannon is wonderful! She treats our dog like he is her own. She not only gives him the cutest haircut but she consistently communicates with us about his grooming.

I am so thankful we have found a new place to board our dog, Wilson. They were attentive to his medical needs, attentive to our needs as nervous dog parents coming off of a bad experience at a previous boarding facility, and transparent in their communication with us. Have used them for more than a decade. Always friendly and professional. Kathryn is amazing as a groomer. She had groomed my Standard Schnauzer and now does a great job with my miniature labradoodle. It is well worth the 25 minute drive to bring my pups there.

Josh and his team are amazing with our two dogs Mona and Sparky. They are both rescues with difficult behaviors. Josh was the only dog-walker that was willing to take on the challenge and help us to walk our pups. After one year we can’t be more happy with the teams service.

Josh has been taking care of our 3 cats for at least 7 years and does a wonderful job. We always have peace of mind knowing he is on the job so we can enjoy our vacation highly recommend him

I am so happy I found Woodbridge Pet Sitting when I moved to the area. My energetic Labrador greets Joshua or another staff member at the front door with wags an bounces - everyone else he barks at until he sees you! I only know this because I was here unexpectedly one day and hat he got a visit, I also got to see how much attention he gets with ball throwing and just general affection. Woodbridge Pet Sitting has been caring for our pets (and house) for the past 10 years. They are extremely reliable and go above and beyond (including driving to our house at 4 am to meet the fire department when a faulty smoke detector set off a false alarm). We had 2 senior cats with special needs and a cockatiel, given very good care by WBPS. After those beloved pets passed, WBPS has been visiting our 2 cats since their kitten hood whenever we are away. Our house is isolated and gets a lot of snow and ice, WBPS always comes thru for us. We never have to worry when we are on vacation. Wood Bridge Pet Sitting is the best!

Nice people but you need to give more notice than we typically have.

RCO has been great our dog walker Mackenzie is very friendly and my dog loves her. He’s unsure of new faces and does not like men. So we were happy to hear it’s female only. Gimli was rolling on his back having a blast within minutes of meeting our walker. She’s been respectful and punctual. We really enjoy the photos they take throughout the walk and the little snippets of when they ate/did their business. Overall I can’t recommend RCO enough. Even if you think your dog is too complicated they have someone for you.

Mackenzie started with us right after we got a super fearful rescue dog. She came to meet him and, while he was still very nervous, we knew right away she would be a good fit for our boy. She came for her first walk with him two days later and he couldn't have been more excited! I felt so relieved knowing he would be more than okay while we were at work. They became fast friends and he loves her visits! I can see the excitement in his face in all the fabulous photos she sends each visit! Two months later, we added a second dog to our family and Mackenzie has been continually amazing with both of them. We've extended the length of our visits to allow her adequate time because they get SO excited to see her! She sends us a very detailed report, a report card, and several photos each visit. We are so incredibly grateful to have her in our lives!

Our care providers were Jess & Cat. Outstanding ladies...They showed Max their love and were very caring. He was post operative for knee surgery and only 2 so he can get a little too excited! All communication from them was detailed, timely and caring. We have since hired them after vacation and will definitely continue to do so as Max and his parents love them!

RCO Pet Care has done an amazing job taking care of our dog Tripp when we are out of town. Tripp is a 3 year old diabetic lab who needs to get his blood sugar tested and insulin shot twice a day. Mackenzie always shows up at the scheduled time and Tripp's waiting for her at the door (he absolutely loves her). We love getting the texts letting us know how he did on the visit and of course all the great photos. I am a big "read the reviews" person and will invest a lot of time reading reviews before making a decision on anything. So for anyone reading this, RCO Pet Care is the right choice to help you with your pets needs.

I have a very anxious and nervous young dog named Piper. She is so anxious she can not be left in the house alone or she is destructive. She is also fearful and nervous around anyone she does not know. Working long hours and not wanting to keep her in a crate all day, I began using RCO Pet Care. I have loved having someone come to let her out during the day, but mostly I am beyond thrilled with Piper’s progress (that I was even expecting to happen!). Since someone has been coming to the house, Piper is no longer as fearful or anxious around new or unfamiliar people. She started her visits by keeping a distance, but always watching. Now she is laying on the couch looking for belly rubs from her pet sitter! It’s only been a couple months and Piper has benefitted so much from these visits. I was even able to bring her to get her picture taken with Santa, which previously she would have freaked. Piper has loved meeting new friends (Jess, Anisa, and Mackenzie) and I am so thankful for them enjoying her just as much! I highly recommend RCO Pet Care for all your pet sitting needs.

Our pup is so much happier & content with the midday walk & play session, just 30 min have made such a difference in overall behavior! We r so happy & she is happier, well worth the cost, invaluable!!! Thank U RCO, especially A our pup walker!!!

Had such a good experience today for my dogs swimming lesson! Such knowledgable and caring staff. My Doberman sinks in the water, by the end of the lesson he was kicking all 4 feet! Can’t wait to continue and possibly do dock diving!

Had a great time at Millie’s first “Try It” session for dock diving! She loved it and both trainers were very helpful in their instruction. She did great and it made me so happy to see her do well!

We had scheduled drop off at 6:30 am. Staff did not accept our dog until 6:50am. Report cards are reported to be generated daily. We got photos 2 days out of a 5 day stay. We also paid for daycare and he was not with other dogs with the exception of 1 puppy. We paid for an exit bath $49 and he was viably dirty and had a strong odor to him when we picked him up. The week prior we had a similar experience after paying for a bath at pick up time he had a line on all paws with yellow on his fur. When we got home he drank a large bowl of water leading me to believe there may be a water restriction while being boarded. We will never use wagging tails again.

I was very upset when I picked up my Rottweiler after my vacation. I was given one price when I left and an increase in price when I returned. When I questioned it, I was treated very rudely by the manager. She spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner.The manager mentioned numerous times that she is putting her daughter through college and can’t adjust price or give discounts. I requested that my dog receive an exit bath and she was returned with a horrible stench and had diarrhea. They did not specify why she had diarrhea. In addition, we called to let them know that our flight was delayed and they never shared that she had diarrhea. I will never put my dog there again and I don’t think they have good hygiene habits in their kennel.

I took my time composing this, as I was very upset initially. I was spoken to rudely on the phone and at drop off, but I let that go. I took my dog for the required 5 hour evaluation to board. My usual kennel I board her at every year had no more space, so I sought another option. I dropped her and assumed all was well. Upon my pick up of her 5 hours later I was informed she was never removed from the kennel due to her high levels of stress. I never received a call from them to have the option to pick her up. I asked why I wasn’t informed of her extreme distress and was met with literally no answer. She had a large cut on her nose, she and was ill for two days after. She boards every year and has never had an issue before, she is very social and goes to the dog park weekly. I can’t understand why I wouldn’t be informed of her panic when it went on for the whole 5 hours so I could choose to come get her. There was no explanation for the cut on her nose. I don’t know what happens there, but I certainly would not recommend.

I hurt my back , and have a yellow Labrador retriever 12 week old puppy couldn’t take care of him!!! Call Wagging tails. And they took him right in. Went to pick him up all I saw was a happy little puppy. they were great they checked with my vet make sure he had all his shots!!! Took him back today!! he couldn’t get in the door quick enough he just loves the staff I say five stars!!! Somehow it says for trying to get it to say five but definitely a five star

Went twice I will not go back I found a better place I travel an hr away. This last time we waited an hr appointment. The pool is still green algae, trainer stated that don't bring her ball she ll drink the water which make her stomach turn No in reality the green algae just for her being in the pool and her cleaning her selfafter wards she might have systems such as know diarrhea .cyanobacteria is poisonous and could be life threatening so please dont go to this place I found a better place where there is actually a private lesson for an hr where the pool is clean they have multiple other events they train there cheaper by 10 bucks there punctual. I can only imagine what the kennels look like at this wagging tails facility if what this pool looks like.and my dog is my service dog can't go anywhere hopefully when I go to my doctor s appointment she diarrhea s before going in to the va .

Rosa loved her stay here! I'll use these guys again! Highly recommend! When she came back home, it was a seamless transition. Like we never left. This place is the next best thing to staying at 'grandma's house'! So cool! Staff treated my little girl like she was family. I loved the photos and reports they sent daily. This feature was so beneficial to my piece of mind while away. I enjoyed seeing her smiling face playing with other dogs and making friends. Excellent social interaction they are promoting by mixing dogs based on personality and not size. This is a great place that understands how to treat our little fur babies. Its definitely not just a kennel. It's her home away from home. I'm considering using the daycare program to teach Rosie how to swim. We'll be back!

Hired for a week only showed up for two days, lost two cats, non-hired individuals entered our home, door unlocked, alarm broken, keys not returned so locks had to be replaced *documentation provided by police who arrived on site when arrived and home unlocked, dark and contents proved no one had entered for five days! Cugo was reprehensibley rude, unprofessional

Maximiliano had the best time of his life. Staff and owners were extremely attentive and amazing. I was not wrong when I decide to drive for 90 minutes to bring Maximiliano there for a few hours. I wish I could live closer so that we could bring Max every day. We LOVE this place.
