Line and Hoyt did another extended sit for us. They were dream house sitters as always. (When we returned my son said the house was "better than new," which pretty much sums it up.) Line and Hoyt were a joy to interact with all summer, sent plenty of updates about Zoey, and left the house in terrific shape. They also welcomed us home with an amazing homemade quiche and some sweet Belgian treats to boot. But the best part of all was the love and devotion they showered on Zoey. It could not be more obvious from Zoey's demeanor that she had the summer of her life, swimming in love and attention. Z--who normally dreads our departures and lives for our returns-- moped around for several days after our return looking for her best buds Line and Hoyt to come back. And she was notably more relaxed and well behaved--a summer of getting taken everywhere by Line and Hoyt has made her a much better companion on our outings with the kids. I am so grateful Line and Hoyt agreed to come back this summer to give Zoey the best staycation of her life!

Nancy and Gerard couldn't have been nicer. I was ill and unable to go out of town as planned, and they adjusted to my occasional presence when I was able to drag myself to the kitchen for food. Nancy never failed to ask if I needed anything while they were out. She kindly not only stripped the bed, but put the linens in the washer and got that started for me at the end of the sit. I'm hoping to see them again when they're coming to the Berkshires and I'm my normal self!

Woman that loves life, traveling and nature
Carla was very self-sufficient and took good care of the house while we were away. Sadly for me and luckily for Carla, she wasn't required to do all that was required for a sick cat as Cassius had passed away just before her stay. My sourdough starter is still alive and the garden is in decent shape -- I know it is hard to eat/pick that many raspberries and beans! I'm pleased the chalet was in good hands while we were away. While I was away, she kept me updated with wonderful messages and pictures of my cat and the apartment, which allowed me to travel with a peaceful and carefree mind. This was the second time Huda and her daughter Amilia stayed with Bo. The first time a few months ago, we were able to meet them beforehand and we knew that everything would work great. Amilia and our daughter hit it off straightaway and Huda was very calm and reassuring. She also has a great sense of humor and is very easy to communicate with. They both love Bo and he seems to love them back from all the videos and photos that Huda regularly sends. Both times, we returned to an impeccably clean house and lovely little notes and chocolates left by them. Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. She sent videos of photos about every other day. We hope that Abby will stay in our home next summer as well. Abby is very highly recommended by our whole family, including the dogs!!!

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. What a lovely couple Tara and Tyler are. They had been in Scottsdale about six weeks before the house sit. and can to meet us. Rusé, our Toy Fox Terrier, fell in love with them immediately, and was in Tara’s arms within two minutes. We always like our sitters to arrive the day before we leave, take them out to dinner and get to know them. It was quite apparent from the videos and photos we received, that Rusé did not miss us. Tara and Tyler’s three grown up children joined them before Xmas-to Rusé’s delight as these were additional hands to throw his rubber bones and balls. The house was all clean and tidy, when we returned.. There is a strong possibility that Tara and Tyler will move to Arizona from Montana, with two of their children, recently moved to the area. They have already offered to look after Rusé in the future. We know he would love it. We cannot recommend Tyler and Tara higher enough, they were perfect House and Pet sitters

I had the pleasure of having Tracey and her two children as house sitters, and I can't praise them enough for the incredible job they did. From the moment they stepped into our home, it was evident that they were dedicated, caring, and attentive to every detail. First and foremost, Tracey's approach to caring for our house and our beloved pets was nothing short of excellent. She has an innate ability to connect with animals, and it was clear from the daily updates and photos that our pets were happy and thoroughly pampered. The house was kept in immaculate condition, and they treated it with the utmost respect as if it was their own. Moreover, Tracey demonstrated remarkable responsibility and initiative when our AC system unexpectedly broke down. Without hesitation, she arranged for an HVAC company to come and fix the issue, taking time from her day to ensure our home was taken care of. Her willingness to front the repair costs until I could reimburse her was an act of kindness and trust that you rarely see. Tracey and her children's thoughtfulness and thoroughness provided me with peace of mind during my time away, which is priceless. I returned to a home that was just as I left it, if not better. Their stay was characterized by an extraordinary level of care and I was particularly impressed by how they left the house in perfect condition, with happy pets to welcome me back. We were so happy to have Kyle as our house sitter for two weeks. Besides taking great care of our pets and our house, he was very accommodating. We were always able to get in touch with him if we needed to, and he agreed to take on some extra plant watering’s when the weather made a sudden change. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

Luna is a trustworthy person, who is passionate about animals and knows them very well (she is studying to become a veterinary assistant). She took care of my labrador several times, especially when he was sick: she was perfect and it was really very reassuring to be able to entrust your dog to someone so caring and competent. She is reliable, friendly and generous. I highly recommend it.
Very disappointed!!! Good reception on the phone by a young person (doing not speak French but English) Lots of good will but unable to satisfy my request (catsetting chat 11/21 to 12/19 - I have to undergo an operation), she contacted a colleague to find a solution. There I received a terse text message from my contact informing me that the person contacted already had too much work with his other clients. And they left me there!!! So very disappointing 😏😏😏

It is important that dog owners are aware that their animals are only walked for 10 minutes out of the advertised hour. The animals stay in the van three-quarters of the time. I was able to check it three times with my dog. I don't recommend it at all.
Experience as a terrible neighbor, night and day we hear a dog(s) barking from the owner's house, for minutes or even ten minutes, often in the middle of the night... what do the owners do? Why does a dog bark for so long almost every evening? Clearly no respect for the neighbors and it is very regrettable.

I have had the pleasure of using dogywalker's services for 5 years. My two dogs have always loved going for walks with Momo and Xavier (they go every day - Monday to Friday) and the other dogs. I have also boarded my dogs with dogywalker several times and it is simply perfect. I trust them with all the confidence in the world with my little ones both on walks and in boarding, and can only thank all the advice and help they have given me in terms of education. I don't know what I'll do without dogywalker. I recommend their services 1000%. Thanks for everything!
I regularly see with horror the vehicle of this company (transporting animals entrusted by their trusting masters) driving at full speed in town, in my street (where I imagine it has customers) and elsewhere. Vehicle that overtakes at random, rolls over at full speed, fish tails at the tram, excessive speed, it drives like crazy!!! I see him regularly on foot or in the car. I am the owner of dogs and I will never entrust mine to this company, which I do not know, with which I have had no differences. This is just a testimony of what I see, and if my dogs were in this vehicle, I would like to be informed before an accident occurs.
Regarding dog training; I had a one-year-old Braque love who was intelligent and well educated but still very crazy, in the middle of a teenage crisis and super stubborn. After only an hour of training and with excellent advice on the use of a vibration collar, Mr. Chaoui transformed my dog who took a big step in maturity. What a pleasure and what pride to ride and run with it since...
