Sarah was awesome!!! She came over to meet us and our cat before we left. She took good care of our cat and house for the two months we were gone and updated us frequently, which we really appreciated. She also restocked some food and litter before we got home so we didn't have to worry about it. We got home at 230am and the house was all nice and clean and we climbed into our own bed with nice, clean sheets...ahhhh!! Thank you Sarah for going above and beyond and taking care of Squeaky when we couldn't make it home and were a couple of days late. I would definitely recommend Sarah and would use her again in an instant.

Wow! We are so glad Bill is a zeewoi. He did an amazing job of caring for our 3 cats. Thor required extensive care during the period Bill sat for us and and Bill was up for the challenge. Bill was very organized and communicated regularly with us which was a challenge because of our remote location outside of the US. Thor took quite a liking to Bill which reduced our stress level and allowed us to enjoy our trip that much more. Bill made sure to take good care of our home too and everything was in order upon our return. We highly recommend Bill and would love to have him sit again for us in the future.

Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. Andrea was the perfect sitter for our older Italian Greyhound and our shy cat. She followed every request to a “t”, and helped us to feel comfortable and care free for a long zeewoi. The communication of photos and videos were a warm reminder of how well they had been adjusting to our absence. Andrea showed care and consistent compassion for Darcy and Hammy. She seemed to enjoy them and our home as much as us! We returned to an absolutely spotless home, without anything left undone. We were so happy to have Kyle as our house sitter for two weeks. Besides taking great care of our pets and our house, he was very accommodating. We were always able to get in touch with him if we needed to, and he agreed to take on some extra plant watering’s when the weather made a sudden change. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list. Farhan is a fantastic house sitter! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a down-to-earth, kind, and caring pet sitter for their home. We have three small dogs (around 6 lbs) and he took excellent care of them. They can be a little nervous/ timid around new people, and more so around men at times, but the dogs didn't show any of that nervousness around Farhan! He was gentle and respectful of their space and they warmed up to him immediately. I got a wonderful text the first morning that I was away that they cuddled up with him at night - showing how quickly they adjusted to him as their caretaker. I was able to meet Farhan in person before I left on my trip and I was able to have a wonderful conversation with an ambitious explorer. He is a delightful person. Upon my homecoming the house was very clean and the dogs were happy and relaxed. I can't ask for anything more! Thank you Farhan for taking such wonderful care of our three dogs and our home.

My two pups have been staying with Susan and her family for many years at Cedar Creek. They get soooo excited to be there which makes leaving them easier! Susan is very responsive to calls and texts, sends me pics of my pups when they're with her and lets me know if something seems amiss with either of them. She truly cares and I absolutely recommend her facility! 5++++ stars!
My wife and I recently took a vacation and boarded our two dogs here. This is now the only place we will ever use. Amazingly wonderful people who take care of the animals. It also has a large area for your dogs to run and play. They are very attentive at making sure your dog isn’t in the play yard with other dogs who may be a little too aggressive. They also did a great job of trimming their nails. I highly recommend them, and I have absolutely no doubt you would be pleased with the excellent care your pet get. Hands down-five stars ⭐️
Susan takes care of my doggos like her own. She has an excellent facility and makes it a point to really keep an eye on your baby's behaviors. She had noticed my cocker wasn't acting quite right (she's kept him many times) and she had noticed a few things I was also keeping an eye on. I took him to the vet shortly after. The dogs have a great area to run around and play in. Best of all, you can leave your fur babies here and not have to stress. 5 Star Care!

Great dog kennels! I absolutely trust Susan and Daniel to watch our four fur babies anytime day or night! The kennels are clean and roomy. Our dogs are well taken care of here and each one gets their own special love and attention. The yard at the kennel is kept mowed, safe and fun for the dogs to run and play! Our sweet Hazel loved her stay @ Cedar Creek! She was pampered and loved and that’s just what we wanted for her. We were sent daily updates and pictures of her during her stay. I've never been to this place so I can't comment on their quality of service. I can say I haven't stepped foot inside this business due to the fact the receptionist who greets you when you walk in is miserable and unfriendly. I have never seen the girl smile or wave. I have never been one who can tolerate that in my spirit. I choose not to associate with people in that state of emotionality. I do wonder if the manager/owners notice....just as a heads up
I moved here from Dallas a few years ago. Of all the groomers I have used over the years I love Paw Spa! I have a Pyrenees mix and she gave him the most adorable summer cut. He was not nicked or shaved too close anywhere on his body and everything was perfectly even. I highly recommend Paw Spa.

A very friendly and loving place for your fur babies to get groomed
We have two small dogs that we had been taking to a groomer off of FM49 on the way to Mineola. The last time they were there, they came back looking as if they had not been bathed or cut. They also had diarhea and a cough. This time we took them to the Paw Spa and spoke to Dana. They were both trimmed exactly the way we asked, one being a Westie, she has a breed trim that no one else in Wood County had been able to master. We love the Paw Spa and will take them back when needed!

Alexis is a great person and she has great animals. I got two amazing dogs from her one is Mia and the other one is a Hungarian kuvasz, which is a rare dog. From Hungaria. Anytime I plan on getting an animal. Alexis is always gonna be the first person that I talk with. The video is Daisy. I got from Alexis last year.
Wish there were more stars than 5 because Alexis is worth 10. It's been a rough here and we desperately just needed a little break. part of the season we've not traveled is no petsitter. Alexis solved every issue and concern I had. She was happy to come take care of the kitties, the raccoons and even the possum along with the birds. She even brought the mail in for us. We got videos every day of her and our kitties. I expected them to hide not really knowing her....but they were all over her getting love and attention. In fact they may have wished we were gone longer. I used to have a dog boarding business so likely harder to please than most. Alexis did above and beyond any expectations I had. It's so nice to know we have her now and can travel again. I am happy to recommend her to anyone. We did take our little brat pups with us...but they took to her right away when she came over. Peace of mind and professionalism are two of her great qualities.

She was friendly, professional and equipped to do exactly what she said. She sent video updates daily and sometimes twice daily of our dog. That was encouraging and made us feel at ease. Alexis did a wonderful job coming out to my home and giving my dogs ( my babies) care and company during an overnight trip I made out of town. She checked on them multiple times to make sure they were safe and had dinner. I will definitely call on her again.

This is our one and only dog sitter! She is amazing with our fur babies. At first, we were very hesitant with the thought of a stranger taking care of our brazos however from the first time she met him, they got along great. Not only does she play with him and feed him and keep him company, but he’s actually happy when we’re taking him to drop him off and picking him up. We will never go anywhere else as long as she is available and highly recommend her for your pet sitting needs as well.
Alexis has watched our two fur kids while we have been away, on several occasions. She does an excellent job, taking care of them and the house as well (she also offers house-sitting). We get text updates, pictures and videos of our kiddos, and they are content to be able to stay in their own home and familiar surroundings. I am so glad that we found Alexis and I cannot say enough great things about the security and peace of mind she provides in knowing that our girls are well looked after. We have had Carla grooming our oldest rescue (poodle mix) for approx. 5 yrs. Carla does extremely well pampering our girl and making sure she is all beautified, including her nails painted. Would not use anyone else!!!
My 11 1/2 year old Pekinese, Rock, has been taken care of at the Dog House his whole life. If he hears Carla's name he gets excited ... He loves going to the Dog House. Quality work done at a fair price with great care. I highly recommend The Dog House!
